Definitions
- the invention relates to a portion pack, preferably a sachet with detergents and / or cleaning agents.
- Detergents or cleaners are now available to the consumer in a variety of forms. In addition to powders and granules, this offer also includes, for example, liquids, gels or sachets, e.g. (Tablets or filled bags).
- portion packs in the form of water-soluble packaging with liquid detergents or cleaners are becoming increasingly popular, they fulfill the one hand, the consumer's desire for simplified dosage and on the other hand more and more consumers prefer liquid detergents or cleaners.
- Manufacturing methods for bag-type portion packages are known in the art. For example, disclosed DE1287502 a process for making thermoformed packages with water-soluble films. The packages are made on a drum. Also revealed EP1360110 such a procedure, with the difference that the forms run on a treadmill instead of on a drum.
- the known portion packs are very yielding and not dimensionally stable.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide a sachet with improved properties, in particular sachets with two or more chambers are dimensionally stable to each other.
- the water-reactive sachet of the invention comprises a product comprising washing and / or cleaning agents.
- the product is a detergent.
- the product is a cleaning agent, preferably a dishwashing detergent.
- the sachet comprises at least one chamber for storing the product, wherein the chamber is formed of a water-soluble, by deep drawing at least partially plastically deformed film and a water-soluble and dimensionally stable lid. The lid is attached to the water-soluble film with a seal at a sealing area. The product is stored in the space between the water-soluble film and the lid.
- the lid is injection molded. Injection molding produces a high quality lid with very little material waste. Injection molded lids have very defined lid wall thickness and contours.
- the lid is punched, preferably punched from a plate. Although slightly more material is consumed in punching, punching can be done very quickly, from one plate. The stamped plate with the residual plate material can then be advantageously recycled by recycling.
- the sachet comprises at least a second chamber.
- the second chamber is formed from the water-soluble film and from the water-soluble and dimensionally stable lid.
- the lid is applied to the water-soluble film with a seal.
- a second product is stored in a second or further space between the water-soluble film and the lid.
- the compositions of the product and the second product are different from each other.
- the sachet in particular can keep different products that are incompatible with each other. Examples of such incompatibility may be, for example, phase separation effects, chemical reactions, etc.
- the portion pack comprises a chamber and at least one second chamber.
- the chamber is attached to the sealing area on the lid and the second chamber is attached to the second sealing area on the lid.
- the first and second sealing areas are separated from each other.
- the first and the second sealing area comprise a common partial area, preferably the sealing area and the second sealing area are a continuous part of a single sealing area. This achieves a more uniform seal between the film and the lid.
- each chamber is sealed to a separate sealing area.
- the chambers can be kept in a certain dimensionally stable arrangement to each other, although each chamber is independent of each other.
- a sachet with chambers of different foils can be provided.
- the different films may have different water solubility, for example due to different material composition and / or different wall thickness.
- the portion pack can be set so that different products or quantity at different times in the washing or cleaning cycle can be submitted.
- the wall thickness of the lid at the sealing area, and optionally at the second sealing area is thicker than the wall thickness in the inner area bounded by the sealing area and / or second sealing area.
- the sachet according to the invention by means of a detachable, preferably break off or tearable connection connected to another portion pack.

- solvents especially polyhydric alcohols or mixtures containing them
- the organic solvents or mixtures thereof are preferably contained in a total amount of 5 to 70 wt .-%.
- compositions especially those containing organic solvents
- having a water content of less than 24% by weight Preference is given to compositions (especially those containing organic solvents) having a water content of less than 24% by weight.
- nonionic surfactants it is possible to use all nonionic surfactants known to the person skilled in the art.
- Low-foaming nonionic surfactants are preferably used, in particular alkoxylated, especially ethoxylated and / or propoxylated, low-foaming nonionic surfactants.
- the automatic dishwashing detergents contain nonionic surfactants from the group of alkoxylated alcohols, for example, those nonionic surfactants having a C9-15 alkyl group with 1 to 4 ethylene oxide units, followed by 1 to 4 propylene oxide units, followed by 1 to 4 ethylene oxide units, followed by 1 to 4 propylene oxide units, and / or end-capped polyoxyalkylated nonionic surfactants, for example the C4-22 fatty alcohol (EO) 10-80-2-hydroxyalkyl ethers, in particular also the C8-12 fatty alcohol (EO) 22-2-hydroxydecyl ethers and the C4 -22 fatty alcohol (EO) 40-80-2-hydroxyalkyl ether. the C2-26 fatty alcohol (PO) 1- (EO) 15-40-2-hydroxyalkyl ethers, especially the C8-10 fatty alcohol (PO) 1- (EO) 22-2-hydroxydecyl ethers.
- Fig.1 shows a finished portion pack 1 from the top and in cross-section AA.
- the sachet 1 comprises a water-soluble film 5 which forms a chamber 11 and a second chamber 10 with a lid 11.
- a product according to the invention is incorporated in Fig.1 not shown.
- the lid 11 has an outer side 15 and an inner side 16.
- the inner side 16 is connected to the film 5 at a (first) sealing area 13 and thus forms the chamber 8.
- the inner side 16 is connected to the film 5 at a second sealing area 22 and thus forms the second chamber 10.
- the lid 11 in a bounded by the sealing region 13 inner region 21 has a wall thickness 20.
- the wall thickness of the lid at the sealing region and the second sealing region 26, is thicker than that Wall thickness 20 in the inner region 21 which is bounded by the sealing region 13 and the second sealing region 22.
- the wall thickness of the lid can be continuously uniform, while the production can be carried out in a simplified manner, because it can be dispensed with an accurate positioning of the lid.
- Fig.2 shows a finished portion pack 1 as seen from above and in cross section BB.
- the sachet 1 comprises a water-soluble film 5 which forms a chamber 8 and a second chamber 10 with the lid 11.
- a product according to the invention is incorporated in Fig.2 not shown.
- the lid 11 has an outer side 15 and an inner side 16.
- the inner side 16 is connected to the foil 5 at the sealing area 13 and thus forms the chamber 8.
- the inner side 16 is connected to the foil 5 at the second sealing area 22 and thus forms the second chamber 10.
- the sealing area 13 and the second sealing area 22 are mutually distinct separated by the separation area 29.
- the separation area 29 may extend from one side to the other side of the lid 11. In the illustration in FIG. 2 , the separation area 29 does not extend to the lid sides. It is possible but not necessary that the film 5 is interrupted in the separation area 29.
- the cover 11, in the version according to Fig. 2 in the inner region 21 comprises a wall thickness 20.
- the wall thickness of the lid at the sealing area and the second sealing area 26 is thicker than the wall thickness 20 in the inner area 21 passing through the sealing area 13 and the second
- Sealing region 22 is limited. As a result, a dimensional stability of the portion package is produced with less material consumption for the lid.
- the sections 30 are preferably made equally thicker with the same wall thickness as the area 26. Alternatively, but not according to the invention, the wall thickness of the lid can be uniform throughout, while the production can be simplified because it can be dispensed with a precise positioning of the lid.
- the advantage of having separate areas is that the chambers are held in a particular arrangement with each other, each chamber being independent of each other.
- a sachet with chambers of different foils can be provided.
- the different films may have different water solubility, for example due to different material composition and / or different wall thickness.
- the sachet can be adjusted so that different products or quantity are delivered at different times in the washing or cleaning cycle.
- Figure 3 shows a portion pack 1 which is connected by a releasable connection 19 with a second portion pack 18.
- the Figur3 includes two representations of the connected portion packs 1, 18 on the one hand in plan view and on the other hand as a sectional view along the line CC.
