- Procédé de production de collections (15) constituées d'une pluralité N = 3, 4, ... de prospectus publicitaires différents (11a-d) qui sont livrés et distribués à des destinataires, par exemple des ménages, dans le cadre d'un « mailing direct », lesquelles collections (15) comprennent chacune une pile (13) de prospectus publicitaires (11a-c) qui est emballée dans un élément d'emballage (11d) enroulé autour de la pile (13), le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes visant à :- produire les N prospectus publicitaires (11a-d) ;- former le pile (13) à partir de N-x des N prospectus publicitaires (11ad), avec x = 1 ;- produire le prospectus publicitaire restant en tant qu'élément d'emballage (11d) ;- envelopper la pile (13) dans l'élément d'emballage (11d) ;l'élément d'emballage (11d) étant placé sur une base, la pile (13) étant placée sur l'élément d'emballage (11d) de telle sorte que seule une partie de la surface de l'élément d'emballage (11d) est recouverte par la pile (13) et l'élément d'emballage (11d) est enroulé autour de la surface restante de la pile (13), et
pour enrouler l'élément d'emballage (11d) autour de la pile (13), la surface restante de l'élément d'emballage (11d) étant pliée vers le haut à peu près à angle droit dans une première étape et la partie de l'élément d'emballage (11d) qui est pliée vers le haut est repliée par-dessus la pile (13) dans un seconde étape. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'unité formée de la pile (13) et de l'élément d'emballage (11d) est déplacée à travers un dispositif d'enveloppe (14a-f; 18a,b ; 44a,b) afin de plier l'élément d'emballage (11d).
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que des éléments mobiles (23, 25 ; 34, 35 ; 39, 40 ; 41, 42a,b ; 45a,b, 46a,b, 48a,b, 49a,b), qui sont mis en rotation sur un axe de rotation (47) orienté transversalement à la direction de déplacement de l'unité constituée de la pile (13) et de l'élément d'emballage (11d), sont utilisés pour plier l'élément d'emballage (11d) dans le dispositif d'enveloppe (14a-f; 18a,b ; 44a,b).
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, après le pliage de l'élément d'emballage (11d), la partie pliée de l'élément d'emballage (11d) est repliée et posée sur la pile (13) par application de l'unité formée de la pile (13) et de l'élément d'emballage (11d) sur une bande transporteuse (27, 31, 36).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que certains prospectus publicitaires (11a-d) comportent un pli (F) ou une reliure, en ce que les prospectus publicitaires, pliés ou munis d'une reliure, sont posées les uns sur les autres lors de la formation de la pile (13) de telle sorte que les plis (F) ou les reliures forment un bord commun (K) de la pile (13) et en ce que la pile (13) est enveloppée avec le bord commun (K) dans l'élément d'emballage (11d).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'emballage (11d) sont rainurés avant d'envelopper la pile (13).
- Dispositif destiné à mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon la revendication 1, le dispositif comprenant un dispositif d'emballage (14) dans lequel l'élément d'emballage (11d), se trouvant partiellement au-dessous de la pile, est enroulé autour de la pile (13), le dispositif d'emballage (14) comprenant un dispositif d'enveloppe (14a-f; 18a,b ; 44a,b) ainsi que des moyens (24, 27, 28 ; 30, 31 ; 32, 33, 36, 37, 38, 43) destinés à déplacer l'unité formée de la pile (13) et de l'élément d'emballage (11d) à travers le dispositif d'enveloppe (14a-f; 18a,b ; 44a,b).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens destinés à déplacer l'unité formée de la pile (13) et de l'élément d'emballage (11d) sont conçus sous la forme de sections transporteuses (24, 27, 28 ; 30, 31) ou de bandes transporteuses (32, 33, 36, 37, 38, 43), situées dans un plan, entre lesquelles un espace de transport (26) est ménagé.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'enveloppe (14a-f; 18a,b ; 44a,b) comprend des éléments mobiles (23, 25 ; 34, 35 ; 39,40 ; 41, 42a,b ; 45a,b, 46a,b), 48a,b, 49a,b) qui s'engagent sur le chemin de transport de l'unité formée de la pile (13) et de l'élément d'emballage (11d) dans l'espace de transport (26).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les éléments mobiles comportent un rouleau-brosse (34, 39), muni de poils (35, 40), qui est disposé dans l'espace de transport (26) et qui peut tourner sur un axe de rotation orienté transversalement à la direction de transport.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les éléments mobiles comportent des éléments d'entraînement en forme de tige (25, 48a,b, 49a,b) qui sont déplaçables en rotation autour d'un axe de rotation spécifié (47) à travers l'espace de transport (26).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de rotation (47) est orienté transversalement à la direction de transport et les éléments d'entraînement (25, 48a,b, 49a,b) effectue un mouvement oscillant parallèlement à cet axe de rotation (47) en même temps que le mouvement de rotation sur cet axe de rotation (47), lequel mouvement oscillant s'effectuant entre une première position extrême, dans laquelle les éléments d'entraînement (25, 48a,b, 49a,b) font saillie dans le chemin de transport de l'unité formée de la pile (13) et de l'élément d'emballage (11d), et une seconde position extrême dans laquelle les éléments d'entraînement (25, 48a,b, 49a,b) sont situés à l'extérieur du chemin de transport de l'unité formée de la pile (13) et de l'élément d'emballage (11d).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'entraînement en forme de tige (25, 48a,b, 49a,b) sont situés sur des côtés opposés du chemin de transport de l'unité formée de la pile (13) et de l'élément d'emballage (11d) selon une disposition à symétrie de miroir.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que, pour générer le mouvement de rotation et le mouvement oscillant superposés, les éléments d'entraînement en forme de tige (25) sont fixés respectivement sur des disques rotatifs (23), agencés obliquement, en cercles concentriques.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de rotation et le mouvement oscillant superposés des éléments d'entraînement (48a,b, 49a,b) sont générés par des moyens mécaniques séparés (47 ou 45a,b, 46a,b).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que des moyens (16, 17) sont prévus pour amener les éléments d'emballage (11d) au dispositif d'enveloppe (18a,b).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'amenée (16, 17) comportent un dispositif de rainurage (50) destiné à rainurer les éléments d'emballage amenés (11d).
