Claims (9)

  1. Étiquette de sécurité destinée à prouver une première ouverture d'un récipient, comprenant :
    une première couche d'étiquette (20) en forme de piste comprenant une face supérieure (11) et une face inférieure (12) ;
    une deuxième couche d'étiquette (20) en forme de piste comprenant une face supérieure (21) et une face inférieure (22) ;
    une ligne d'affaiblissement (50) qui est ménagée dans la deuxième couche d'étiquette (20) ;
    une première application de colle (30) qui relie entre elles la face inférieure (12) de la première couche d'étiquette (10) et la face supérieure (21) de la deuxième couche d'étiquette (20) au niveau d'au moins deux zones (b) séparées spatialement les unes des autres ; et
    une deuxième application de colle (40) qui est appliquée sur la face inférieure (22) de la deuxième couche d'étiquette (20) au niveau d'au moins deux zones séparées spatialement les unes des autres, caractérisée en ce que
    la deuxième couche d'étiquette (20) est exempte de colle dans la zone (a) de la ligne d'affaiblissement sur la face supérieure (21) et la face inférieure (22), la ligne d'affaiblissement (50) traverse entièrement la deuxième couche d'étiquette (20) entre la face supérieure (21) et la face inférieure (22) de la deuxième couche d'étiquette (20) et la ligne d'affaiblissement (50) présente un tracé de forme ondulée ou en zigzag ou courbe dans la deuxième couche d'étiquette (20).
  2. Étiquette de sécurité selon la revendication 1, sachant que la ligne d'affaiblissement (50) est une découpe par estampage dans la deuxième couche d'étiquette (20).
  3. Étiquette de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, sachant que la deuxième couche d'étiquette (20) comporte au moins deux arêtes extérieures (23, 24) et la ligne d'affaiblissement passe d'une arête extérieure (23) à une autre arête extérieure (24).
  4. Étiquette de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, sachant que la première couche d'étiquette (10) est au moins en partie transparente.
  5. Étiquette de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, sachant que la deuxième couche d'étiquette (20) est opaque.
  6. Étiquette de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, sachant que la deuxième couche d'étiquette (20) est imprimée.
  7. Étiquette de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, laquelle comprend en outre une languette de prise (80).
  8. Étiquette de sécurité selon la revendication 7, sachant que la languette de prise (80) est reliée à la première couche d'étiquette (10).
  9. Récipient doté d'une zone d'obturation (200), sachant que la zone d'obturation (200) est sécurisée au moyen d'une étiquette de sécurité (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8.
