Definitions

  • the invention relates to a lifting or depositing device for transportable large containers, for. B. cabins, containers or the like, with vertically attachable to the corner fittings of the large container, such as container-high connecting bars for brackets that carry rack winches or the like, whose racks or the like are provided on supports for the large container and which can be raised and lowered in the longitudinal direction of each support , wherein the supports can have impellers.
  • Such a movable lifting or lowering device for transportable large containers is known from DE-OS 32 26 882.
  • additional reinforcement measures are required in the area of the cantilevers, thereby also reducing the time required for an operator - And dismantling the rack winches on or from a large container is increased accordingly.
  • This relatively high workload has another reason that, for example, after lifting a large container from a truck and then setting up the wheels on a narrow track, the connecting bars and rack winches have to be moved.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a lifting or depositing device for transportable large containers, in which the wheels or only the supports on lanes or support points can be set at different distances with little construction effort and time-saving.
  • connection spars are arranged opposite the large container in each case at a corner and carry at their lower end regions at least a further, shorter, vertical connection spar for the extension arm of a rack winch at a lateral distance.
  • the rack and pinion jacks with their brackets can be easily and quickly attached or moved to any container corner in one of three different positions, so that different lanes or locations for the wheels or supports are also obtained.
  • the connection spars once installed on each container corner can advantageously be left unchanged in their attachment positions.
  • the additional shortened connecting bars are simple components that can be connected just as easily to their respective approximately container-high connecting tubes.
  • An important advantage of the invention is that the repositioning of the rack winches on the container corners takes less time than in the prior art.
  • Such repositioning can e.g. B. then be required when a large container from a truck first to unload and set down on the floor and then via an inclined ramp z. B. to enter the cargo hold of a transport aircraft.
  • This requires the wheels to be set to a “narrow track”.
  • Adjustment of the impellers for moving the large container transversely to its longitudinal axis is also possible with minimal expenditure of time.
  • the connecting bars also remain in the attachment position here.
  • the shortened connecting rod can be arranged on the approximately container-high connecting rod in such a way that it lies opposite a long side of the large container or alternatively a narrow side of the large container.
  • the approximately container-high connection spar carries two shortened connection spars in a right-angled arrangement, so that one faces a long side and the other a narrow side of the large container, the number of different mounting options of the rack winches at each container corner is further increased and it the wheels can be easily and time-savingly adjusted to more lanes with different distances between them.
  • the shortened connecting bars are attached with their ends to support arms which, for. B. are releasably fastened by means of socket pins, the advantage is achieved that less bulky parts have to be kept after the lifting or lowering device has been removed from a large container.
  • Another embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the support arms are telescopic in order to change the lateral distance between the connecting bars.
  • the rack and pinion jacks and consequently the supports with the wheels can be attached to the corners of the containers in even more different positions, which means even more different lanes.
  • the shortened connecting bars between two support arms are arranged to be adjustable in their axial direction.
  • the lower end of the approximately container-high connecting bar is fastened to the lower corner fitting of the large container via two support arms arranged at right angles on the connecting bar for the shortened connecting bars, these support arms advantageously fulfill two functions by also for fixing the lower end of the approximately container-high connecting bar on the large container are used, they replace the connection component otherwise required here.
  • the movable lifting and depositing device of which only the part assigned to one of four container corners is shown in FIGS. 1-6, is intended for large containers 10 (for example containers, cabins or the like) with a rectangular outline.
  • the four parts of the lifting or lowering device are of the same type.
  • These large containers 10 are z. B. lifting from the ground, driving to a transport plane, truck or the like and then driving over an inclined ramp on the loading area and finally settling. If, instead of an inclined ramp, there is only a horizontal loading ramp, platform or the like (with rollers) at the level of the loading space floor or the transfer level, the large container 10 is raised by means of the lifting or lowering device to such an extent that it can also be placed on this loading ramp .
  • the above operations can also be carried out in the reverse order, namely when a large container is to be unloaded from a transport plane or unloaded from a truck.
  • the large container 10 With such a lifting or depositing device, the large container 10 must also be able to be moved in the cargo hold of the aircraft or another transport device if there are no rollers on the floor of the cargo hold.
  • the rack and pinion jacks can be attached to the container corners in different positions, so that the wheels assigned to them can be adjusted to different mutual distances or lanes. So z. B. the setting of the wheels on a «narrow track required if the large container is to be driven into the cargo area of a transport plane via an inclined ramp.
  • the movable lifting or lowering device has four brackets 11 of the same design, which can be detachably fastened to the corners of the large container 10 and each carry a rack and pinion winch 12 which can be actuated by a hand crank 13.
  • Each boom 11 consists of a design known from German Utility Model 82 35 609.2, which has two plates 14 with a U-shaped cross-sectional profile open to the outside. The plates 14 are connected at a distance of the width B 1 of a support 15 consisting of a square tube by means of one or more spacers 16.
  • Each boom 11 is assigned a support 15 to which a toothed rack 150 is fastened axially parallel.
  • the plates 14 are welded with their flat side to the spacer (s) 16 in such a way that at one end of the boom 11 there is a vertical mounting space 17 and at the opposite end opposite the winch 12 there is a vertical guide space 18 for the support 15.
  • the rack 150 fastened to it is in engagement with a drive pinion (not shown) of the rack winch 12.
  • standardized corner fittings 19 are provided at the top and bottom, to which an approximately container-high connecting bar 20 can be attached at a distance from the large container 10 over a corner.
  • the connecting bar 20 consisting of a square tube carries at its upper end a bracket 21 to which a pin 22 is fastened for connection to the upper corner fitting 19.
  • At the lower end of each connecting bar 20 are two horizontally spaced support arms 23, 24 are arranged by z. B. weld, between the ends of a further shortened, vertical connecting bar 25 is attached.
  • an extension 26 is also attached at right angles to the support arm 23, which, like the support arm 23, is provided with bores for the passage of fastening screws 27 which are to be connected to the lower corner fitting 19 at each container corner.
  • this extension 26 can also be replaced by a support arm 23 'corresponding to the support arm 23, and a further support arm 24' can also be attached to the connecting bar 20 at right angles to the support arm 24 at the same height as this. be attached to another connecting bar 25 'in to be able to provide lateral distance to the connecting bar 20 which is fastened between the free ends of the support arms 23 'and 24'.
  • the shortened connecting bars 25 and 25 ' also consist of square tubes with a cross section that corresponds to that of the approximately container-high connecting bar 20.
  • the edge dimensions B 2 of the connecting bars 20, 25 and 25 ' are equal to the width B 1 of the supports 15.
  • the vertical distance between the support arms 23, 24 or 23' is slightly larger than the overall height of the bracket 11.
  • the boom 11 with the rack and pinion jacks 12 can, depending on the respective requirements at the place of loading, be optionally attached to the connecting bars 20, 25 or 25 'at each corner of the container.
  • the depth of the mounting space 17 is namely equal to the edge dimension B 2 of the connecting bars, so that when a boom 11 is attached to each container corner, the boom 11 with its mounting space 17 slides over one of the connecting bars 20 or 25 or 25 ', the relevant connecting bar fills the U-shaped clear cross section of the mounting space 17.
  • Four different attachment options A-D for a boom 11 with a rack and pinion winch 12 at each container corner are indicated in FIG. 2 partly in full and partly in dash-dotted lines.
  • each bracket 11 also contain at a corresponding vertical distance laterally aligned holes 28 a for the passage of the legs 29 of the U-shaped bracket 29 A.
  • connection spars 20 and 25 can be attached to each container corner in such a way that, as shown in FIGS. 1-5, the shortened connection spar 25 is opposite to the narrow side 30 of the large container 10.
  • the connecting bar 25' is accordingly opposite a longitudinal side 31 of the large container 10.
  • a z. B. placed on the floor size container 10 in or on a remote transport device, for. B. Transport plane is to be loaded via an inclined ramp by means of the movable lifting or lowering device, the arms 11 are attached to the shortened connecting bars 25 at each corner of the container, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4 and in full lines in FIG. 2 at A and in Fig. 6 is shown in dash-dotted lines. In these positions, the four arms 11 extend parallel to the longitudinal axis of the large container 10.
  • the impellers 32 are then arranged in pairs below the guide spaces 18 for the supports 15.
  • the wheels 32 of each pair are mounted axially on the legs 33 of a wheel stool 34 with a U-shaped cross section (FIG. 6).
  • a rocker 36 which is intended for supporting the lower end of a support 15, is arranged on the horizontal web section 35 of each wheel stool 34.
  • the rocker 36 carries a guide pin 37 which, when the support 15 is supported, fits appropriately into an axial bore in the lower end of the support 15.
  • a bracket 29 B corresponding to the aforementioned U-shaped bracket 29 A with its legs 29 'is inserted through laterally aligned holes 28' in the plates 14 to secure the supports 15 in each guide space 18 and secured in the installed position by split pins, not shown.
  • the rack winches 12 are actuated by turning the hand cranks 13 to move the four arms 11 and thus the bulk container 10 on the supports 15 into one in Fig. 6 shown driving position to raise, in which there is a certain play between the wheels 32 and the underside of the arms 11 or winches 12, which rotation of the two front pairs of wheels 32 about the axis of the supports 15 or guide pin 37 for Allows steering purposes.
  • the two trailing wheel pairs are secured against rotation.
  • the front steerable wheel pairs are assigned a pull and steering linkage, which is partially indicated in FIG. 4 at 38 and is articulated to the wheel bolsters 34 of the front wheel pairs.
  • the large container 10 is to be placed on an elevated horizontal loading ramp of the respective transport device, it is necessary to set the impeller pairs to a wide track. as shown in Fig. 3 and in full lines in Fig. 6.
  • the brackets 11 are attached to the connecting bar 20 in such a way that they extend parallel to the narrow sides 30 of the large container 10 and as the attachment positions B and D in FIG. 2 illustrate. If the The wheel bolster 34 is then retracted under the attached boom 11 and coupled to the supports 15, the rack and pinion winches 12 are also actuated to raise the boom 12 and thus the large container 10 into the driving position in which the impeller pairs are initially 90 ° in the direction of travel can be rotated (Fig. 3 and 6).
  • the large container 10 After reaching the horizontal loading ramp, the large container 10 is raised to such an extent that it can be moved over it, the supports 15 still being at a certain lateral distance from the loading ramp. Then the large container 10 is set down on the loading ramp and the lifting or lowering device is dismantled, so that the large container can be introduced from the loading ramp into the relevant cargo hold via rollers on the bottom.
  • FIG. 2 Further attachment options for the boom 11 on the connecting bars 20 or 25 'are indicated in FIG. 2 at C and D.
  • the attachment method C results in a slightly greater lateral distance between the pairs of impellers than the attachment method A and the attachment method D likewise gives a “wide track for the impeller pairs, it also being possible here for the large container 10 to be moved in the direction of its longitudinal axis and transverse to this longitudinal axis, as with the add-on version B.
  • the add-on version D requires the second shortened connecting rod 25 ', as is also indicated in dash-dotted lines in FIG. 1.
  • the support arms 23, 24 or 23 'and 24' can also be releasably attached to the connecting bar 20, for. B. by means of socket pins, not shown, which can be inserted through holes in tabs on the connecting rod 20. This results in less bulky add-on parts when the lifting or lowering device is removed from a large container.
  • Additional different lanes for the pairs of wheels can be set if the support arms 23, 24 or 23 ', 24' are telescopic or the shortened connecting bars 25, 25 'between the support arms 23, 24, 23', 24 'in their Axis direction are arranged adjustable.
