Description

The present invention relates to a drainage channel according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such drainage channels, for example, known from the DE 10 2005 007 210 A1 , are used for receiving and discharging surface water, such as rainwater, especially directly in contact with house facades.

Such drainage channels serve to dissipate near-surface water, which would seep along without the installation of such drainage channels on the outer wall of a building, which can lead to damage to the facade of the building.

The problem is that in the conventional drainage channels in the investment area of the drainage channels with the building exterior wall can hold water due to capillary forces, which can lead over time to the above-mentioned damage to the building exterior wall and / or the drainage channel.

At the above DE 10 2005 007 210 A1 For spacing the drainage channel from the building exterior wall spaced spacers are used, which increases the effort and cost of installation. In addition, in this structure, the spacers in turn flat against the building exterior wall, so that it can still come to the above-mentioned damage.

From the WO 2013/181685 A1 A surface drainage system having a gutter to be installed under the surface of the soil is known in which, to prevent the gutter from lifting due to heavy rainfall and the hydraulic pressure caused thereby, the gutter sidewalls are not vertical but sloping inwardly upward from a base extend so that the floor outside the side walls holds the gutter in position.

From the EP 1 176 262 B1 a mounting system for mounting and fixing a gutter is known, which are either completely installed in a screed floor or fixed on this by means of support elements.

The object of the present invention is to provide a drainage channel with which the formation of a water film between the drainage channel and a building exterior wall is effectively prevented.

This object is achieved by a drainage channel having the features of claim 1.

The drainage channel according to the invention has a gutter body with a limited by a bottom and two side walls interior space for receiving and transporting water.

At least a first of the side walls is curved in the direction of the interior of a running in the longitudinal extent of the gutter body side edge of the floor.

In this case, the at least one side wall has at least one ventilation opening for ventilating a space adjoining the outside of the first side wall.

With such a trained drainage channel is achieved on the one hand, that only a very small contact surface between the drainage channel and the building exterior wall exists. By the inwardly curved portion of the side wall of the drainage channel with the at least one ventilation opening a ventilation of the covered by the drainage channel area of the building exterior wall is achieved and thus effectively prevents wetting of the building exterior wall.

Vorteilhafte Ausführungsvarianten der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.

According to an advantageous embodiment variant of the invention, the first side wall has three areas aligned at an obtuse angle to each other. This allows the creation of a sufficiently large ventilated space between the drainage channel and the building exterior wall.

According to a preferred embodiment, a first region of the side wall is arranged at an acute angle at a first angle α to the longitudinal extension of the gutter body extending side edge of the bottom.

Accordingly, a second region of the first side wall is preferably arranged at an obtuse angle at a second angle to the first region of the first side wall and aligned substantially perpendicular to the bottom.

A third region of the first side wall is preferably above the obtuse angle at a third angle to the second region of the first side wall.

However, it is also conceivable, for example, an oval design of the first side wall.

Particularly preferably, the at least one ventilation opening is arranged in the second region of the first side wall.

Such a ventilation opening can be punched in the case of a preferably formed of a metal sheet channel body in a simple manner in the side wall of the channel body.

In a further preferred embodiment, the side edge of the floor, which is adjoined by the first side wall, lies in the plane of the floor transversely to the longitudinal extent of the channel body closer to the second side wall than the contact surface of the first side wall remote from the floor.

This makes it possible to create the drainage channel when installed on a building exterior wall only with a narrow contact surface in the upper region of the drainage channel to the building exterior wall and set the side edge of the floor with a small distance to the building exterior wall in the drainage channel surrounding soil.

To support a cover of the drainage channel, in accordance with a further preferred embodiment, webs projecting in the direction of the interior are formed on the edge of the side walls remote from the floor.

In order to further support such a cover and / or to stabilize the channel body, according to a further preferred embodiment, at least one transverse web is arranged between the side walls of the channel body.

In the following description of the figures, terms such as above, below, left, right, front, back, etc. refer exclusively to the exemplary representation and position of the drainage channel, the gutter body, the side walls, the floor, the ventilation openings and the like chosen in the respective figures. These terms are not intended to be limiting, that is to say, by different working positions or the mirror-symmetrical design or the like, these references may change.

In the FIG. 1 Drainage channel shown has a u- or box-shaped channel body 1, which is essentially formed of a bottom 2, a first side wall 3 and a second side wall 4. The second side wall 4 is substantially planar and preferably extends perpendicular to the bottom 2 in a longitudinal direction x of the channel body 1. The channel body 1 is formed in the embodiment shown here as a drainage channel with lateral slots 35, 45.

In installed next to a building exterior wall condition, the drainage channel is installed so that the first side wall 3 facing the building exterior wall and the second side wall 4 of the building exterior wall facing away.

Between the side walls 3, 4 transverse webs 6 are arranged. These transverse webs 6 serve for one of the transverse stability of the channel body 1 and the second optionally as a support for a cover, not shown here, with an interior space 5 of the drainage channel can be covered from above.

For further support of such a cover further serve horizontal support webs 34, 44 which are bent in the preferred embodiment of the drainage channel shown here from the free upper side edges of the side walls 3, 4 inwards.

The first side wall 3 of the channel body 1 is, as in the FIGS. 1 and in particular in FIG. 2 is clearly visible, curved by a running in the longitudinal extent x of the channel body 1 side edge 21 of the bottom 2 in the direction of the interior 5.

Furthermore, the first side wall 3, as in FIG FIG. 1 to recognize a plurality of ventilation openings 7 for ventilating a space 8 adjacent to the outside of the first side wall 3.

In the embodiment variant shown here, a plurality of such ventilation openings 7, which are designed here as rectangular-shaped window openings, are arranged next to one another in the longitudinal extent x of the channel body 1.

Also conceivable are other shapes of the ventilation openings 7, for example as round, in particular oval or circular, or other polygonal openings.

The curvature of the first side wall 3 is designed in the embodiment shown in such a way that the first side wall 3 has three mutually obtuse mutually aligned areas 31, 32, 33.

Here, a first region 31 of the first side wall 3 is arranged at an acute angle at a first angle α to the longitudinal extent x of the channel body 1 extending side edge 21 of the bottom 2, in particular bent.

Der erste Winkel α liegt dabei bevorzugt in einem Bereich von 45 bis 65°.The first angle α is preferably in a range of 45 to 65 °.

A second planar area 32 of the first side wall 3 adjoining the first area 31 adjoins the first area 31 of the first side wall 3 in an obtuse angle at a second angle β and aligned substantially perpendicular to the floor 2.

Finally, a third region 33 of the first side wall 3 is arranged at an obtuse angle at a third angle γ to the second region 32 of the first side wall 3.

The angles β and γ are preferably the same size, while the heights Z1 of the first region 31 and Z3 of the third region 33 preferably deviate from one another by a small amount.

In particular, the height Z3 of the third region 33 of the first side wall 3 is greater than the height Z1 of the first region, with the result that a contact region 37 of the first side wall adjoining the third region 33 3 in a direction y transverse to the longitudinal extent x of the drainage channel is further spaced from the second wall 4 (distance b in FIG. 2 ) as the side edge 21 of the bottom 2, to which the first region 31 of the first side wall 3 connects (distance a in FIG. 2 ).

It is also conceivable to fold over the first area 31 of the first side wall 3 by 180 ° and then bend it over by approximately 90 ° upwards into the second area 32. The third region 33 can also be shaped in such a way that it is bent outwardly from the second region 32 by approximately 90 °, with the abutment region 37 adjoining the third region 33 in turn being bent approximately perpendicular to the third region 33 ,

The height Z2 of the second region 32 of the first side wall 3 is preferably significantly greater than the heights Z1, Z3 of the first region 31 and the third region 33 of the first side wall 3. As a result, a for the ventilation of the adjacent to the outside of the first side wall 3 space 8 created sufficiently large volume of space.

In addition to the rectangular openings as window openings ventilation openings 7, as in FIG. 1 are shown, it is also conceivable only to provide such a ventilation opening 7 in the first side wall 3. The at least one ventilation opening 7 is preferably arranged in the second region 32 of the first side wall 3.

It is important to arrange the ventilation openings 7 in a region of the first side wall 3, which does not bear against the building exterior wall in the installed state of the drainage channel.

At the in FIG. 3 shown alternative embodiment, a step 38 is formed instead of the obtuse-angled to the second planar region 32 of the first side wall 3 subsequent third area 33, which serves to support the above-mentioned cover. The step 38 extends horizontally away from the second wall 4. The vertically aligned abutment region 37 is in the direction y transversely to the longitudinal extent x of the drainage channel further from the second wall 4 is spaced (distance b in FIG. 3 ) as the side edge 21 of the bottom 2, to which the first region 31 of the first side wall 3 connects (distance a in FIG. 3 ).

To connect two such drainage channels with one another, the ends of the channel body 1 which are spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal extent x are preferably formed so that the ends 22 of the bottom and projecting ends 36, 46 of the first side wall 3 and the second side wall 4 are in a second end of an adjacent channel body 1 are pluggable.

The transverse webs 6 are preferably suspended and / or riveted into recesses 41 provided on the side walls 3, 4 of the channel body 1.
