Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Ausgießer (1) eines Behälters mit einem einen Ausgießkanal bildenden Ausgießstutzen (2), auf dessen Außengewinde (3) eine Abdeckkappe (4) aufgeschraubt ist. Im Ausgießkanal des Ausgießstutzens ist ein den Ausgießkanal verschließender Dichtstopfen (6) drehfest höhenverschieblich geführt. Der Dichtstopfen (6) ist an der relativ zu ihm drehbaren Kappe so gehalten, dass ein Aufschrauben der Kappe zu einem Hochziehen des Dichtstopfens (6) im Ausgießkanal führt. Die Kappe (4) hat eine obere Öffnung, in der der Dichtstopfen (6) mit seinem oberen Ende einliegt. Das obere Ende des Dichtstopfens (6) weist mindestens ein Originalitätsteil (7) auf, das ab- oder aufbricht, wenn die Kappe gegenüber dem unverdrehbar gehaltenen Dichtstopfen aufgedreht wird.

Description

Ausgießer eines Behälters
Die Erfindung betrifft einen verschließbaren Ausgießer eines Behälters mit einem einen Ausgießkanal bildenden, nach oben offenen Ausgießstutzen, auf dessen Außengewinde eine Abdeckkappe mit ihrem Innengewinde aufgeschraubt ist, wobei im Ausgießkanal des Ausgießstutzens ein den Ausgießkanal
verschließender Dichtstopfen höhenverschieblich einliegt, der an der Kappe gehalten ist, so dass ein Aufschrauben der Kappe zu einem Hochziehen des Dichtstopfens führt.
Ein solcher Ausgießer ist aus der DE 10 2008 034 595 A1 bekannt. Bei diesem bekannten Ausgießer bildet der Dichtstopfen einen durch die Abdeckkappe hochziehbaren Trinkstutzen mit seitlichen Öffnungen, damit nach dem
Hochziehen des Trinkstutzens dieser in den Mund genommen wird, um die im Behälter befindliche Flüssigkeit in den Mund strömen zu lassen insbesondere herauszusaugen. Diese bekannte Konstruktion besitzt unterhalb der
Abdeckkappe einen Originalitätsring, der beim Aufschrauben der Abdeckkappe aufgebrochen wird. Der Originalitätsring ist durch seine Lage unterhalb der Abdeckkappe schwer sichtbar, so dass nicht immer sofort erkannt wird, ob der Verschluss schon einmal geöffnet wurde. Beim Hochdrehen der Abdeckkappe kann der Trinkstutzen verdreht werden, so dass eine absolut sichere Abdichtung nicht erreichbar ist.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Ausgießer der eingangs genannten Art so zu verbessern, dass er bei einfachem Aufbau und wenigen Teilen eine Originalitätssicherung mit guter Sichtbarkeit aufweist bei hoher Dichtigkeit und einfacher Handhabung.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst,
- dass der Dichtstopfen im Ausgießkanal des Ausgießstutzens drehfest geführt ist,
- dass die Kappe statt eines oberen Bodens eine obere Öffnung aufweist, in der der Dichtstopfen mit seinem oberen Ende einliegt, und
- dass das obere Ende des Dichtstopfens mindestens ein Originalitätsteil aufweist, das ab- oder aufbricht, wenn die Kappe gegenüber dem unverdrehbar gehaltenen Dichtstopfen aufgedreht wird.
Da das Originalitätsteil an der Oberseite der Kappe gut sichtbar angeordnet ist, kann besonders leicht erkannt werden, ob der Verschluss schon einmal geöffnet wurde. Ferner ist eine hohe Dichtigkeit gegeben bei einfachem Aufbau und einfacher Handhabung.
Ein besonders hoher Grad der Dichtigkeit und damit eine sichere
Sauerstoffbarriere werden erreicht, wenn das untere Ende des Dichtstopfens mit einer den Ausgießkanal verschließenden Folie verbunden ist, die beim Anheben des Dichtstopfens aufreißt. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausführungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen aufgeführt.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in den Zeichnungen dargestellt und wird im Folgenden näher beschrieben. Es zeigen

Ausgießers/Verschlusses. Der Kunststoffausgießer 1 weist einen hohlen zylindrischen Ausgießstutzen 2 auf, der mit seinem unteren Ende an einem Einschweißteil 15 angeformt ist, dessen Außenseite eine Schiffchenform bildet, so dass die beiden Außenseiten des Einschweißteils konvex geformt sind und an beiden Enden spitz zulaufen. Mit diesen Außenseiten wird das Einschweißteil 15 zwischen die Wände eines Beutels eingeschweißt.
Der Ausgießstutzen 2 bildet einen im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Ausgießkanal 17, der sich über die gesamte Länge des Ausgießstutzens und des
Einschweißteils 15 erstreckt und in dem ein im Wesentlichen zylindrischer Dichtstopfen 6 formschlüssig einliegt. Der Dichtstopfen 6 endet oben in einer nach außen vorstehenden flanschförmigen bzw. ringförmigen Erweiterung 13.
Auf dem Ausgießstutzen 2 ist von oben eine Abdeckkappe 4 aufgeschraubt. Hierzu weist der Ausgießstutzen 2 ein Außengewinde 3 auf, in das das
Innengewinde 5 liegt.
Die Kappe 4 ist nach oben offen und bildet somit eine obere Öffnung 8 mit einer teilringförmigen koaxialen Ausnehmung 11 , in der die flanschförmige Erweiterung 13 im Wesentlichen formschlüssig einliegt. Unterhalb der Erweiterung 13 steht auf der Innenseite der Kappe 4 ein koaxialer Innenring 18 vorsteht, der unterhalb der Erweiterung 13 liegt, so dass bei einem Aufschrauben der Kappe 4 die Kappe den Dichtstopfen 6 nach oben herauszieht. Hierbei kann der Innenring 18 auf seiner Unterseite noch von einem vorstehenden koaxialen, an der
Außenseite des Dichtstopfens 6 vorstehenden Ring 19 Untergriffen sein, so dass der Dichtstopfen 6 unverlierbar in der Kappe 4 gehalten ist.
Der Dichtstopfen 6 ist im Ausgießkanal 17 des Ausgießstutzens 2 drehfest geführt durch achsparallele Rippen 16 an der Außenseite des Dichtstopfens 6, in die die entsprechenden achsparallelen Nuten 20 des Ausgießstutzens 2 und/oder des Innenkanals des Einschweißteils 15 einliegen. Damit wird beim Hochdrehen der Kappe 4 der Dichtstopfen 6 nach oben hochgezogen, ohne dass er sich verdrehen kann. Der Dichtstopfen 6 reicht bis zur Unterseite des Einschweißteils 15 und bildet dort einen den hohlen Stopfen verschließenden Boden 1 . Dieses untere Ende des Dichtstopfens ist mit einer den Ausgießkanal 17 verschließenden Folie 9 verbunden, die an der Unterseite des Einschweißteils befestigt ist. Beim
Anheben des Dichtstopfens reißt die Folie 9 auf. Die Folie 9 besteht
vorzugsweise aus einem Folienlaminat mit einer Aluminiumschicht, die inmitten des Laminats oder an der unteren Seite der Folie liegt, damit die
Aluminiumschicht mit dem abgefüllten Produkt nicht in direktem Kontakt gelangen kann.
Die Abdeckkappe 4 weist statt eines oberen Bodens eine obere Öffnung 8 auf, in der der Dichtstopfen 6 mit seinem oberen Ende einliegt und die Öffnung ausfüllt. Hierbei weist das obere Ende des Dichtstopfens 6 mindestens ein Originalitätsteil 7 auf, das ab- oder aufbricht, wenn die Kappe 4 gegenüber dem unverdrehbar gehaltenen Dichtstopfen aufgedreht wird. Dieses Originalitätsteil wird von einer teilflanschförmigen Erweiterung 7 des Dichtstopfens 6 gebildet, die in einer ringförmigen oder teilringförmigen Ausnehmung 11 des inneren oberen Randes der Kappe 4 einliegt.
Die die Orginalität bildende flanschförmige Erweiterung 7 ist über eine
abreißbare oder aufreißbare bzw. abbrechbare Brücke 2 mit der
flanschförmigen Erweiterung 13 des Dichtstopfens 6 verbunden. Wird die Kappe 4 gegenüber der drehfest gehaltenen Erweiterung 13 gedreht, so stößt ein Vorsprung auf der Innenseite der oberen Öffnung 8 der Kappe gegen die
Originalitäts-Erweiterung 7, so dass die Erweiterung 7 soweit verbogen wird, bis die Brücke 12 abreißt oder abbricht. Somit ist auf der Oberseite der Kappe 4 ersichtlich, ob der Ausgießer schon einmal geöffnet wurde bzw. noch unbenutzt ist.
In einer nicht dargestellten alternativen Ausführung ist der Ausgießer nicht an ein Einschweißteil, sondern an einen steifen Kunststoffbehälter insbesondere eine Kunststoffflasche befestigt insbesondere angeformt.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Verschießbarer Ausgießer (1) eines Behälters mit einem einen Ausgießkanal bildenden, nach oben offenen Ausgießstutzen (2), auf dessen Außengewinde (3) eine Abdeckkappe (4) mit ihrem Innengewinde (5) aufgeschraubt ist, wobei im Ausgießkanal (17) des Ausgießstutzens (2) ein den Ausgießkanal verschließender Dichtstopfen (6) höhenverschieblich einliegt, der an der Kappe (4) gehalten ist, so dass ein Aufschrauben der Kappe zu einem
Hochziehen des Dichtstopfens führt, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
- dass der Dichtstopfen (6) im Ausgießkanal (17) des Ausgießstutzens (2) drehfest (16) geführt ist,
- dass die Kappe (4) statt eines oberen Bodens eine obere Öffnung (8)
aufweist, in der der Dichtstopfen (6) mit seinem oberen Ende einliegt, und
- dass das obere Ende des Dichtstopfens (6) mindestens ein Originalitätsteil (7) aufweist, das ab- oder aufbricht, wenn die Kappe (4) gegenüber dem unverdrehbar gehaltenen Dichtstopfen (6) aufgedreht wird.
2. Ausgießer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das untere Ende des Dichtstopfens (6) mit einer den Ausgießkanal (17)
verschließenden Folie (9) verbunden ist, die beim Anheben des Dichtstopfens (6) aufreißt.
3. Ausgießer nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtstopfen (6) an seinem oberen Ende als Originalität mindestens eine flanschförmige Erweiterung (7) aufweist, die in einer ringförmigen oder teilringförmigen Ausnehmung (11) des inneren oberen Randes der Kappe (4) einliegt.
4. Ausgießer nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die
Originalitäts-Erweiterung(en) (7) teilringförmig ist/sind.
5. Ausgießer nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass die Originalitäts-Erweiterung (7) über eine abreißbare Brücke (12) mit dem oberen insbesondere flanschförmigen Rand (13) des Dichtstopfens (6) verbunden ist/sind.
6. Ausgießer nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, d a d u r c h
gekennzeichnet, dass an der Kappe (4) mindestens ein Vorsprung vorsteht, der beim Aufdrehen der Kappe gegen die Originalitäts- Erweiterung(en) (7) stößt, um diese abzubrechen und/oder zu verbiegen.
7. Ausgießer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtstopfen (6) eine zylindrische Wandung (10) aufweist.
8. Ausgießer nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtstopfen (6) an seiner Unterseite mit einem Boden (14) verschlössen ist.
9. Ausgießer nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest der Rand des Bodens (14) an der den Ausgießkanal (17) verschließenden Folie (9) befestigt ist.
10. Ausgießer nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, d a d u r c h
gekennzeichnet, dass die Folie (9) aus Kunststoff und/oder
Aluminium besteht.
11. Ausgießer ach Anspruch 10, d a d u r c h gekennzeichnet, dass die Folie (9) ein Folienlaminat ist mit einer Aluminiumschicht, die mit dem abgefüllten Produkt nicht im direkten Kontakt ist.
12. Ausgießer nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgießstutzen (2) einstückig mit einem Kunststoff-Einschweißteil (15) verbunden ist und der Ausgießkanal (17) sich über die gesamte Höhe des Ausgießstutzens (2) und des Einschweißteils (15) erstreckt.
13. Ausgießer nach Anspruch 12, dadurch geken nzeichnet, dass die Folie (9) an der Unterseite des Einschweißteils (15) befestigt ist.
14. Ausgießer nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtstopfen (6) mit der Kappe (4) unverlierbar verbunden und von dem Ausgießstutzen (2) als ein
zusammenhängendes Teil entfernbar ist.
