Der Abdeckrost 1 weist zudem mehrere Einlaufschlitze 8 auf, die insbesondere dem Ableiten von Oberflächenwasser etc. dienen können. Die Einlaufschlitze 8 sind hier mittels ausstanzen und ausformen aus dem Blech 32 ausgebildet und weisen jeweils zwei Querstege 6 auf, die jeweils parallel zu den Einlaufschlitzen 8 an einer Unterseite 3 des Abdeckrostes 1 verlaufen. Bei dieser Ausführungsform wurden die Einlaufschlitze durch einen Einschnitt 34 des Bleches 32 im Bereich der Querstege 4 und ein anschließendes Abkanten in Richtung der Unterseite 3 gebildet. Hier sind sämtliche aus dem Stand der Technik bekannte Verfahren anwendbar, solange beim Ausformen Einlaufschlitze mit Querstegen gebildet werden.The
Die Längsstege 4 weisen in einer Achse mit den Querstegen 6 Aufnahmeabschnitte 9 auf, die derart komplementär zu an Stirnseitenbereichen 7 der Querstege 6 ausgebildeten Stützabschnitten 12 ausgebildet sind, dass diese in die Aufnahmeabschnitte 9 eingreifen können. Auf diese Weise ist eine Lastabtragung über die Querstege 6 in die Längsstege 4 sicher und effektiv möglich. Zudem erlaubt das Eingreifen der Stützabschnitte 12 auch eine Krafteinleitung in (bezüglich des Abdeckrostes 1) horizontaler Richtung, von den Querstegen 6 in die Längsstege 4 und umgekehrt, was zu einem besonders verwindungssteifen Abdeckrost 1 führt. Die Entwässerungsrinne 20 weist hier einen zargenähnlichen Lagerbereich 21 auf, an den eine vertikale Lagerfläche 22 integral angeschlossen ist. Diese beiden hier im Wesentlichen orthogonal zueinander ausgerichteten Lagerflächen bzw. -bereiche 21, 22 sichern die Position des Abdeckrostes 1, sobald dieser auf die Entwässerungsrinne 20 aufgesetzt bzw. in diese eingesetzt wurde.The
Am mehrfach abgekanteten Längssteg 4 ist bei dieser Ausführungsform wiederum ein Aufnahmeabschnitt 9 ausgebildet, in den ein am Quersteg 6 des Abdeckrostes 1 ausgebildeter Stützabschnitt 12 eingreift. Der Aufnahmeabschnitt 9 bzw. der Stützabschnitt 12 sind dabei so ausgebildet, dass der Stützabschnitt 12 einen Bereich des Quersteges 6 über den Aufnahmeabschnitt 9 vollständig durchdringt, so dass er einen hervorstehenden Stützabschnitt 11 bildet. Dieser hervorstehende Stützabschnitt 11 kann dann, wie bereits bei den vorhergehenden Ausführungsbeispielen beschrieben, mittels einer Fixierfalzung (nicht dargestellt oder einer ähnlichen Fixierung) gegen ein Herausziehen aus dem Aufnahmeabschnitt 9 verriegelt werden.At multiply folded

Claims (5)
- Cover grating for a drainage gutter (20) or for a similar hollow body which can be installed in a floor, wherein the cover grating (1) is produced from a sheet metal and particularly from a sheet metal strip (32), with at least two longitudinal bars (4), extending on an underside (3) of the cover grating (1), and inlet slots (8) formed out in the cover grating (1) between these longitudinal bars (4), with transverse bars (6), resulting from the forming, extending on the underside (3) of the cover grating (1),
characterized in that
the transverse bars (6), on their end face regions (7), have at least one support section (12) in each case, which, for supporting the transverse bars (6), at least partially engages in a locating section (9) which is complementarily formed in each case on the longitudinal bar (4). - Cover grating according to claim 1,
