Definitions
- the invention relates to a hydraulic regulated gas valve for a fuel gas heated continuous water heater.
- Such gas fittings are characterized in that they adjust the amount of fuel gas that reaches a burner depending on the amount of water to be heated and a knob.
- an amplification factor fuel gas volume flow to water volume flow
- Such fittings are made, for example EP 1 353 126 A and from DE 4 316 779 A known.
- these gas fittings must have at least two sealing valves which have different control signals.
- the ionization current in a flame or a thermoelectric voltage caused by the flame is used as a control signal. If a flame is present on the burner surface, an ionization current can be detected in the area of the flame. With this ionization current, a valve, the safety valve, can be opened by means of a coil.
- the other sealing valve is usually the water shortage valve. In this valve, a stroke equivalent to the water volume flow is generated in a water switch. By means of this lifting movement, the water shortage valve can be opened and thus a fuel gas equivalent to the water volume flow can flow through the gas fitting.
- gas valves often have a valve with which an amplification factor between the fuel gas volume flow and the water volume flow can be set. This adjustment is usually done manually by the operator, who often uses a rotary knob and diverter to continuously open or close a linear valve. As a result, the outlet temperature of the continuous water heater is changed.
- Gas fittings for fuel gas heated continuous water heaters are usually relatively complex, since the various functions are achieved by a mechanism with many deflections.
- the aim of the invention is to provide a gas valve for fuel gas heated continuous water heater, which is characterized by simple and reliable structure.
- the ignition gas guide and seal should be simplified.
- the fuel gas is passed to the pilot gas valve through the interior of the main gas valve. Since this is sealed from the environment, small leaks would not result in fuel gas leakage into the environment.
- the ignition gas is passed through the same guide as the mechanical actuating mechanism of the safety valve.
- existing holes and cavities are used twice.
- Another advantage of an advantageous embodiment of the invention is according to claim 5, that the gas valve at the factory setting or on site without installation of an additional throttle by an existing, from the outside - to compensate for manufacturing tolerances and to different performance variables, network pressures and gas types - adjustable valve can be adjusted.
- the elimination of an additional throttle the pressure drop of the gas valve is kept to a minimum.
- the nominal power and the partial load can be adjusted.
- only a universal power preselector valve is installed, which in the case of a gas type change at the customer no longer needs to be removed and replaced. This can save costs and the device is much more attractive for the customer due to the increased flexibility.
- the power preselector valve cone is infinitely and sensitively displaceable and thus adjustable. This is possible because a Axialschalt consultancy can move on a shaft by turning the adjusting screw via a clamp.
- the adjusting screw is located coaxially with the gas control mechanism directly behind the gas button, so that its action is self-explanatory.
- Fig. 1 to Fig. 16 the gas valve according to the invention in various operating situations and details thereof.
- FIG. 1 shows the gas valve according to the invention in the diagonal plan view with the control knob 1 at the front, the side receiving bore 43 for the water switch, the rear gas inlet 44, the also rear thermomagnet 48, the gas outlet 45 to the burner, the measuring nipple 47 for measuring the inlet pressure, the Measuring nipple 39 for measuring the burner pressure and the ignition gas outlet 26.
- the FIGS. 2a and 2b show the gas valve according to the invention from other perspectives also in diagonal plan view.
- FIG. 3 shows the gas valve according to the invention in section A - A according to FIG. 1 ,
- the gas valve is in the initial state, in which no fuel gas flows.
- the control knob 1 is in the starting position.
- the safety valve 2 with the thermomagnet 48, the Zündgasventil 3, the main gas valve 4 for power selection, which includes a buttervorinesventilteller 23, and the water shortage valve 5, not in FIG. 3 but in eg FIG. 8 can be seen, are closed.
- the gas inlet 44 which is in FIG. 3 can not be seen, fuel gas is on the left in front of the safety valve 2.
- FIG. 4 is brought by turning counterclockwise the control knob 1 counterclockwise, the gas valve in the ignition position.
- the rotational movement of the control knob 1 is transmitted to a radial contact piece 10.
- the radial contact piece 10 has a control cam 21 (see. FIG. 14 ), whereby the radial increase of the control cam 21 causes a counterclockwise rotation of the Zündgasventiltellers 11 against the spring 12 in a rotational movement.
- a Zündgasfilter 13 is slightly compressed.
- a flat gasket 14 lifts off from a Zündgasventilsitz 15.
- FIG. 5 shows that in the next operating step, the control knob 1 is pressed with the shaft 6 against the spring 16.
- the adjusting screw 8, the bracket 17 (see also Fig. 15 ), the radial switch 10, the pin 7 and a Axialschalt choir 9 are also moved.
- the pin 7 strikes the valve plate 18 of the thermomagnet 48 and lifts against the pressure of the spring 49, the gasket 19 from the valve seat 20 from.
- the fuel gas can now flow through a gap 22 centrally through the power preselector valve plate 23 into the chamber 24. From there, the fuel gas through the gap 25, the path via the Zündgasfilter 13 to Zündgasausgang 26th
- the ignition gas burner can now be ignited. After the ignition gas has been ignited at the pilot gas burner, a thermal current can be tapped from the flame after a short waiting time. This thermo-current is passed to the thermomagnet 48, whereby the thermomagnet 48 pulls the valve plate 18 to the thermomagnet 48 against the spring 49.
- the control knob 1 can now be released by the operator. As a result, slide the parts control knob 1, shaft 6, Radialschalt Science 10, adjusting screw 8, bracket 17, Axialschalt fabrics 9 and pin 7 due to the force of the spring 16 back to the starting position. The ignition gas continues to flow.
- the Axialschalthggse 27 Since sliding blocks 28 of the Axialschalthggse 27 (see. Fig. 16 ) sitting in longitudinally extending grooves in the housing 30, only axial movement of the Axialschalthggse 27 is possible.
- the Axialschalthggse 27 has a locking lug 29 (see. Fig. 16 ), which with the switching cam 31 or the notches 32 of the rotating Axialschalt Sharings 9 (see. Fig. 15 ) is in contact.
- the latching lug 29 (see. Fig. 16 ) slides along the switching cam 31 (cf. Fig.
- FIG. 6 shows the position of the power selector valve plate 23 for the lowest power level
- FIG. 7 the state in which the control knob 1 has been rotated via intermediate positions to the highest power level in the counterclockwise direction, whereby the locking lug 29 engages in the last notch 32 of the Axialschal Switzerlands 9.
- the power preselector valve plate 23 now releases the maximum flow cross section.
- the Figures 10 and 11 illustrate the adaptation of the main gas valve 4 to different manufacturing tolerances, performance variables, different network pressures and fuel gas types.
- control knob 1 To adjust the control knob 1 is rotated in a defined level and then subtracted. By the tap of water, the device is started, while the burner pressure by measuring the pressure measuring nipple 39 (see. Fig. 1 ) is continuously measured.
- the spring 16 acts in two ways (previous systems use for this purpose two springs): Once during the ignition, when the control knob 1 is pressed against the spring 16, and then upon release of the knob 1 so that the mechanism with shaft and button is reset , On the other hand, when opening and closing the power selector valve plate 23.
- the adjustment is sensitive and infinitely variable.
- the dynamic seal ( Fig. 3 ) between shaft 6 and housing is stressed axially only during the ignition process. Screwing movements do not occur.

Description
EP 1 353 126 A und ausDE 4 316 779 A bekannt.
Figur 3 zeigt die erfindungsgemäße Gasarmatur im Schnitt A - A gemäßFigur 1 .
Fig. 15 ) in Berührung ist. Fig. 16 ) gleitet entlang der Schaltkurve 31 (vgl.Fig. 15 ) bis sie in die erste Kerbe 32 (Fig. 15 ) einrastet. Fig. 8 ) gewährt.
Fig. 1 ) fortlaufend gemessen wird.
