Claims (3)
- Processus de fabrication d'aluminium électrolytique avec de la cryolite de potassium, comme un système supplémentaire, comprenant les étapes suivantes :Étape A : démarrer l'électrolyse dans un réservoir électrolytique à l'aide d'un système Na3AlF6-Al2O3 ou d'un système de mélange de cryolite de sodium Na3AlF6, de cryolite de potassium mKF • AlF3 et d'Al2O3, effectuer l'électrolyse en continu et ajouter du Na3AlF6-AlF3 jusqu'à ce qu'un four fonctionne régulièrement ; etÉtape B : ajouter un système d'électrolyte supplémentaire comprenant la cryolithe de potassium mKF • AlF3, AlF3 et Na3AlF6 et surveiller le pourcentage en masse de l'élément de potassium dans l'électrolyte dans la cuve d'électrolyse de manière à ce que le pourcentage en masse de l'élément de potassium soit dans la plage de 5 % à 10 % ;dans lequel m dans la cryolite de potassium mKF • AlF3 va de 1,0 à 3,0.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel à l'étape A, pendant le démarrage de l'électrolyse dans la cuve d'électrolyse à l'aide du système de mélange de cryolite de sodium Na3AlF6, de cryolite de potassium mKF • AlF3 et d'Al2O3, le rapport de masse de la cryolite de sodium Na3AlF6 et de la cryolite de potassium mKF • AlF3 va de 1,5 à 5.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel m va de 1,0 à 1,5.
