Abstract

Es wird ein Deckel für einen Klosettsitz mit einem aus Kunststoff gefertigten Deckelkörper (1) beschrieben, der auf seiner Außenseite eine Lage mit einer bildlichen Darstellung (4) aufweist. Um vorteilhafte Konstruktionsverhältnisse zu schaffen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Lage mit der bildlichen Darstellung (4) einen Bildträger (2) aus einem geprägten Blech (3) mit einem im Randbereich vorgesehenen, geprägten, umlaufenden Wulst umfasst und dass der Bildträger (2) mit Hilfe eines die durch die Prägung (6) des Blechs (3) gebildeten Hohlräume, insbesondere des umlaufenden Wulsts, ausfüllenden Kunststoffklebers (5) auf den Deckelkörper (1) aufgeklebt ist.

Description

Deckel für einen Klosettsitz
Technisches Gebiet
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Deckel für einen Klosettsitz mit einem aus Kunststoff gefertigten Deckelkörper, der auf seiner Außenseite eine Lage mit einer bildlichen Darstellung aufweist.
Stand der Technik
Um Deckel für einen Klosettsitz dekorativ auszugestalten, ist es beispielsweise bekannt (DE 20 2006 007 601 U1 ), in einer flachen Ausnehmung des Deckels eine bildhafte Darstellung auf einem Bildträger vorzusehen und diesen Bildträger mit einer durchsichtigen Abdeckung zu schützen. Diese Ausbildung lässt zwar einen Austausch des Bildträgers und damit der dekorativen Ausgestaltung des Deckels nach einer Abnahme der durchsichtigen Abdeckung zu, doch ergibt sich ein vergleichsweise erheblicher Konstruktionsaufwand durch das Vorsehen einer abnehmbaren, durchsichtigen Abdeckung, weil diese Abdeckung flüssigkeitsdicht angebracht werden muss. Abgesehen davon, ist der Bedarf an einer auswechselbaren dekorativen Ausgestaltung der Deckel von Klosettsitzen gering.
Um Deckel für einen Klosettsitz dekorativ auszugestalten, ist es darüber hinaus bekannt (DE 200 03 344 U1 ), den Deckel oder einen dekorativen Überzug für den Deckel in dreidimensionaler Form figürlich auszugestalten. Aufgrund der durch die dreidimensionale Formgebung verbesserten Eigenstabilität kann der Deckel aus einem dünnwandigen Material, beispielsweise aus Kunststoff oder einem metallischen Werkstoff, bestehen. Wird ein geformter Überzug für den Deckel eingesetzt, so wird dieser Überzug aus einem am Deckel gehaltenen, zum Beispiel auf diesen aufschiebbaren Formkörper aus einem bevorzugterweise glasklaren Kunststoff gefertigt. Nachteilig bei solchen Überzügen ist, dass sie vom Deckel gesonderte Bauteile darstellen. Bildet der Deckel selbst die figürliche Ausgestaltung, so muss der gesamte Deckel entsprechend geformt werden.
Darstellung der Erfindung
Der Erfindung liegt somit die Aufgabe zugrunde, den Deckel eines Klosettsitzes so auszugestalten, dass eine einfache dauerhafte Möglichkeit zu seiner dekorativen Ausgestaltung geschaffen wird.
Ausgehend von einem Deckel für einen Klosettsitz der eingangs geschilderten Art löst die Erfindung die gestellte Aufgabe dadurch, dass die Lage mit der bildlichen Darstellung einen Bildträger aus einem geprägten Blech mit einem im Randbereich vorgesehenen, geprägten, umlaufenden Wulst umfasst und dass der Bildträger mit Hilfe eines die durch die Prägung des Blechs gebildeten Hohlräume, insbesondere des umlaufenden Wulsts, ausfüllenden Kunststoffklebers auf den Deckelkörper aufgeklebt ist.
Durch die Ausbildung des Bildträgers aus einem geprägten Blech wird zunächst ein dauerhafter Bildträger erreicht, der keiner zusätzlichen, durchsichtigen Abdeckung bedarf. Die Prägung des Blechs mit einem umlaufenden Wulst im Randbereich stellt dabei die erforderliche Formstabilität sicher und bietet darüber hinaus die Möglichkeit, die bildliche Darstellung durch eine reliefartige Struktur zu unterstützen, sodass die bildliche Darstellung mit einer zusätzlichen Raumwirkung erweitert werden kann. Zur Verbindung des Blechs mit dem Deckelkörper aus Kunststoff wird ein Kunststoffkleber eingesetzt, der die durch die Prägung des Blechs gebildeten Hohlräume, insbesondere des umlaufenden Wulstes, zwischen dem Blech und dem Deckelkörper ausfüllt und damit für eine flüssigkeitsdichte Befestigung des Blechs auf dem Deckelkörper sorgt. Der beim Andrücken des Blechs an den Deckelkörper über den Blechrand austretende Überschuss an Kunststoffkleber wird nach dem Aushärten abgeschliffen und bildet einen bündigen, absatzlosen Übergang zwischen dem Deckelkörper und dem Blech.
Die bildliche Darstellung auf dem Bildträger aus Blech kann auf unterschiedliche Weise aufgebracht werden. So ist es beispielsweise möglich, die bildliche Darstellung auf den Bildträger aus Blech aufzudrucken, was unter Umständen eine Nachbehandlung erfordert, um die erforderliche Abriebfestigkeit zu erreichen. Besonders günstige Bedingungen ergeben sich daher in diesem Zusammenhang, wenn die bildliche Darstellung eine Emailschicht auf dem Bildträger aus Blech umfasst, weil diese Emailschicht nicht nur abriebfest ist, sondern auch das Blech vor einem Korrosionsangriff wirksam schützt.
Hinsichtlich der Umrissform des Bildträgers aus Blech ergibt sich eine Vielzahl von Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten, wenn der Bildträger aus Blech nur einen Teil der Außenseite des Deckelkörpers abdeckt. In diesem Fall bildet der umlaufende Wulst des Bildträgers aus Blech einen geprägten Randwulst, damit gerade im Randbereich die Formstabilität des dünnen Blechs gewahrt werden kann.
Deckt der Bildträger aus Blech die Außenseite des Deckelkörpers vollständig ab und schließt das Blech mit der Bodenfläche des Deckelkörpers bündig ab, so braucht auf die Oberflächenqualität des Deckelkörpers kein besonderer Wert gelegt zu werden. Das entsprechend geprägte Blech stellt ja bei dieser Ausführungsform die obere Außenhülle des Deckels dar. Wegen der den Rand des Deckelkörpers umgreifenden Schalenform des geprägten Blechs ist im unmittelbaren Randbereich keine Prägung des Blechs erforderlich. Die erforderliche Formstabilität wird allerdings nur erreicht, wenn der Bildträger aus Blech einen dem Randverlauf des Deckelkörpers folgenden, in einem Abstand von der Bodenfläche vorgesehenen Umfangswulst aufweist. Unabhängig davon, ob das Blech des Bildträgers einen Randwulst oder einen Umfangswulst aufweist, stellen diese Wülste eine sichere Verklebung zwischen dem Bildträger und dem Deckelkörper sicher, weil der Hohlraum dieser Wülste eine entsprechende Menge an einem geeigneten Kunststoffkleber aufnehmen kann.

Fig. 2 diesen Deckel ausschnittsweise in einem Schnitt nach der Linie II-II der Fig. 1 in einem größeren Maßstab und
Fig. 3 eine der Fig. 2 entsprechende Darstellung einer Ausführungsvariante eines erfindungsgemäßen Deckels für einen Klosettsitz.
Weg zur Ausführung der Erfindung
Wie insbesondere aus den Fig. 2 und 3 ersichtlich wird, setzt sich der erfindungsgemäße Deckel eines Klosettsitzes aus einem aus Kunststoff gefertigten Deckelkörper 1 und aus einer einen Bildträger 2 bildenden äußeren Lage zusammen, die erfindungsgemäß ein geprägtes Blech 3 umfasst. Das geprägte Blech 3 weist auf seiner vom Deckelkörper 1 abgewandten Außenseite eine Emailschicht mit der bildlichen Darstellung 4 auf. Die Verbindung zwischen dem geprägten Blech 3 und dem Deckelkörper aus Kunststoff wird durch einen Kunststoffkleber 5 erreicht, der die durch die Prägung 6 des Blechs 3 gebildeten Hohlräume zwischen dem Blech 3 und dem Deckelkörper 1 ausfüllt.
Das Blech 3 ist gemäß dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Fig. 1 und 2 entsprechend der Außenform des Deckelkörpers 1 geformt und bildet eine den Deckelkörper 1 auf der Außenseite vollständig abdeckende, schalenförmige Hülle, wobei die umlaufende Stirnseite 7 des Blechs 3 mit der Bodenfläche 8 des Deckelkörpers 1 bündig abschließt. Damit die erforderliche Formstabilität der schalenförmigen Hülle aus dem Blech 3 sichergestellt werden kann, weist das Blech 3 einen dem Randverlauf des Deckelkörpers 1 folgenden Umfangs- wulst 9 auf, der in einem Abstand von der Bodenfläche 8 vorgesehen ist.
Zum Unterschied zu der Fig. 2 deckt der Bildträger 2 nach dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach der Fig. 3 den Deckelkörper 1 nur teilweise ab. Es bleibt beispielsweise ein Randbereich 10 zwischen der Oberseite und der Bodenfläche 8 des Deckelkörpers 1 frei. Dies erlaubt eine einfachere Ausbildung des Blechs 3, das ja nicht dem gekrümmten Randbereich 10 des Deckelkörpers 1 folgen muss. In diesem Fall wird ein dem Blechrand folgender Randwulst 1 1 vorgesehen, der einen wesentlichen Beitrag für die Formstabilität des Bildträgers 2 leisten kann. Damit sich durch die Stirnseite 7 des Blechs 3 keine Stufe in der Außenfläche des Deckels ergibt, kann der beim Aufkleben des Blechs 3 auf den Deckelkörper 1 über den Blechrand austretende, überschüssige Kunststoffkleber 5 nach seinem Aushärten bündig mit dem Umfangsrand des Blechs 3 verschliffen werden, wie dies in der Fig. 3 angedeutet ist.

Patentansprüche
1 . Deckel für einen Klosettsitz mit einem aus Kunststoff gefertigten Deckelkörper (1 ), der auf seiner Außenseite eine Lage mit einer bildlichen Darstellung (4) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lage mit der bildlichen Darstellung (4) einen Bildträger (2) aus einem geprägten Blech (3) mit einem im Randbereich vorgesehenen, geprägten, umlaufenden Wulst umfasst und dass der Bildträger (2) mit Hilfe eines die durch die Prägung (6) des Blechs (4) gebildeten Hohlräume, insbesondere des umlaufenden Wulsts, ausfüllenden Kunststoffklebers (5) auf den Deckelkörper (1 ) aufgeklebt ist.
2. Deckel nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bildliche Darstellung (4) auf den Bildträger (2) aus Blech (3) aufgedruckt ist.
3. Deckel nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bildliche Darstellung (4) eine Emailschicht auf dem Bildträger (2) aus Blech (3) umfasst.
4. Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bildträger (2) aus Blech (3) nur einen Teil der Außenseite des Deckelkörpers (1 ) abdeckt.
5. Deckel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der umlaufende Wulst des Bildträger (2) aus Blech (3) einen Randwulst (1 1 ) bildet.
6. Deckel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bildträger (2) aus Blech (3) die Außenseite des Deckelkörpers (1 ) vollständig abdeckt und mit der Bodenfläche (8) des Deckelkörpers (1 ) bündig abschließt.
7. Deckel nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der umlaufende Wulst des Bildträgers (2) aus Blech (3) einen dem Randverlauf des Deckelkörpers (1 ) folgenden, in einem Abstand von der Bodenfläche (8) vorgesehenen Umfangswulst (9) bildet.
