Definitions

  • Lifting devices of this type are known in many variants from the prior art. They are used for raising and lowering, as well as transporting various objects or even transporting people.
  • lifting devices Depending on the load to be transported or lifted or lowered, different requirements are placed on lifting devices. If a lifting device is provided for a heavy load or if a load is to be lifted to a great height, a different chassis is advisable, for example, than for light loads and low lifting heights. It is also possible that special environments require special trolleys so that the load can be picked up from the starting point of a transport or delivered to the destination.
  • the different chassis currently make special models necessary, which are often created by converting a series model.
  • the present invention is based on the problem of meeting the different requirements for a chassis of a lift truck.
  • the problem on which the invention is based is solved according to the invention by a lifting device according to claim 1.
  • the chassis of a lifting device according to the invention is of modular design. Modular in the sense that the chassis is composed of several parts. The parts have connecting structures that connect them to one another. Such a modular chassis can be assembled from different parts depending on the requirements in the manner of a construction kit, as long as mutually interchangeable parts have the same connection structures for connection to the other parts of the Have chassis or the pallet truck.
  • the parts can be monolithic.
  • the side parts and the cross member are modules of the chassis.
  • the side parts can be varied to meet special requirements without having to change the cross member.
  • the cross member can be varied without having to change the side parts. Only the connection structures have to be retained so that the connection between the parts can be established.
  • the cross member can be designed monolithically.
  • chassis As a whole, but also the side parts of the chassis are modular. This increases the modularity of the entire chassis.
  • Each side panel comprises several monolithic sections that are interconnected and are modules of the modular side panels.
  • the sections of each side part can have connecting structures via which they are connected to a further section of the side part and / or to the cross member.
  • Each side part of a lifting device comprises a first section, a second section and a third section which are connected to one another.
  • the cross member can be connected to a third section of each side part.
  • first sections, the second sections and / or the cross member are hollow profiles with a cross-sectional profile that is uniform in their main direction of extent.
  • the hollow profiles can be tubes, in particular rectangular tubes, which can be produced from a longer tube by cutting to length.
  • the first sections, the second sections and / or the cross member can have a recess as a connecting structure at least at one end each and / or the cross member at both ends.
  • the third sections can have protruding areas which each have a cross section that corresponds to at least one clear cross section of a recess provided as a connecting structure.
  • the protruding areas can then be inserted into their recesses to connect the third section to the first and / or the second section and / or to the cross member.
  • first section, the second section and / or the third section of each side part are connected to one another by plug connections.
  • the third sections of the side parts and the cross member can be connected to one another by plug connections.
  • the plug connections can be secured against loosening by pins, screws or other means.
  • the third section of a lifting device according to the invention can be a cast part.
  • the first sections of the side panels can be the same.
  • the second sections of the side parts can also be the same.
  • the third sections of the side parts can be symmetrical in area to one another.
  • Rollers can be attached to the side parts using roll holders.
  • the roll holder and the rolls can be the same in pairs.
  • Figs. 1 to 3 comprises a lifting device H, which is designed according to a first embodiment of the present invention, a chassis 2 and a mast unit 1 which is attached to the chassis 2.
