Definitions

  • the invention relates to a portion pack, preferably a sachet with detergents and / or cleaning agents.
  • Detergents or cleaners are now available to the consumer in a variety of forms. In addition to powders and granules, this offer also includes, for example, liquids, gels or sachets, e.g. (Tablets or filled bags).
  • portion packs in the form of water-soluble packaging with liquid detergents or cleaners are becoming increasingly popular, they fulfill the one hand, the consumer's desire for simplified dosage and on the other hand more and more consumers prefer liquid detergents or cleaners.
  • Manufacturing methods for bag-type portion packages are known in the art. For example, disclosed DE1287502 a process for making thermoformed packages with water-soluble films. The packages are made on a drum. Also revealed EP1360110 such a procedure, with the difference that the forms run on a treadmill instead of on a drum.
  • the known portion packs are very yielding and not dimensionally stable.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to provide a sachet with improved properties, in particular sachets with two or more chambers are dimensionally stable to each other.
  • the water-reactive sachet of the invention comprises a product comprising washing and / or cleaning agents.
  • the product is a detergent.
  • the product is a cleaning agent, preferably a dishwashing detergent.
  • the sachet comprises at least one chamber for storing the product, wherein the chamber is formed of a water-soluble, by deep drawing at least partially plastically deformed film and a water-soluble and dimensionally stable lid. The lid is attached to the water-soluble film with a seal at a sealing area. The product is stored in the space between the water-soluble film and the lid.
  • the lid is injection molded. Injection molding produces a high quality lid with very little material waste. Injection molded lids have very defined lid wall thickness and contours.
  • the lid is punched, preferably punched from a plate. Although slightly more material is consumed in punching, punching can be done very quickly, from one plate. The stamped plate with the residual plate material can then be advantageously recycled by recycling.
  • the sachet comprises at least a second chamber.
  • the second chamber is formed from the water-soluble film and from the water-soluble and dimensionally stable lid.
  • the lid is applied to the water-soluble film with a seal.
  • a second product is stored in a second or further space between the water-soluble film and the lid.
  • the compositions of the product and the second product are different from each other.
  • the sachet in particular can keep different products that are incompatible with each other. Examples of such incompatibility may be, for example, phase separation effects, chemical reactions, etc.
  • the portion pack comprises a chamber and at least one second chamber.

Description

The invention relates to a portion pack, preferably a sachet with detergents and / or cleaning agents.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

(Tabletten oder gefüllte Beutel).Detergents or cleaners are now available to the consumer in a variety of forms. In addition to powders and granules, this offer also includes, for example, liquids, gels or sachets, e.g. (Tablets or filled bags).

In particular, portion packs in the form of water-soluble packaging with liquid detergents or cleaners are becoming increasingly popular, they fulfill the one hand, the consumer's desire for simplified dosage and on the other hand more and more consumers prefer liquid detergents or cleaners. Manufacturing methods for bag-type portion packages are known in the art. For example, disclosed DE1287502 a process for making thermoformed packages with water-soluble films. The packages are made on a drum. Also revealed EP1360110 such a procedure, with the difference that the forms run on a treadmill instead of on a drum. However, the known portion packs are very yielding and not dimensionally stable.

Further describes US 2004/115375 A1 a portion packaging according to the preamble of claim 1, comprising a deep-drawn film and optionally an injection-molded lid.

The object of the invention is therefore to provide a sachet with improved properties, in particular sachets with two or more chambers are dimensionally stable to each other.

This object is achieved by a sachet according to claim 1. The dependent claims relate to further preferred embodiments of the invention.

The water-reactive sachet of the invention comprises a product comprising washing and / or cleaning agents. In one embodiment of the invention, the product is a detergent. In a further embodiment of the invention, the product is a cleaning agent, preferably a dishwashing detergent. The sachet comprises at least one chamber for storing the product, wherein the chamber is formed of a water-soluble, by deep drawing at least partially plastically deformed film and a water-soluble and dimensionally stable lid. The lid is attached to the water-soluble film with a seal at a sealing area. The product is stored in the space between the water-soluble film and the lid.

Further according to the invention, the lid is injection molded. Injection molding produces a high quality lid with very little material waste. Injection molded lids have very defined lid wall thickness and contours.

In an alternative, but not inventive embodiment, the lid is punched, preferably punched from a plate. Although slightly more material is consumed in punching, punching can be done very quickly, from one plate. The stamped plate with the residual plate material can then be advantageously recycled by recycling.

In a preferred embodiment, the sachet comprises at least a second chamber. The second chamber is formed from the water-soluble film and from the water-soluble and dimensionally stable lid. The lid is applied to the water-soluble film with a seal. A second product is stored in a second or further space between the water-soluble film and the lid. Preferably, the compositions of the product and the second product are different from each other. Thus, the sachet in particular can keep different products that are incompatible with each other. Examples of such incompatibility may be, for example, phase separation effects, chemical reactions, etc.

In a variant of the invention, the portion pack comprises a chamber and at least one second chamber. The chamber is attached to the sealing area on the lid and the second chamber is attached to the second sealing area on the lid. In one embodiment of this variant, the first and second sealing areas are separated from each other. In a further embodiment of this variant, the first and the second sealing area comprise a common partial area, preferably the sealing area and the second sealing area are a continuous part of a single sealing area. This achieves a more uniform seal between the film and the lid.

In one embodiment of the invention, each chamber is sealed to a separate sealing area. Thus, the chambers can be kept in a certain dimensionally stable arrangement to each other, although each chamber is independent of each other. For example, thus, a sachet with chambers of different foils can be provided. In particular, the different films may have different water solubility, for example due to different material composition and / or different wall thickness. Thus, the portion pack can be set so that different products or quantity at different times in the washing or cleaning cycle can be submitted.

Further according to the invention, the wall thickness of the lid at the sealing area, and optionally at the second sealing area, is thicker than the wall thickness in the inner area bounded by the sealing area and / or second sealing area. As a result, despite a lower material consumption for the lid, sufficient dimensional stability of the entire portion pack is ensured.

In a further development of the invention, it is preferred that the sachet according to the invention by means of a detachable, preferably break off or tearable connection connected to another portion pack. Thereby, a rod-like arrangement with two or more portion packs can be provided, which can be arranged regularly in a container. As a result, space can be saved compared with the previously known portion-packaging containers in which the portion packages are accommodated in an arbitrarily positioned manner.

For the releasable connection between individual sachets there may be variants as follows:
  1. i) The film is interrupted in the region between the portion pack and the second portion pack and the lid is connected to the second lid by a predetermined breaking point or predetermined breaking point. Thus, a rigid connection of the two portion packages is achieved, thus forming a rod-like arrangement.
  2. ii) The lid is not connected to the second lid, the foil being continuous in the area between the sachet and the second sachet, preferably with a perforated intended tear-off location. Thus, although no rigid rod-like arrangement is formed but allows a simplified separation due to the perforated desired Abreißstelle.
  3. iii) The lid is connected to the second lid, the foil being continuous between the sachet and the second sachet. In this way, the preparation of the portion packages is simplified, since neither a separation of the film nor the lid is necessary.

Folienmaterialfilm material

In one embodiment, the water-soluble film is formed from a water-soluble film material selected from the group consisting of polymers or polymer blends. The film may be formed of one or two or more layers of the water-soluble film material. The water-soluble film material of the first layer and the further layers, if present, may be the same or different.

The water-soluble film may contain polyvinyl alcohol or a polyvinyl alcohol copolymer. Water-soluble films containing polyvinyl alcohol or a polyvinyl alcohol copolymer have a good stability with a sufficiently high water solubility, in particular cold water solubility on.

Suitable water-soluble films are preferably based on a polyvinyl alcohol or a polyvinyl alcohol copolymer whose molecular weight is in the range of 10,000 to 1,000,000 gmol -1 , preferably 20,000 to 500,000 gmol -1 , more preferably 30,000 to 100,000 gmol -1 and especially 40,000 to 80,000 gmol -1 is located.

The production of polyvinyl alcohol is usually carried out by hydrolysis of polyvinyl acetate, since the direct synthesis route is not possible. The same applies to polyvinyl alcohol copolymers which are prepared from correspondingly polyvinyl acetate copolymers. It is preferred if at least one layer of the water-soluble film comprises a polyvinyl alcohol whose degree of hydrolysis makes up 70 to 100 mol%, preferably 80 to 90 mol%, particularly preferably 81 to 89 mol% and in particular 82 to 88 mol%.

In addition, a polymer selected from the group consisting of (meth) acrylic acid-containing (co) polymers, polyacrylamides, oxazoline polymers, polystyrenesulfonates, polyurethanes, polyesters, polyethers, polylactic acid, or mixtures of the above can be additionally used as a polyvinyl alcohol-containing film material suitable for producing the water-soluble film Be added polymers.

Other additives include, for example, release aids, fillers, crosslinking agents, surfactants, antioxidants, UV absorbers, antiblocking agents, detackifying agents, bittering agents or mixtures thereof.

Suitable water-soluble films for use in the present process are films marketed by MonoSol LLC, for example under the designation M8630, C8400 or M8900. Other suitable films include films named Solublon® PT, Solublon® GA, Solublon® KC or Solublon® KL from Aicello Chemical Europe GmbH or the films VF-HP from Kuraray.

According to a further embodiment, the water-soluble film may also be formed, at least in part, from a pulp-based material. The pulp-based material may in particular be a water-soluble paper. In this context it is especially too prefer that the water-soluble film is formed entirely of a water-soluble paper. In particular, it is preferable that the water-soluble paper is printed.

Lid and foil are preferably joined together by gluing and sealed with it. Gluing can be done by an additional adhesive or by moistening the sealing areas on the lid and / or foil, with the following attachment of lid and foil until the moistened sealing area is glued. By glued is meant that the glue has unfolded its effect and the connection is stable. Preferably, the sealing area is heated during and / or after bonding to accelerate the bonding.

Alternatively, cover and foil are attached by welding to each other.

Wasch und/oder ReinigungsmittelWashing and / or cleaning agents

A chamber of the sachet according to the invention contains a liquid or solid washing and / or cleaning agent.

By "liquid" is meant according to the invention with a view to said detergent, that the washing and / or cleaning agent at a temperature of 20 ° C is flowable.

With regard to the said cleaning agent, "solid" is understood according to the invention to mean that the washing and / or cleaning agent is present as a powder, granules or as a block.

The invention will be explained in more detail in the following, embodiments showing illustrations.

Fig.1 shows a finished portion pack 1 from the top and in cross-section AA. The sachet 1 comprises a water-soluble film 5 which forms a chamber 11 and a second chamber 10 with a lid 11. A product according to the invention is incorporated in Fig.1 not shown. By way of example, two chambers are shown here, wherein other variants with a chamber or with three or more chambers are also according to the invention. The lid 11 has an outer side 15 and an inner side 16. The inner side 16 is connected to the film 5 at a (first) sealing area 13 and thus forms the chamber 8. The inner side 16 is connected to the film 5 at a second sealing area 22 and thus forms the second chamber 10. The sealing area 13 and the second sealing portion 22, in this embodiment, a common portion 25. In this embodiment, the lid 11 in a bounded by the sealing region 13 inner region 21 has a wall thickness 20. The wall thickness of the lid at the sealing region and the second sealing region 26, is thicker than that Wall thickness 20 in the inner region 21 which is bounded by the sealing region 13 and the second sealing region 22.

This results in a dimensional stability of the portion pack with lower material consumption for the Lid generated. Alternatively, but not according to the invention, the wall thickness of the lid can be continuously uniform, while the production can be carried out in a simplified manner, because it can be dispensed with an accurate positioning of the lid.

Sealing region 22 is limited. As a result, a dimensional stability of the portion package is produced with less material consumption for the lid. The sections 30 are preferably made equally thicker with the same wall thickness as the area 26. Alternatively, but not according to the invention, the wall thickness of the lid can be uniform throughout, while the production can be simplified because it can be dispensed with a precise positioning of the lid.

The advantage of having separate areas is that the chambers are held in a particular arrangement with each other, each chamber being independent of each other. For example, thus, a sachet with chambers of different foils can be provided. In particular, the different films may have different water solubility, for example due to different material composition and / or different wall thickness. Thus, the sachet can be adjusted so that different products or quantity are delivered at different times in the washing or cleaning cycle.

Figure 3 shows a portion pack 1 which is connected by a releasable connection 19 with a second portion pack 18. The Figur3 includes two representations of the connected portion packs 1, 18 on the one hand in plan view and on the other hand as a sectional view along the line CC.

The sachets 1.18 each comprise a water-soluble film 5, a lid 11, 11 ', a chamber 8, 8' and a second chamber 10, 10 '. The products are in Figure 3 not shown.

By way of example, 1.18 two chambers are shown for each portion pack, with other variants with a chamber or with 3 or further chambers also according to the invention.

Lids and foils including sealing area can, for example, as in the comments to Fig.1 or Fig. 2 be executed. Shown in Fig. 3 an embodiment in which in each case the wall thickness of the lid on the sealing area 13, 13 'and on the second sealing area is thicker than the wall thickness 20 in the inner area bounded by the sealing area 13, 13' and / or second sealing area 22, 22 ' ,

The detachable connection between sachets 1,18 can optionally be carried out as follows:
  1. i) The film 5 is interrupted in the region between the portion pack 1 and the second portion pack 18 and the lid 11 is connected to the lid 11 'by a predetermined breaking point or predetermined breaking point 19. Thus, a rigid connection of the two portion packages (1,18) is achieved, thus forming a rod-like arrangement.
  2. ii) The lid 11 is not connected to the second lid 11 ', whereby the foil 5 is continuous in the area between the portion pack 1 and the second portion pack 18, preferably with a perforated desired tear-off point. Although this is not a rigid rod-like arrangement is formed, but allows a simplified separation due to the perforated target Abreißstelle.
  3. iii) The lid 11 is connected to the second lid 11 ', the foil 5 being continuous in the area between the portion pack 1 and the second portion pack 18. In this case, the production of the portion packages 1, 18 is simplified, since a separation of neither the film 5 nor the lid 11, 11 'is necessary.

Although two sachets have been shown, several may be interconnected.

Figure 4 shows a not yet ready to use portion pack 1 with a water-soluble film 5 which has a chamber 8. The contained product is in Figure 4 not shown. Above the chamber 8 is a lid 11, with a wall thickness 20, an outer side 15 and an inner side 16, positioned.

The lid 11 comprises circular markings 26 on the outer side 15. The lid 11 is sealed to the sealing area 13 with the film 5.
