  • the invention relates to seating furniture with a saddle-shaped seat, wherein the seat is arranged on a seat post.
  • the invention is characterized in that the seat between a front saddle spar is clamped to a front spar support and a rear saddle spar at a rear spar support.
  • a saddle surface provides an anatomically comfortable way of sitting.
  • the surface is made larger than a conventional saddle, such as a standing seat or a bicycle, so as to support the entire buttock area. The unpleasant formation of a "seat recess" is thereby avoided.
  • a position in the healthy S-shape of the back is achieved because a moving sitting, as can be done on a ball sitting.
  • the seat surface is formed as a minimum surface by a covering, which is clamped between the saddle rails. In this way, the adaptation to the buttocks anatomy further improved and the seating comfort increased. Minimal surfaces always represent optimal uniformity of the surface course while avoiding edge points.
