Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de repassage de pièces de linge (11) avec au moins un corps de repassage et au moins une bande de repassage (17; 64) pouvant être entraînée en rotation, associée audit au moins un corps de repassage, dans lequel les pièces de linge (11) peuvent être transportées à travers une fente de repassage (25) entre le ou chaque corps de repassage et la bande de repassage (17; 64) qui lui est associée et au moins un accessoire d'évacuation pour les pièces de linge repassées (11) est associé au moins à une zone de sortie (22; 67, 69) de la ou de chaque fente de repassage (25), caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un accessoire d'évacuation est formé par une bande de matière mince (37) ou une bande de tôle éventuellement flexible, qui est fixée à l'extrémité de la fente de repassage (25) avec un bord transversal avant sur le corps de repassage immobile pour conduire ou guider les pièces de linge repassées (11) dans la zone de sortie (22; 67, 69) entre la bande de repassage (17; 64) et la bande de matière (37) ou la bande de tôle.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une face venant en contact avec la pièce de linge (11), de préférence aussi une face de la bande de matière (33, 37) ou de la bande de tôle venant en contact avec la surface latérale (13) du corps de repassage présente la surface latérale (13) du corps de repassage présente de bonnes propriétés de glissement et/ou n'est pas adhérente, par exemple est formée en polytétra-fluoroéthylène ou présente un revêtement de ce type.
  3. Dispositif selon une revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un autre accessoire d'évacuation est associé au côté ou à la face de la pièce de linge (11) venant en contact avec la bande de repassage (17; 64) et/ou l'accessoire d'évacuation associé au côté ou à la face de la pièce de linge (11) appliqué(e) sur la bande de repassage (17; 64) sépare la pièce de linge respective (11) de la bande de repassage de façon mécanique et/ou pneumatique, de préférence par raclage ou par soufflage.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un accessoire d'évacuation est associé à un tambour de déviation (20) de la bande de repassage (17; 64) à la zone de sortie (22; 67; 69) de la repasseuse à bandes (10), dans lequel l'accessoire d'évacuation est réalisé en particulier sous la forme d'un racloir, de préférence stationnaire, associé au tambour de déviation (20) de la bande de repassage (17; 64) à la zone de sortie (22; 67; 69) de la repasseuse à bandes (10), comme par exemple un déflecteur (86).
  5. Dispositif selon une revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que l'accessoire d'évacuation présente au moins une buse à air (89) alimentée en air, de préférence en air comprimé, dont le jet d'air est dirigé contre le côté ou la face de la pièce de linge (11) appliqué(e) sur la bande de repassage (17; 64).
  6. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'accessoire d'évacuation est formé d'au moins une brosse, de préférence rotative, de préférence de plusieurs couronnes de brosses (90), dans lequel les brosses ou les couronnes de brosses (90) sont associées à un tambour, tourné vers la zone de sortie (22; 67; 69) de la repasseuse à bandes (10), d'un convoyeur à courroies suivant la repasseuse à bandes (10) dans la direction de repassage (28), de préférence d'un convoyeur d'entrée (31) transportant les pièces de linge repassées (11) vers la machine de pliage (32).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les brosses sont formées par des couronnes de brosses (90) assemblées à la surface latérale du tambour et tournant avec le tambour, de préférence les couronnes de brosses (90) sont disposées dans au moins quelques espaces intermédiaires (92) entre des courroies étroites voisines (91) du convoyeur à courroies ou du convoyeur d'entrée (31).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la surface latérale (13) venant en contact avec les pièces de linge (11), en particulier la face de repassage formée par celle-ci, d'au moins un corps de repassage présente des propriétés d'anti-adhérence, de préférence est munie d'un revêtement d'anti-adhérence résistant à l'usure et ladite au moins une bande de repassage (17; 64) présente des propriétés d'adhérence pour l'entraînement, en particulier l'entraînement sans glissement, des pièces de linge (11) pendant le passage sur la surface latérale (13) ou la face de repassage dudit au moins un corps de repassage.
  9. Dispositif selon une revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux cavités séparées (39, 40) se succédant dans la direction longitudinale de la fente de repassage (25) et/ou dans la direction périphérique de la surface latérale (13) pour des porteurs de chaleur destinés à chauffer le corps de repassage sont associées à la surface latérale (13) limitant d'un côté la fente de repassage (25) d'au moins un corps de repassage ou, dans le cas de plusieurs corps de repassage successifs, les cavités des corps de repassage individuels peuvent être alimentées en vapeur avec des niveaux énergétiques différents.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que chaque cavité (39, 40) présente au moins un raccord d'alimentation (45, 46) pour l'amenée du porteur de chaleur, en particulier de la vapeur, et au moins un raccord de sortie (47, 48) pour l'évacuation du porteur de chaleur, en particulier de la vapeur, dans lequel le raccord d'alimentation respectif (45, 46) est associé à au moins une région supérieure du corps de repassage respectif et le raccord de sortie respectif (47, 48) est associé à une région inférieure du corps de repassage respectif et/ou une conduite est associée à un raccord de sortie (47) d'une cavité (39) traversée par de la vapeur fraîche, en particulier de la vapeur saturée ou de la vapeur chaude, et conduit à un séparateur de condensat et/ou à un dispositif de détente de la vapeur et une conduite pour l'amenée de vapeur de détente ou de vapeur chaude au raccord d'alimentation (46) d'une autre cavité (40) est associée au séparateur de condensat ou au dispositif de détente de la vapeur.
