Claims (8)

  1. Installation pour le transport de personnes, avec au moins une glissière (11, 12) le long de laquelle plusieurs véhicules (3) sont aptes à circuler à l'aide de plusieurs câbles transporteurs sans fin (21, 22 ; 23, 24), étant précisé qu'il est prévu au moins deux câbles transporteurs successifs (21, 22 ; 23, 24) à chacun desquels est associé au moins un entraînement (25), moyennant quoi ils sont aptes à être entraînés indépendamment les uns des autres, auxquels les véhicules (3) sont aptes à être accouplés à l'aide de dispositifs de serrage (6), et qui se recouvrent dans les zones d'extrémité associées l'une à l'autre, moyennant quoi les véhicules (3) peuvent passer d'un premier câble transporteur (21) à un câble transporteur (22) suivant, étant précisé que dans les zones où un premier câble transporteur (21) est suivi par un autre câble transporteur (22), il est prévu au moins un dispositif de manoeuvre (4, 5) grâce auquel le brin de câble (22a) de l'autre câble transporteur auquel le véhicule (3) doit être accouplé est apte à être entré dans le dispositif de serrage (6) de ce véhicule (3), qui se trouve en position ouverte,
    caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de manoeuvre (4) pour déplacer au moins approximativement à l'horizontale des brins de câble comporte au moins une paire de galets de manoeuvre (42) grâce auxquels l'un des deux brins (21a, 22a) de deux câbles transporteurs (21, 22) situés côte à côte est apte à être déplacé dans un sens au moins approximativement horizontal.
  2. Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les véhicules (3) sont pourvus d'au moins un dispositif de serrage (6) qui comporte deux mâchoires de serrage (61, 62), étant précisé que les mâchoires de serrage (61, 62) sont aptes à être amenées dans leur position ouverte à l'aide d'un vérin (64), à l'encontre de l'action d'un ressort de manoeuvre (69).
  3. Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de manoeuvre comporte au moins un galet de manoeuvre (42) grâce auquel le brin (22a) de l'autre câble transporteur (22) auquel le véhicule (3) doit être accouplé est apte à être déplacé dans un sens au moins approximativement horizontal, et comporte également un dispositif de manoeuvre (5) grâce auquel ce brin (22a) de l'autre câble transporteur (22) est apte à être déplacé dans un sens au moins approximativement vertical.
  4. Installation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de manoeuvre (5) pour le déplacement au moins approximativement vertical de brins de câble comporte au moins un galet de manoeuvre (52) grâce auquel l'un des deux brins (21a, 22a) de deux câbles transporteurs (21, 22) situés côte à côte est apte à être déplacé dans un sens au moins approximativement vertical.
  5. Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de manoeuvre (4) pour le déplacement au moins approximativement horizontal de brins de câble comporte plusieurs paires de galets de manoeuvre (42), espacées dans le sens longitudinal de l'installation, grâce auxquelles l'un des deux brins (21a, 22a) de deux câbles transporteurs (21, 22) situés côte à côte est apte à être déplacé dans un sens au moins approximativement horizontal.
  6. Installation selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de manoeuvre (5) pour le déplacement au moins approximativement vertical de brins de câble (21a, 22b) comporte plusieurs galets de manoeuvre (52), espacés dans le sens longitudinal de l'installation, grâce auxquels l'un des deux brins (21a, 22a) de deux câbles transporteurs (21, 22) situés côte à côte est apte à être déplacé dans un sens au moins approximativement vertical.
  7. Installation selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les galets de manoeuvre (52) espacés destinés au déplacement vertical des brins de câble (21a, 22a) sont aptes à être déplacés conjointement à l'aide d'une tringle de manoeuvre (50) qui s'étend dans le sens longitudinal de l'installation.
  8. Installation selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisée en ce que les galets de manoeuvre (42, 52) pour le déplacement de l'un des brins de câble (21a, 22a) dans un sens au moins approximativement horizontal ou vertical sont aptes à être déplacés par au moins un vérin hydraulique ou pneumatique (43, 53) ou par un servomoteur électrique.
