Ein Therapie- und Trainingsgerät für den Rücken, enthaltend zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordnete, elastisch verformbare Körper (1), zwischen denen ein die beiden Körper (1) miteinander verbindender, verformbarer Abstandshalter (2) angebracht ist, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstandshalter (2) als Federelement in Form einer Schraubenfeder (2) ausgebildet ist, deren Enden zu in der Verlängerung der Schraubenfederachse liegende Zapfen (2.1) gebogen sind, die in im Inneren der Körper (1) fixierte Blöcke (3) eingefügt sind.

Description

Therapie- und Trainingsgerät für den Rücken
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Therapie- und Trainingsgerät, enthaltend zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordnete, elastisch verformbare Körper, zwischen denen ein die beiden Körper miteinander verbindender, verformbarer Abstandshalter angebracht ist.
Bei einem in der DE 33 12 060 AI beschriebenen Trainingsgerät sind zwei auf einer Achse verschiebbar gelagerte Massagerollen vorhanden, die von einer zwischen den Massagerollen angeordneten Feder auf der Achse nach außen unter Vorspannung gesetzt bzw. nach außen gedrückt werden. Die Achse ist in einem Rahmen gelagert, der die Auswärtsbewegung der Massagerollen begrenzt.
Bei einem in der DE 20 2012 104 883 Ul beschriebenes Therapie- und Trainingsgerät sind zwei rotationssymmetrische, elastisch verformbare Körper durch eine ummittelbar an diese Körper anschließende und aus dem Material dieser Körper bestehende Achse miteinander verbunden und in einer Umhüllung aus nachgiebigem Material untergebracht. Diese Umhüllung hat in ihrem mittleren Bereich zwischen den beiden Körpern eine Einschnürung mit einem geringeren Querschnitt als dem Querschnitt der Körper. Um diese Einschnürung ist ein ebenfalls aus nachgiebigem oder elastisch verformbarem Material bestehender Abstandshalter herumgelegt. Dieser Abstandshalter gewährleistet - in seiner Funktion ähnlich einem Gelenk - dass die beiden rotationssymmetrischen Körper anwendungsgerecht sowohl in der Längsrichtung als auch in der Querrichtung flexibel beweglich sind.
In der US 2012/0077648A1 ist ein Hand-Trainingsgerät beschrieben. Dieses Trainingsgerät enthält zwei vorzugsweise aus elastomerem Material bestehende kugelförmige Gewichtskörper, die an den Enden eines langgestreckten Federelementes befestigt sind, auf dem mittig ein Handgriff angebracht ist. Nach dem Ergreifen des Handgriffes können die Gewichtskörper zum Training der Hand- und Armmuskulatur hin- und hergeschwenkt werden. Dieses bekannte Gerät ist nicht zur Verwendung als Rückentherapie- bzw. Rücken- Trainingsgerät geeignet, und zwar im Wesentlichen aufgrund des sehr großen Abstandes zwischen den kugelförmigen Gewichtskörpern und dem Handgriff.
In der US 2,691,978 ist ein Kinn- bzw. Kinnbereich-Massagegerät beschrieben, bei dem zwei im Wesentlichen kugelförmige Massagekörper an einem im Wesentlichen bügeiförmigen, elastisch verformbaren Handgriff befestigt sind.
Die JP 000H11332955 A beschreibt ein Trainingsgerät mit zwei durch eine Achse verbundenen Kugelkörpern. Auf der Achse ist ein Federelement gelagert, um die beiden Kugelkörper nach außen zu drücken. Dieses Gerät ist als Fingertrainingsgerät konzipiert.
In der US 5,580,336 ist ein als Handübungsgerät zu benutzendes Trainingsgerät beschrieben. Dieses Gerät enthält zwei Kugelkörper, die an den Enden einer Achse befestigt sind. Jeder Kugelkörper hat einen Durchmesser von etwa 40 mm, um leicht in einer Hand gehalten zu werden zu können. Die Länge der die beiden Kugelkörper verbindenden Achse ist so gestaltet, dass das gesamte aus den beiden Kugelkörpern und der Achse bestehende Trainingsgerät Platz einer offenen Hand hat. Die die beiden Kugelkörper verbindende Achse hat vorzugsweise eine Länge von etwa 75 mm. Die beiden Kugelkörper bestehen aus einem weichen elastischem Material. Die Achse ist ein länglicher Rohrkörper, auf dem die beiden Kugelkörper unbelastet von einer Feder verschiebbar sind. Die Achse ist aus zwei mit Endanschlägen versehenen Rohrkörpern zusammengesetzt, zwischen denen sich ein ein Gelenk bildendes Zwischenstück befindet.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Therapie- und Trainingsgerät für den Rücken so zu gestalten, dass einerseits eine trainingsgerechte Anpassung des Gerätes an den Rücken einer auf dem Trainingsgerät liegenden Person gewährleistet ist, und dass andererseits die Stabilität des Gerätes insbesondere gegenüber dem Rücken-Therapiegerät gemäß DE 20 2011 104 883 Ul verbessert ist.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist das erfindungsgemäße Therapie- und Trainingsgerät, enthaltend zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordnete elastisch verformbare Körper, zwischen denen ein die beiden Körper miteinander verbindender, verformbarer Abstandshalter angebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden elastisch verformbaren Körper jeweils für sich eine gesonderte Einheit bilden, und dass der Abstandshalter als Federelement ausgebildet ist.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind die Enden der Schraubenfeder zu in der Verlängerung der Schraubenfederachse liegenden Zapfen gebogen, die vorzugsweise in im Inneren der beiden Körper fixierte Blöcke eingefügt sind. Die Blöcke bestehen vorzugsweise aus Metall, insbesondere Stahl, oder Kunststoff.
Die Blöcke haben einen Durchmesser von 27 - 33 mm, vorzugsweise 29 - 31 mm, sowie eine Höhe von 18 - 22 mm, vorzugsweise 19 - 21 mm.
Gemäß einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung sind an den Außenseiten der beiden insbesondere rotationssymmetrischen Körper länglichen Nuten angeordnet, die im Wesentlichen parallel zur Schraubenfederachse verlaufen.
Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand der Zeichnung näher beschrieben:

Das Therapie- bzw. Trainingsgerät enthält zwei vorzugsweise rotations symmetrische, insbesondere kugelförmige Körper 1 mit einem Durchmesser zwischen 50 mm und 140 mm, die insbesondere aus Schaumstoff bestehen. Zwischen den beiden Körpern 1 ist ein die beiden Körper 1 miteinander verbindender, verformbarer Abstandhalter angebracht, der als Federelement, vorzugsweise als Schraubenfeder 2 ausgebildet ist. Die Enden der Schraubenfeder 2 sind zu in der Verlängerung der Schraubenfederachse liegende Zapfen 2.1 gebogen, die in im Inneren der beiden Körper fixierte Blöcke 3 eingefügt bzw. befestigt sind. Die Blöcke 3 haben vorzugsweise einen auf den Außendurchmesser der Schraubenfeder 2 abgestimmten Durchmesser in der Größenordnung von 27 - 33 mm, vorzugsweise 29 - 31 mm, sowie eine Höhe von 18 - 22 mm, vorzugsweise 19 - 21 mm.
Die Körper 1 haben vorzugsweise eine solche Härte bzw. Steifigkeit, dass sie sich bei ihrer Benutzung zwischen 20% und 40% ihres Durchmessers verformen.
Die Körper 1 sind an der Außenseite mit bogenförmigen Nuten bzw. Einbuchtungen 1.1 versehen, die parallel zur Schraubenfederachse ausgerichtet sind.
Die Blöcke bestehen vorzugsweise aus Metall, insbesondere Stahl, oder aus Kunststoff.

Claims

Patentansprüche
Therapie- und Trainingsgerät für den Rücken, enthaltend zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordnete, elastisch verformbare Körper (1), zwischen denen ein die beiden Körper (1) miteinander verbindender, verformbarer Abstandshalter (2) angebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstandshalter (2) als Federelement ausgebildet ist.
Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement eine Schraubenfeder (2) ist, deren Enden zu in der Verlängerung der Schraubenfederachse liegende Zapfen (2.1) gebogen sind.
Gerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zapfen (2.1) in im Inneren der Körper (1) fixierte Blöcke (3) eingefügt sind.
Gerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blöcke aus Metall, vorzugsweise Stahl, bestehen.
Gerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blöcke (3) aus Kunststoff bestehen.
Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blöcke (3) einen Durchmesser von 27 - 33 mm, vorzugsweise 29 - 31 mm, und eine Höhe von 18 - 22 mm, vorzugsweise 19 - 21 mm, haben.
Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Körper (1) an der Außenseite mit bogenförmigen Nuten bzw. Einbuchtungen (1.1) versehen sind, die parallel zur Schraubenfederachse ausgerichtet sind.
Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Körper (1) eine solche Härte bzw. Steifigkeit haben, dass sie sich bei Belastung durch den Rücken einer das Gerät benutzenden Person zwischen 20% und 40% ihres Durchmessers verformen.
