Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sprengladung (1, 11) zur Aufnahme in einer Geschosshülle (22), umfassend mehrere miteinander verbundene vorgeformte Sprengstoffsegmente (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 14e) und eine an den verbundenen Sprengstoffsegmenten (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 14e) angeordnete Zentriervorrichtung (7, 17, 18) zum Zentrieren der verbundenen Sprengstoffsegmente (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 14e) in der Geschosshülle (22).

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sprengladung zur Aufnahme in einer Geschosshülle sowie ein Geschoss.
  • Nach dem Stand der Technik ist es bekannt, Sprengladungen mittels eines Gießverfahrens herzustellen. Dazu muss der zu verarbeitende Sprengstoff zunächst gießbar gemacht werden. Nach dem Gießen muss der Sprengstoff auspolymerisieren. Das Gießverfahren ist langsam, aufwändig und teuer. Der gegossene Sprengstoff kann Fehlstellen, wie z. B. Lufteinschlüsse, aufweisen.
  • Weiterhin ist es nach dem Stand der Technik bekannt, Sprengladungen mittels eines Pressverfahrens herzustellen. Dabei ist jedoch das Verhältnis aus Länge und Durchmesser der damit herstellbaren Sprengladungen begrenzt.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die Nachteile nach dem Stand der Technik zu beseitigen. Es soll insbesondere eine qualitativ hochwertige Sprengladung einer vorgegebenen Größe zur Aufnahme in einer Geschosshülle bereitgestellt werden, welche schnell, einfach und kostengünstig hergestellt werden kann. Weiterhin soll ein eine solche Sprengladung aufnehmendes Geschoss bereitgestellt werden.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale der Ansprüche 1 und 11 gelöst. Zweckmäßige Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Merkmalen der Ansprüche 2 bis 10.
  • Nach Maßgabe der Erfindung umfasst die Sprengladung mehrere miteinander verbundene vorgeformte Sprengstoffsegmente und eine an den verbundenen Sprengstoffsegmenten angeordnete Zentriervorrichtung zum Zentrieren der verbundenen Sprengstoffsegmente in der Geschosshülle.
  • Im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung werden Sprengstoffsegmente bereits dann als miteinander verbunden bezeichnet, wenn sie in einer vorgegebenen Anordnung aneinander liegen.
  • Die Sprengstoffsegmente sind vorzugsweise mittels eines Pressverfahrens als Presslinge vorgeformt. Sie enthalten vorzugsweise einen Nitramin-Sprengstoff, insbesondere Hexogen. Der Sprengstoff wird vorzugsweise ausgehend von einer losen Schüttung gepresst. Das Pressverfahren wird vorzugsweise im Vakuum durchgeführt. Die gepressten Sprengstoffsegmente weisen daher keine Lufteinschlüsse auf. Die Sprengstoffsegmente sind vorteilhafterweise rotationssymmetrisch ausgestaltet. Auch beim Verbinden der vorgeformten Sprengstoffsegmente wird vorteilhafterweise eine rotationssymmetrische Form gebildet. Durch das Verbinden mehrerer vorgeformter Sprengstoffsegmente kann eine Sprengladung vorgegebener Größe zur Aufnahme in einer Geschosshülle bereitgestellt werden. Dabei kann ein beliebiges Verhältnis aus Länge und Durchmesser der Sprengladung erzielt werden. Durch Vorsehen der Zentriervorrichtung wird sichergestellt, dass die Sprengladung derart in der Geschosshülle aufgenommen werden kann, dass die Sprengladung gleichmäßig von der Geschosshülle umgeben wird. Die Geschosshülle ist dabei vorteilhafterweise von den Sprengstoffsegmenten mit einem in Umfangsrichtung gleichbleibenden Abstand beabstandet. Die erfindungsgemäße Sprengladung kann einfach, schnell und kostengünstig hergestellt werden.
  • Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung weisen die Sprengstoffsegmente eine zylindrische und/oder konische Form auf. Die konischen Sprengstoffsegmente können als Kegelstumpf ausgestaltet sein. Die konischen Sprengstoffsegmente können jedoch auch einen kegelstumpfförmigen Abschnitt umfassen, der einseitig oder beidseitig in einen zylindrischen Abschnitt übergeht. Solche Sprengstoffsegmente lassen sich in einem Pressverfahren einfacher herstellen als rein kegelstumpfförmige Sprengstoffsegmente. Vorteilhafterweise sind die Sprengstoffsegmente an der Grund- bzw. Deckfläche miteinander verbunden. Vorzugsweise bilden die miteinander verbundenen Sprengstoffsegmente eine rotationssymmetrische Form, welche einen zylindrischen Abschnitt und zumindest zu einem Ende hin einen sich verjüngenden Abschnitt aufweist. Der sich verjüngende Abschnitt kann konisch, insbesondere kegelstumpfförmig, ausgestaltet sein. Der sich verjüngende Abschnitt wird vorzugsweise durch zumindest zwei konische Sprengstoffsegmente gebildet. Die zumindest zwei konischen Sprengstoffsegmente weisen vorzugsweise ein gleiches Kegelverhältnis auf. Der zylindrische Abschnitt wird vorzugsweise durch zumindest zwei zylindrische Sprengstoffsegmente gebildet. Die zumindest zwei zylindrischen Sprengstoffsegmente weisen vorzugsweise einen gleichen Zylinderradius auf.
  • Nach einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung weist die Zentriervorrichtung Zentriererhebungen auf. Vorzugsweise weist die Zentriervorrichtung drei bis acht Zentriererhebungen auf. Besonders bevorzugt werden drei Zentriererhebungen. Vorzugsweise weist die Zentriervorrichtung weiterhin ein Verbindungsteil auf. Das Verbindungsteil kann insbesondere kegelstumpfförmig oder zylindrisch ausgestaltet sein. Die Zentriererhebungen sind vorzugsweise an einer Mantelfläche des Verbindungsteils angeordnet. Die Zentriererhebungen sind vorzugsweise in zueinander gleichen Abständen angeordnet. Vorzugsweise verlaufen die Zentriererhebungen jeweils entlang von Mantellinien des kegelstumpfförmigen bzw. zylindrischen Verbindungsteils. Die Zentriererhebungen erfüllen die Funktion von Abstandshaltern. Durch die Zentriererhebungen wird ein Ringspalt zwischen den Sprengstoffsegmenten und der Geschosshülle vorgegeben.
  • Die Zentriervorrichtung ist vorzugsweise an einem freien Ende des sich verjüngenden Abschnitts angeordnet. Die Zentriervorrichtung kann aber auch zwischen zwei Sprengstoffsegmenten angeordnet sein. Dabei kann die Zentriervorrichtung dem sich verjüngenden Abschnitt oder dem zylindrischen Abschnitt angehören.
  • Für den Fall, dass die Zentriervorrichtung an einem freien Ende des sich verjüngenden Abschnitts oder im sich verjüngenden Abschnitt zwischen zwei Sprengstoffsegmenten angeordnet ist, weist die Zentriervorrichtung vorzugsweise ein kegelstumpfförmiges Verbindungsteil auf. Das kegelstumpfförmige Verbindungsteil und der sich verjüngende Abschnitt weisen vorzugsweise ein gleiches Kegelverhältnis auf.
  • Für den Fall, dass die Zentriervorrichtung dem zylindrischen Abschnitt angehört, weist die Zentriervorrichtung vorzugsweise ein zylindrisches Verbindungsteil auf. Das zylindrisches Verbindungsteil und der zylindrischen Abschnitt weisen vorzugsweise einen gleichen Zylinderradius auf.
  • Es können auch mehrere Zentriervorrichtungen vorgesehen sein. Beispielsweise kann eine Zentriervorrichtung am freien Ende des sich verjüngenden Abschnitts und eine weitere Zentriervorrichtung zwischen zwei Sprengstoffsegmenten angeordnet sein. Die weitere Zentriervorrichtung kann zwischen zwei konischen Sprengstoffsegmenten, zwischen einem konischen und einem zylindrischen Sprengstoffsegment oder zwischen zwei zylindrischen Sprengstoffsegmenten angeordnet sein. Dabei können die Zentriervorrichtungen in Umfangsrichtung zueinander versetzt angeordnete Zentriererhebungen aufweisen.
  • Die Zentriervorrichtung bzw. die Zentriervorrichtungen können mittels einer Nut-Feder-Verbindung bzw. Spundung und/oder mittels einer Verklebung an zumindest einem benachbarten Sprengstoffsegment angebracht sein.
  • Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist die Zentriervorrichtung aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff hergestellt. Der thermoplastische Kunststoff ist vorzugsweise Polyoxymethylen (POM). Die Zentriervorrichtung kann einstückig, z. B. als Spritzgussteil, hergestellt werden. Alternativ können das Verbindungsteil und die Zentriererhebungen einzeln hergestellt sein und mittels eines Klebstoffs zusammengeklebt sein. Der Klebstoff kann ein Epoxidharz bzw. ein Zwei-Komponentensystem aus Epoxidharz und Härter sein. Der Klebstoff kann beispielsweise Kleiberit enthalten. Unabhängig vom Verbindungsteil hergestellte Zentriererhebungen können auch aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff, insbesondere aus Polyoxymethylen (POM), gebildet sein. Sie können jedoch auch aus einem anderen Material, z. B. aus Metall, gebildet sein.
  • Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung umfasst die Sprengladung weiterhin einen die Sprengstoffsegmente umgebenden Schrumpfschlauch. Der Schrumpfschlauch bedeckt vorzugsweise die gesamte Mantelfläche des zylindrischen und des sich verjüngenden Abschnitts, d. h. die Mantelflächen aller Sprengstoffsegmente. Zusätzlich kann der Schrumpfschlauch zumindest ein freies Ende des sich verjüngenden und/oder zylindrischen Abschnitts zumindest teilweise bedecken. Der Schrumpfschlauch kann das Verbindungsteil der Zentriervorrichtung zumindest teilweise bedecken. Vorteilhafterweise werden die Zentriererhebungen nicht vom Schrumpfschlauch bedeckt. Der Schrumpfschlauch bewirkt einen mechanischen Schutz für den Sprengstoff. Er hält die Sprengstoffsegmente zusammen und stabilisiert den Aufbau der Sprengladung. Weiterhin schützt der Schrumpfschlauch die Sprengstoffsegmente vor einem Kontakt mit Sauerstoff. Bei einem Kontakt des in den Sprengstoffsegmenten enthaltenen Sprengstoffs mit Sauerstoff könnte sich der Sprengstoff entzünden. Insbesondere könnte es zu einer ungewünschten Detonation des Sprengstoffs kommen. Der Schrumpfschlauch verhindert also ein ungewünschtes Entzünden und Detonieren des Sprengstoffs.
  • Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung weist die Sprengladung an zumindest einem vom Schrumpfschlauch nicht bedeckten Bereich eine Versiegelung durch eine Klebstoffschicht auf. Eine Klebstoffschicht kann an zumindest einem freien Ende des zylindrischen und/oder zumindest eines sich verjüngenden Abschnitts der Sprengladung stirnseitig vorgesehen sein. Insbesondere kann die Klebstoffschicht an dem der Zentriervorrichtung gegenüberliegenden Ende der Sprengladung stirnseitig vorgesehen sein. Die Klebstoffschicht schützt die Sprengladung vor einem Kontakt mit Sauerstoff und verhindert dadurch die Gefahr eines ungewünschten Entzündens bzw. Detonierens des Sprengstoffs.
  • Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind die Sprengstoffsegmente durch zumindest eine Verklebung miteinander verklebt. Vorzugsweise sind benachbarte Sprengstoffsegmente jeweils durch eine Verklebung miteinander verklebt. Die Verklebung der Sprengstoffsegmente bewirkt eine besonders gute Verbindung der Sprengstoffsegmente miteinander. Weiterhin kann durch die Verklebung ein Verbleiben von Luft zwischen den Sprengstoffsegmenten verhindert werden. Dadurch kann ein Kontakt der Sprengstoffsegmente mit Sauerstoff und die damit einhergehende Gefahr eines ungewünschten Entzündens bzw. Detonierens des Sprengstoffs verhindert werden.
  • Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung bilden benachbarte Sprengstoffsegmente jeweils miteinander eine formschlüssige Verbindung nach dem Prinzip einer Nut-Feder-Verbindung und/oder Spundung aus. Dadurch kann sichergestellt werden, dass die einzelnen Sprengstoffsegmente unter Ausbildung einer glatten Mantelfläche präzise miteinander verbunden werden können, ohne dabei seitlich gegeneinander verrutschen zu können. Entsprechend können auch die Zentriervorrichtung und zumindest ein ihr benachbartes Sprengstoffsegment eine formschlüssige Verbindung nach dem Prinzip einer Nut-Feder-Verbindung bzw. Spundung ausbilden. Dadurch können stufenförmige Übergänge zwischen den einzelnen Sprengstoffsegmenten bzw. zwischen der Zentriervorrichtung und dem zumindest einen ihr benachbarten Sprengstoffsegment verhindert werden. Es verbleiben keine Lufteinschlüsse unter dem Schrumpfschlauch. Es kann also insbesondere ein durch ungewünschten Sauerstoffkontakt verursachtes Entzünden bzw. Detonieren des Sprengstoffs verhindert werden.
  • Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist die Verklebung der Sprengstoffsegmente miteinander und/oder die Klebstoffschicht aus einem Epoxidharz gebildet. Das Epoxidharz kann in einem Zwei-Komponentensystem mit einem Härter ausgehärtet sein. Die Verklebung der Sprengstoffsegmente miteinander und/oder die Klebstoffschicht kann beispielsweise mittels Kleiberit erfolgen.
  • Nach einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung weist die Sprengladung eine Länge zwischen 30 und 100 cm auf. Vorzugsweise weist die Sprengladung eine Länge zwischen 45 und 80 cm auf.
  • Nach Maßgabe der Erfindung umfasst das Geschoss eine Geschosshülle sowie eine mit einer Vergussmasse in der Geschosshülle umgossene erfindungsgemäße Sprengladung. Bei dem Geschoss kann es sich um eine Granate, insbesondere um eine Granate des Typs Vulcano, handeln. Die erfindungsgemäße Sprengladung kann insbesondere die Hauptladung für die Unterkalibervarianten des Typs Vulcano mit 155 mm bzw. 127 mm bilden. Eine erfindungsgemäße Sprengladung kann sowohl in der gelenkten (GLR = guided long range), als auch in der ungelenkten Variante (BER = ballistic extended range) davon aufgenommen werden. Die Vergussmasse kann ein Gießharz bzw. ein Klebstoff sein. Durch Vorsehen der Zentriervorrichtung wird sichergestellt, dass die Vergussmasse die Sprengladung gleichmäßig umgibt. Die Vergussmasse bildet dabei vorteilhafterweise eine die Sprengladung umgebende Schicht mit einer konstanten Dicke in Umfangsrichtung. Beim Einbringen der Vergussmasse kann eine Bildung von Lufteinschlüssen dank der gleichmäßigen Verteilung der Vergussmasse um die Sprengladung herum verhindert werden. Weiterhin begünstigt die gleichmäßige Verteilung der Vergussmasse die Fragmentierung der Geschosshülle im Ziel.
  • Geschosse unterschiedlicher Länge können mit aus gleichen Einzelteilen gebildeten Sprengladungen versehen werden. Sprengladungen für die gelenkte Variante und für die ungelenkte Variante eines Geschosses können weitgehend aus den gleichen Sprengstoffsegmenten aufgebaut werden.
  • Nachfolgend werden Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Fig. 1 zeigt eine schematische Längsschnittansicht einer ersten erfindungsgemäßen Sprengladung 1. Die erste Sprengladung 1 umfasst einen sich verjüngenden Abschnitt 2 und einen zylindrischen Abschnitt 3. Der sich verjüngende Abschnitt 2 bildet den Heckteil der Sprengladung 1 und ist konisch ausgestaltet. Die erste Sprengladung 1 ist aus einzelnen rotationssymmetrischen Formteilen bzw. Sprengstoffsegmenten 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e aufgebaut. Die Sprengstoffsegmente 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e sind Presslinge, welche zu 90 bis 94 Gew.% aus Hexogen und zu 6 bis 10 Gew.% aus Zusatzstoffen bestehen. Beispielsweise können die Sprengstoffsegmente 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e aus dem Sprengstoff DPX-1 Typ II der Firma Chemring Nobel AS hergestellt werden. Die im sich verjüngenden Abschnitt 2 angeordneten Sprengstoffsegmente 4a, 4b sind konisch und die im zylindrischen Abschnitt 3 angeordneten Sprengstoffsegmente 4c, 4d, 4e sind zylindrisch ausgestaltet.
  • Die Sprengstoffsegmente 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e weisen Zentrierausbuchtungen 6 auf. Die Zentrierausbuchtungen 6 befinden sich im Bereich einer Längsachse der Sprengladung 1. Korrespondierend zu den Zentrierausbuchtungen 6 sind Zentriereinbuchtungen vorgesehen. Die Sprengstoffsegmente 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e werden mittels der Zentrierausbuchtungen 6 und der korrespondierenden Zentriereinbuchtungen jeweils nach dem Prinzip einer Spundung formschlüssig miteinander verbunden.
  • Am hinteren Ende des als sich verjüngender Abschnitt 2 ausgestalteten Heckteils der ersten Sprengladung 1 ist eine Zentriervorrichtung 7 angeordnet. Die Zentriervorrichtung 7 ist im Wesentlichen konisch ausgestaltet und mit dem hintersten Sprengstoffsegment 4a verbunden. Die am hintersten Sprengstoffsegment 4a vorgesehene Zentrierausbuchtung 6 greift dabei nach dem Prinzip einer Spundung formschlüssig in eine an der Zentriervorrichtung 7 vorgesehene Zentriereinbuchtung ein. Die Zentriervorrichtung 7 besteht aus einem Verbindungsteil 7a und drei Zentriererhebungen 7b. Die drei Zentriererhebungen 7b sind jeweils um 120° zueinander versetzt angeordnet (siehe dazu auch Fig. 3). Das Verbindungsteil 7a und die Zentriererhebungen 7b sind jeweils aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff, insbesondere aus Polyoxymethylen (POM), gebildet. Die Zentriererhebungen 7b sind mit einem Klebstoff am Verbindungsteil 7a festgeklebt. Als Klebstoff kann dazu Kleiberit verwendet werden.
  • Die aufeinander folgenden Sprengstoffsegmente 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e sind jeweils mittels einer Verklebung 8 miteinander verklebt. Auch die Zentriervorrichtung 7 ist mit dem hintersten Sprengstoffsegment 4a mittels einer Verklebung 8 verklebt. Die Verklebungen 8 sind aus einem Epoxidharz gebildet. Das Epoxidharz ist mit einem Härter ausgehärtet worden. Zur Herstellung der Verklebungen 8 wird beispielsweise Kleiberit verwendet.
  • An den Mantelflächen der Sprengstoffsegmente 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e liegt ein Schrumpfschlauch 9 an. Der Schrumpfschlauch 9 umgibt dabei die Mantelflächen der Sprengstoffsegmente 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e vollständig, so dass keine Luft an die Sprengstoffsegmente 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e gelangen kann. Der Schrumpfschlauch 9 umgibt zusätzlich einen Teil der Mantelfläche des Verbindungsteils 7a. Vorzugsweise sind die Zentriererhebungen 7b nicht vom Schrumpfschlauch 9 bedeckt.
  • Am nicht dargestellten vorderen Ende der ersten Sprengladung 1 ist zusätzlich eine Klebstoffschicht an einer freien Grundfläche des vordersten Sprengstoffsegments vorgesehen. Ein Teil dieser Grundfläche kann auch vom Schrumpfschlauch 9 bedeckt sein. Sofern die Sprengladung 1 nur aus dem den Heckteil bildenden sich verjüngenden Abschnitt 2 und dem zylindrischen Abschnitt 3 besteht, ist das vorderste Sprengstoffsegment ein zylindrisches Sprengstoffsegment. Für den Fall, dass die Sprengladung 1 vorne einen weiteren sich verjüngenden Abschnitt aufweist, ist das vorderste Sprengstoffsegment vorzugsweise konisch, insbesondere kegelstumpfförmig. Die Zentriervorrichtung 7, der Schrumpfschlauch 9 und die Klebstoffschicht umgeben die Sprengstoffsegmente 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e vollständig, so dass keine Luft an die Sprengstoffsegmente 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e gelangen kann. Die Klebstoffschicht ist aus einem Epoxidharz gebildet. Das Epoxidharz ist mit einem Härter ausgehärtet worden. Zur Herstellung der Klebstoffschicht wird beispielsweise Kleiberit verwendet.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt eine schematische Seitenansicht einer zweiten Sprengladung 11. Die zweite Sprengladung 11 entspricht im Wesentlichen der ersten Sprengladung 1. Im Folgenden werden die Unterschiede zwischen der zweiten 11 und der ersten Sprengladung 1 aufgezeigt.
  • Die Zentriervorrichtung 17 der zweiten Sprengladung 11 ist einstückig mit einer im Wesentlichen konischen Form ausgestaltet. Sie ist als Spritzgussteil aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff, insbesondere aus Polyoxymethylen (POM), hergestellt. Drei Zentriererhebungen 17b stehen aus der Mantelfläche der Zentriervorrichtung 17 nach außen hervor. Die drei Zentriererhebungen 17b sind jeweils um 120° zueinander versetzt angeordnet (siehe dazu auch Fig. 3).
  • Die zweite Sprengladung 11 weist eine weitere Zentriervorrichtung 18 auf. Die weitere Zentriervorrichtung 18 ist zwischen zwei Sprengstoffsegmenten 14a, 14b angeordnet. Im Übrigen entsprechen die Sprengstoffsegmente 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 14e der zweiten Sprengladung 11 den Sprengstoffsegmenten 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e der ersten Sprengladung 1. Auch die weitere Zentriervorrichtung 18 ist einstückig mit einer im Wesentlichen konischen Form ausgestaltet. Sie ist als Spritzgussteil aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff, insbesondere aus Polyoxymethylen (POM), hergestellt. Drei weitere Zentriererhebungen 18b stehen aus der Mantelfläche der weiteren Zentriervorrichtung 18 nach außen hervor. Die drei weiteren Zentriererhebungen 18b sind wiederum jeweils um 120° zueinander versetzt angeordnet. Die weiteren Zentriererhebungen 18b und die Zentriererhebungen 17b stehen dabei zueinander auf Lücke. In einer Umlaufrichtung ist somit jeweils in einem Abstand von 60° abwechselnd eine Zentriererhebung 17b und eine weitere Zentriererhebung 18b angeordnet.
  • Eine alternative Ausgestaltung kann eine Zentriervorrichtung 17 mit nur zwei Zentriererhebungen 17b und eine weitere Zentriervorrichtung 18 mit nur zwei weiteren Zentriererhebungen 18b aufweisen. Dabei kann in einer Umlaufrichtung jeweils um 90° versetzt abwechselnd eine Zentriererhebung 17b und eine weitere Zentriererhebung 18b angeordnet sein.
  • Die Zentriervorrichtung 17 und die weitere Zentriervorrichtung 18 sind mit den benachbarten Sprengstoffsegmenten 14a, 14b auch jeweils wie oben beschrieben nach dem Prinzip einer Spundung formschlüssig verbunden. Zusätzlich sind die Zentriervorrichtung 17 und die weitere Zentriervorrichtung 18 auch mit den benachbarten Sprengstoffsegmenten 14a, 14b mittels einer Verklebung 8 verklebt. Zur Herstellung der Verklebungen 8 wird wie oben beschrieben insbesondere Kleiberit verwendet.
  • Auch die zweite Sprengladung 11 ist von einem Schrumpfschlauch 9 umgeben. Der Schrumpfschlauch ist in Fig. 2 nicht dargestellt. Er kann eine oder mehrere Aussparungen im Bereich der weiteren Zentriererhebungen 18b aufweisen. An der zweiten Sprengladung 11 können alternativ auch zwei Schrumpfschläuche vorgesehen sein. Von der in Fig. 2 nicht dargestellten Vorderseite aus erstreckt sich ein erster Schrumpfschlauch bis zur weiteren Zentriervorrichtung 18 und bedeckt vollständig die Mantelflächen der vorderen Sprengstoffsegmente 14b, 14c, 14d, 14e sowie einen Teil der Mantelfläche der weiteren Zentriervorrichtung 18. Ein zweiter Schrumpfschlauch erstreckt sich von der weiteren Zentriervorrichtung 18 bis zur Zentriervorrichtung 17 und bedeckt dabei vollständig die Mantelfläche des hintersten Sprengstoffsegments 14a sowie jeweils einen Teil der Mantelflächen der weiteren Zentriervorrichtung 18 und der Zentriervorrichtung 17. Vorzugsweise sind die Zentriererhebungen 17b bzw. die weiteren Zentriererhebungen 18b nicht vom ersten und/oder zweiter Schrumpfschlauch bedeckt.
  • Am nicht dargestellten vorderen Ende der zweiten Sprengladung 11 ist zusätzlich die oben bereits beschriebene Klebstoffschicht an einer freien Grundfläche des vordersten Sprengstoffsegments vorgesehen. Die Sprengstoffsegmente 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 14e sind damit vollständig von der Zentriervorrichtung 17 bzw. von der weiteren Zentriervorrichtung 18, vom Schrumpfschlauch 9 bzw. vom ersten und/oder zweiten Schrumpfschlauch und von der Klebstoffschicht umgeben, so dass keine Luft an die Sprengstoffsegmente 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 14e gelangen kann.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt eine schematische Querschnittansicht eines Geschosses 21 mit darin aufgenommener Sprengladung. Bei dem Geschoss 21 kann es sich um eine Granate, insbesondere um eine Granate des Typs Vulcano, handeln. Das Geschoss 21 weist eine Geschosshülle 22 auf. In der Geschosshülle 22 ist die Sprengladung, z. B. die zweite Sprengladung 11, aufgenommen. Der in Fig. 3 dargestellte Querschnitt verläuft durch die zweite Sprengladung 11 im Bereich der Zentriervorrichtung 17. Die Zentriervorrichtung 17 der zweiten Sprengladung 11 ist einstückig als Spritzgussteil aus Polyoxymethylen (POM) hergestellt. Drei Zentriererhebungen 17b sind jeweils um 120° zueinander versetzt an der Mantelfläche der Zentriervorrichtung 17 vorgesehen. Zwischen der zweiten Sprengladung 11 und der Geschosshülle 22 verbleibt ein Spalt, welcher mit einer Vergussmasse 23, insbesondere mit Gießharz, ausgegossen ist.
  • Im Folgenden wird die Funktion der Zentrierausbuchtungen 6 und der korrespondierenden Zentriereinbuchtungen beschrieben:
  • Durch Ausbilden einer formschlüssigen Verbindung nach dem Prinzip einer Spundung wird verhindert, dass die Sprengstoffsegmente 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 14e bzw. die Zentriervorrichtung 7, 17 und/oder die weitere Zentriervorrichtung 18 seitlich gegeneinander verrutschen. Es wird dadurch sichergestellt, dass die jeweiligen Mantelflächen ohne Versatz bündig aneinander liegen. Somit kann der Schrumpfschlauch 9 eine glatte Fläche bedecken, ohne dass durch Unebenheiten eine Gefahr von Lufteinschlüssen bestünde. Es kann also ein durch ungewünschten Sauerstoffkontakt verursachtes Entzünden bzw. Detonieren des Sprengstoffs verhindert werden.
  • Im Folgenden wird die Funktion der Zentriervorrichtung 7 bzw. der Zentriervorrichtung 17 und der weiteren Zentriervorrichtung 18 beschrieben:
  • Die Zentriererhebungen 7b, 17b, 18b erfüllen die Funktion von Abstandshaltern bezüglich der Geschosshülle 22. Die Zentriervorrichtung 7 bzw. die Zentriervorrichtung 17 und die weitere Zentriervorrichtung 18 zentrieren die erste 1 bzw. zweite Sprengladung 11 in der Geschosshülle 22. Durch Vorsehen der Zentriervorrichtungen 7, 17, 18 wird sichergestellt, dass die Vergussmasse 23 die Sprengladung 1, 11 gleichmäßig umgibt. Die Vergussmasse 23 bildet eine die Sprengladung 1, 11 umgebende Schicht mit einer konstanten Dicke in Umfangsrichtung. Beim Einbringen der Vergussmasse 23 kann eine Bildung von Lufteinschlüssen dank der gleichmäßigen Verteilung der Vergussmasse 23 um die Sprengladung 1, 11 herum verhindert werden. Weiterhin begünstigt die gleichmäßige Verteilung der Vergussmasse 23 die Fragmentierung der Geschosshülle 22 im Ziel.
  • Durch Vorsehen der Zentriervorrichtung 17 und der versetzt dazu angeordneten weiteren Zentriervorrichtung 18 wird die zweite Sprengladung 11 noch zuverlässiger in der Geschosshülle 22 zentriert.

Claims (11)

  1. Sprengladung (1, 11) zur Aufnahme in einer Geschosshülle (22), umfassend mehrere miteinander verbundene vorgeformte Sprengstoffsegmente (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 14e) und eine an den verbundenen Sprengstoffsegmenten (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 14e) angeordnete Zentriervorrichtung (7, 17, 18) zum Zentrieren der verbundenen Sprengstoffsegmente (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 14e) in der Geschosshülle (22).
  2. Sprengladung (1, 11) nach Anspruch 1,
    wobei die Sprengstoffsegmente (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 14e) eine zylindrische und/oder konische Form aufweisen.
  3. Sprengladung (1, 11) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    wobei die Zentriervorrichtung (7, 17, 18) Zentriererhebungen (7b, 17b, 18b) aufweist.
  4. Sprengladung (1, 11) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    wobei die Zentriervorrichtung (7, 17, 18) aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
  5. Sprengladung (1, 11) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    wobei die Sprengladung weiterhin einen die Sprengstoffsegmente (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 14e) umgebenden Schrumpfschlauch (9) umfasst.
  6. Sprengladung (1, 11) nach Anspruch 5,
    wobei die Sprengladung an zumindest einem vom Schrumpfschlauch (9) nicht bedeckten Bereich eine Versiegelung durch eine Klebstoffschicht aufweist.
  7. Sprengladung (1, 11) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    wobei die Sprengstoffsegmente (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 14e) durch zumindest eine Verklebung (8) miteinander verklebt sind.
  8. Sprengladung (1, 11) nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
    wobei die Verklebung (8) der Sprengstoffsegmente (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 14e) miteinander und/oder die Klebstoffschicht aus einem Epoxidharz gebildet ist.
  9. Sprengladung (1, 11) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    wobei benachbarte Sprengstoffsegmente (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 14e) jeweils miteinander eine formschlüssige Verbindung nach dem Prinzip einer Nut-Feder-Verbindung und/oder Spundung ausbilden.
  10. Sprengladung (1, 11) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
    wobei die Sprengladung (1, 11) eine Länge zwischen 30 und 100 cm aufweist.
  11. Geschoss (21), umfassend eine Geschosshülle (22) sowie eine mit einer Vergussmasse (23) in der Geschosshülle (22) umgossene Sprengladung (1, 11) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche.
