Claims (10)

  1. Wirbelbettofen (10) mit zirkulierender Wirbelschicht, der Folgendes aufweist:
    einen Ofenkörper (11);
    eine Wanderbettplatte (32a), die an einem Boden des Ofenkörpers (11) angeordnet ist, wobei die Wanderbettplatte (32a) eine Wanderschicht (22) trägt;
    eine Wirbelbettplatte (34a, 36a), die am Boden des Ofenkörpers (11) angeordnet ist, wobei die Wirbelbettplatte (34a, 36a) eine Wirbelschicht (24) trägt;
    einen Wanderschichtgasliefermechanismus (60), der die Wanderschicht (22) mit Gas beliefert;
    einen Wirbelschichtgasliefermechanismus (40, 42, 44, 46), der die Wirbelschicht (24) mit Gas beliefert;
    eine Wanderbetttemperaturmessvorrichtung (52), welche eine Temperatur der Wanderschicht (22) misst;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wanderschichtgasliefermechanismus (60) ein volumetrisches Luftgebläse (60) hat, wobei die Drehzahl des volumetrischen Luftgebläses (60) die Menge der gelieferten Luft ungeachtet des Auslassdruckes bestimmt, und
    dass der Wirbelbettofen (10) mit zirkulierender Wirbelschicht weiter eine Steuervorrichtung (90) aufweist, welche eine Drehzahl des volumetrischen Luftgebläses (60) gemäß der gemessenen Temperatur der Wanderschicht (22) steuert.
  2. Wirbelbettofen (10) mit zirkulierender Wirbelschicht nach Anspruch 1, der weiter Folgendes aufweist:
    ein Wanderschichtrohr (65), welches konfiguriert ist, um Luft, welche von dem volumetrischen Luftgebläse (60) geliefert wird, über einen Wanderschichtgebläseverteiler (32) zur Wanderschicht (22) zu leiten.
  3. Wirbelbettofen (10) mit zirkulierender Wirbelschicht nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Wirbelschichtgasliefermechanismus (42, 44, 46) ein volumetrisches Luftgebläse (42, 44, 46) aufweist.
  4. Wirbelbettofen (10) mit zirkulierender Wirbelschicht nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Wirbelbettplatte (34a, 36a) eine erste Wirbelbettplatte (34a) und eine zweite Wirbelbettplatte (36a) hat, und wobei der Wirbelschichtgasliefermechanismus (44, 46) ein erstes volumetrisches Luftgebläse (44) hat, welches Gas zu der Wirbelschicht (24) liefert, die von der ersten Wirbelbettplatte (34a) getragen wird, und ein zweites volumetrisches Luftgebläse (46), welches Gas zu der Wirbelschicht (24) liefert, die von der zweiten Wirbelbettplatte (36a) getragen wird.
  5. Wirbelbettofen (10) mit zirkulierender Wirbelschicht nach Anspruch 4, der weiter Folgendes aufweist:
    ein erstes Freeboard- bzw. Freiraumrohr (87), welches das erste volumetrische Luftgebläse (44) mit einem Freiraum (17) des Ofenkörpers (11) verbindet;
    eine erste Freiraumflussrateneinstellvorrichtung (76), welche eine Flussrate des Gases einstellt, welches von dem ersten volumetrischen Luftgebläse (44) zum Freiraum (17) geliefert wird, wobei die erste Freiraumflussrateneinstellvorrichtung (76) bei dem ersten Freiraumrohr (87) angeordnet ist;
    ein zweites Freeboard- bzw. Freiraumrohr (88), welches das zweite volumetrische Luftgebläse (46) mit dem Freiraum (17) verbindet; und
    eine zweite Freiraumflussrateneinstellvorrichtung (77), welche eine Flussrate des Gases einstellt, welches von dem zweiten volumetrischen Luftgebläse (46) zu dem Freiraum (17) geliefert wird, wobei die zweite Freiraumflussrateneinstellvorrichtung (77) bei dem zweiten Freiraumrohr (88) angeordnet ist.
  6. Wirbelbettofen (10) mit zirkulierender Wirbelschicht nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Wirbelbettplatte (34a, 36a) eine erste Wirbelbettplatte (34a) und eine zweite Wirbelbettplatte (36a) hat, und wobei der Wirbelbettofen (10) mit zirkulierender Wirbelschicht weiter Folgendes aufweist:
    ein erstes Wirbelschichtrohr (82), welches Gas von dem Wirbelschichtgasliefermechanismus (40, 42) zur Wirbelschicht (24) liefert, die von der ersten Wirbelbettplatte (34a) getragen wird;
    eine erste Wirbelschichtflussrateneinstellvorrichtung (73), welche eine Flussrate des Gases einstellt, welches von dem Wirbelschichtgasliefermechanismus (40, 42) zu der Wirbelschicht (24) geliefert wird, die von der ersten Wirbelbettplatte (34a) getragen wird, wobei die ersten Wirbelschichtflussrateneinstellvorrichtung (73) bei dem ersten Wirbelschichtrohr (82) angeordnet ist;
    ein zweites Wirbelschichtrohr (83), welches Gas von dem Wirbelschichtgasliefermechanismus (40, 42) zu der Wirbelschicht (24) liefert, die von der zweiten Wirbelbettplatte (36a) getragen wird; und
    eine zweite Wirbelschichtflussrateneinstellvorrichtung (74), welche eine Flussrate des Gases einstellt, welches von dem Wirbelschichtgasliefermechanismus (40, 42) zu der Wirbelschicht (24) geliefert wird, die von der zweiten Wirbelbettplatte (36a) getragen wird, wobei die zweite Wirbelschichtflussrateneinstellvorrichtung (74) an dem zweiten Wirbelschichtrohr (83) angeordnet ist.
  7. Wirbelbettofen (10) mit zirkulierender Wirbelschicht nach Anspruch 6, der weiter Folgendes aufweist:
    eine erste Wirbelschichtflussmessvorrichtung (71) welche einen Gasfluss misst, der durch die erste Wirbelschichtflussrateneinstellvorrichtung (73) läuft, wobei die erste Wirbelschichtflussmessvorrichtung (71) an dem ersten Wirbelschichtrohr (82) angeordnet ist;
    eine zweite Wirbelschichtflussmessvorrichtung (72), welche einen Gasfluss misst, der durch die zweite Wirbelschichtflussrateneinstellvorrichtung (74) läuft, wobei die zweite Wirbelschichtflussmessvorrichtung (72) an dem zweiten Wirbelschichtrohr (83) angeordnet ist.
  8. Wirbelbettofen (10) mit zirkulierender Wirbelschicht nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, welche weiter Folgendes aufweist:
    ein Freeboard- bzw. Freiraumrohr (86), welches Gas von dem Wirbelschichtgasliefermechanismus zu einem Freiraum (17) des Ofenkörpers (11) liefert; und
    eine Freiraumflussrateneinstellvorrichtung (75), welche eine Flussrate des Gases einstellt, welches von dem Wirbelschichtgasliefermechanismus (40, 42) zum Freiraum (17) geliefert wird, wobei die Freiraumflussrateneinstellvorrichtung (75) an dem Freiraumrohr (86) angeordnet ist.
  9. Wirbelbettofen (10) mit zirkulierender Wirbelschicht nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, wobei der Wirbelschichtgasliefermechanismus (40) ein Turbo-Luftgebläse (40) aufweist.
  10. Wirbelbettofen (10) mit zirkulierender Wirbelschicht nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, welcher weiter eine Wassergießvorrichtung aufweist, welche das Gießen von Wasser in das Ofenbett der Wirbelschicht (24) ausführt.
