Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif destiné à convertir une poche plate en poche tétraédrique, le dispositif étant adapté à être installé dans une machine d'emballage rotative, la machine d'emballage rotative comprenant : des pinces (2) ayant chacune des mâchoires (2a) destinées à agripper une poche (P) et des rouleaux d'accrochage (2b) destinés à actionner les mâchoires (2a) des pinces, un axe rotatif (3), et. une came à tambour (4) combinée avec l'axe rotatif (3) de telle manière que la came à tambour peut. aller et venir pendant une durée aussi longue qu'un process des pinces, la came à tambour (4) étant équipée d'une pièce de came (4a) sur une partie supérieure de celui-ci pour contrôler l'écartement entre les mâchoires (2a) des pinces, le dispositif comprenant :

  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de bras (10) inclut :
    un bras (11) adapté à être combiné avec l'axe rotatif (3) de la machine d'emballage rotative (1),
    une partie de verrouillage latéral (12) combinée avec le bras (11), et
    une partie de verrouillage supérieur (14) combinée avec à la fois la partie de verrouillage latéral (12) et l'unité rotative (20).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de bras (10) comprend en outre :
    une unité à déplacement vertical (13) combinée avec la partie de verrouillage latéral (12), l'unité à déplacement vertical déplaçant verticalement vers le haut et vers le bas la partie de verrouillage supérieur (14) combinée avec l'unité rotative (20).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de serrage de la poche (30) inclut :
    un actionneur (31) combiné avec l'unité rotative (20) de telle manière que l'actionneur peut être pivoté par l'unité rotative (20), et
    une paire de lames mobiles (32) adaptées à être déplacées vers la gauche et la droite par l'actionneur (31) de telle manière que les lames (32) ouvrent l'ouverture de la poche (P) de l'intérieur.
  5. Machine d'emballage rotative selon la revendication 1, comprenant le dispositif de conversion d'une poche plate en poche tétraédrique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4.
  6. Machine d'emballage rotative selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le tambour à rainures (4) de la machine d'emballage rotative (1) comprend en outre :
    une unité d'ouverture de la pince (40) incluant :
