Description
本发明涉及一种袋式容器。更具体地,涉及一种袋式容器,其具有可拆卸地与容器本体进行密封结合的开口封闭件及密封装置,该可拆卸的开口封闭件及密封装置在实现易于触及容器中的内容物并方便清洗的同时,确保了袋式容器的密封性能。
具有密封机构的袋式容器,例如密封袋,在现有技术中是已知的。现有技术的密封袋通常做成其敞开的顶部能重新闭合的半封闭形式。能重新闭合的顶部典型地包括一对可联锁紧固的密封元件,以形成锁合。联锁紧固的密封元件可具有各种形状,例如互相匹配的联锁突起和凹槽元件。这些密封元件固定地形成在密封袋的顶部,由于材料的不同以及设计上的差异,它们存在各种问题,诸如耐用性差不适合重复使用,容易被破坏,当袋子打开再闭合时气密封不能恢复,以及具有固定密封元件的密封袋不便于清洗等。
有鉴于此,需要一种新颖的能重新闭合的袋式容器,通过提供可拆卸的开口封闭件和密封元件,保证袋式容器在使用过程中的密封效果,又能改善袋式容器的操作易用性和结构耐用性。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的上述问题,本发明提供了一种新颖的的袋式容器,其通过可拆卸的开口封闭件的设计以及加入与容器本体匹配的密封装置,改善了密封性能,同时易于拆卸组装,操作使用简单方便,适合重复清洗使用。
本发明提供一种具有开口封闭件的袋式容器,包括:
容器本体,其具有带有开口的敞开顶部并且具有尺寸设置成容纳一定体积的内容物的内部隔室;
开口封闭件,所述开口封闭件与所述容器本体的敞开顶部连接,用于闭合 所述敞开顶部的开口,以及
可与所述开口封闭件耦合的密封装置,所述密封装置可拆卸地安装在所述容器本体的敞开顶部,籍由所述密封装置使所述开口封闭件可拆卸地与所述容器本体的敞开顶部形成密封连接。
优选地,所述密封装置包括顶壁以及从所述顶壁向下延伸的侧壁,所述侧壁围绕并限定一个中空的腔体,其中所述顶壁和/或所述侧壁被构造成与所述容器本体的顶部可拆卸地密封啮合。所述密封装置设有第一啮合件,所述容器本体的敞开顶部形成可与所述第一啮合件啮合的第二啮合件;当所述开口封闭件与所述敞开顶部连接时,所述敞开顶部被压靠并抵接所述密封装置,使所述第一啮合件与所述第二啮合件压紧密封。所述密封装置进一步设有与所述第一啮合件相隔开的第三啮合件,所述容器本体的敞开顶部形成可与所述第三啮合件啮合的第四啮合件;当所述敞开顶部抵接所述密封装置时,迫使所述第三啮合件与所述第四啮合件压紧密封。
在一个优选实施例中,沿所述密封装置的侧壁的周向形成所述第一啮合件,沿所述容器本体的敞开顶部的内表面的周向形成所述第二啮合件;当所述开口封闭件与所述敞开顶部连接时,所述敞开顶部被向内压靠并抵接所述密封装置的侧壁,使所述第一啮合件与所述第二啮合件压紧密封。较佳地,所述第一啮合件与所述第二啮合件形成为彼此互锁的凹凸结构件。
为了加强所述容器本体的敞开顶部与所述密封装置的侧壁之间的抵接,从而加强二者之间的密封效果,沿所述密封装置的侧壁的周向且位于所述第一啮合件的上方形成所述第三啮合件,沿所述容器本体的敞开顶部的内表面的周向形成可所述第四啮合件;所述敞开顶部抵接所述密封装置的侧壁时,迫使所述第三啮合件与所述第四啮合件压紧密封。较佳地,所述第三啮合件与所述第四啮合件形成为彼此互锁的凹凸结构件。
在一具体实施例中,所述密封装置包括从其顶壁向上延伸的出口管,所述出口管与所述容器本体的内部隔室保持连通,并且突出超过所述开口封闭件。所述袋式容器还包括封盖,所述封盖可拆卸地固定到所述出口管。在所述封盖与所述出口管之间还可以设置密封圈。
较佳地,所述密封装置的顶壁可以具有凸缘,当所述密封装置与所述敞开顶部连接时,所述凸缘的下表面压靠于所述敞开顶部的顶边缘。
较佳地,在所述开口封闭件的侧壁和所述敞开顶部设置可联锁的紧固元件,以使二者更好地紧固锁合。所述可联锁的紧固元件可以包括在所述开口封闭件的侧壁的内表面设置一或多个凹座,在所述敞开顶部的外表面上对应于所述凹座的位置设置一或多个可与所述凹座啮合的突柱。
在另一个优选实施例中,所述密封装置包括将所述侧壁与所述顶壁连接的肩部,所述第一啮合件设置在所述肩部上并形成为面向上的环形槽;所述敞开顶部具有相对于所述袋式容器的纵轴线横向延伸的上边缘,所述第二啮合件形成为从所述上边缘的下表面向下延伸的环形齿;当所述开口封闭件与所述敞开顶部连接时,所述敞开顶部被所述开口封闭件向下压靠并抵接所述密封装置,使所述向下延伸的环形齿定位在所述面向上的环形槽内以形成压紧密封。所述开口封闭件包括从其底面向下突出的环形加强件,其中当所述开口封闭件与所述敞开顶部连接时,所述环形加强件弹性变形压合在所述敞开顶部的上边缘上,以便在所述面向上的环形槽和所述向下延伸的环形齿之间形成紧密的啮合。
为了更好地固定所述密封装置,在所述容器本体的敞开顶部的内表面包括向内延伸的支承部,所述支承部、所述上边缘和所述敞开顶部的侧壁界定接纳所述密封装置的空间。有利地,所述第三啮合件设置在所述密封装置的侧壁上并形成为侧向环形槽,在所述敞开顶部的上边缘与支承部之间设置侧向环形齿;当所述敞开顶部抵接所述密封装置时,所述侧向环形齿定位在所述侧向环形槽内以形成压紧密封,以进一步加强二者之间的密封效果。
在某些情况下,将封盖做成包括上盖部和套环,所述套环固定到出口管时作用于所述开口封闭件,使所述开口封闭件受压而压靠于所述敞开顶部,以便在所述面向上的环形槽和向下延伸的环形齿之间形成紧密的啮合。所述上盖部的内部可以设有环形接纳部,用于与所述出口管的上部接合。
根据本发明,所述密封装置与所述开口封闭件优选地由包含聚丙烯(PP,Polypropylene)的材料制成。
根据本发明的袋式容器的容器本体、密封装置和开口封闭件优选地分别是一体化成型制造的。
根据本发明的袋式容器的优选的实施方式,所述袋式容器的容器本体由包含硅胶或橡胶的材料制成。硅胶(silicone)是一种无毒性、耐高温、低温并且易于模制加工的聚合物材料。使用硅胶或橡胶制成的袋式容器适合于食品的储 存。
容器本体的高度和容积可以根据不同需求而改变,这种改变不会对本发明所描述的具体结构和功能造成限制。
容器本体的厚度即是袋式容器的壁厚,可以取决于容器的容积而恰当地选择。当容积较大时,可以使容器壁具有较大的厚度,使得容器不会由于内容物的重量过大而破裂。
本发明的要点之一在于,通过在容器本体、密封装置和开口封闭件提供可相对于彼此拆卸的结构特征,实现了一种简易实用、密封性能良好、易于触及容器中的内容物并方便清洗,能重复使用的袋式容器。
下面实施例参照附图对本发明作进一步的说明。

虽然本发明以优选实施例作说明和描述,但是袋式容器可以许多不同的构型、尺寸、和材料来制造。
以下将参考附图,描述本发明的具有开口封闭件的袋式容器的示例性实施例。应当理解,在附图中各个部分的尺寸不按比例描绘,仅作示意说明,不代 表本发明产品的真实尺寸。
参看图1至图6,图中示出了根据本发明的第一优选实施例构造的袋式容器1。如图1A和图1B所示,袋式容器1包括容器本体10,该容器本体10具有带有开口的敞开顶部11并且具有尺寸设置成容纳一定体积的内容物的内部隔室。本实施例的容器本体10是一体化成型制造的,具有大致矩形的外部形状。在本实施例中,敞开顶部11被设计成稍微向内倾斜,以有助于组装时敞开顶部11的压紧装配。沿敞开顶部11的内表面的周向突出形成彼此平行的下部环状突起12和上部环状突起13。
袋式容器1还包括开口封闭件20和密封装置30。所述开口封闭件20与所述容器本体10的敞开顶部11连接,用于闭合所述敞开顶部11的开口。密封装置30被构造成安置在所述开口封闭件20内部并与所述敞开顶部11耦合。
图3和图4清楚地示出了开口封闭件20和密封装置30。如图所示,开口封闭件20大致上是一个具有敞开底部的盖体,包括盖板21和从盖板21向下延伸的侧壁22,所述侧壁22围绕限定接纳室23。侧壁22可包括从其底部边缘向内突出的加强肋(未示出),所述加强肋在侧壁22的整个周长延伸,以抵接容器本体10的敞开顶部11。盖板21的中心设有通孔24。在开口封闭件20的侧壁22和敞开顶部11可以设置可联锁的紧固元件,以使二者更好地紧固锁合。例如,在开口封闭件20的侧壁22的内表面设置一或多个凹座(未示出),在敞开顶部11的外表面上对应于所述凹座的位置设置一或多个突柱(未示出),对应的所述凹座与所述突柱啮合。
如图2B和图5所示,整个密封装置30基本上可拆卸地容纳在开口封闭件20的接纳室23内。密封装置30包括顶壁31以及从所述顶壁31的下表面向下并稍微向外延伸的侧壁32,所述侧壁32围绕并限定一个自顶壁31向下稍微向外扩展的中空腔体33。稍微向外延伸的侧壁32与稍微向内倾斜的敞开顶部11的形状和尺寸相匹配,实现压紧装配。这种倾斜配置的好处是,敞开顶部11抵接密封装置30时可以进一步挤压密封装置30,从而加强二者之间啮合的紧密性。在密封装置30完全容纳在开口封闭件20的接纳室23后,开口封闭件20的侧壁22与密封装置30的侧壁32之间界定一空间(见图2B),在装配时敞开顶部11被夹持在所述空间内,下文将作详细描述。
密封装置30还包括从所述顶壁31向上延伸的出口管34,所述出口管34 与所述容器本体的内部隔室保持连通。出口管34的尺寸做成刚好穿过开口封闭件20的通孔24并突出超过所述开口封闭件20。这样,密封装置30以出口管34为中心同轴可拆卸地配置在一起。沿侧壁32的外表面的周向突出形成彼此平行的下部环状凹槽35和上部环状凹槽36,所述下部环状凹槽35和上部环状凹槽36的定位、尺寸和形状被配置成分别与容器本体10的敞开顶部11的下部环状突起12和上部环状突起13相匹配,以实现彼此可紧密啮合。密封装置30的顶壁31设有凸缘37。
图6示出袋式容器1的立体分解图,如图所示,袋式容器1还包括封盖40,所述封盖40可拆卸地固定到突出超过开口封闭件20的出口管34。封盖40可卡接在出口管34上,或者通过螺纹与出口管34连接。在封盖40与出口管34之间可以设置密封圈41,以加强二者的密封连接。
使用时,把容器本体10的敞开顶部11套接在密封装置30的侧壁32上,其中敞开顶部11的下部环状突起12和上部环状突起13分别与密封装置30的侧壁32的下部环状凹槽35和上部环状凹槽36啮合,敞开顶部11的顶边缘靠接在密封装置30的凸缘37的下表面。然后,把套接在一起的容器本体10和密封装置30安置于开口封闭件20的接纳室23内,其中出口管34穿过开口封闭件20的通孔24并突出超过所述开口封闭件20,并且容器本体10的敞开顶部11被夹持在开口封闭件20的侧壁22与密封装置30的侧壁32之间所界定的空间内。具体地,在开口封闭件20的侧壁22的底部边缘上设置的加强肋向内压靠并抵接容器本体10的敞开顶部11,从而使敞开顶部11的下部环状突起12受压与密封装置30的下部环状凹槽35形成匹配的压紧啮合密封。替换地,敞开顶部11的下部中与开口封闭件20接触的那一部分的外径被设计成稍微大于相应的开口封闭件20的侧壁22的内径,以致于当二者耦合时所述敞开顶部11被开口封闭件20向内压靠并抵接密封装置30的侧壁32,从而使敞开顶部11的下部环状突起12受压与密封装置30的下部环状凹槽35形成匹配的压紧啮合密封。如图5所示,容器本体10的敞开顶部11沿整个周长都被密封装置30完全覆盖,所述容器本体10中的内容物不会漏出到容器外部,而容器外部的空气也不容易渗透进入容器内部,实现了优异的密封效果。
此外,密封装置30的凸缘37也向下压靠敞开顶部11的顶边缘,使得敞开顶部11的上部环状突起13与密封装置30的上部环状凹槽36也形成压紧密封。 在密封装置30与敞开顶部11的上部提供这样的压紧密封,不仅能进一步加强袋式容器1的密封效果,而且能使开口封闭件20、容器本体10和密封装置30之间的连接更牢固。
图7至10C所示为本发明第二实施例的袋式容器100。本实施例与第一实施例的结构基本相同,包括容器本体110、开口封闭件120、密封装置130和封盖140。
本实施例与上面描述的第一实施例主要的不同之处在于采用不同形式的密封机构。如图所示,容器本体110具有带有开口的敞开顶部111,所述敞开顶部111具有相对于所述袋式容器的纵轴线X向内水平延伸的上边缘112。在所述上边缘112的内端下表面设有向下延伸的环形齿113。所述敞开顶部111还包括在其下部内表面周向突出形成的支承部114、以及定位在上边缘112和支承部114之间的侧向环形齿115,所述支承部114、所述侧向环形齿115与所述上边缘112彼此平行。由敞开顶部111的侧壁内表面、上边缘112的下表面和侧向环形齿115界定凹口116。
本实施例中的密封装置130同样地被构造成安置在所述开口封闭件120内部并与所述敞开顶部111耦合。开口封闭件120大致上是一个具有敞开底部的呈倒T形盖体,包括盖板121和从盖板121向下延伸的侧壁122,所述侧壁122围绕限定接纳室123。侧壁122可包括从其底面向下突出的环形加强件125,当开口封闭件120被压向敞开顶部111时,所述环形加强件会发生弹性变形压合在敞开顶部111的上边缘112上。盖板121的中心设有通孔124。
密封装置130包括顶壁131、侧壁132以及将所述顶壁131与所述侧壁132连接的肩部137,其中所述侧壁132围绕并限定中空腔体133,所述肩部137包含面向上的环形槽135。在所述密封装置130的侧壁132上进一步设置面向外的侧向环形槽136。所述面向上的环形槽135和侧向环形槽136的定位、尺寸和形状被配置成分别与敞开顶部111的向下延伸的环形齿113和侧向环形齿115相匹配,以实现彼此可紧密啮合。密封装置130被构造成刚好卡接在敞开顶部111的支承部114与所述上边缘112之间。
如图9所示,密封装置130的顶部基本上可拆卸地容纳在开口封闭件120的接纳室123内,而侧壁132及其所限定的中空腔体133露出开口封闭件120的接纳室123之外。密封装置130还包括从所述顶壁131向上延伸的出口管134, 所述出口管134与所述容器本体的内部隔室保持连通。出口管134的尺寸做成刚好穿过开口封闭件120的通孔124并突出超过所述开口封闭件120。这样,密封装置130以出口管134为中心同轴可拆卸地配置在一起。密封装置30在其肩部137与侧壁132之间设有凸缘138。
封盖140可拆卸地固定到突出超过开口封闭件120的出口管134,包括上盖部141、套环142和手柄143。上盖部141的内部设有环形接纳部144,出口管134的上部管壁接合在所述环形接纳部144内。手柄143连接于上盖部141,方便使用者携带。套环142与上盖部141是分开的两个部件,套环142的内部设有内螺纹,与出口管134螺接,再将上盖部141卡接在出口管134上位于套环142之上的位置。套环142螺接到出口管134后,将向开口封闭件120施加向下的压力,使开口封闭件120压向敞开顶部111。设置在开口封闭件120的底面的环形加强件125因此受压发生弹性变形,压靠于所述敞开顶部111,以便在二者之间形成紧密密封。
使用时,把容器本体110的敞开顶部111套接在密封装置130的侧壁132上,其中敞开顶部111的向下延伸的环形齿113和侧向环形齿115分别定位在密封装置130的面向上的环形槽135和侧向环形槽136内并彼此啮合,密封装置130的凸缘138容纳在敞开顶部111的凹口116内。然后,把套接在一起的容器本体110和密封装置130安置于开口封闭件120的接纳室123内,其中出口管134穿过开口封闭件120的通孔124并突出超过所述开口封闭件120,并且容器本体10的敞开顶部111的上边缘112被水平地夹持在开口封闭件120的底面与密封装置130的肩部137之间。具体地,在开口封闭件120的底面上设置的环形加强件125在套环142与出口管134螺接后,受到向下的压力压靠并抵接敞开顶部111的上边缘112,从而使敞开顶部111的向下延伸的环形齿113受压与密封装置130的面向上的环形槽135形成匹配的压紧啮合密封。如图9所示,容器本体110的敞开顶部111沿整个周长都被密封装置130完全覆盖,所述容器本体110中的内容物不会漏出到容器外部,而容器外部的空气也不容易渗透进入容器内部,实现了优异的密封效果。
此外,敞开顶部111的侧向环形齿115也与密封装置130的侧向环形槽136形成啮合密封,这样不仅能进一步加强袋式容器100的密封效果,而且能使开口封闭件120、容器本体110和密封装置130之间的连接更牢固。
如上所述,本发明的要点之一在于,将袋式容器的三个组成部分:开口封闭件20,120、容器本体10,110和密封装置30,130设计成可彼此分离。通过提供互相匹配的可联锁紧固的元件,允许所述三个组成部分方便且简单地组装在一起,所提供的可联锁紧固的元件确保组装而成的容器保持密封闭合。
本发明的容器本体优选地是由柔性材料制成的柔性容器。柔性材料可以是包含硅胶或橡胶的材料,硅胶或橡胶是一种无毒性、耐高温、低温并且易于模制加工的聚合物材料。使用硅胶或橡胶制成的袋式柔性容器适合于食品的储存。特别优选地,实施例的容器本体由硅胶或橡胶模制而成。
本发明的开口封闭件和密封装置优选地由硬质塑胶材料制成。硬质塑胶材料可以是包含聚丙烯(PP,Polypropylene)的材料制成。聚丙烯是一种半结晶的热塑性塑胶,具备有耐酸碱、耐化学物质、耐碰撞及耐高温(-20℃~130℃)等优点。因其安全稳定的化学特性,聚丙烯不仅可以用来制作食品级容器,也可以放进微波炉中进行加热。进一步地,选用硬质塑胶材料有利于对容器本体的敞开顶部的夹固作用,保证了容器的密封效用。
此外,容器本体的高度和容积可以根据不同需求而改变,容器本体的壁厚可以取决于容器的容积而恰当地选择。当容积较大时,可以使容器壁具有较大的厚度,使得容器不会由于内容物的重量过大而破裂。
以上通过描述示例性实施例,详细说明了本发明的具有可拆卸的开口封闭件的袋式容器。应当理解,本发明的范围不限于上述实施例,而是由随附的权利要求所限定。在不背离本发明的目标和精神的情况下,能够对实施例进行各种修改,但是其仍然属于本发明的范围之内。

- 一种具有可拆卸的开口封闭件的袋式容器,包括:容器本体,其具有带有开口的敞开顶部并且具有尺寸设置成容纳一定体积的内容物的内部隔室;开口封闭件,所述开口封闭件与所述容器本体的敞开顶部连接,用于闭合所述敞开顶部的开口,以及密封装置,所述密封装置与所述开口封闭件耦合,其特征在于:所述密封装置可拆卸地安装在所述容器本体的敞开顶部,籍由所述密封装置使所述开口封闭件可拆卸地与所述容器本体的敞开顶部形成密封连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的具有可拆卸的开口封闭件的袋式容器,其特征在于:所述密封装置包括顶壁以及从所述顶壁向下延伸的侧壁,所述侧壁围绕并限定一个中空的腔体,其中所述顶壁和/或所述侧壁被构造成与所述容器本体的顶部可拆卸地密封啮合。
- 根据权利要求2所述的具有可拆卸的开口封闭件的袋式容器,其特征在于:所述密封装置设有第一啮合件,所述容器本体的敞开顶部形成可与所述第一啮合件啮合的第二啮合件;当所述开口封闭件与所述敞开顶部连接时,所述敞开顶部被压靠并抵接所述密封装置,使所述第一啮合件与所述第二啮合件压紧密封。
- 根据权利要求3所述的具有可拆卸的开口封闭件的袋式容器,其特征在于:所述密封装置设有与所述第一啮合件相隔开的第三啮合件,所述容器本体的敞开顶部形成可与所述第三啮合件啮合的第四啮合件;当所述敞开顶部抵接所述密封装置时,迫使所述第三啮合件与所述第四啮合件压紧密封。
- 根据权利要求4所述的具有可拆卸的开口封闭件的袋式容器,其特征在于:沿所述密封装置的侧壁的周向形成所述第一啮合件,沿所述容器本体的敞 开顶部的内表面的周向形成所述第二啮合件;当所述开口封闭件与所述敞开顶部连接时,所述敞开顶部被向内压靠并抵接所述密封装置的侧壁,使所述第一啮合件与所述第二啮合件压紧密封。
- 根据权利要求5所述的具有可拆卸的开口封闭件的袋式容器,其特征在于:沿所述密封装置的侧壁的周向且位于所述第一啮合件的上方形成所述第三啮合件,沿所述容器本体的敞开顶部的内表面的周向形成可所述第四啮合件;所述敞开顶部抵接所述密封装置的侧壁时,迫使所述第三啮合件与所述第四啮合件压紧密封。
- 根据权利要求6所述的具有可拆卸的开口封闭件的袋式容器,其特征在于:所述第一啮合件与所述第二啮合件形成为彼此互锁的凹凸结构件,和/或所述第三啮合件与所述第四啮合件形成为彼此互锁的凹凸结构件。
- 根据权利要求5至7中任一项所述的具有可拆卸的开口封闭件的袋式容器,其特征在于:所述密封装置的顶壁具有凸缘,当所述密封装置与所述敞开顶部连接时,所述凸缘的下表面压靠于所述敞开顶部的顶边缘。
- 根据权利要求5至7中任一项所述的具有可拆卸的开口封闭件的袋式容器,其特征在于:在所述开口封闭件的侧壁和所述敞开顶部设置可联锁的紧固元件,以使二者更好地紧固锁合。
- 根据权利要求9中所述的具有可拆卸的开口封闭件的袋式容器,其特征在于:所述可联锁的紧固元件包括在所述开口封闭件的侧壁的内表面设置一或多个凹座,在所述敞开顶部的外表面上对应于所述凹座的位置设置一或多个可与所述凹座啮合的突柱。
- 根据权利要求5至7任一项所述的具有可拆卸的开口封闭件的袋式容器,其特征在于:所述密封装置包括从所述顶壁向上延伸的出口管,所述出口管与所述容器本体的内部隔室保持连通,并且突出超过所述开口封闭件。
- 根据权利要求11所述的具有可拆卸的开口封闭件的袋式容器,其特征在于:所述袋式容器还包括封盖,所述封盖可拆卸地固定到所述出口管。
- 根据权利要求4所述的具有可拆卸的开口封闭件的袋式容器,其特征在于:所述密封装置包括将所述侧壁与所述顶壁连接的肩部,所述第一啮合件设置在所述肩部上并形成为面向上的环形槽;所述敞开顶部具有相对于所述袋式容器的纵轴线横向延伸的上边缘,所述第二啮合件形成为从所述上边缘的下表面向下延伸的环形齿;当所述开口封闭件与所述敞开顶部连接时,所述敞开顶部被所述开口封闭件向下压靠并抵接所述密封装置,使所述向下延伸的环形齿定位在所述面向上的环形槽内以形成压紧密封。
- 根据权利要求13所述的具有可拆卸的开口封闭件的袋式容器,其特征在于:所述开口封闭件包括从其底面向下突出的环形加强件,其中当所述开口封闭件与所述敞开顶部连接时,所述环形加强件弹性变形压合在所述敞开顶部的上边缘上,以便在所述面向上的环形槽和所述向下延伸的环形齿之间形成紧密的啮合。
- 根据权利要求13所述的具有可拆卸的开口封闭件的袋式容器,其特征在于:在所述容器本体的敞开顶部的内表面包括向内延伸的支承部,所述支承部、所述上边缘和所述敞开顶部的侧壁界定接纳所述密封装置的空间。
- 根据权利要求15所述的具有可拆卸的开口封闭件的袋式容器,其特征在于:所述第三啮合件设置在所述密封装置的侧壁上并形成为侧向环形槽,在所述敞开顶部的上边缘与支承部之间设置侧向环形齿;当所述敞开顶部抵接所述密封装置时,所述侧向环形齿定位在所述侧向环形槽内以形成压紧密封。
- 根据权利要求13至16中任一项所述的具有可拆卸的开口封闭件的袋式容器,其特征在于:所述密封装置包括从所述顶壁向上延伸的出口管,所述出口管与所述容器本体的内部隔室保持连通,并且突出超过所述开口封闭件。
- 根据权利要求17所述的具有可拆卸的开口封闭件的袋式容器,其特征在于:所述袋式容器还包括封盖,所述封盖可拆卸地固定到所述出口管。
- 根据权利要求18所述的具有可拆卸的开口封闭件的袋式容器,其特征在于:所述封盖包括上盖部和套环,所述套环固定到所述出口管时作用于所述开口封闭件,使所述开口封闭件受压而压靠于所述敞开顶部,以便在所述面向上的环形槽和所述向下延伸的环形齿之间形成紧密的啮合。
- 根据权利要求19所述的具有可拆卸的开口封闭件的袋式容器,其特征在于:所述上盖部的内部设有环形接纳部,用于与所述出口管的上部接合。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的具有可拆卸的开口封闭件的袋式容器,其特征在于:所述容器本体、密封装置和开口封闭件分别是一体化成型制造的。
- 根据权利要求1至4的任一项所述的具有可拆卸的开口封闭件的袋式容器,其特征在于:所述容器本体由包含硅胶或橡胶的材料制成,且所述密封装置与所述开口封闭件由包含聚丙烯的材料制成。
