Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung zum manuellen Beschlagen (30) einer Fahrzeugpedalplatte (20), wobei das Pedal eine Sohle (10) und eine Platte (20), die durch Clipsen auf die Sohle (10) montiert ist, umfasst, und wobei die Platte (20) einen "Clip" (22) umfasst, der dazu bestimmt ist, in eine durchgehende Öffnung (12) der Sohle (10) geclipst zu werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung zum manuellen Beschlagen (30) einen im Wesentlichen röhrenförmigen Körper oder "Hebel" (31), ein Auflagemittel (32), das sich an einem ersten Ende (31A) des Hebels (31) befindet, um das Aufliegen des Hebels (31) auf einem seitlichen Teil (11) der Sohle (10) zu erlauben, und ein Schubmittel (33), das von dem Hebel (31) vorsteht und in einer vorbestimmten Entfernung ("D") von dem ersten Ende (31A) des Hebels (31), um es zu erlauben, den Clip (22) in die Öffnung (12) der Sohle (10) des Pedals unter Ausüben einer manuellen Kraft auf den Hebel (31) zu clipsen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflagemittel (32) eine im "U" umgebogene Form aufweist, das eine erste starre Platte (32A), die im Wesentlichen zu der Längsachse ("XX'") des Hebels (31) senkrecht ist, und eine zweite starre Platte (32B), die die erste Platte (32A) verlängert und im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Achse ("XX'") des Hebels (31) parallel ist, derart besteht, dass ein Aufliegen auf dem seitlichen Teil (11) der Sohle (10) erlaubt wird.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflagemittel (32) eine seitliche Länge ("L") aufweist, die derart bestimmt ist, dass bei dem Beschlagen der Platte (20) auf der Sohle (10) das seitliche Positionieren der Beschlagungsvorrichtung (30) im Anschlag auf dieser Platte (20) erlaubt.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schubmittel (33) die Form eines Auflagekopfes (33A) aufweist, der mit dem Hebel (31) über einen stationären und starren röhrenförmigen Fuß (33B) verbunden ist, der zu dem Auflagemittel (32) geneigt ist, und um einen Winkel ("σ") in der Größenordnung oder nahe 45° in Bezug auf die Längsachse ("XX'") des Hebels (31) geneigt ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auflagekopf (33A) mit dem röhrenförmigen Fuß (33B) über einen Außengewindeschaft (33C) verbunden ist, der fest mit dem Auflagekopf (33A) verbunden und dazu bestimmt ist, durch Schrauben mit einem Innengewinde, das in dem röhrenförmigen Fuß (33B) vorgesehen ist, derart zusammenzuwirken, dass der Auflagekopf (33A) einstellbaren Abstand in Bezug auf den Hebel (31) hat.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schubmittel (33) eine Auflage des Typs sein kann, der aus den unterschiedlichen folgenden Auflagen ausgewählt ist: Auflage mit Kontakt des stellenweisen Typs, mit linearem Kontakt oder mit Kontakt des Tonnentyps.
  7. Manuelles Verfahren zum Beschlagen einer Fahrzeugpedalplatte, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Schritte in Kombination:
    1. Anordnen einer Platte (20) auf der Sohle (10) des Pedals, wobei der Clip (22) gegenüber der durchgehenden Öffnung (12) der Sohle (10) liegt,
    2. Anordnen der Vorrichtung zur Unterstützung des manuellen Beschlagens (30) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 auf der derart von der Platte (20) und der Sohle (10) gebildeten Einheit, wobei das erste Ende (31A) des Hebels (31) über das Auflagemittel (32) unter einer Seite (11) der Sohle (10) des Pedal in Auflage ist, und der Hebel (31) seitlich im Anschlag auf der Einheit aus Sohle (10) und Platte (20) positioniert ist,
    3. Ausüben einer Kraft ("F") auf dem freien Teil des Hebels (31) derart, dass das Drehen der Einheit, die von der Platte (20) und der Vorrichtung zur Unterstützung des manuellen Beschlagens (30) gebildet wird, bis zum vollständigen Clipsen der Platte (20) auf die Sohle (10) des Pedals erlaubt wird.
  8. Fahrzeug, insbesondere Kraftfahrzeug, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens ein Pedal mit einer Platte (20) umfasst, die gemäß dem Verfahren zum manuellen Beschlagen gemäß dem vorhergehenden Anspruch beschlagen ist.
  9. Fahrzeug, insbesondere Kraftfahrzeug nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Pedal ein Pedal unter den folgenden Pedalen ist: Bremspedal, Kupplungspedal, Gaspedal.
