Description
−ネジ144を緩めて、主バネシリンダ146がホルダ内にスライドすることを可能にする。
−シールジョーと台車との間にシムまたは1つ以上の段ボールのレイヤを入れて、シール位置にカムを設定する。
−ネジ148を緩めて、さらなるバネ手段151とそのバネ149とが、コイルばね149の特性によって決定された力でシールジョーを閉鎖方向に付勢させる。
−ネジ144を締めて、ホルダ内の主バネシリンダ146をロックする。
−ネジ148を締めて、さらなるバネ手段151を後退させ、その付勢効果を終了させる。
−対向したジョーを完全な閉位置に移動させる。
−第1バネ装置を係合解除し、シールジョーが第2バネ装置のみによって負荷された力を利用して、互いに向かって付勢されるようにする。
−第1バネ装置を係合する。

Claims (12)
- パッケージ容器の開放端をシールおよび成形するためのシールユニットであって、該シールユニットは、第1カム装置および第2カム装置によって制御された一組のトング(106,108)に配置された一組のシールジョー(102,104)を具備しており、
前記各カム装置はカムトラック(122,124)と、カムフォロア(126,128)と、剛体の動力伝達装置と、を具備しており、
両方の前記カムトラック(122,124)は単一のカムホイール(120)に配置され、前記第1および第2カムフォロア(126,128)を互いに対して反対向きに移動させるように配列されたシールユニットにおいて、
サーボモータ(130)は、シールジョーに関する開位置とシールジョーに関する閉位置との間において前記カムホイールを間欠的に駆動するために配置されていることを特徴とするシールユニット。 - 前記2つのシールジョー(102,104)の各々は前記トング(106,108)の近位端に配置されており、前記トングはその遠位端に第1回動軸(110)を備えており、一方のトングの前記第1回動軸と他方のトングの前記第1回動軸との間の距離は一定であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシールユニット。
- 前記2つのトングの各々は第1回動軸(110)の形態の共通の第1回動軸を共有しており、前記回動軸は前記第1カム装置に堅固に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシールユニット。
- 前記第2カム装置は第2回動軸(116)へと伸びており、該第2回動軸からは2つのリンク(112,114)が伸びており、各リンク(112,114)は前記遠位端と前記近位端との間に配置された連結点において各トング(106,108)に連結されており、前記第1回動軸と前記第2回動軸との間の相対移動は交互の前記リンクの傾斜、および開方向または閉方向における前記トングの回動動作を生じることを特徴とする請求項2または3のいずれか一項に記載のシールユニット。
- 前記第1カムフォロア(126)は第1軸(132)を介して前記第1回動軸(110)に接続されており、前記第2カムフォロア(128)は第2軸(134)を介して前記第2回動軸(116)に接続されており、前記第1軸および第2軸は同一の軸に沿って伸びていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシールユニット。
- 前記第2軸は前記第1軸の内部に配置されており、前記第1軸は中空シリンダを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシールユニット。
- 前記第2カムフォロアの動作は前記トングおよびジョーの垂直位置を制御しており、前記第2カムフォロアに対する前記第1カムフォロアの動作は前記トングの回動位置を制御していることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載のシールユニット。
- 前記第1カムフォロアおよび第2カムフォロアは第1シャフトおよび第2シャフトを介して前記第1軸および第2軸に接続されており、前記第1シャフトおよび第2シャフトは前記第1軸および第2軸と前記第1シャフトおよび第2シャフトとの間の接続点を過ぎて伸びており、前記各カムフォロアから離れた前記各シャフトの端部はガイド手段を具備していることを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載のシールユニット。
- 前記第2シールジョー(104)は長さ方向において分割されており、少なくとも2つの分離したセグメントを具備していることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のシールユニット。
- 前記第2カムフォロアは前記第2カムトラック(124)の一側に対して付勢されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のシールユニット。
- 少なくとも1つのシールジョー(102;104)はサスペンションを介してホルダ(160)に接続されており、前記サスペンションは前記シールジョー(102;104)を付勢方向に付勢するための第1バネ装置(146)と第2バネ装置(151)とを具備しており、前記第1バネ装置(146)は、前記ホルダ(160)に堅固に取り付けられた状態と、前記ホルダ(160)に移動可能に取り付けられた状態と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のシールユニット。
- 請求項11に記載のシールユニットを調整するための方法であって、該方法は、
−前記シールジョーが完全に閉じた位置とみなされる位置になるようにカムホイールを回転させるステップと、
−前記カムホイールの位置をロックするステップと、
−前記第1バネ装置を係合解除して、前記シールジョーが、前記第2バネ装置のみによって負荷された力を利用して、互いに向かって付勢されるようにするステップと、
−前記第1バネ装置を係合するステップと、
−前記第2バネ装置を係合解除するステップと、を含んでいることを特徴とする調整方法。
