Definitions
- the invention relates to a gas valve device for a gas appliance and provided with such a gas valve device gas appliance.
- a basically similar gas valve device is from the DE 102013218014 known from September 9, 2013. There, a control valve, a control valve and a bypass device are arranged as possible integrated in a housing.
- a basically similar gas valve device is from the DE 2417609 A1 known.
- the invention has for its object to provide an aforementioned gas valve device and an aforementioned gas appliance, with which problems of the prior art can be solved and it is particularly possible, the functional units of the gas valve device as compact and compact as possible with a simple installation and guaranteed good function to arrange.
- a gas valve device having the features of claim 1 and a gas appliance provided with the features of claim 11.
- Advantageous and preferred embodiments of the invention are the subject of further claims and are explained in more detail below. Some of the features are explained only for the gas valve device or only for the gas appliance. However, they should be able to apply independently for both the gas valve device and the gas appliance independently. The wording of the claims is incorporated herein by express reference. It is provided that the gas valve device is designed for a gas appliance, such as a gas oven, which has at least one temperature-controlled first gas burner.
- the gas appliance has a second gas burner, which is preferably non-temperature-controlled or non-power-controlled, but which receives a power specification only in a few specific stages or even only in one stage.
- a first temperature-controlled gas burner is advantageous in a baking oven the so-called main burner, particularly advantageously a lower burner. With this, the temperature in the oven can be set to the desired level which is why he should also be temperature controlled.
- a second non-regulated gas burner is advantageous a grill burner, which is particularly advantageous arranged above in the baking oven muffle. He can work in one or a few power levels, these power levels are given in terms of a gas flow and thus the burner power generated in about. In any case, these power levels are not regulated, which considerably simplifies the construction and handling and is also not necessary for such a grill burner or a corresponding grill function in practice.
- the gas valve device has a gas valve housing, in which a control valve and a control valve are provided.
- the control valve or the control valve may be connected in parallel with an adjustable bypass device.
- the control valve for the first gas burner is connected in parallel, so that even in the case that closes during the temperature-controlled operation, the control valve passes through the bypass means a certain small gas flow to the first gas burner and this, at least with a kind of pilot flame , keeps on burning.
- no reignition must take place, but this then increases its performance just according to the stronger gas flow.
- this is known to those skilled in principle, for example from the aforementioned DE 102013218014 ,
- the gas valve device has a thermostat drive for the control valve, wherein thus a control gas flow can be variably adjusted according to a predetermined temperature or a predetermined power level for an environment of the first gas burner.
- a thermostat drive for example, be thermohydraulic and is from the DE 19627969 A1 , of the DE 19824871 A1 and above all from the aforementioned DE 2417609 A1 known.
- an aforementioned bypass gas flow to the first gas burner can be opened, which flows through the control valve parallel to the control gas flow.
- the first gas burner can be held regardless of the control state on burning.
- the thermostat drive has for regulating or for temperature specification a rotary shaft with a manual handle or a rotary knob.
- a certain temperature associated with a certain rotational position can be specified, as is known per se.
- the control valve has a control valve body and a control valve seat.
- the control valve body is rotated in the control valve seat for adjustment.
- control valve body and the control valve seat are conical and sit advantageously in operation with each other, and indeed largely gas-tight.
- the control valve body is rotationally connected to the rotary shaft of the manual handle, so that it can be rotated in the control valve seat.
- the control valve is arranged in the control valve body centrally, advantageously coaxially with this.
- the control valve has a control valve seat formed or arranged in the control valve body and a control valve body movable against this control valve seat.
- the control valve body is moved in the axial direction, ie in the direction of the axis of rotation or the rotary shaft, against the control valve seat or away from it to open the control valve.
- the control valve body is connected for adjustment or regulation with the thermostat drive. It can be provided that the thermostat drive is also disposed within the gas valve housing, advantageously just above the control valve.
- control valve in the control valve or in the control valve body is a very space-saving design possible. Furthermore, this also simplifies a gas flow, since less complicated gas ducts or gas ducts in the gas valve housing, which is preferably made as far as possible from a solid piece of metal, must be provided.
- the thermostat drive sits on the rotary shaft itself.
- a rotary shaft is mounted relatively stable and stable on the gas valve device or in the gas valve housing, whereby such storage is also made possible for the thermostat drive.
- the thermostat drive can in the usual way have an expansion body, which is advantageously flat and is preferably designed in the manner of a double disc or a flat drum. This expansion body is connected at its top to the rotary shaft. On its underside it is connected to the control valve body. One of the two connections can be fixed or even insoluble, for example by welding.
- the other connection can be either solvable or even realized only with a pressure system, so that ultimately the thermostat drive exerts pressure on the control valve when regulating, for example, to close.
- a control valve seat spring By its own spring, such as a control valve seat spring means, the control valve can be pressed in the open position and in the direction of the thermostat drive.
- a defined position of the control valve is adjustable.
- connection of the expansion body with the control valve body may be rigidly formed on tensile load, while being compressible or yielding formed on compressive load.
- a compressibility or compliance can be achieved by a arranged in a control valve connecting means overpressure spring means as a compression spring with spring direction in the axial direction.
- the control valve body may be provided with an aforementioned control valve seat spring means.
- the overpressure spring means serves to protect thermostat drive and control valve from damage due to excessive forces
- the control valve seat spring means serves to open the control valve with the space created when withdrawing or retreating the thermostat drive with the resulting space or to open the control valve body from the control valve seat to the stop on the thermostat drive.
- the spring force of the control valve seat spring means should be less than that of the overpressure spring means, so that the control valve actually opens only as far as it allows the thermostat drive as a kind of stop.
- the overpressure spring dampens or absorbs this stop, so to speak, if the force applied is too great.
- a control gas outlet may be provided in the axial direction of the rotary shaft from the gas valve housing to the first gas burner.
- this control gas outlet extends in extension of the rotary shaft.
- the control gas outlet with a short distance below the control valve and thus also provided below the control valve, so that the gas valve housing has only a small thickness of advantageously less than 20 mm, more preferably less than 10 mm, below the control valve.
- control valve body and the control valve seat are arranged concentrically to extend the rotary shaft.
- the bypass device can advantageously be arranged laterally next to the control valve or next to the control valve seat. In this case, it can advantageously be arranged in the axial direction along the rotary shaft at approximately the same axial height as the control valve.
- the bypass device can be designed so that it can be reached from the front of the gas valve device for adjustment.
- the manual handle is arranged at the front, for example on a control panel of the gas appliance.
- a shut-off valve may be provided in the gas valve device, in particular in order to interrupt the gas flow as a safety function when extinguishing a flame on a gas burner, so that no more gas reaches this or even one of the gas burners.
- a gas flow may go to the control valve or the control valve after the shut-off valve.
- the control valve can close the gas flow or just release it to the second gas burner, advantageously with the aforementioned discrete and few power levels.
- the first gas burner is supplied with the gas flow through the control valve and the bypass device, as is known.
- Such a check valve may be formed as a known solenoid valve and, for example, be opened manually at the beginning of the operation of the gas burner and kept open.
- a coil of the solenoid valve is connected to a thermocouple close to one of the gas burners, so that with sufficient heat generation at the gas burner after a few seconds of operation, a thermo-current flows as a holding current through the coil to keep the shut-off valve so to speak automatically open. Only when the gas flame extinguishes and thus ends the heat generation at the gas burner, detached from a further existing gas flow, the Thermostrom stops flowing and the shut-off valve closes and blocks any gas flow out of the gas valve device.
- the rotary shaft can be mounted by means of a thread on the gas valve housing so that it tends to open the control valve stronger depending on the rotational position or closes stronger.
- a rotation of the rotary shaft can be provided starting from a zero position in a direction of rotation.
- a connection of the rotary shaft with the control valve body may be formed such that either no movement or rotation of the control valve body takes place in the control valve seat.
- the arrangement of gas ducts or gas ducts on the control valve body and / or control valve seat may be designed so that here a rotation of the control valve does not cause any changes in gas flows.
- a rotation of the rotary shaft starting from the zero position in the other direction causes rotation and thus adjustment of the control valve body in the control valve seat.
- This then causes just about variable in turning line cross sections a modified and thus adjustable gas supply to the second gas burner.
- It can be provided in the axial direction and displaceable in the circumferential direction positive connection between the rotary shaft and the control valve body.
- a firmly connected to the rotary shaft or the control valve body driver may be provided which engages displaceably in the other part or just in the control valve body or in the rotary shaft in the axial direction, wherein a stop is provided in the circumferential direction.
- the driver is fixedly arranged on the rotary shaft, so that it exerts only one torque on the control valve body, but no force in the axial direction.
- the rotary shaft by means of an aforementioned thread further into the gas valve housing in or out of it, so the force generated thereby should not be transferred to the control valve body.
- shut-off valve is advantageously arranged next to the control valve seat.
- the overall height of the gas valve device is limited in the axial direction.
- the shut-off valve is advantageously arranged opposite the bypass device, ie, on one side of the rotary shaft the bypass device and on the other side the shut-off valve.
- channels can run along outside or be incorporated as wells. On the one hand, such channels can go to the bypass device and back again.
- a leading channel advantageously passes through the gas valve housing and along the outside of the control valve body.
- a recirculating channel opens advantageously in the control valve body and thus in the gas flow to the first gas burner, and particularly advantageously below the control valve seat.
- this bypass gas flow can bridge the control gas flow to still supply the first gas burner with some gas when the control valve is closed, to keep it from burning.
- gas supply to the second gas burner can run outside of the control valve body channels.
- gas flow to the second gas burner is not at all in the interior of the control valve body, but is determined by different openings and / or cross sections of channels in the area between control valve body and control valve seat.
- a gas oven 11 is shown as a gas appliance according to the invention.
- the gas oven 11 has a baking oven muffle 12.
- a controllable first gas burner 15 is provided with a first gas line 16, which is commonly referred to as a main or bottom heat burner in a known per se.
- a second gas burner 17 is provided as a grill burner with a second gas line 18.
- the gas lines 16 and 18 are guided to a dashed line in the upper area gas valve device 20 according to the invention.
- the Fig. 2 shows a functional representation of the gas oven 11. It can be seen how the first gas burner 15 together with the first gas line 16 and the second gas burner 17 together with the second gas line 18 are connected to the gas valve device 20 shown schematically as a block or connected thereto. On a rotary shaft 30 of the rotary knob 21 is placed as a manual handle.
- the gas valve device 20 is also provided with a first thermocouple 40 near the first gas burner 15 with a first conduit 41 and with a second thermocouple 43 near the first second gas burner 17 connected to a second line 44. These thermocouples are used to switch off the gas valve device 20 if the temperature at them drops so far that their associated gas burner is not in operation. So this is a known security measure. Furthermore, a liquid tube 46 is connected as a temperature detection means of a liquid line 36 to the gas valve device 20. These serve a thermostat drive described above.
- FIG. 3 a detailed illustration of the gas valve device 20 is shown.
- the rotary knob 21 is mounted on the rotary shaft 30.
- the rotary shaft 30 is mounted in an adjusting nut 32 which is mounted on a sleeve-shaped mounted rotary shaft holder 31, namely clamping, but rotatable.
- the adjusting nut 32 can be moved closer into or out of the gas valve device 20. This is used for temperature adjustment in production.
- the adjusting nut 32 can not rotate.
- a so-called push-turn function or push-to-turn function is advantageously provided on the gas valve device 20.
- An intent switch with electrical contacts may be provided on the gas valve device 20, advantageously placed on the front. He can switch 21 when pressing and / or turning the rotary knob. Both are from the above DE 102013218014 known.
- thermostat drive 34 At the lower end of the rotary shaft 30 of the thermostat drive 34 is arranged.
- This thermostat drive 34 can also be taken from the aforementioned prior art, which is why it is treated only briefly. It has an expansion body 35 in the manner of a concentric multiple corrugated double disc. From above, the liquid line 36 leads from the aforementioned liquid reservoir 46, and the liquid contained therein is also contained in the interior of the double disc of the expansion body 35.
- a gripper 37 is provided, in the interior of which an overpressure spring 38 is arranged as a helical spring. The gripper 37 engages the control valve 49 in order to pull it up positively. Down can be exerted on the control valve 49 pressure not directly from the gripper 37, but only by the pressure-spring 38. But this is sufficient to close the control valve 49th
- the control valve 49 in turn, has a control valve seat 50 against which a control valve body 51 of the control valve 49 is driven, moved by the thermostat actuator 34.
- the control valve body 51 is supported downwardly with a control valve seat spring 53 which causes the control valve 49 opens.
- the control valve seat spring 53 is designed as a helical spring, but with a much weaker spring force than the pressure spring 38, as previously explained. The difference in spring force can be 1.2 to 2 or 3 times.
- a first line 41 from the first thermocouple 40 and a second line 44 from the second thermocouple 43 lead into the shut-off valve 24. They serve in a known manner for holding the shut-off valve 24 in the open position during operation of at least one of the gas burners 15 or 17.
- the function of the adjustment via the rotary knob 21 on the control valve is obviously recognizable. If the rotary knob 21 is moved in one direction, for example in the counterclockwise direction, the rotary shaft 30 is slightly moved out of a normal thread between the rotary shaft 30 and the adjusting nut 32. It thus opens the control valve 49 via the gripper 37, since the control valve body 51 is lifted from the control valve seat 50. At the same time the check valve 24 is opened, for example via the manual opener 25, which should be automatically pressed or pressed in a known manner via a lever or other power transmission device when pressing the rotary knob 21. The further the rotary knob 21 is rotated, the more the control valve opens.
- the liquid has the thermostat drive 34 causes a certain extent of the expansion body 35 and thus a certain Move down. If this has gone so far that the control valve body 51 rests against the control valve seat 50 and the control valve 49 closes, occurs on the first Gas outlet 27 no more gas. The temperature in the oven muffle 12 goes back, and the control process continues in a known manner.
- a bypass screw 55 is provided as the aforementioned bypass means. It is a long screw with a thin bypass bore 56 at the bottom. At the bottom, it has a downward screw tip 57. Through a bypass feed line 59 gas from the shut-off valve 24 to the bypass screw 55 and flows through the bypass hole 56 down past the screw tip 57. By means of a bypass outlet 60, the gas flows back, as it were, below the control valve seat 50 to the first gas outlet 27. This ensures that this bypass gas flow, which is adjustable with the bypass screw 55, always flows to the first gas burner 15, regardless of whether whether the control valve 49 is open or closed.
- the first gas burner 15 can continue to burn with the lowest possible power, so that its performance is greatly reduced during the control process, but does not run out. This has been explained before.
- the flow rate can be adjusted by the bypass screw 55 by a known principle by turning the screw and adapted to any type of gas.
- bypass screw 55 instead of the bypass screw 55 shown here, other embodiments are conceivable.
- a bypass device could also be provided in the control valve body 51 itself, similar to the aforementioned DE 102013218014 is known, and so for bridging a small gas flow, namely just cause the bypass gas flow past the closed control valve seat 50 over. Then the gas valve housing 22 could be made even smaller and more compact.
- the gas valve device 20 still has a control valve 63 with a large and conical or truncated cone-shaped control valve body 64 in a correspondingly formed control valve seat 65.
- the two parts are so accurate that can pass through their mating surfaces no gas flow or gas can not flow undesirable.
- the control valve body 64 is thereby pressed by a control valve spring 66, which rests on the inside of the rotary shaft holder 31, into the gas valve housing 22 or into the control valve seat 65.
- a gas channel leads from the shut-off valve 24 via the control valve seat 65 into a drilled gas duct 69 in the control valve body 64.
- This is formed at least partially outside of the control valve body 64 along as a groove and ends in the Fig. 3 with the groove 70 from which the bypass lead 59 to the bypass screw 55 goes off.
- This groove 70 is designed here, that only with rotational positions of the rotary knob 21 and thus of the control valve body 64, which correspond to an operation of the first gas burner 15 or cause this, the bypass feed line 59 is in register with the groove 70 and is thus supplied with gas.
- the control valve 63 is closed.
- a further groove 71 is formed in the control valve body 64, which is in register with the bypass outlet 60. From the results, as can be seen on the left, a bore in the interior of the control valve 49, which, as explained above, opens below the control valve seat 50.
- the second gas burner 17 can be operated as a grill burner only with a single power stage, which corresponds to the gas flow resulting from the cross sections. It may alternatively, but also be provided that the groove 74 depending on the rotation angle of the rotary knob is slowly and increasingly brought into overlap with the gas channel 75 for an adjustable flow area at this point, so that the power at the second gas burner 17 are also set can. This is easy to realize for the expert.
- a driver 61 is provided, which engages in an opening 62 above in the control valve body 64.
- the driver 61 is advantageous, as previously explained, fixed or secured against rotation on the rotary shaft 30. By slightly deeper opening 62, it can be moved in the axial direction together with the rotary shaft 30 relative to the control valve body 64, without causing problems.

Description

Fig. 2 zeigt eine Funktionsdarstellung des Gasbackofens 11.
Fig. 3 mit der Nut 70, von der die Bypass-Zuleitung 59 zur Bypass-Schraube 55 abgeht.
