Definitions
- the invention relates to a sales package according to the preamble of claim 1. According to a second aspect, the invention relates to a method for producing a sales package.
- WO 2014/006398 A3 is a generic sales packaging known.
- the elastic band serves to pull a number of similar goods, such as chocolate bars, to the front so that a customer can quickly remove the goods.
- a disadvantage of such a sales packaging is the relatively high production cost.
- a telescopic packaging is known in which an inner packaging unit is positively connected with an outer packaging. A removal of the goods at the front and a biasing of the goods on it is not provided.
- the EP 2 143 649 A1 describes a bottle package with double doubled soil.
- the invention has for its object to propose a suitable for pushing the goods forward sales packaging, with very little Packaging material gets along.
- the invention solves the problem by a sales package with the features of claim 1. According to a second aspect, the invention solves the problem by a method according to the method claim.
- the filling of the goods into the interior and the insertion of the pusher take place simultaneously. This can be done, for example, that at least the elastic band is placed around the goods and then the pusher is pushed together with the goods in the interior.
- the outer packaging is built around the pusher and / or the goods. In this case, instead of inserting the pusher, it is also possible to speak of placing.
- An advantage of the inventive sales packaging is their ease of manufacture. So it is possible to manufacture the pusher separately from the outer packaging. For packaging the goods, it is then only necessary to introduce them into the outer packaging and insert the pusher. This can be done very quickly and reliably.
- a further advantage is that the sales packaging according to the invention requires only little material for the production.
- Known outer packaging which pull the goods with an elastic band on the front, are constructed in two parts and include a bottom and a lid (English: tray and hood).
- the sales packaging according to the invention can be formed in one piece, in particular, the outer packaging can be made of a single blank, for example, corrugated cardboard. That leads to a very small one Material consumption, a high packing density during transport and a small disposal effort after end of life. It should be noted, however, that the inventive sales packaging can also be constructed as a combination packaging with bottom and lid.
- the sales packaging must usually ensure that no load is applied to the packaged goods. It is a further advantage of the invention that the reinforcement of the side walls increases the strength of the sales package against pressure from above, as it arises when stacking several sales packages on top of each other. It is therefore possible to make the material of the outer packaging, for example the corrugated cardboard, thinner and less stable than would be necessary if the side walls were not reinforced by the side parts. This saves material and reduces the weight of the sales packaging.
- the orientation information refers to the orientation in which the sales packaging is arranged during the sale.
- a product has an excellent side, which is designed to appeal to consumers in particular. This page is traditionally called the front page.
- the front side of the sales packaging is in particular the side into which the front of the goods points. In other words, the front side is, in particular, the side that a buyer looks at when looking at the sales package.
- the sales packaging it is possible, but not necessary, for the sales packaging to be prismatic, in particular cuboid, or to have a cuboidal basic shape. In particular, it is also possible that the sales packaging has an arbitrary cross-section.
- the front-sided sales packaging comprises a front wall which forms the outer package with the bottom and side walls and, if present, a rear wall and / or part of the insert.
- the invention is also a container of a sales package according to the invention and a plurality of recorded in the sales packaging goods, especially the same goods, which are stretched by means of the elastic band on the front.
- the goods may be, for example, tabular goods. It is particularly favorable if the tabular goods lie on a narrow side. In other words, the tabular goods are accommodated in the sales package so that their longer narrow sides are horizontal.
- the tabular goods are chocolate bars.
- the elastic band is understood in particular to mean a band made of an entropy-elastic material.
- the elastic band is a band of a polymer, in particular a silicone, latex or rubber band. Particularly advantageous is high-temperature-crosslinking silicone. It is possible, but not necessary, for the elastic band to be integral, in particular the elastic band may comprise two or more partial bands.
- An outer packaging is understood to be a packaging which is present in addition to a packaging of the goods. It is possible and represents a preferred embodiment that the outer packaging surrounds the product at least on four sides, in particular on at least five sides.
- a blank is understood in particular an object made of a larger arc. It should be noted that the concept of blank does not mean that the corresponding object has been created by cutting from a larger object. In particular, the blank can also be produced by punching or another separating method.
- the height of the side parts corresponds to the clear height
- both heights it is understood in particular that it is possible, but not necessary, for both heights to be exactly the same. Rather, it is possible that, for example, the height of the side parts is smaller than the clear height, as long as the height of the side parts is so large that the strength increasing effect of the side parts occurs before the goods are damaged in the interior, if one or more, for example five, identical sales packaging may be stacked with content on the sales packaging.
- the height of the side parts is greater than the clear height. In this case, the insert must be pressed into the outer packaging.
- the side parts of the insert are in particular so high that the insert is indeed inserted into the outer packaging, but that absorb the side parts of the insert in an extension of the side walls of the outer packaging on the force acting on the cover of the outer packaging together with the side walls.
- the insert and the outer packaging form a clearance fit.
- the back part of the pusher forms part of the rear wall of the sales package. This is especially the case when the back part is visible from the outside. In other words, the sales package would be at least partially open at the back if the insert had no back.
- the parts of the outer packaging for example adhesive tabs, only cover part of the area of the back part, preferably less than half.
- the back wall includes all objects that prevent the penetration of an object from the outside into the interior through the back of the sales packaging. Under the back wall only those components are understood that can absorb a compressive force. In other words, any adhesive tape which, according to a preferred embodiment, connects the insert to the outer packaging does not belong to the rear wall.
- the insert is fastened to the outer packaging by means of at least one adhesive tape.
- the tape connects the top of the outer package and / or the bottom to the back of the insert.
- the adhesive tape connects at least one of the side walls with the insert, for example the back part and / or at least one side part.
- An adhesive tape is understood to mean an adhesive tape. It is possible, but not necessary, for the tape to be printed.
- the adhesive tape is an adhesive label, which could also be referred to as an adhesive label. This is advantageous in that the adhesive label is used both for establishing the connection and the labeling of the sales packaging and / or its contents.
- the outer package has at least one adhesive tab which is connected to the insert. It is possible that the adhesive flap is formed on the ceiling, on the first side wall, on the second side wall or on the bottom. It is advantageous if the outer packaging has at least two adhesive tabs, for example on the ceiling and on the floor. Alternatively or additionally, the outer packaging comprises at least one adhesive tab on the side walls.
- the insert has at least one adhesive flap, which is connected to the outer packaging.
- An adhesive tab on a side wall is adhered according to a preferred embodiment both with a side part and the back part of the insert. This results in a particularly strong connection. But it is also possible that the adhesive flap is glued to the side wall only with a side part or only with the back part of the insert.
- an adhesive tab by means of which the insert is attached, has a glue flap width that corresponds to at most one third of the clear height. So the sales packaging comes with little material and is very light. In addition, there is little waste in the production.
- all adhesive tabs have an adhesive flap width which corresponds to at most one third of the clear height.
- the adhesive flap width corresponds to more than one third of the clear height. This increases the strength of the adhesive bond.
- the adhesive flap width corresponds to half the clear height. In this case, the greatest possible coverage of the rear wall.
- the adhesive flap width is greater than half the clear height. In this case, the adhesive tabs overlap.
- the insert is positively connected to the first side wall and / or the second side wall. It is particularly advantageous if the insert and the side wall are connected directly in a form-fitting manner, that is to say without joining means such as a rivet, staple, pin or the like.
- the insert is connected by means of a locking lug with the outer packaging.
- the insert on the locking nose, which engages in a recess in the outer packaging.
- the outer packaging has the locking nose, which engages in a recess in the insert.
- the insert is connected by means of a plug-in tab with at least one of the side walls.

- the first side part and the second side part contact each other over a contact length on an inner side of the outer packaging, wherein the cover has a ceiling length and wherein the contact length is at least half, in particular at least two thirds, of the ceiling length.
- the side panels of the insert can receive a large proportion of the load exerted by a second, identical sales packaging on the ceiling when two or more sales packages are stacked.
- the outer packaging has a ceiling which surrounds the interior with the floor, the side walls and the front wall.
- the outer packaging is then in one piece.
- a one-piece outer packaging is understood in particular an outer packaging, which does not consist of two or more separately manufactured parts, which are designed to separate from each other.
- a one-piece outer packaging does not comprise a lid.
- the edge crush resistance is determined in accordance with DIN EN ISO 3037, as of 1 June 2015. It is advantageous that the insert, which has only a small proportion of the total area of the corrugated cardboard of the sales packaging, contributes a large part to the stacking resistance, so that the outer packaging can be built from less edgeband resistant corrugated board. It is so at a given Stapelstauchwiderstand a particularly lightweight sales packaging achievable.
- the outer packaging has a Stapelstauchwiderstand which is at most 0.8 times, in particular at most 0.7 times, more preferably at most half of the stacking resistance of the sales packaging.
- the stack crush resistance decreases by at least 25% when the insert is removed from the sales package.
- the stacking resistance decreases DIN 55440-1 determined with constant feed rate.
- the insert extends along the side walls and a rear side opposite the front wall.
- the insert extends along the floor and a ceiling opposite the floor.
- the insert is U-shaped. It is advantageous if the insert has three sections, with adjacent sections running at a right angle in the technical sense. By a right angle in the technical sense is meant that an angle of exactly 90 ° is desirable, but that deviations of, for example, ⁇ 5 ° are possible and tolerable.
- the insert has two or more elements, wherein an element extends along the first side wall and is fixed relative to this, in particular connected to this, and wherein a further element extends along the second side wall and fixed relative thereto , in particular connected to this.

Abstract
Description

Bezugszeichenliste 10 Verkaufsverpackung 58 Entnahmeöffnungsbereich 12 erste Seitenwand 14 zweite Seitenwand 60 Griffloch 16 Vorderwand 62 Sichtöffnung 18 Boden 64 dritte Klebelasche 66 vierte Klebelasche 20 Decke 68 Vorspannvorrichtung 22 elastisches Band 24 Einsatz 70 Druckelemente 26 Umverpackung 72 Führungselement 28 Schiebevorrichtung 74 Ausnehmungen 76 Arretiernase 30 Innenraum 78 Klebeband 32 Ware 34 Rückseite 80 Rückwand 36 erstes Seitenteil 82 Fixierlasche 38 zweites Seitenteil 84 Klebelasche 86 Klebelasche 40 Rückenteil 88 Klebelasche 41 Oberkante 42 erstes Ende 90 Klebelasche 43 Oberkante 92 Stecklasche 44 zweites Ende 94 Stecklasche 45 Innenseite 96 Ausnehmung 46 erste Klebelasche FSchub Kraft 48 zweite Klebelasche P Pfeil 50 Vorderseite h48 Klebelaschenbreite 52 Entnahmeöffnung h30 lichte Höhe 54 Zuschnitt L20 Deckenlänge 56 Perforation T Tiefenerstreckung
