Claims (14)

  1. Installation de revêtement métallique une pièce (1) comportant :
    - un dispositif de revêtement (29), qui présente une lance de revêtement (30) pouvant être déplacée, par laquelle un jet de plasma métallique servant à former un revêtement composé de particules métalliques peut être généré, et
    - un système de buse (64) servant à générer un jet de buse à partir d'un gaz de refroidissement,
    caractérisée en ce que
    - une station de nettoyage (60) est prévue, vers laquelle la lance de revêtement (30) peut être déplacée à certains moments, et
    - le système de buse (64), par lequel le jet de buse est dirigé sur la lance de revêtement (30) aux fins de son nettoyage, est disposé dans la station de nettoyage (60),
    - un système de commande avec une soupape d'étranglement (66) est prévu, par lequel le jet de buse peut être commandé.
  2. Installation selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le système de buse (64) présente au moins une buse de sortie (65), qui est reliée à un réservoir de gaz sous pression.
  3. Installation selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'au moins une buse de sortie (65) présente une fente de sortie allongée, qui est dirigée à peu près de manière parallèle par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de la lance de revêtement (30).
  4. Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le jet de buse est formé à partir de CO2, qui sort sous la forme de neige carbonique du système de buse (64).
  5. Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le dispositif de revêtement (29) présente une unité réceptrice (70) de forme annulaire pouvant être échangée, laquelle entoure la lance de revêtement (30) de manière annulaire et est réalisée pour accumuler des particules métalliques, et
    en ce que la station de nettoyage (60) est réalisée pour changer l'unité réceptrice (70).
  6. Installation selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'unité réceptrice (70) est maintenue au moyen d'un système de serrage rapide (90) au niveau du dispositif de revêtement (29),
    en ce que le système de serrage rapide (90) est monté de manière amovible dans la station de nettoyage (60), l'unité réceptrice (70) pouvant être retirée et être remplacée par une nouvelle unité réceptrice (70), et
    en ce que la nouvelle unité réceptrice (70) peut être fixée au niveau du dispositif de revêtement (29) par l'actionnement du système de serrage rapide (90).
  7. Installation selon la revendication 5 ou 6,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'unité réceptrice (70) peut être échangée au moins en partie au moyen d'un système de manipulation automatique.
  8. Installation selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la station de nettoyage (60) présente un élément de support (68) servant à déposer l'unité réceptrice (70), et
    en ce que le système de buse (64) servant à nettoyer la lance de revêtement (30) est disposé sous l'élément de support (68).
  9. Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisée en ce que
    un système d'élimination par aspiration est prévu, par lequel des particules métalliques retirées lors du nettoyage peuvent être éliminées par aspiration de la lance de revêtement (30).
  10. Installation selon l'une des revendications 5 à 8,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'unité réceptrice (70) est réalisée de manière à présenter une forme annulaire avec un corps de base (72) extérieur et une couche réceptrice (75) intérieure, qui est installée de manière amovible au niveau du corps de base (72).
  11. Installation selon la revendication 10,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la couche réceptrice (75) est formée à partir d'une tôle métallique ou d'un matériau en matière synthétique, en particulier de silicone.
  12. Installation selon la revendication 10 ou la revendication 11,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le corps de base (72) extérieur peut être modifié dans sa forme, en particulier peut être divisé, aux fins du détachement de la couche réceptrice (75) intérieure.
  13. Procédé de revêtement métallique d'une pièce (1), en particulier avec une installation (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12,
    dans lequel est généré avec une lance de revêtement (30) pouvant être déplacée d'un dispositif de revêtement (29) un jet de plasma métallique, par lequel un revêtement composé de particules métalliques est formé sur une pièce (1),
    caractérisé en ce que
    - aux fins du nettoyage, la lance de revêtement (30) est déplacée dans une station de nettoyage (60),
    - dans la station de nettoyage (60), un jet de buse d'un gaz de refroidissement est dirigé sur la lance de revêtement (30) au moyen d'un système de buse (64), dans lequel des particules métalliques accumulées sont retirées de la lance de revêtement (30), et
    - le jet de buse est commandé par un système de commande au moyen d'une soupape d'étranglement (66).
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13,
    caractérisé en ce que
    une unité réceptrice (70), qui entoure de manière annulaire la lance de revêtement (30), est détachée et échangée dans la station de nettoyage (60).
