    ladite unité de nettoyage (1) est utilisée conjointement avec un dispositif de nettoyage (61), ledit dispositif de nettoyage (61) comprenant un tronçon de manche (63), un élément de verrouillage (65) et un support (67) pour ledit au moins un élément pour contenir, et le support (67) pouvant être ou étant pivoté en tant que tel suivant un angle en état d'ouverture, et être fixé en état de verrouillage au moyen de l'élément de verrouillage (65), ledit au moins un élément pour contenir (71) pouvant en particulier être assemblé au support (67) du dispositif de nettoyage (61) ou être retiré de celui-ci en état d'ouverture du support (67), et ledit au moins un élément pour contenir (71) pouvant être ou étant raccordé de manière inamovible au support (67), en particulier tendu sur celui-ci, en état de verrouillage du support (67), et le support (67) s'engageant ou pouvant s'engager dans des éléments de support, en particulier en forme de poche dudit au moins un élément pour contenir (71).
  5. Unité de nettoyage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que
    le dispositif de déblocage (59) comprend une partie en fente (69) délimitée par deux côtés, conçue et réalisée pour l'introduction d'au moins une partie du tronçon de manche (63) du dispositif de nettoyage (61), l'élément de verrouillage (65) pouvant être ou étant détaché au moyen de la zone entourant la partie en fente (69) lors d'une mise en contact de l'élément de verrouillage (65) du support (67) du dispositif de nettoyage (61) avec le dispositif de déblocage (59) en état d'introduction du support (67) dans la partie en fente (69) du dispositif de déblocage (59), et l'élément de support (67) pouvant être ou étant passé de l'état de verrouillage à l'état d'ouverture.
  6. Unité de nettoyage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que
    le dispositif de déblocage (59) est réalisé en fil, en particulier en fil métallique, le dispositif de déblocage (59) étant en particulier réalisé sous forme de boucle rectangulaire formée d'un seul tenant avec la partie en fente (69).
  7. Unité de nettoyage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que
    le dispositif de dosage (29) comprend un dispositif de manœuvre (33) permettant de faire passer le dispositif de transfert (31) de la première à la deuxième position, le dispositif de transfert (31) du dispositif de dosage (29) présentant en particulier au moins un évidement (37), en particulier une pluralité d'évidements (37) espacés l'un de l'autre en particulier avec un intervalle régulier, et le dispositif de dosage (29) pouvant ou étant préférentiellement actionné par ledit au moins un élément pour contenir (71).
  8. Unité de nettoyage (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que
    le dispositif de manœuvre (33) du dispositif de dosage (29) comporte un élément de serrage (35), ledit élément de serrage (35) pouvant être ou étant déplacé par ledit au moins un élément pour contenir (71), et le dispositif de transfert (31) pouvant être ou étant déplacé en sens contraire de l'élément de serrage (35), ledit élément de serrage (35) étant en particulier disposé au-dessus du dispositif de transfert (31), ledit élément de serrage (35) présentant en particulier au moins un évidement.
  9. Unité de nettoyage (1) selon la revendication 7 ou la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que
    le dispositif de manœuvre (33) comporte au moins un bras (39) mobile, ledit au moins un bras (39) étant disposé de manière mobile dans un cadre (41), ledit au moins un bras (39) étant relié à l'élément de serrage (35) à une première extrémité (21) et au dispositif de transfert (31) à une deuxième extrémité (23) opposée à la première extrémité (21), le cadre (41) étant en particulier réalisé sensiblement en forme de U et présentent un fond (43) ainsi que deux parois latérales (45, 45'), le dispositif de manœuvre (33) étant fixé sur les parois latérales du cadre (41) en particulier au moyen de paliers lisses et/ou de roulements à billes, et le dispositif de manœuvre (33) comprenant en particulier deux bras (39) mobiles en forme de U, reliés de manière rotative aux parois latérales (45, 45') du cadre (41), et une pièce centrale, ladite pièce centrale étant reliée au dispositif de dosage (29).
  10. Unité de nettoyage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que
    le cadre (41) du dispositif de dosage (29), l'élément de serrage (35) du dispositif de dosage (29), le dispositif de transfert (31) du dispositif de dosage (29), ledit au moins un bras (39) du dispositif de dosage (29) et/ou le dispositif de dosage (29) sont en métal ou à base métallique, le cadre (41) du dispositif de dosage (29), l'élément de serrage (35) du dispositif de dosage (29), le dispositif de transfert (31) du dispositif de dosage (29), ledit au moins un bras (39) du dispositif de dosage (29) étant en particulier électro-polis, et en particulier au moins un palier, en particulier tous les paliers du dispositif de dosage (29) étant en matière plastique stérilisable ou étant revêtus d'une telle matière.
  11. Unité de nettoyage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que
    ledit au moins un élément pour contenir (71) constitue un textile de nettoyage, en particulier une lavette, en particulier un textile de nettoyage en polyester et/ou microfibres, ou comprenant ceux-ci.
  12. Unité de nettoyage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que
    ladite au moins une première zone de réception (11) dudit au moins un premier récipient (3) est située à l'extrémité avant (49) du châssis (9), ladite au moins une troisième zone de réception (15) dudit au moins un troisième récipient (7) est située à l'extrémité arrière (51) et ladite au moins une deuxième zone de réception (13) dudit au moins un deuxième récipient (5) est située entre le premier (3) et le deuxième récipient (5) sur le châssis (9).
  13. Utilisation d'une unité de nettoyage (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes dans des salles blanches, en particulier pour le nettoyage de salles blanches, en particulier conjointement avec un dispositif de nettoyage (61) et au moins un élément pour contenir (71).
  14. Procédé de nettoyage de locaux, en particulier de salles blanches, recourant à un dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes, en particulier dans l'ordre suivant ou dans l'ordre b), a), c), d), e) et f) :
    a) introduction d'au moins un élément pour contenir (71) dans le premier récipient (3) ;
    b) versement de liquide de nettoyage dans le deuxième récipient (5) ;
    c) introduction du dispositif de nettoyage (61) dans le premier récipient (3) et raccordement d'au moins un élément pour contenir (71) au dispositif de nettoyage (61) ;
    d) introduction du dispositif de nettoyage (61) dans le deuxième récipient (5) et actionnement du dispositif de dosage (29) pour imprégner de liquide de nettoyage ledit au moins un élément pour contenir (71) ;
    e) nettoyage d'une zone d'un local avec le dispositif de nettoyage (61) ; et
    f) dépose dudit au moins un élément pour contenir (71) dans le troisième récipient (7).
