Definitions
- the invention relates to a hydraulic regulated gas valve for a fuel gas heated continuous water heater.
- Such gas fittings are characterized in that they adjust the amount of fuel gas that reaches a burner depending on the amount of water to be heated and a knob.
- an amplification factor fuel gas volume flow to water volume flow
- Such gas fittings are off FR 2 525 327 A and DE 2 533 910 A known.
- these gas fittings must have at least two sealing valves which have different control signals.
- the ionization current in a flame is used as a control signal. If a flame is present at the burner surface, an ionization current can be tapped in the region of the flame. With this ionization current, a valve, the safety valve, can be opened by means of a coil.
- the other sealing valve is usually the water shortage valve. In this valve, a stroke equivalent to the water volume flow is generated in a water switch. By means of this lifting movement, the water shortage valve can be opened and thus a fuel gas equivalent to the water volume flow can flow through the gas fitting.
- gas valves often have a valve with which an amplification factor between the fuel gas volume flow and the water volume flow can be set. This adjustment is usually done manually by the operator, who often linearly continuously opens or closes a conical valve linearly by means of a rotary knob.
- Gas fittings for fuel gas heated continuous water heaters are usually relatively complex, since the various functions are achieved by a mechanism with many deflections.
- the aim of the invention is to provide a gas valve for fuel gas heated continuous water heater, which is characterized by simple and reliable structure.
- the valve for adjusting the amplification factor does not have to be a sealing cone valve whose cone is linearly displaced by means of a deflection. Rather, according to the invention, the valve consists of a guide with an opening and a sleeve located therein with slot, wherein the sleeve is guided in the guide and slot and opening are superimposed. In this way, the adjustment of the valve can be done directly without deflection, which simplifies the structure and thus reduces the susceptibility to failure.
- the valve for adjusting the amplification factor need not be sealing. Rather, a slight leak can be accepted because the function of the valve, the adjustment of the fuel gas flow, but not its total prevention. As a result, can be dispensed with separate seals.
- valve can be dosed sensitively. It is particularly advantageous if the slot is very narrow at one end of its translation path and its width widens continuously.
- the guide is part of the housing, which accommodates the components of the gas valve, whereby a component reduction is achieved. It is particularly advantageous if the opening is part of a bushing inserted, since in this way an exchange of the bushing (for example, because of power limitation, GasartCAD, etc.) and higher manufacturing accuracy (housing is usually a die-cast part, which is reworked) is possible.
- the gas pressure is directed against the opening direction of the water shortage valve. This avoids that e.g. in case of failure or reduction of the closing force of the valve, the valve is opened by the gas pressure.
- Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show a gas fitting 20 according to the invention with a housing 25, a knob 1, fuel gas inlet 17, fuel gas outlet 18 with screw 29 for adjusting the burner pressure, Zündgasausgang 19 and water switch port 14.
- the water switch not shown, is separated by a membrane into two pressure chambers. When warm water tap a differential pressure between the chambers is generated by a Venturi nozzle in the water switch; the differential pressure raises the membrane. As a result, a steadily growing to the amount of water signal is delivered, which is transmitted in the form of a lifting movement to the control pin 15.
- Fig. 3 is a section through this gas fitting 20 in the initial state (ie no fuel gas flow) to see.
- the fuel gas inlet 17 opens into a chamber 24, in which a safety valve 5 and a thermomagnet 6, which are coupled together, are located.
- a sleeve 8 is in a guide 21 with a slot 9.
- a Zündgasbolzen 3 which ends in the knob 1.
- a portion of the sleeve 8 forms with a portion of the Zündgasbolzens 3 a Zündgasventil 4, which seals the connection to an annular channel 26.
- a spring 7 is stretched.
- the Zündgasbolzen 3 is connected to the knob 1.
- the sleeve 8 is located on a bushing 11, which has an opening 13 at.
- a spring 12 which presses against a water shortage valve 10. From the water shortage valve 10, a control pin 15 projects into the water shortage 14th
- Fig. 4 shows the gas valve 20 in another section. From this perspective, the connection of the Zündgasausgangs 19 and the mechanism for actuating the gas valve 20 is clear.
- a control cam 2 see. Fig. 13
- the adjustment knob 1 in conjunction with a screw 16; the function will be described later.
- Fig. 5 shows the same perspective in a different working position, in the ignition position, in which the connection of the annular channel 26 to Zündgasausgang 19 through the bore 27 is clear.
- Fig. 6 shows a part of the gas valve 20 in a further step.
- Fig. 7 is a part of the gas fitting 20 to see in a subsequent step.
- Fig. 8 shows a portion of the gas valve 20 in the operating condition in which fuel gas from the fuel gas inlet 17 to the fuel gas outlet 18 can flow.
- Fig. 9 shows the opened water shortage valve 10 in detail.
- Fig. 10 is a device for adjusting the burner pressure to see.
- Fig. 11 shows the sleeve 8 in detail with the slot 9 and sealing rings 28.
- Fig. 12 the ignition gas bolt is shown in detail.
- Out Fig. 13 goes the interior of the knob 1 with the control cam out.
- Fig. 14 shows the sleeve 11 with opening 13 and
- Fig. 15 shows the water shortage valve 10 with control pin 15th
- Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 is the gas fitting 20 in the initial state in which no fuel gas flows to see.
- the safety valve 5, the pilot gas valve 4 and the water shortage valve 10 are closed; the opening 13 of the valve for adjusting the amplification factor is closed by the sleeve 8.
- Fig. 6 the knob 1 manually pushed further, causing the tip of Zündgasbolzens 3 opens the valve disc on the safety valve 5.
- the pressure movement ends as soon as inside the thermomagnet 6, an anchor plate rests against the iron core of a Elektomagneten.
- Fuel gas can now from the fuel gas inlet 17 via the chamber 24, through the open safety valve 5 in the chamber 23, from there via the open Zündgasventil 4 in the annular channel 26 and from there via the bore 27 in the Zündgasausgang 19, of which a connection to a pilot burner, not shown, flow.
- thermo-current holds the anchor plate to the iron core.
- the knob 1 After releasing the knob 1 is - as in Fig. 7 shown - the knob 1 together with the Zündgasbolzen 3 pushed back by the spring 7, wherein the safety valve 5 remains open in the presence of a pilot flame and a corresponding lonisationstromes by the thermomagnet 6.
- the gas valve 20 By turning the knob 1, the gas valve 20 is brought into the ready position. While the axial position remains unchanged, the sleeve 8 can be rotated and the variably shaped slot 9 superimposed on the opening 13 to the water shortage valve 10, which is still closed.
- the adapted on one side to the lateral surface of the sleeve 8 bushing 11 is inserted axially floating and is pressed by a spring 12 to the sleeve 8.
- the bush 11 with the opening 13 in conjunction with the position of the slot 9 of the sleeve 9 determine the possible amount of flowing gas (with open water deficiency valve 10) or the so-called power preselection.
- the water shortage valve 10 blocks the fuel gas flow via the fuel gas outlet 18 to the burner, not shown.
- a signal for opening the water deficiency valve 10 can be given to the control pin 15.
- the water switch not shown transmits a dependent of the water flow stroke to the control pin 15, which finally presses the water lack valve plate against the gas flow and thus the water shortage valve 10 opens.
- Fig. 8 shown The fuel gas can now flow from the chamber 23 via the slot 9 and the opening 13 through the open water deficiency valve 10 into the fuel gas outlet 18.
- the opening cross section of the water deficiency valve 10 and thus the fuel gas volume flow is dependent on the stroke of the control pin 15.
- Fig. 9 shows the gas valve, in particular the opened water shortage valve 10 with the fuel gas outlet 18th
- the spring 12 fulfills two functions. First, it ensures a concern of the socket 11 on the sleeve 8 sure; on the other hand, it closes the water shortage valve 10. An expansion of the socket 11, for example, for a gas type change is possible after disassembly of the water deficiency valve 10.
- the Zündgasventil 4 is performed without the usual flat gasket and without a rotated valve seat, so that the number of parts reduced and the assembly is simplified.
- the water shortage valve 4 closes in the fuel gas flow direction. Due to the therefore smaller closing spring force 12, the membrane can be reduced in size at the water switch.

Description
FR 2 525 327 A DE 2 533 910 A bekannt.

- In
- In
Fig. 9 zeigt das geöffnete Wassermangelventil 10 im Detail. - In
- In
Fig. 5 in die Zündstellung gedreht. Fig. 13 ) in Richtung Gehäuse.
Fig. 8 dargestellt.
