Claims (17)

  1. Kochfeld (1) für ein feststehendes oder mobiles Kochgerät, das eine Grundplatte (2), insbesondere eine Glaskeramikgrundplatte, mit einem Rand (20), einer Außenfläche (21) und einer eine Ebene bildenden Außenumfangskante (27) umfasst, die an dem Schnittpunkt zwischen dem Rand (20) und der Außenfläche (21) liegt, wobei das Kochfeld (1) mindestens eine Kochzone (3, 3') und mindestens eine Steuer- und/oder Informationszone (4) aufweist, wobei die Steuer- und/oder Informationszone (4) ein von der Grundplatte (2) getrenntes Fenster (5) mit einem Rand (50), einer Außenfläche (51) und einer Außenumfangskante (57) aufweist, die an dem Schnittpunkt zwischen dem Rand (50) und der Außenfläche (51) liegt, wobei das Kochfeld (1) ferner eine Kunststoffdichtung (6) aufweist, die zwischen einem Teil des Randes (20) der Grundplatte (2) und einem Teil des Randes (50) des Fensters (5) angeordnet ist, um die Abdichtung zwischen dem Fenster und der Grundplatte zu ermöglichen, wobei die Dichtung (6) eine Außenfläche (61) aufweist, wobei mindestens ein Teil der oder die gesamte Außenumfangskante (57) des Fensters (5) nicht in der Ebene der Außenumfangskante (27) der Grundplatte (2) liegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kochfeld mindestens eine Endplatte (66) aus einem anderen Material als demjenigen der Dichtung (6) aufweist, die über oder auf der Dichtung (6) angeordnet ist, wobei mindestens ein Teil der Außenfläche (61) der Dichtung (6) zwischen der Außenfläche (21) der Grundplatte (2) und der Außenfläche (51) des Fensters (5) durch die Endplatte (66) abgedeckt ist.
  2. Kochfeld (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material der Endplatte (66) einen festen bis viskosen Umwandlungspunkt Tg oder einen Schmelzpunkt Tf aufweist, der höher als der Umwandlungspunkt des Materials der Dichtung (6) Tg' ist.
  3. Kochfeld (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material der Endplatte (66) einen Umwandlungspunkt Tg von fest in viskos oder einen Schmelzpunkt Tf aufweist, der höher als 200 °C und vorzugsweise höher als 250 °C, sogar höher als 300 °C ist.
  4. Kochfeld (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material der Dichtung (6) einen Umwandlungspunkt Tg' von fest in viskos oder einen Schmelzpunkt Tf aufweist, der gleich oder kleiner als 200 °C, sogar gleich oder kleiner als 180 °C ist.
  5. Kochfeld (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Lufspalt (67) und/oder ein Isolierelement (68) zwischen der Endplatte (66) und der Dichtung (6) unter einem Teil der Endplatte (66) angeordnet ist.
  6. Kochfeld (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endplatte (66) entlang des gesamten Teils der Dichtung (6) vorhanden ist, der das Fenster (5) von der Grundplatte (2) trennt.
  7. Kochfeld (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (6) mindestens einen Teil der Länge der Außenkante (27) der Grundplatte (2) abdeckt und/oder die Dichtung (6) mindestens einen Teil der Länge der Außenkante (57) des Fensters (5) abdeckt.
  8. Kochfeld (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endplatte (66) bündig mit mindestens einem Teil der Länge der Außenkante (27) der Grundplatte (2) und/oder bündig mit mindestens einem Teil der Länge der Außenkante (57) des Fensters (5) ist.
  9. Kochfeld (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (6), in einem vertikalen Schnitt gesehen, mindestens an einer Stelle eine sichtbare Außenfläche (64) aufweist, deren Breite gleich oder kleiner als 2 mm ist, wobei die Endplatte (66) vorzugsweise die gesamte Außenfläche (61) der Dichtung (6) abdeckt, die zwischen der Außenfläche (21) der Grundplatte (2) und der Außenfläche (51) des Fensters (5) liegt.
  10. Kochfeld (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dichtung (6) Mittel zur Befestigung eines Steuer- und/oder Anzeigebildschirms (7) unter dem Fenster (5) aufweist.
  11. Kochfeld (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endplatte (66) Mittel zur Befestigung eines Steuer- und/oder Anzeigebildschirms (7) unter dem Fenster (5) aufweist.
  12. Kochfeld (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endplatte (66), in einem vertikalen Schnitt gesehen, mindestens an einer Stelle zwei Teile aufweist:
    - einen im Wesentlichen vertikalen Teil, der über der Ebene der Außenfläche (21) der Grundplatte (2) liegt, und
    - einen im Wesentlichen horizontalen Teil, der bündig mit mindesten einem Teil der Außenkante (57) des Fensters (5) angeordnet ist oder oberhalb mindestens eines Teils der Außenkante (57) des Fensters (5) liegt.
  13. Kochfeld (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endplatte (66), in einem vertikalen Schnitt gesehen, an mindestens einer Stelle eine S-Form aufweist, wobei einerseits der obere Teil des S bündig mit mindestens einem Teil der Außenfläche (51) des Fensters (5) angeordnet ist oder über mindestens einem Teil der Außenfläche (51) des Fensters (5) liegt, und sich andererseits der untere Teil des S zu der Grundplatte (2) hin erstreckt und über der Außenfläche (21) der Grundplatte (2) liegt.
  14. Kochfeld (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endplatte (66), in einem vertikalen Schnitt gesehen, an mindestens einer Stelle eine S-Form aufweist, wobei einerseits der obere Teil des S bündig mit mindestens einem Teil der Außenkante (57) des Fensters (5) angeordnet ist oder über mindestens einem Teil der Außenkante (57) des Fensters (5) liegt, und sich andererseits der untere Teil des S zu der Grundplatte (2) hin erstreckt und niedriger als die Ebene der Außenfläche (21) der Grundplatte (2) liegt.
  15. Kochfeld (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endplatte (66), in einem vertikalen Schnitt gesehen, an mindestens einen Punkt eine C- oder Ç-Form aufweist, wobei einerseits der obere Teil des C bündig mit mindestens einem Teil der Außenkante (57) des Fensters (5) angeordnet ist oder über mindestens einem Teil der Außenkante (57) des Fensters (5) liegt, und sich andererseits der untere Teil des C zu dem Fenster (5) hin erstreckt und über der Ebene der Außenfläche (21) der Grundplatte (2) liegt.
  16. Feststehendes oder mobiles Kochgerät, das mit einem Kochfeld (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15 versehen ist, wobei das Kochfeld eine Grundplatte (2), insbesondere eine Glaskeramikgrundplatte, mit einem Rand (20), einer Außenfläche (21) und einer eine Ebene bildenden Außenumfangskante (27) umfasst, die an dem Schnittpunkt zwischen dem Rand (20) und der Außenfläche (21) liegt, wobei das Kochfeld (1) mindestens eine Kochzone (3, 3') und mindestens eine Steuer- und/oder Informationszone (4) aufweist, wobei die Steuer- und/oder Informationszone (4) ein von der Grundplatte (2) getrenntes Fenster (5) mit einem Rand (50), einer Außenfläche (51) und einer Außenumfangskante (57) an dem Schnittpunkt zwischen dem Rand (50) und der Außenfläche (51) aufweist, wobei das Feld (1) ferner eine Kunststoffdichtung (6) aufweist, die zwischen einem Teil des Randes (20) der Grundplatte (2) und einem Teil des Randes (50) des Fensters (5) liegt, um die Abdichtung zwischen dem Fenster und der Grundplatte zu ermöglichen, wobei die Dichtung (6) eine Außenfläche (61) aufweist, wobei mindestens ein Teil der oder die gesamte Außenumfangskante (57) des Fensters (5) nicht in der Ebene der Außenumfangskante (27) der Grundplatte (2) liegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kochfeld mindestens eine Endplatte (66) aus einem anderen Material als demjenigen der Dichtung (6) aufweist, die über oder auf der Dichtung (6) angeordnet ist, wobei mindestens ein Teil der Außenfläche (61) der Dichtung (6) zwischen der Außenfläche (21) der Grundplatte (2) und der Außenfläche (51) des Fensters (5) durch die Endplatte (66) abgedeckt ist.
  17. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kochfeldes (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundplatte (2), das Fenster (5) und die Endplatte (66) in einer Form angeordnet werden, die dann geschlossen wird, und dass dann ein Kunststoff in einen Formhohlraum (92) eingespritzt wird, um die Dichtung (6) zu bilden.
