Description

- 成形装置であって、
第1の成形ツール(10)と、
前記成形ツールに接続し且つ開放位置と閉鎖位置との間で前記成形ツールを動かす、リンク動作制御要素(12)であって、前記リンク動作制御要素(12)は、スロットガイド(24)を外周側に有する円筒状の回転体(26)を有し、前記スロットガイド(24)に係合する作動部材(30)を有し、前記作動部材(30)と共に作動可能なスライド構成要素(32)を有しており、一方の端部区域から他方の端部区域への前記スロットガイド(24)の回転及び他方の端部区域から一方の端部区域への前記スロットガイド(24)の回転は、前記成形ツールの前記開放位置と閉鎖位置との間において、前記作動部材(30)を長手方向に変位させることにより、前記スライド構成要素(32)と前記成形ツールを変位させる、リンク動作制御要素(12)と、
前記回転体(26)に接続し且つ前記回転体(26)を作動させる、駆動装置(14)と、
前記成形ツールの最大閉鎖力を変化させるための前記スライド構成要素(32)における調整手段(44)と、
を具備する、ことを特徴とする成形装置。 - 前記調整手段(44)は、エネルギ蓄積器であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形装置。
- 第2の成形ツール(10a)は、前記第1の成形ツール(10)に対向して搭載されており、第2のリンク動作制御要素(12)に接続し、共通の駆動構成要素(46)により前記第1の成形ツール(10)と一対のものとして、前記第2のリンク動作制御要素(12)により同期して動かされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形装置。
- 前記スロットガイド(24)は、ベステホーン・サイノイドにより定義される経路に沿って伸張することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形装置。
- 成形装置であって、
第1の成形ツールと、
前記成形ツールに接続し且つ開放位置と閉鎖位置との間で前記成形ツールを動かす、リンク動作制御要素であって、リンク動作制御要素は、スロットガイドを外周側に有する回転体を有し、前記スロットガイドは、ベステホーン・サイノイドにより定義される経路に沿って伸張する、リンク動作制御要素と、
前記回転体に接続し且つ前記回転体を作動させる、駆動装置と、
を具備する、成形装置において、
前記リンク動作制御要素(12)は、
各前記スロットガイド(24)に係合する、作動部材と、
各前記作動部材(30)と共に作動可能なスライド構成要素(32)と、
を有しており、
一方の端部区域から他方の端部区域への各前記スロットガイド(24)の回転及び他方の端部区域から一方の端部区域への各前記スロットガイド(24)の回転は、前記それぞれの成形ツールの前記開放位置と閉鎖位置との間の前記それぞれの作動部材の長手方向の変位により、前記それぞれのスライド構成要素(32)と前記それぞれの成形ツールを変位させる、ことを特徴とする成形装置。 - 前記回転体(26)は、機械フレーム(18)において、前記スライド構成要素(32)に対して前記駆動装置(14)と共に静止するように搭載されており、
前記スライド構成要素(32)は、そのレールガイド(40)に沿って前後に可動であることを特徴とする請求項1又は5に記載の成形装置。 - 監視アッセンブリ(50)は、前記リンク動作制御要素に接続して、前記閉鎖位置における前記成形ツール(10,10a)の位置に対する、前記リンク動作制御要素(12)の位置を監視することを特徴とする請求項1又は5に記載の成形装置。
- 前記駆動装置(14)は、電動ステップモータであることを特徴とする請求項1又は5に記載の成形装置。
