Description

The present invention relates to a safety fence device provided at an edge of a work scaffold area on an elevator car.

In general, an elevator car is a work scaffold area where workers enter and work during elevator maintenance, and a safety fence is provided at the edge of the work scaffold area. Then, at the time of maintenance / inspection for the car and the equipment in the hoistway, a worker gets into the work scaffold area and the maintenance / inspection work is performed.

With regard to such a safety fence, JP-A-8-99782 (Patent Document 1), JP-A-8-113440 (Patent Document 2), JP-A 2000-143125 (Patent Document 3), JP-A-2003. -32174 (Patent Document 4), JP-A 2004-149232 (Patent Document 5), and the like.

By the way, if the height of the safety fence on the car is high, when the car rises to the top of the hoistway, the overhead dimension to be secured between the car and the ceiling part of the hoistway must be increased. Therefore, the utilization efficiency of the space in the hoistway decreases.

By the way, in recent years, an elevator has been provided in which the wall of the hoistway of the building is made of transparent glass so that the ascending / descending state of the car moving up and down in the hoistway can be seen from the outside of the hoistway. .

In such an elevator, the safety fence on the car is also visible from the outside of the glass hoistway. If the safety fence is folded or simply stretched, the safety fence is cluttered and messy, so it looks bad when the entire car is viewed from the outside of the hoistway and the design value of the elevator is reduced. .

The present invention has been made paying attention to such points, and the object of the present invention is to reduce the overhead height by lowering the protruding height on the car and to make the car outside the hoistway. It is an object of the present invention to provide a safety fence device on an elevator car that can increase the design value of the elevator while keeping the appearance on the car when viewed from a clean and attractive state.

The invention of claim 1 is a safety fence device provided at an edge of a work scaffold area on an elevator car, and includes a first support pillar and a second support pillar arranged in parallel along the edge of the work scaffold area. Prepared,
Each of the support columns is configured to be extendable in the vertical direction, the first support column is configured to be able to bend an intermediate portion in the extended state, and the first and second support columns are extended, respectively. The middle portion of the bent portion is bent, and the distal end portion of the bent section is engaged with the upper end portion of the extended second support column so that it can be developed into a U-shaped fence shape.

The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that each of the columns is configured to be extendable and contractable by concentrically overlapping a plurality of pipes having different diameters.

According to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the overhead height by reducing the protrusion height on the car and to reduce the overhead dimension, and to make the appearance on the car clean when the car is viewed from the outside of the hoistway. It is possible to increase the design value of the elevator while maintaining the same.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

1 and 2 show the overall appearance of the car 1. The car 1 includes a car frame 2 and a car room 3 installed inside the car frame 2. The car frame 2 is configured in a rectangular shape by a pair of vertical frames 4, a lower frame 5 constructed between the lower ends of the vertical frames 4, and an upper frame 6 constructed between the upper ends. A floor frame 7 is attached to the top, and the cab 3 is installed on the floor frame 7.

A rope hitch 10 is attached to the upper frame 6 of the car frame 2, and a driving rope 11 is connected to the rope hitch 10, and the car 1 is suspended in the hoistway by the rope 11, and the rope 11 is wound. The car 1 moves up and down in the hoistway by being driven by the upper machine. Further, an entrance 12 through which passengers get on and off is formed in front of the car room 3, and a door device 13 for opening and closing is provided at the entrance 12.

The upper surface portion of the cab 3 is a work scaffold region 15 in which an operator enters during maintenance and inspection of the elevator. And the fence frame 16 extended along the both-sides edge of the upper surface of the cab 3 is attached to the upper frame 6, The safety fence apparatus 17 is provided in these fence frames 16. As shown in FIG. The safety fence device 17 is configured by a combination of a first support column 18 and a second support column 19 that can extend and contract in the vertical direction.

As shown in FIG. 3, the first support column 18 is configured to be able to expand and contract by overlapping a plurality of hollow pipes 18 a to 18 f having different diameters concentrically and slidably. That is, the pipe 18a is attached to the fence frame 16, the pipe 18b is slidably inserted into the pipe 18a, the pipe 18c is slidably inserted into the pipe 18b, and thereafter the pipe 18c is similarly inserted into the pipe 18c. The pipe 18d is slidably inserted into the pipe 18d, and the pipe 18f is slidably inserted into the pipe 18e, and the pipes 18b to 18f are sequentially drawn upward by a predetermined dimension. -18f can be reduced by inserting it into the overlapping pipes 18a-18e.

The overlapping pipes 18a to 18f are in pressure contact with each other, for example, and can maintain the expanded state and the contracted state by the pressure contact force, and the other pipe 18b with respect to the one pipe 18a to 18e overlapping each other when extended. It extends so as to extend by a predetermined dimension within a range where?

A bending mechanism is provided between the pipe 18c and the pipe 18d in the middle portion of the first support column 18 so that the pipe 18d can be bent at a substantially right angle with respect to the pipe 18c. That is, as shown in FIG. 3B and FIG. 4, a long long hole 23 is formed along the side surface of one pipe 18d that overlaps with each other, and the long hole 23 is formed on the side surface of the other pipe 18c. A pin 24 that is slidably and rotatably fitted is provided, and an escape portion 25 is formed at the upper end of the other pipe 18c when the one pipe 18d is rotated.

As shown in FIG. 3B, the lower end portion of the long hole 23 of the pipe 18d is in contact with the pin 24 of the pipe 18c when the column 18 is extended. From this state, the pipe 18d is rotated around the pin 24, and the pipe 18d is fitted into the escape portion 25, so that the pipe 18d can be bent substantially at right angles to the pipe 18c. ing.

FIG. 5 shows the structure of the second support column 19. As in the case of the first column 18, the second column 19 is configured to be able to expand and contract by overlapping a plurality of hollow pipes 19 a to 19 c having different diameters concentrically and slidably. That is, the pipe 19a is attached to the fence frame 16, the pipe 19b is slidably inserted into the pipe 19a, the pipe 19c is slidably inserted into the pipe 19b, and the pipe 19b, The pipes 19b and 19c can be expanded by sequentially pulling up 19c upward by a predetermined dimension, and the pipes 19b and 19c can be reduced by inserting them into the overlapping pipes 19a and 19b.

The overlapping pipes 19a to 19c are in pressure contact with each other moderately, and can be held in an expanded state and a contracted state by the pressure contact force. When the pipes 19a and 19b overlap, As long as 19c does not leave, it extends by a predetermined dimension.

The first support column 18 and the second support column 19 that form a pair are provided on the fence frame 16 so as to be parallel to each other with a predetermined interval, and are arranged at the upper end portion of the second support column 19 (the upper end portion of the pipe 19c). Is formed with a notch 27 that can be fitted to the end of the bent side (the end of the pipe 18f) when the intermediate portion of the first support column 18 is bent.

The safety fence device 17 composed of the first support column 18 and the second support column 19 is arranged along the side edges on both side surfaces of the cab 3 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. Each set is arranged so that one set is arranged along the side edge on the back side of the cab 3.

FIG. 1 shows a state when the safety fence device 17 is reduced. At the time of the reduction, the other pipes 18b to 18f, 19b, and 19c are accommodated in the pipes 18a to 18e, 19a, and 19b that overlap each other of the first and second pillars 18 and 19, respectively. Is in a short state. The elevator is operated with the safety fence device 17 being reduced in this manner, and the car 1 is raised and lowered.

On the other hand, at the time of maintenance and inspection of the elevator, the car 1 is stopped and a worker gets into the work scaffold area 15 on the upper surface of the car room 3. And the pipes 18b-18f, 19b, 19c of each support | pillar 18,19 of the safety fence apparatus 17 are pulled up upwards sequentially, and are extended. When the first support column 18 is extended, the intermediate pipe 18d is bent by turning approximately 90 degrees laterally about the pin 24, as shown in FIG. The side end portion (tip portion of the pipe 18f) is fitted into a notch portion 27 formed in the upper end portion (upper end portion of the pipe 19c) of the second support column 19.

Thereby, the support pillars 18 and 19 become the U-shaped safety fence device 17, and a section portion of the pipes 18 d to 18 f that is bent from the middle part of the support pillar 18 and extends substantially horizontally functions as the handrail part 30.

Thus, by making each safety fence device 17 into the U-shaped fence shape, the periphery of the work scaffold region 15 is surrounded by the safety fence device 17, and therefore when performing maintenance inspection work on the work scaffold region 15. The work can be proceeded safely.

After the maintenance and inspection work is completed, the pipes 18d to 18f of the handrail 30 are rotated upward about the pin 24 to stand vertically. Then, the pipes 18b to 18f of the first column 18 are pushed downward to reduce the column 18, and the pipes 19b and 19c of the second column 19 are pushed downward to reduce the column 19. As a result, the first and second struts 18 and 19 are short and small in shape.

Thus, after reducing each support | pillar 18 and 19 of the safety fence apparatus 17, an elevator is drive | operated and the cage | basket | car 1 is raised / lowered in a hoistway. As described above, the safety fence device 17 on the car 1 is a small and small column 18 and 19, so that the appearance on the car 1 is clean and the car 1 is viewed from the outside of the hoistway. Therefore, the aesthetic appearance of the car 1 can be kept good, and the design value of the elevator can be increased.

Further, by reducing the safety fence device 17, the height of the car 1 protruding upward can be reduced, the overhead dimension can be kept small, and the utilization efficiency of the space in the hoistway can be increased.

When the safety fence device 17 is deployed in a U-shaped fence shape as shown in FIG. 6, the extension lengths of the pipes 18b and 18c of the first support column 18 and the pipes 19b and 19c of the second support column 19 are set. If adjusted, the height dimension of the safety fence device 17 can be arbitrarily adjusted.

Further, the safety fence device 17 is not limited to the case where the safety fence device 17 is provided on both sides of the work scaffold region 15 on the car 1 and all of the edges on the back side, and may be a case where the safety fence device 17 is selectively provided on necessary edges. .

The perspective view which shows the external appearance of the whole elevator car when the safety fence apparatus which concerns on one Embodiment of this invention is provided and the safety fence apparatus is reducing. The perspective view which shows the external appearance of the elevator car when the safety fence device is extended. Sectional drawing which shows the 1st support | pillar of the safety fence apparatus. Sectional drawing which follows the AA line in FIG. Sectional drawing which shows the 2nd support | pillar of the safety fence apparatus. Sectional drawing which shows the state which extended the safety fence apparatus.
