Description

The invention relates to a lift according to the preamble of claim 1.

WO 2013/053606 A1 discloses an elevator according to the preamble of claim 1.

Lifts contain cabins, which are movable up and down in a lift shaft via suspension means, for example in the form of suspension ropes or carrying straps, by means of a drive unit. For certain situations, such as maintenance or inspection, it is necessary for people to be on the elevator car roof. If the width of a gap between the cabin and the adjacent shaft wall is too large, protections on the cabin roof must be installed for fall protection.

As a rule, various electrical or electromechanical devices and installations required for operating the elevator installation are arranged on or in the elevator car. These hereinafter referred to as "cabin electrics" devices and installations include, for example, the door control, evaluation devices for shaft information and door monitoring, devices for operating the system during maintenance, communication devices, energy storage devices, cabin lighting or air conditioning units. The cabin electrics are supplied with power via cables, and by means of cables at least parts of the cabin electrics can communicate with each other. Such cables can also be found in the area of the cabin roof. In practice, the cables are often arranged more or less open on the cab roof. This results in a disadvantageous cable organization and a security risk in the form of "tripping hazards" for the service personnel located on the roof of the canopy. In itself, the cables could be performed below the cabin roof in a kind of double bottom, which is expensive and expensive.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to avoid the disadvantages of the known and in particular to provide an elevator in which cables of the cabin electrics can be arranged in a simple and space-saving manner on the car roof. In particular, the cables should not pose any danger to persons on the roof of the canopy.

These objects are achieved by a lift with the features of claim 1. At least on one side of the cab roof of the cabin is a barrier to fall protection arranged. The barrier has at least one strip, in particular a handrail formed by a strip, and a skirting board formed on a top side of the cabin roof and arranged below the handrail. Underneath the handrail, an intermediate spar may possibly additionally be arranged on a preferably medium height as a third strip. Characterized in that at least a part of the cables of the cabin electrics are performed within at least one of the strips, these cables can be organized easily and space-saving on the cab roof. Inadvertent entry of the cables or even tripping over the cables can practically be ruled out. Since no complex additional measures are necessary, the inventive solution also has cost advantages.

The strip such as the skirting board may include a cavity for receiving cable forming hollow profile. Alternatively, the strip may comprise an open, trough-shaped profile, which forms a cavity for receiving the cable together with an upper side of the cabin roof. The trough-shaped profile can be configured in one piece or in several parts. The hollow profile could for example be a round tube. For installation on the roof, however, it may be advantageous if the hollow profile is a rectangular profile. Also, the trough-shaped profile may have a rectangular shape. Of course, however, other shapes for the trough-shaped profile or for the hollow profile would be conceivable. The arrangement is easy to handle and easy to assemble and disassemble.

For the accommodation of several cables, it may be advantageous if the hollow profile or the trough-shaped profile is at least 8 cm high and preferably at least 10 cm high. This results in a sufficiently large cavity for receiving the cable. The high skirting boards can also serve as a stop for shoes and kick protection for people on the cabin roof. The hollow profile or the trough-shaped profile may for example consist of a metallic material. Of course, it would also be possible in principle, the skirting made of a plastic or other material.

It can be advantageous if the trough-shaped profile has at least one side wall projecting from the cabin roof and a fastening section adjoining the side wall has, wherein the attachment portion rests flat on the car roof or can be placed. Particularly preferably, the trough-shaped profile at right angles from the cabin roof projecting side walls, wherein on each side wall adjoins a mounting portion. Such a trough-shaped profile can thus be a hat profile or an omega profile.

Furthermore, it may be advantageous if the bar is made up of at least two composite profile parts. Such an at least two-part bar allows easy insertion or removal in or out of the bar.

If the cable-carrying bar is a skirting board, the skirting board may include locking means that prevent it from entering the skirting board. In addition to the increase in security can be prevented by the blocking means that the skirting board can be deformed by entering or even destroyed.

For example, the skirting board may comprise a freestanding barrier portion directed away from the cabin floor as a blocking means. The locking portion may be a subsequent to a side wall of the trough-shaped profile or to the hollow profile, vertical section.

Fig. 1 shows an upper part of an elevator car 2 of an elevator 1. The elevator 1 includes a movable up and down cabin 2 for the transport of persons or goods. The movement of the car 2, for example, via (not shown here) carrying means that carry the car or at the cabin is suspended. Supporting means may be, for example, one or more carrying cables or carrying straps. An elevator shaft, in which the elevator car 2 is passable, is hinted and designated 3. The car 2 is closed against the shaft head through a car roof 4.

In the embodiment according to Fig. 1 is on the cabin roof 4 a defense 5 arranged. Of course, depending on the cabin and the arrangement in the shaft, the car 2 could also have a plurality of baffles each assigned to one side of the car. The enclosure 5 consists of an upper handrail 6, an approximately halfway up the middle spar 7 and the bottom side of a skirt 10. For supporting the spar 7 and the handrail 6 two vertical posts 23 are provided by way of example. The cabin electrics are in Fig.1 symbolically represented by a box 8. To or from this box lead with 9 designated cable. Evidently, the cables 9 of the cabin electrics 8 are carried out within the skirting board 10. But it would also be possible to lead the cable through the molded by a bar handrail 6 or formed by a strip intermediate spar 7. The handrail 6 or the intermediate beam 7 can be made from a corresponding hollow profile.

From the side view according to Fig. 2 is the basic structure of a defense 5 for arranging on a cab roof 4 again recognizable. There is a comparatively large gap space between the shaft wall of the elevator roof 3 and the cabin side wall 25, for which reason the barrier 5 in the region of the associated side is to be arranged on the cabin roof 4 as fall protection. How out Fig. 2 is clearly visible, the skirting board 10 has over the handrail 6 and also with respect to the central spar 7 in cross-section over a much larger volume. Due to the cross-sectional enlargement, it is possible to have a large number of (in Fig.2 not shown) cables within the skirting board 10 perform. Design details for the design of cable-guiding skirting are the following FIGS. 3 to 5 removable.

In Figure 3 the skirting board 10 is formed by a two-part trough-shaped profile 13. The profile 13 is a per se open hat profile, which forms a cavity 11 for receiving the cable 9 in the mounted state together with an upper side of the cabin roof 4. The skirting board 10 is composed of a first profile part 19 and a second profile part 20, which are connected to each other by means of (symbolically indicated) connecting means 21 (eg screws). Each profile part 19, 20 each has a vertical or perpendicularly projecting from the cabin floor side wall 15, 24. On each side wall 15, 24 each includes a surface on the car roof 4 resting mounting portion 17, 18 at. On the left side of the trough-shaped profile is connected via the attachment portion 17 by means of, for example, screws 14 or other fastening means with the car roof. On the opposite or right side, that is to say in the attachment section 18, the trough-shaped profile 13 is connected to the car roof 4 with preferably similar fastening means. 16 with a right angle to the side wall 15 subsequent deck section is further called, which closes the cavity 11 upwards. The dimensions of the skirting board 10 are designated h and b. The height h of the skirting is by way of example at least 8 cm and preferably at least 10 cm. Also, the width b may be, for example, at least 8 cm and preferably at least 10 cm. In this way, a sufficiently large cavity 11 for receiving cables can be created. The profile parts 19 and 20 can be easily made, for example, each from a metal sheet. Of course, it would also be possible in principle to produce the profile for the skirting board 10 from a plastic or other material.

The skirting board 10 according to Figure 4 has substantially the same basic shape as the skirting from the previous embodiment. However, the skirting board 10 is formed here by a one-piece trough-shaped profile 13. The rectangular hat profile 13 has two opposite side walls 15 and 15 '. On the inner side wall 15 'includes a lock portion 22, which is to prevent entry of the skirting board 10. With the mentioned inner side wall 15 'is meant the possibly located on the car roof person facing wall of the skirting. The vertically upwardly projecting locking portion 22 can project beyond the cover portion 16 by several cm (advantageously at least 5 cm).

Instead of the previously written trough-shaped hollow profiles, the skirting board could also be formed by hollow sections. Such a configuration is in Fig. 5 shown. The skirting 19 is formed by a rectangular hollow section 12. This hollow section 12 may for example be a rectangular tube made of aluminum or possibly even steel. Of course, but also plastic hat profiles would be conceivable.
