Definitions

  • the invention relates to a ZuLite fashionlass consisting of a nozzle for connection to an air supply system and a housing which defines an air distribution space, wherein the housing has a horizontally arranged air inlet surface through which air can be introduced into the air distribution space and which is connectable to the nozzle, and wherein the air inlet surface is arranged perpendicular to a central axis of the nozzle, wherein the housing further comprises an air outlet surface arranged parallel to the air inlet surface, wherein the air outlet surface is formed by an air-permeable plate through which the air leaves the air distribution space, and the supply air passage having adjusting means, which a first position in a second position or in the opposite direction can be converted, wherein the adjusting means comprise at least one guide element and at least one bearing element and in the first position of the adjusting means, the minde at least one guide element is in the form of a closed frame in the air distribution space.
  • Supply air outlets known in the art and designed as ceiling air outlets for turbulent mixing ventilation typically have a structure in which the air exits turbulently and approximately horizontally from the supply air passage.
  • the construction of the in the DE 20 2006 007 846 U1 and DE 10 2007 008 019 A1 described Zu Kunststoff belässe allows, for example, an approximately horizontal outflow of air.
  • the walls are arranged at an acute angle ⁇ to the air outlet surface.
  • the Zu Kunststoff telllass has a truncated pyramidal housing shape.

  • One in the DE 28 46 076 shown Mediumablenkvoriques has two guide walls, which diverge away from each other. Further, in the medium deflection device is a rotatably mounted Ablenklamelle which can be converted into a first and a second end position. By means of the Ablenklamelle the medium flow can be divided and deflected, the deflection is not sufficient and may possibly lead to an increase in the flow velocity, so that drafts may occur in persons located in a room.
  • the DE 43 06 761 C1 describes an outlet pipe of an air conditioner in which another pipe is inserted. By means of an annular disc flowing air can be constricted through the pipe. • the EP 2 339 260 A1 discloses the preamble of claim 1.
  • the device has the object of constructing a supply air passage so that a quick and easy change of direction of the outflow of air from the Zu Kunststoff devislass is possible, the device should have no economic disadvantage.
  • the adjusting means In the first position of the adjusting means, it is possible to generate an at least substantially vertical flow direction.
  • This vertical flow direction is particularly advantageous if the room is to be heated. Since warm air rises or stays there, it would not make sense to let the warm air flow horizontally into the room.
  • the vertical flow direction allows a large penetration depth of the supply air, that is, a rapid transport of warm air in a lower area of the room in which usually the persons reside, and thus a good induction.
  • the warm air mixes thoroughly with the air in the room, and accordingly, the temperature also rises in a floor area of the room, so that overly high temperature stratification is substantially avoided.
  • the adjusting means are convertible to the second position, wherein according to the invention it is preferred that the at least one guide element is arranged in the air distribution space even in the second position of the adjusting means.
  • the arrangement of the adjusting means in the second position is selected such that the arrangement of the walls favors an approximately horizontal and turbulent flow from the air outlet surface or the air distribution space under the ceiling, so that a good induction effect can be achieved. Since the warm air, which is located in the room rises and the cooler air sinks down, there is a good mixing of the cooler and warm air instead. The horizontal outflow direction favors a large "range" of the supply air flow.
  • a vertical flow direction of the cold air into the room would possibly lead to drafts, which may be perceived by the people in the room as disturbing under certain circumstances.
  • the air flows in the first position of the adjusting vertically and in the second position approximately horizontally from the air outlet surface.
  • the adjusting means prevent the air from hugging the walls of the air distribution space, thus causing the air to flow in an approximately horizontal direction.
  • the adjusting means are arranged so that the air is blown substantially perpendicularly out of the feed passage.
  • the adjusting means are aligned so that the air readily flows horizontally along the walls from the supply air passage.
  • the turbulent flow causes good mixing with the air already present in the room.
  • the invention further ausgestaltend is provided that the adjustment limit an effective air outlet surface when the adjusting means of the second position in the first Be transferred position so that the air outlet surface is reduced in size.
  • the air outlet surface describes a horizontal surface, which is bounded by the walls, wherein the boundary is in each case by a lower edge of the wall facing away from the air inlet surface. If the adjusting means are in the second position, the effective air outlet surface corresponds to the air outlet surface. In the first position, the effective air outlet area is smaller than in the second position, which is due to the fact that the adjusting means limit or reduce the effective air outlet surface by their changed arrangement. In the event that the adjusting assume different intermediate positions, the effective air outlet surface is seen from the second position from ever smaller.
  • the adjusting means consist of the at least one guide element and at least one bearing element and at least one drive element.
  • the task of the at least one guide element is that air is conducted in the desired direction and preferably the effective air outlet surface is variable, so as to achieve a good induction effect and Ausström characterizing.

  • the drive elements are arranged in the neck and / or inside and / or outside of the housing.
  • a part of the housing is a transition piece which is arranged between the walls and the nozzle, wherein its cross-sectional area perpendicular to the flow direction is greater than the cross-sectional area of the nozzle, wherein the transition from the nozzle to the Transition piece preferably has a sudden change in the cross section.

  • the at least one guide element is located in this air outlet space and is advantageously arranged on the air outlet surface or at a small distance therefrom. If the at least one guide element is transferred from the first position to the second position, the distance between the at least one guide element and the air outlet surface increases and the at least one guide element is finally located in the transition piece.
  • the at least one guide element is further arranged in the air outlet space and is applied to the walls.
  • the induction effect of the air is not affected.
  • a further alternative provides that the guide elements are in the first position in the transition piece and in the second position in the air outlet space.
  • a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the preferably horizontally oriented frame has four vertically arranged strip-shaped frame legs.
  • the supply air passage has an arcuate neck for reasons of space.
  • This has the disadvantage that the air does not flow perpendicularly but obliquely into the air inlet space and thus a displacement of the flow direction from the air outlet surface to one side can occur.
  • at least one further frame is arranged in a nested manner in the frame. The further frame deflects the air flowing obliquely into the air distribution space perpendicularly from the air outlet surface into the space and thus prevents an increased flow of air to one side.
