Claims (15)
- Eine Rührwerksmühle (1) umfassend einen Mahlbehälter (3), der in seinem Innern eine Mahlkammer (5) bildet und einen Rotor (7), der im Innern des Behälters (3) aufgenommen ist, wobei eine Mehrzahl von Armen (9, 9', 9") radial von dem Rotor (7) vorstehen und die Rührwerksmühle (1) dazu ausgebildet ist, ein zu behandelndes Material, wie z.B. feste städtische Abfälle, Lebensmittelreste, oder allgemeiner den sogenannten "Nassabfall", Mäh- und Schnittabfälle, pflanzliche Rückstände aus landwirtschaftlichen Tätigkeiten, dem städtischen Abfall ähnliche Abfälle, den organischen Trockenanteil der städtischen Abfälle zu mahlen, häckseln, zerkleinern oder zu mikronisieren, indem folgende Schritte durchgeführt werden:- Mischen des zu behandelnden Materials mit einer Mehrzahl von freien Mahlkörpern (11) in der Mahlkammer (5) ;- Bewegen des zu behandelnden Materials und der Mehrzahl von freien Mahlkörpern (11) durch Drehung des Rotors um sich selbst, so dass dessen Arme auf die freien Mahlkörper schlagen und zumindest ein Teil dieser letzteren gegen die Wände der Mahlkammer (5) und andere freie Mahlkörper (11) stoßen, und/oder auf das zu behandelnde Material schlagen;wobei:- am Boden oder jedenfalls im unteren Teil der Mahlkammer (5) zumindest ein Hebevorsprung (19) angeordnet ist, um die freien Mahlkörper (11), die auf den Vorsprung (19) schlagen hauptsächlich nach oben umzulenken;
und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- nahe am Boden der Mahlkammer, der Rotor (7) eine Schutzplatte (29) aufweist, die im Wesentlichen quer zur Drehachse (AI) des Rotors verläuft und die im Wesentlichen zumindest die Hälfte der Oberfläche des Bodens oder des Querschnitts der Mahlkammer (5) bedeckt;- der zumindest eine Hebevorsprung (19) auf der auf der Schutzplatte (29) hergestellt ist. - Die Rührwerksmühle nach Anspruch 1, wobei der zumindest eine Hebevorsprung (19) sich radialwärts nach außen der Mahlkammer (5) hin erstreckt.
- Die Rührwerksmühle (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der zumindest eine Vorsprung (19) eine Schrägfläche (190, 192) bildet, die dazu eingerichtet ist die auf die Schrägfläche (190, 192) schlagenden freien Mahlkörper (11) hauptsächlich nach oben umzulenken, und wobei die Schrägfläche (190, 192) eine Neigung (o) gegenüber der Vertikalen, oder jedenfalls gegenüber der Drehachse (A1) des Rotors (7) aufweist, die zwischen 30° und 50° beträgt.
- Die Rührwerksmühle (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Schrägfläche (190, 192) im Wesentlichen flach ist.
- Die Rührwerksmühle (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Arme des Rotors (9), die weiter vom Boden der Mahlkammer (5) entfernt sind, im Wesentlichen kürzer als die Arme (9', 9") sind, die näher am Boden der Mahlkammer (5) sind.
- Die Rührwerksmühle (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Länge (LB) der Arme des Rotors fortschreitend abnimmt während sie sich idealerweise vom Boden der Mahlkammer (5) entfernen.
- Die Rührwerksmühle (1) nach Anspruch 1, umfassend ein Saugsystem zum Absaugen und Abziehen von Staub oder Partikeln des behandelten Materials aus der Mahlkammer (5), wobei das Saugsystem einen Lüfter oder andere Sauger (21) umfasst, die sich außerhalb derselben Mahlkammer befinden.
- Die Rührwerksmühle (1) nach Anspruch 1, umfassend zumindest ein Extraktionsgitter (17), das im oberen Teil der Mahlkammer (5) angeordnet ist und dazu eingerichtet ist, das in derselben Kammer behandelte Material zu entlassen und/oder die freien Mahlkörper (11) im Inneren der Mahlkammer (5) zu halten.
- Die Rührwerksmühle (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Umfangsrand der Schutzplatte (29) so aufgeweitet ist, dass der Abstand zwischen dem Rand der Platte (29) und der Wand der Mahlkammer (5) sich radial, in eine Richtung in Bezug auf die Rotationsachse (A1) des Rotors, idealerweise in Richtung zum Boden der Mahlkammer hin erhöht.
- Die Rührwerksmühle (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Mahlkammer (5) eine im Wesentlichen zylindrische Form aufweist und das Verhältnis (HC/DC) zwischen ihrer Höhe und ihrem Durchmesser größer als 0,8 ist.
- Ein Verfahren zur Behandlung von festen organischen Abfällen, wie z.B. feste städtische Abfälle, Lebensmittelreste, oder allgemeiner der sogenannte "Nassabfall", Mäh- und Schnittabfälle, pflanzliche Rückstände aus landwirtschaftlichen Tätigkeiten, dem Kommunalabfall ähnliche Abfälle, der organische Trockenanteil der städtischen Abfälle, umfassend den Schritt der Behandlung dieser festen Abfälle durch eine Rührwerksmühle (1) mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1.
- Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, umfassend folgende Schritte:- Mischen der zu behandelnden festen organischen Abfälle mit einer Mehrzahl von freien Mahlkörpern (11) in der Mahlkammer (5) einer Rührwerksmühle (1) mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1;- Bewegen der zu behandelnden festen organischen Abfälle und der Mehrzahl von freien Mahlkörpern (11) durch Drehung des Rotors (7) um sich selbst, so dass dessen Arme (9, 9', 9") auf die freien Mahlkörper (11) schlagen und zumindest ein Teil dieser letzteren gegen die Wand der Mahlkammer (5) und gegen andere freie Mahlkörper (11) stoßen, und/oder auf die zu behandelnden festen organischen Abfälle schlagen, um diese zu mahlen, zu häckseln oder zu zerkleinern.
- Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, wobei die zu behandelnden festen organischen Abfälle einen Feuchtigkeitsgehalt gleich oder größer als 60 Gew.-% aufweisen.
- Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, wobei die zu behandelnden festen organischen Abfälle kontinuierlich der Mahlkammer (5) zugeführt und nach deren Behandlung aus der Mahlkammer (5), z.B. in Form von Pulver, Granulat, Raspeln, Flocken, Stäbchen, kleinen Zylindern, Pellets, entlassen werden.
- Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, umfassend den Schritt den Rotor (7) beim Mahlen bei einer Geschwindigkeit zwischen 500 und 1500 U/min rotieren zu lassen.
