Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Trittleiter mit einem Werkzeugträger. Der Werkzeugträger dient zur Aufnahme und zum Transport von Werkzeug, die Trittleiter wird verwendet, um die Arbeitshöhe zu vergrößern, etwa auf einer Baustelle oder in einer Werkstatt oder in einer Montagehalle, aber auch in privaten Haushalten.
- Aus der
DE 296 09 524 U1 ist eine Werkzeugkiste mit einem Hocker bekannt, wobei der Hocker über einen Schubladenschrank gestülpt ist und dabei die Schubladen verschließt. Aus derDE 2 127 666 A1 ist eine Trittleiter bekannt, die als standfeste Hohlbox ausgebildet ist, wobei die obere Trittstufe als Deckel für ein darunterliegendes Behältnis ausgebildet ist. - Aus der
DE 81 33 640 U1 ist eine Vielzwecktrittleiter bekannt, in deren Rohrrahmen Werkzeugtaschen befestigt werden können. - Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, eine Trittleiter so weiterzubilden, dass der Werkzeugträger bei aufgesetzter Trittleiter vollständig verschlossen ist und dass ein unbeabsichtigtes Öffnen der Trittleiter verhindert wird und dass eine zusammenklappbare Trittleiter mit einer ausreichenden Standfestigkeit bereitgestellt wird, die auch die Anforderung an behördliche Genehmigungen oder Zulassungen für Trittleitern als solche erfüllen kann.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Trittleiter mit Werkzeugträger besteht aus zwei Leiterteilen mit einer oberen Trittstufe, wobei die zwei Leiterteile aufklappbar über ein Scharnier im Bereich der oberen Trittstufe miteinander verbunden sind. Mindestens ein Leiterteil weist eine zwischen seitlichen Leiterholmen des Leiterteils um eine Lagerung schwenkbar angeordnete Klappstufe auf, die in zusammengeklappter Stellung der Trittleiter in Richtung der Leiterholme des Leiterteils und in aufgeklappter Stellung der Trittleiter in eine sich zum anderen Leiterteil hin erstreckende Stellung parallel zur oberen Trittstufe bringbar ist. Der Werkzeugträger weist einen Boden und mindestens eine darauf angeordnete und sich vom Boden weg erstreckende Werkzeugträgerwand auf, die von den Leiterteilen umschlossen werden kann. Die Werkzeugträgerwand weist eine an einer dem Boden abgewandten Seite angeordnete Führungsfläche und/oder einen Führungspunkt für die Klappstufe auf, wobei die Führungsfläche und/oder der Führungspunkt mit der Klappstufe zusammenwirkt und die Klappstufe von der ausgeklappten Stellung parallel zur oberen Trittstufe in die Stellung in Richtung der Leiterholme führt, wenn das Leiterteil mit der Klappstufe von oben auf die Werkzeugträger gesetzt wird, wobei an der Klappstufe eine in einem Abstand zu der Lagerung angelenkte druck- und zugsteife Verstrebung vorgesehen ist, die mit dem gegenüberliegenden Leiterteil drehbar verbunden ist und deren Länge und Lagerpunkte so bemessen ist, dass die Leiterteile mit dem Schwenken der Klappstufe von der aufgeklappten Stellung in die zusammengeklappte Stellung bringbar sind und umgekehrt.
- Im geschlossenen Zustand wird also eine aus Trittleiter und Werkzeugträger bestehende Werkzeugkiste geschaffen, in dem es einfach transportiert werden kann. In geöffnetem Zustand sind die Trittleiter und der Werkzeugträger zwei Arbeitsmittel, die getrennt von einander verwendet werden können. Da die Leiterteile beim Aufsetzen auf den Werkzeugträger automatisch zusammenklappen und die Klappstufen hochklappen, sind die Öffnungen abgedeckt und die Werkzeugkiste ist gegenüber der Umgebung abgeschlossen.
- Vorteilhafterweise kann jedes Leiterteil eine Trittstufe aufweisen. In diesem Fall ist ein beidseitiges Besteigen der Trittleiter möglich und es bedarf keines Sicherungsbügels, wie es bei einseitigen Leitern erforderlich sein kann.
- Vorteilhafterweise kann die Werkzeugträgerwand mit der Führungsfläche und/oder mit dem Führungspunkt außermittig auf dem Boden angeordnet sein und eine Innenwand kann mit einer weiter zur Mitte angeordneten inneren Führungsfläche oder mit einem innerer Führungspunkt vorgesehen sein. Die innere Führungsfläche oder der innere Führungspunkt kann oberhalb der Führungsfläche oder des Führungspunkts der Werkzeugträgerwand angeordnet sein. Hierdurch ist eine Aufteilung des Verschiebewegs möglich und es können auf einfache Art und Weise die verschiedenen Stellungen der Leiterteile zueinander berücksichtigt werden.
- Vorteilhafterweise kann die Führungsfläche der Werkzeugträgerwand einen Winkel von 35° bis 60°, vorzugsweise von 45° und die Führungsfläche der Innenwand einen Winkel von 10° bis 30°, vorzugsweise von 15° bis 20° aufweisen. In diesem Winkelbereich werden die geometrischen Verhältnisse ausreichend berücksichtigt, um ein im Praxisbetrieb sicheres Schließen zu bewirken.
- Vorteilhafterweise kann das Leiterteil unterhalb der Klappstufe eine geschlossenen Wandabschnitt aufweisen und kann die Seitenwand des Leiterteils in der zusammengeklappten Stellung vollflächig geschlossen sein.
- Vorteilhafterweise kann der Werkzeugträger an der dem Boden abgewandten Seite einen Handgriff aufweisen, der längsverschieblich entlang einer Verschiebebahn an der Innenwand und/oder an der Werkzeugträgerwand geführt ist und der in einer oberen Stellung quer zur Verschiebebahn verkippbar ist. Dadurch kann der Werkzeugträger auch in einem mittleren Bereich Werkzeug aufnehmen.
- Vorteilhafterweise kann die Trittleiter in der oberen Trittstufe im Bereich des Scharniers eine Aussparung für den Griff aufweisen, wobei der Handgriff bei aufgesetzter Trittleiter durch Anlageflächen an der oberen Trittstufe gegen Verkippen abgestützt ist. Dadurch wird der Transport und die Handhabung der Werkzeugkiste erleichtert.
- Vorteilhafterweise kann der Handgriff bei aufgesetzter Trittleiter vollständig versenkbar sein und dann bündig mit der Oberfläche der Trittstufe abschließen. So ist der Platz zur Aufbewahrung der Kiste gering.
- Vorteilhafterweise kann der Boden an mindestens zwei gegenüberliegenden Rändern eine Nut zur Aufnahme und zur seitlichen Fixierung des Leiterteils mittels eines unteren Wandabschnitts, der in die Nut eintaucht, aufweisen. Dadurch wird ein Aufspreizen der Leiterteile bei aufgesetzte Leiter vermieden.
- Vorteilhafterweise kann das die Klappstufe aufweisende Leiterteil ein Auflager auf der Innenseite des Leiterholms aufweisen, auf welchem die Klappstufe in aufgeklappter Stellung aufliegt. Hierdurch wird eine Stabilisierung erreicht und der Öffnungswinkel zusätzlich begrenzt.
- Vorteilhafterweise kann die Verstrebung an dem Leiterteil jeweils unterhalb der Lagerung der Klappstufe befestigt sein, sodass in aufgeklapptem Zustand der Trittleiter die Verstrebung einen Winkel von mindestens 5° bis höchstens 45° einnimmt, vorzugsweise von 15° bis 20°. Mit dieser Anordnung der Verstrebung ist ein leichtgängiges Öffnen und Schließen der Leiter im Alltag möglich.

Jedes Leiterteil 3, 4 weist eine zwischen seitlichen Leiterholmen 8, 9 des Leiterteils 3, 4 um eine Lagerung 10 herum schwenkbar angeordnete Klappstufe 11, 12, die in der dargestellten aufgeklappten Stellung der Trittleiter 1 parallel zur oberen Trittstufe 5, 6 ist und sich so zum anderen Leiterteil 3, 4 hin erstreckt. - Die Trittleiter 1 ist zu einer Mittelachse 13 symmetrisch aufgebaut und das Scharnier 7 liegt auf der Mittelachse 13. Der Werkzeugträger 2 weist einen Boden 21 und eine darauf angeordnete und sich vom Boden 21 weg erstreckende Werkzeugträgerwand 22 auf, die von den Leiterteilen 3, 4 bei aufgesetzter Trittleiter seitlich umschlossen ist, so später dargestellt und erläutert in
Fig. 3 . - Die Werkzeugträgerwand 22 ist außermittig, also in einem Abstand zur Mittelachse 13 auf dem Boden 21 angeordnet und es ist eine Innenwand 23 vorgesehen, die näher zur Mittelachse 13 angeordnet ist. Die Innenwand 23 weist an ihrer dem Boden 2 abgewandten Oberseite eine nach außen, also von der Mittelachse 13 weg abfallende Führungsfläche 24, 25 auf, die mit der Klappstufe 11, 12 zusammenwirkt, wenn die Trittleiter in aufgeklappter Stellung von oben auf den Werkzeugträger 2 gesetzt wird.
- Anstelle der nach außen unten geneigten Führungsfläche 24, 25 kann auch ein Führungspunkt oder ein Auflagepunkt verwendet werden, an dem die Klappstufe 11, 12 beim Aufsetzen der Trittleiter 1 zunächst aufliegt und beim weiteren Absenken der Trittleiter 1 entlang gleitet. Die Führungsfläche 24, 25 hat jedoch gegenüber einem nicht dargestellten Führungspunkt den Vorteil, dass zumindest für eine einzige Zwischenstellung eine definierte vollflächige Auflage entstehen kann. Dies ist jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich.
- In der in
Fig. 1 dargestellten oberen Stellung der Trittleiter 1 bezüglich des Werkzeugträgers 2 liegen die Klappstufen 11, 12 gerade auf den Führungsflächen 24, 25 der Innenwand 23 auf und die Trittleiter ist noch in einem maximal aufgeklappten Zustand dargestellt, wobei der Winkel hier 15 Grad je Leiterteil, insgesamt also 30 Grad beträgt. - Die Richtung der Bewegung der Trittleiter 1 und des Werkzeugsträgers 2 zueinander wird durch den Pfeil 26 angedeutet, der entlang der Mittelachse 13 ausgerichtet ist.
- Zusätzlich zu den Führungsflächen 24, 25 an der Innenwand 23 weist auch die Werkzeugträgerwand 22 eine Führungsfläche 31 auf, die unterhalb der Führungsfläche 24 der Innenwand 23, also näher am Boden 21 und weiter außen als diese angeordnet ist. Die Führungsfläche 31 weist einen steileren Winkel auf als die Führungsfläche 24, fällt aber genau wie diese nach außen unten ab. Die Funktion der Führungsfläche 31 an der Werkzeugträgerwand 22 wird in den nachfolgenden Figuren näher erläutert.
- In
Fig. 1 ist weiterhin eine kreisförmige Aussparung 41 dargestellt, die mit einer als weitere Aussparung 42 ausgebildeten länglichen Verschiebebahn 43 verbunden ist, dargestellt. Dies Aussparungen 41, 42 dienen zur Aufnahme eines nicht dargestellten Griffstücks sowie zur Ermöglichung des Verkippens in einer oberen Stellung und des Einschiebens und Fixierens des Griffstücks gegen das Verkippen im Bereich der Verschiebebahn 43. - Der Boden 21 weist eine Aufnahmenut 51 auf, die am äußeren Rand 52 angeordnet ist. Diese Nut 51 dient zur Aufnahme und zur Sicherung des Leiterteils 3, wenn die Trittleiter 1 in zusammengeklappter Stellung vollständig über den Werkzeugträger 2 gestülpt ist.
- In
Fig. 2 ist dargestellt, wie die Trittleiter 1 weiter nach unten, also in Richtung des Pfeils 26 zum Boden 21 hin abgesenkt und über den Werkzeugträger 2 gestülpt ist. Dabei sind die Klappstufen 11, 12 bereits vollständig an den Führungsflächen 24, 25 vorbei geführt und liegen auf der Führungsfläche 31 der Werkzeugträgerwand 22 auf. Durch eine später inFig. 6 dargestellte und erläuterte Zwangskopplung der beiden Leiterteile 3, 4 mit der Klappstufe 11, 12 haben sich die beiden Leiterteile 3, 4 aufeinander zu bewegt und der Öffnungswinkel der Trittleiter 1 hat sich verringert, die Trittleiter hat sich also ein Stück weit um die Mittelachse 13 herum geschlossen. In dieser Stellung haben sich auch die Trittstufen 5, 6 um das Gelenk 7 herum aufeinander zu bewegt. - In
Fig. 3 ist die Trittleiter 1 in nun vollständig geschlossener Stellung der Leiterteile 3, 4 kurz vor dem Erreichen der Endstellung dargestellt, wobei das vollständige Schließen durch weiteres Absenken zum Boden 21 hin bewirkt wurde. Die Klappstufen 11, 12 haben sich zumindest näherungsweise durch Entlanggleiten an der Führungsfläche 31 vollständig aufgerichtet und liegen dadurch in der Ebene der Außenflächen der Leiterteile 3, 4. Der untere Rand der Leiterteile 3, 4 ist kurz vor dem Eintauchen in die Aufnahmenut 51, die am äußeren Rand 52 des Bodens 21 angeordnet ist. Wenn die Trittleiter 1 in zusammengeklappter Stellung vollständig über den Werkzeugträger 2 gestülpt ist, werden die Leiterteile 3, 4 in dieser Nut 51 aufgenommen und gesichert. Um das Eintauchen zu erleichtern, sind an der Werkzeugträgerwand 22 nach außen gerichtete Vorsprünge 53 ausgebildet, die als Gleitschrägen wirken und den unteren Rand des Leiterteils 3, 4 kurz vor Erreichen der Endstellung führen. - In
Fig. 4 ist eine Sicht von oben auf den Werkzeugträger 2 gezeigt, wobei der Boden 21 mit dem Rand 51 und der darin befindlichen Nut 52 erkennbar ist, wobei der Rand 51 nur an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Bodens erforderlich ist. In einem mittleren Bereich, um die nicht dargestellte Mittelachse herum, ist die Werkzeugträgerwand 22 auf dem Boden 21 angeordnet und man blickt auf die Führungsfläche 31. Grundsätzlich reicht eine derartige Werkzeugträgerwand 22 aus, es sind aber zwei sich gegenüberliegende Werkzeugträgerwände vorgesehen, um die Aufnahmekapazität für die geordnete Aufbewahrung von Werkzeug zu erhöhen. Zwischen den beiden Werkzeugträgerwänden ist die Innenwand 23 angeordnet, auf deren dem Betrachter zugewandten Oberseite die Führungsflächen 24, 25 liegen. - In
Fig. 5 ist der Werkzeugträger 2 in einer Seitenansicht ohne die Trittleiter und ohne die Innenseiten dargestellt. Zu erkennen ist die jeweils auf den einander gegenüberliegenden Werkzeugträgerwänden 22 zu beiden Seiten der Mittelachse 13 angeordnete Führungsfläche 31 und der Boden 21 mit dem Rand 52 und der darin befindlichen Nut 51. Bereits diese Ausführung ermöglicht das Aufstellen der Klapptritte beim Aufsetzen der Trittleiter. - In
Fig. 6 ist die Zwangskopplung der Leiterteile 3, 4 und der Klappstufen 11, 12 dargestellt. An der Klappstufe 11, 12, ist jeweils eine in einem Abstand zu der Lagerung 10 angelenkte druck- und zugsteife Verstrebung 61, 62 vorgesehen, die mit dem jeweils gegenüberliegenden Leiterteil 4, 3 drehbar verbunden ist und deren Länge 1 und Lagerpunkte 63, 64 im Leiterteil 3, 4 so bemessen ist, dass die Leiterteile 3, 4 mit dem Schwenken der Klappstufe 11, 12 von der aufgeklappten Stellung in die zusammengeklappte Stellung bringbar sind und umgekehrt. - Der Abstand der Lagerung der Klappstufe 11, 12 zum die beiden Leiterteile 3, 4 verbindenden Scharnier 7 ist als Radius R angegeben. Die Verstrebung 61, 62 ist an den Lagerpunkten 65, 66 in den Klappstufen 11, 12 befestigt. Wird eine der Klappstufen 11, 12 um das Scharnier 10 herum aus der dargestellten geöffneten Stellung der Trittleiter in die gestrichelt dargestellte Lage, bezeichnet als 11', 12' gebracht, die nachfolgend in
Fig. 7 dargestellt ist, so sorgt die Aufrichtung der Klappstufe 11, 12 nach oben dafür, dass auf die Verstrebung eine Zugkraft ausgeübt wird, welche bewirkt, dass das gegenüberliegende Leiterteil auf das die Klappstufe aufnehmende Leiterteil zu bewegt wird, wodurch sich die Trittleiter schließt. - Die geschlossene Trittleiter ist schematisch in
Fig. 7 dargestellt, wobei die Verstrebungen 61, 62 im Inneren der Trittleiter angebracht sind, sodass der Mechanismus von außen verdeckt ist und von außen nicht beeinträchtigt werden kann. In der dargestellten geschlossenen Stellung sorgen die Verstrebungen 61, 62 auch dafür, dass die Klappstufen 11, 12 in etwa bündig mit der Oberfläche der Leiterteile 3, 4 abschließen und auch gegen Druckausübung von außen abgestützt sind. In dieser Ausführung ist auch dargestellt, dass auf den Innenseiten der Leiterholme 8, 9 der Leiterteile 3, 4 Auflager 67, 68 vorgesehen sind, auf denen die Klappstufen 11, 12 in geöffnetem Zustand aufliegen und abgestützt sind, was im Detail inFig. 8 dargestellt ist, wobei aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit der Darstellung auf die Verstrebungen verzichtet wurde. - In
Fig. 9 ist das Leiterteil 4 mit der Trittstufe 6 und der auf dem Auflager 68 aufliegenden Klappstufe 12 dargestellt, also im geöffneten Zustand der Trittleiter. - In
Fig. 10 und inFig. 11 ist gezeigt, auf welche Art und Weise ein Handgriff 71 an der Innenwand 23 befestigt werden kann, um drehbar und versenkbar zu sein. InFig. 10 ist der Handgriff 71 in einer ausgezogenen und gegenüber der Mittelachse 13 zur Seite gekippten Stellung gezeigt. In dieser Stellung befindet sich eine das eigentliche Griffteil 72 tragende Verlängerungslasche 73 mit einem Führungsnocken 74 im Bereich der kreisförmigen Aussparung 41, welche einen derartigen Durchmesser aufweist, dass der Führungsnocken 74 in seiner ganzen Länge aufgenommen werden kann. Am Führungsnocken 74 sind Führungsflächen 75 vorgesehen, die in einer nicht dargestellten Stellung mit der durch die weitere Aussparung 42 ausgebildete längliche Verschiebebahn 43 zusammenwirken. - Diese Stellung ist in
Fig. 11 gezeigt, wobei nach dem Aufsetzen der Trittleiter 1 der Handgriff 71 mit dem Griffstück 72 und mit der Verlängerungslasche 73 ein Stück weit über die Trittstufen 5, 6 hervorsteht, nämlich so weit, dass eine Öffnung 76 noch zugänglich ist, in welche ein nicht dargestelltes Schloss eingebracht werden kann, um eine Sicherung der aufgesetzten Trittleiter gegen Entfernen vom Werkzeugträger, von dem die Innenwand 23 dargestellt ist, zu ermöglichen. Die Aussparung 41 kann bei vollständig herausgezogenem Handgriff 71 selbst zwar nicht verhindern, dass der Handgriff kippt, aber zusammen mit an den Trittstufen 5, 6 angebrachten Anlageflächen 77, 78 im Bereich einer Durchbrechung 79 des Scharniers ist der Handgriff 71 stabilisiert. In der dargestellten teilweise eingeschobenen Stellung ist das Griffstück 71 im Bereich der Verschiebebahn 43 in der Ausnehmung 42 zusätzlich durch den Führungsnocken 74 gegen das Verkippen gesichert, auch wenn die Trittleiter 1 nicht aufgesetzt ist. - Der Handgriff 71 kann vollständig in die aus der auf den Werkzeugträger aufgesetzten Trittleiter gebildeten Werkzeugkiste versenkt werden, sodass die Oberseite des Griffstücks 72 also bündig mit den Trittstufen 5, 6 abschließt.

Fig. 12 zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht der auf den Werkzeugträger 2 aufgesetzten zusammengeklappten Trittleiter 1 in einer Transportstellung mit herausgezogenem Handgriff 71. Die Klappstufe 12 ist in dieser Stellung bündig mit der Seitenwand des Leiterteils 4, das einen geschlossenen Wandabschnitt 81 aufweist und die beiden Leiterholme 8, 9 sind so breit, dass sie aneinander anstoßen. Auf diese Weise umschließt die Trittleiter 1 den Werkzeugträger 2 oberhalb des Bodens 21 vollumfänglich. - Der unterste Wandabschnitt 82 ist teilweise in den Boden 2 eingetaucht bzw. wird von diesem übergriffen, wodurch ein Sicherung gegen Aufspreizen gegeben ist.
- Bei der separaten Nutzung des Werkzeugträgers und der Trittleiter können diese aufeinandergestellt werden, um eine ergonomische Arbeitshöhe bei der Entnahme des Werkzeugs aus dem Werkzeugträger zu ermöglichen. Um dieses Aufeinanderstellen zu stabilisieren, kann die Unterseite des Bodens des Werkzeugträgers mit einem Verbindungselement ausgestattet sein, das mit einem entsprechend ausgebildeten Verbindungselement auf der Oberseite der Trittleiter eine formschlüssige Verbindung ermöglicht, beispielsweise eine Nut-Feder-Verbindung in Form von Rippen und Vorsprüngen.
Claims (11)
- Trittleiter (1) mit Werkzeugträger (2), wobei die Trittleiter (1) aus zwei Leiterteilen (3,4) mit einer oberen Trittstufe (5, 6) besteht, wobei die zwei Leiterteile (3, 4) aufklappbar über ein Scharnier (7) im Bereich der oberen Trittstufe (5, 6) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei mindestens ein Leiterteil (3, 4) eine zwischen seitlichen Leiterholmen (8, 9) des Leiterteils (3, 4) um eine Lagerung (10) schwenkbar angeordnete Klappstufe (11, 12) aufweist, die in zusammengeklappter Stellung der Trittleiter (1) in Richtung der Leiterholme (8, 9) des Leiterteils (3, 4) und in aufgeklappter Stellung der Trittleiter (1) in eine sich zum anderen Leiterteil (3, 4) hin erstreckende Stellung parallel zur oberen Trittstufe (5, 6) bringbar ist und wobei der Werkzeugträger (2) einen Boden (21) und mindestens eine darauf angeordnete und sich vom Boden (21) weg erstreckende Werkzeugträgerwand (22) aufweist, die von den Leiterteilen (3, 4) umschlossen werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Werkzeugträgerwand (22) eine an einer dem Boden (21) abgewandten Seite angeordnete Führungsfläche (31) und/oder einen Führungspunkt für die Klappstufe (11, 12) aufweist, dass die Führungsfläche (31) und/oder der Führungspunkt mit der Klappstufe (11, 12) zusammenwirkt und die Klappstufe (11, 12) von der ausgeklappten Stellung parallel zur oberen Trittstufe (5, 6) in die Stellung in Richtung der Leiterholme (8, 9) führt, wenn das Leiterteil (3, 4) mit der Klappstufe (11, 12) von oben auf die Werkzeugträger gesetzt wird, wobei an der Klappstufe (11, 12) eine in einem Abstand zu der Lagerung (10) angelenkte druck- und zugsteife Verstrebung vorgesehen ist, die mit dem gegenüberliegenden Leiterteil (3, 4) drehbar verbunden ist und deren Länge und Lagerpunkte so bemessen ist, dass die Leiterteile (3, 4) mit dem Schwenken der Klappstufe (11, 12) von der aufgeklappten Stellung in die zusammengeklappte Stellung bringbar sind und umgekehrt.
- Trittleiter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Leiterteil (3, 4) eine Trittstufe (5, 6) aufweist.
- Trittleiter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Werkzeugträgerwand (22) mit der Führungsfläche (31) und/oder mit dem Führungspunkt außermittig auf dem Boden (2) angeordnet ist und dass eine Innenwand (23) mit einer weiter zur Mitte angeordneten inneren Führungsfläche (24, 25) oder einem innerer Führungspunkt vorgesehen ist, wobei die innere Führungsfläche (24, 25) oder der innere Führungspunkt oberhalb der Führungsfläche (31) oder des Führungspunkts der Werkzeugträgerwand (22) angeordnet ist.
- Trittleiter nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsfläche (31) der Werkzeugträgerwand einen Winkel von 35° bis 60° und die Führungsfläche (24, 25) der Innenwand (23) einen Winkel von 10° bis 30° aufweist.
- Trittleiter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Leiterteil (3, 4) unterhalb der Klappstufe (11, 12) einen geschlossenen Wandabschnitt (81) aufweist und dass die Seitenwand des Leiterteils (3, 4) in der zusammengeklappten Stellung vollflächig geschlossen ist.
- Trittleiter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Werkzeugträger (2) an der dem Boden (21) abgewandten Seite einen Handgriff aufweist, das längsverschieblich entlang einer Verschiebebahn (43) an der Innenwand (23) und/oder an der Werkzeugträgerwand (22) geführt ist und der in einer oberen Stellung quer zur Verschiebebahn (43) verkippbar ist.
- Trittleiter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trittleiter (1) in der oberen Trittstufe (5, 6) im Bereich des Scharniers (7) eine Aussparung (79) für den Handgriff (71) aufweist, wobei der Handgriff (71) bei aufgesetzter Trittleiter (1) durch Anlageflächen (77, 78) an der oberen Trittstufe (5, 6) gegen Verkippen abgestützt ist.
- Trittleiter nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Handgriff (71) bei aufgesetzter Trittleiter (1) vollständig versenkbar ist und dann bündig mit der Oberfläche der Trittstufe (5, 6) abschließt.
- Trittleiter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden (21) an mindestens zwei gegenüberliegenden Rändern (52) eine Nut (51) zur Aufnahme und zur seitlichen Fixierung des Leiterteils (3, 4) mittels eines unteren Wandabschnitts (82), der zumindest abschnittsweise in die Nut (51) eintaucht, aufweist.
- Trittleiter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die Klappstufe (11, 12) aufweisende Leiterteil (3, 4) ein Auflager (68) auf der Innenseite des Leiterholms (8, 9) aufweist, auf welchem die Klappstufe (11, 12) in aufgeklappter Stellung aufliegt.
- Trittleiter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstrebung (61, 62) an dem Leiterteil (3, 4) jeweils unterhalb der Lagerung der Klappstufe (11, 12) befestigt ist, sodass in aufgeklapptem Zustand der Trittleiter die Verstrebung (61, 62) einen Winkel von mindestens 5° bis höchstens 45° einnimmt, vorzugsweise von 15° bis 20°.
