Definitions
- the present invention relates to a harness stand for a passenger guidance system, which comprises a belt retractable against the force of a retractor belt and a clasp with two mutually complementary coupling members, of which the first at the free end of the belt and the second is arranged on the belt stand.
- Such belt stands are widely used in airport or checkout areas of department stores to guide people on designated sidewalks, temporarily shut off inaccessible areas, and control queuing.
- the belt stands are mostly mobile and have a widened foot for a secure footing.
- the first coupling member at the free end of the belt, which sometimes also from cord or the like. is executed, is anchored manually to the second coupling member of an adjacent, similar Gurt Preers, i. closed the clasp, and thereby formed a again manually openable barrier between the two belt stands.
- the belt stands generally have two or more, usually three, distributed over its circumference second coupling members and thereby make using flexible in different directions adjacent belt stands passages and queues.
- Such belt stands for passenger guidance systems are flexible and easy to use.
- a residence area which is divided by such Gurt commanderr be quickly cleared, for example, an airport terminal in the event of a fire, so the multi-connected Gurtchelr represent significant obstacles because the straps and Gurtchelr act on the rapidly moving crowd like a safety net , Individuals can literally get caught in the straps or fall, which can have fatal effects in the case of a rapid clearing of the occupied area, especially in case of panic.
- a personal guidance system in which cords of fixed length are stretched between mobile posts by anchoring each end of a cord to a respective head of a post;
- the anchoring has a predetermined breaking point in the form of spring-loaded locking pins on the cord, which engage in holes on the post, so that they trigger with strong traction.
- the cord can be opened by pulling anyone.
- a predetermined breaking point is not visible and the cord is an obvious obstacle until it opens.
- an actual triggering especially in uncontrolled, oblique traction in case of panic can not be ensured, and each unilaterally triggered cord remains an obstacle lying on the ground.
- such a person guidance system can be made ineffective even without an emergency by anyone simply by pulling and opening the predetermined breaking point.
- a generic strap stand is also from the WO 2006/064267 A1 known.
- the invention has set itself the goal of creating a belt stand for a person guidance system, which guarantees a normal, safe handling during normal operation, but is passable obstacle-free in an emergency.
- a belt stand of the aforementioned type which is characterized in that at least one of the coupling members is equipped with an opener for the clasp, which includes a receiver for detecting a remote control signal, a controlled by the receiver upon detection actuator for opening the Close, and at least one of the receiver and the actuator-feeding energy storage includes.
- the coupling members have complementary intermeshing T and C pieces, wherein at least one leg of a T or C piece is movably mounted on its coupling member and blockable by the actuator and is releasable upon actuation.
- the strap stand can be operated as usual by pressing on the buckle, e.g. the first in the second coupling member - about normal to the force of the retractor - inserted or pulled out of this.
- the movable legs are accessible from the outside and thus in a simple manner on their functioning in an emergency verifiable or maintainable.
- a coupling member has a hook element which can be latched to a latching element of the other coupling member, wherein one of the parts hook element and latching element can be disengaged from the actuator.
- a further advantageous embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the coupling members form a magnetic buckle with two magnetically abutting contact surfaces, wherein the actuator when driving the abutment surfaces spaced apart from each other, preferably tilts from each other.
- Such designed coupling members are particularly easy to close because they automatically aim for the right position and thus the two coupling members an exact fit Offer. At the same time already a small distance between the two contact surfaces is sufficient to overcome the remaining magnetic force by the force of the retractor and to open the clasp completely.
- a movable frame For distancing or tilting, for example, a movable frame is suitable, which rests outside of the contact surface of a coupling member on this and distances the contact surface when actuated by the actuator of that of the other coupling member.
- the actuator has a pin that can be extended from a contact surface.
- the pin is retractable against the force of a biasing spring in the contact surface and locked in the cocked position on an electrically actuated trigger.
- the pin is electrically extendable.
- a pin may for example be designed as an electromagnetic threaded spindle, which leads due to the thread effect to a very high Ausfahrkraft; on the other hand, a particularly rapid triggering can be achieved if the pen is e.g. is designed as a rotor of a linear motor. By regulating the current, the extension force of the pin can be controlled.
- a further alternative embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the coupling members include magnetic or magnetizable elements which together form a magnetic clasp, wherein an element is movably mounted in its coupling member and movable by the actuator when driven. So can an element as it were inside the coupling member "distanced”, eg moved away at approximately right angles to the magnetic force, which allows a closed, maintenance-free and tamper-proof design of the coupling member together with the actuator.
- a particularly simple alternative design of the buckle according to the invention which requires no mechanical parts subject to wear, is characterized in that the buckle is a magnetic buckle with at least one permanent magnet and the actuator is an electromagnet which generates a magnetic field which weakens the magnetic field of the permanent magnet.
- the actuator is an electromagnet which generates a magnetic field which weakens the magnetic field of the permanent magnet.
- a short electric shock in the electromagnet sufficient to distance the two coupling members of the magnetic buckle from each other so far that the force of the retractor fully opens the clasp.
- Such a magnetic buckle is as often as possible wear and maintenance-free actuated and subject to any loss of function due to contamination.
- the said retrieving device may, on the one hand, comprise e.g. be introduced in the belt stand counterweight, a rubber or spring tension; particularly simple and space-saving and therefore preferred, the return device, however, is a spring-loaded belt retractor in the head of the belt stand.
- the opener is arranged in the first coupling member.
- This allows a simple retrofitting of existing belt stand, since only the easily accessible at the end of the belt first coupling member is to be replaced. It is even possible to create on a conventional, strap-side first coupling member attachable, remotely opened first coupling member, for example in the form of a C-piece, which surrounds the existing T-piece of the conventional first coupling member, with additional remotely controllable T-piece Insertion into a conventional C-shaped, arranged directly on the belt stand second coupling member.
- the belt stands expediently each usually a single belt and thus only one at the end of the belt arranged first coupling member, however, however, two or more three gurtmenr readilye second coupling members, so that the arrangement of the opener in the first "belt end” coupling member requires only a single instead of three remotely controllable “stator” coupling members per belt stand.
- the opener is arranged in the second, stator-side coupling member.
- the receiver, actuator and energy storage in the existing space of the belt stand and thus can be accommodated with only minor structural restrictions, at the same time the first belt end coupling member can be carried out weight saving and small.
- each coupling member has its own - optional retrofittable - opener or two or more of these coupling members have a common opener or at least the energy storage and / or divide the receiver in the belt stand.
- all the second coupling members of the belt stand can be controlled separately or specifically individually of the coupling members separately.
- the receiver could be a light receiver, e.g. Infrared receiver, or on remote acoustic control signals, e.g. Speakers or whistles - also in the ultrasonic range - delivered tones.
- the receiver is preferably a radio receiver.
- Such a radio receiver is particularly space and energy-saving executable, proven many times and in comparison to sound or light receivers störsignaltrust; Moreover, the radio receiver could be easily equipped with a return signal for status inquiries.
- the energy store is a disposable battery. Such has low self-discharge and is easy to test and replace. If the energy of the opener is applied at least partially mechanically, so can a second energy storage, for example in the form of a spring, a Actuating weight, a gas pressure accumulator or gas generator can be used.
- a person guidance system 1 is formed by means of a plurality of belt stands 2, which each have a belt 5 which can be pulled out of its head 3 against the force of a return device 4.
- the belt 5 carries at its free end 6 a "first" coupling member 7, which forms a clasp 9 with a "second”, complementary to the first, on the belt stand 2 and the head 3 arranged coupling member 8.
- the return device 4 of the belt 5 is designed as a spring-loaded belt retractor in the head 3 of the Gurtsubers 2 and the Gurtmenr 2 has an approximately round cross-section.
- the return device 4 of the belt 5 is designed as a spring-loaded belt retractor in the head 3 of the Gurtsubers 2 and the Gurtmenr 2 has an approximately round cross-section.
- each belt stand 2 in addition to the in Fig. 1 shown strap 5 with its coupling member 7 - each one of three other second coupling members 8, see Fig. 2 .
- second coupling members 8 of a different number and in different angular distribution and / or at different heights of each belt stand 2 could be arranged two or more belts 5 with their first coupling members 7 and in each case further second coupling members 8.
- the belt stand 2 are mobile and have a widened base 12; Alternatively, however, they could also be anchored in a solid foundation, possibly also removable, whereby the belt stands 2 could even be formed by a mobile or fixed wall element which carries the return device 4 with belt 5 and first coupling member 7 or the second coupling member 8 , Furthermore, the belt 5 as a cord or the like. and the return means in the form of a counterweight or rubber or spring train, e.g. be formed inside the Gurt Priorers 2 and thereby optionally extended to extend the possible Ausziehweges of the belt 5 via multiple roles or as a pulley, if desired also braked, act on the belt 5.
- Fig. 2 is located in remote control range of the location area 11, a signal transmitter 13, which, for example, in a case of emergency sends a remote control signal 14 to the closing 9 of the belt stand 2 to open remotely. Then each belt 5 is retracted by the force of the retractor 4 in the respective belt stand 2 and the barriers 10 are eliminated.
- a signal transmitter 13 which, for example, in a case of emergency sends a remote control signal 14 to the closing 9 of the belt stand 2 to open remotely.

- at least one of the coupling members 7, 8 of each Gurt Preers 2 an opener 15, the now with reference to Fig. 3 is explained in more detail.
- the opener 15 comprises according to Fig. 3 a receiver 16 which, upon detection of the remote control signal 14, drives an actuator 17; this is in Fig. 3 symbolized by a contact 18, which supplies the energy of an energy storage device 19 when actuated by the receiver 16 to the actuator 17, whereupon the actuator 17 opens the clasp 9.
- the receiver 16 is also powered by the energy storage 19 in this example; for the supply of the receiver 16 and the actuator 17, however, several, even different types of energy storage 19 could be provided.
- the first, belt-side coupling member 7 designed as a T-piece, at the central web 20 of the belt 5 is attached.
- the first coupling piece 7 is inserted into the formed on the belt stand 2 or head 3 as a complementary C-piece second coupling member 8 in a known manner, for example from above, thereby closing the clasp 9 and so the barrier 10 is established.
- the C-shaped second coupling member 8 may be mounted on the belt stand 2, but it may, as in Fig. 4 shown as a dovetail double undercut groove 21 in the head 3 of the belt stand 2 itself be formed.
- a leg 22a of the C-piece of the second coupling member 8 is movably mounted.
- a pin 23 which in its longitudinal extent - here: down - in the second coupling member 8 slidably is.
- the bolt 23 has a shoulder 24 on which a biased in the second coupling member 8 biasing spring 25 engages. Is the bolt 23 in its in Fig. 4 shown closed position, it is blocked by the actuator 17 on the shoulder 24 and the spring 25 biased.
- the legs 22a-22d may be movable.
- the C-piece can also be formed on the first coupling member 7 and the T-piece on the second coupling member 8.
- actuators 17 are generally used e.g. Magnetic switch or, with suitable supply, also hydraulic or pneumatic members in question, which are themselves e.g. can be switched electrically or electromagnetically.
- Fig. 4 can according to the embodiments of the Fig. 5a to 5c a movable leg 22a to 22d rotatably mounted on a hinge 26 on the head 3 or belt 5 and blocked by the actuator 17 in the illustrated holding position. It pivots in the example of Fig. 5a the leg 22d when released by the actuator 17 along a pivoting path r from the complementary leg engaging behind the holding position 22b and opens the clasp 9, whereby the first coupling member 7 is again pulled by the force of the return device 4 from the second coupling member 8.
- the movable leg 22d or 22a can sit together with the actuator 17 on both the C-piece and the T-piece.
- Fig. 5a 5c a movable leg 22a to 22d rotatably mounted on a hinge 26 on the head 3 or belt 5 and blocked by the actuator 17 in the illustrated holding position. It pivots in the example of Fig. 5a the leg 22d when released by the actuator 17 along a pivoting path r from the complementary leg engaging behind the holding position 22b and
- the movable leg 22d also on the tee and the actuator 17 on the complementary C-piece (or vice versa) be formed.
- two or more of the legs 22a to 22d can be movably mounted and blocked in each case by one or more actuators 17 or released during activation;
- the C-piece can also be arranged on the first and the T-piece on the second coupling member 7, 8 or vice versa.
- the coupling members 7, 8 and the clasp 9 are formed by a hook member 27 and a cooperating detent element 28, wherein the hook member 27 on the locking element 28 can be latched and at least one of the parts hook member 27 and latch member 28 from the actuator 17 disengaged.
- the latching element 28 a transverse to the return force of the belt 5 movable slider 29, which by a spring element 30 in the in Fig. 6 is shown latched position shown.
- the slider 29 is pressed on the one hand during insertion of the hook member 27 in a through hole 31 of the slider 29 by a trained on the hook member 27 nose 32, wherein the hook member 27 is latched after insertion behind the through hole 31 on the slide 29.
- the slide 29 is pressed to disengage the clasp 9 from the actuator 17 from its locked position against the spring element 30 and thereby releases the hook member 27; by the force of the return device 4, the first coupling member 7 is pulled back out of the clasp 9.
- hook element 27 may alternatively be movable alone or in addition;
- both parts hook element 27 and locking element 28 could be suitably shaped differently or movable, as the following further exemplary variant sets forth.
- Fig. 7a and 7b Hook element 27 and locking element 28 against each other to be rotated instead of being displaceable.
- the locking element 28 is in this case a C-piece on the first coupling member 7 and the hook member 27 is a T-piece on the second coupling member 8.
- the actuator 17 is here an electromagnetic rotary drive, optionally with gear, but could also as a lockable torsion spring drive or the like , be executed.
- the second coupling member 8 on the one hand, similar to the embodiment according to Fig.
- two parallel, equally acting hook elements 27 are formed to prevent twisting of the coupling members 7, 8 against each other during rotation of a hook member 27;
- one of the two hook elements 27 could eg by a guide pin or a housing guide, for example Fig. 6 be replaced.
- hook element 27 and latching element 28 are each formed on both the first and on the second coupling member 7, 8.
- the clasp 9 may be replaced with that in the examples in FIGS Fig. 4 to 7 shown mechanical closing can also be designed as magnetic clasp by the coupling members 7, 8, for example, two magnetically abutting contact surfaces 34a, 34b have.
- the actuator 17 opens the clasp 9 when triggered by distancing the contact surfaces 34a, 34b from each other; to overcome the magnetic closing force is sufficient with a suitable vote a small distance of the contact surfaces 34a, 34b, whereupon the first of the second coupling member 7, 8 is completely separated by acting on the belt 5 force of the return device 4.
- the actuator 17 has a pin 35 which can be extended from the abutment surface 34a of the second coupling member 8 and which abuts against the abutment surface 34b of the first coupling member 7 and upon actuation of the actuator 17 distances the two abutment surfaces 34a, 34b from each other ,
- the pin 35 is sunk against the force of a biasing spring 36 in the abutment surface 34a and biases the spring 36 thereby simultaneously; in the cocked position, the pin 35 then locked to an electrically actuated trigger 37 of the actuator 17.
- the biasing spring 36 in turn forms an additional mechanical energy storage for the actuator 17th
- the pin 35 could be electrically extendable, e.g. be designed as electromagnetically driven threaded spindle or as a rotor of a linear motor (not shown).
- the entire opener 15 may also be arranged in the first coupling member 7.
- both contact surfaces 34a, 34b may be permanently magnetic or one permanent magnet and the other magnetizable.
- FIGS. 9 and 10 form again two magnetic elements 38a, 38b, one of which is permanently magnetic and the other magnetizable or permanent magnetic, together the clasp 9.
- Fig. 9 is to open the clasp of one of the elements 38 a, 38 b, here element 38 a, movably mounted in its coupling member 8 and movable by the actuator 17.
- the actuator 17 may be a spindle drive, the spindle of which is connected to the movable element 38 a (not shown), or the element 38 a is by means of a Preload spring 39 biased and in a holding position according to Fig. 9 blocked by actuator 17.
- the actuator 17 releases the element 38a, so that this spring loaded moves away from the other element 38b, for example, tilts or after the example of Fig. 9 approximately normal to the magnetic force in an inner guide 40 is offset, whereby the other element 38 b is lifted by the force of the retractor 4 again. So that the element to be lifted 38b does not follow the movement of the other element 38a, it is eg retained on a shoulder 41 or by a guide pin (not shown).
- the actuator 17 is an electromagnet, which generates a magnetic field weakening the magnetic field of the permanent magnetic element 38a, 38b when actuated by the receiver 16, which in turn causes a separation of the coupling members 7, 8 due to the force of the return device 4.
- the opener 15 may be arranged in the first or in the second coupling member 7, 8.
- the receiver 16 may be configured as a radio receiver and thereby detect remote radio control signals 14, which may be encoded if desired, so that the receiver 16 controls the actuator 17 only upon receiving the remote control signal 14 concerning it.
- the receiver 16 could also be a light sensor or a microphone, in which case the remote control signal 14 is a light signal, e.g. Infrared signal, or acoustic signal, e.g. Ultrasound signal is.
- the energy storage 19 may be a disposable battery, but also a rechargeable battery or capacitor; he feeds the receiver 16 and depending on the embodiment, the actuator 17; Alternatively, the actuator 17 could be at least partially pneumatically, hydraulically or fed by weight or spring force.
- the signal transmitter 13 can be a portable hand-held transmitter or building-proof and, if required, have a plurality of individual transmitters or signal amplifiers. It may also be connected to a central security system, e.g. a fire panel, connected and thereby automatically and / or manually, e.g. by security personnel.
