Definitions

  • the invention relates to a cleaning system with two dosing devices, in particular for use in hygienically sensitive areas such as health care facilities and clean rooms.
  • mop covers In commercial cleaning, depending on the area of application, mop covers are used that are either brought dry and clean to the place of use and moistened to the correct extent on site, or are transported to the place of use already pre-moistened to the correct degree, the latter in a closed container.
  • the correct dosing of the cleaning liquid on the mop cover is of great importance, since too little cleaning liquid as well as too much cleaning liquid leads to unsatisfactory cleaning and jeopardizes the maintenance / compliance with disinfection measures.
  • Such dosing systems release a certain amount of cleaning agent, driven in particular by gravity, with another container usually located under the cleaning agent reservoir in the manner of a collecting tray.
  • the actual wetting of the attached mop covers takes place in that the amount of cleaning agent either flows directly onto a mop cover located under a corresponding outlet and from there, if necessary, into the collecting tray, or indirectly, in that the amount of cleaning agent is first released into the collecting tray and then from there is recorded there.
  • the cleaning solutions used in commercial cleaning differ in their properties depending on the surface to be cleaned or depending on the need in their chemical composition and their chemical and physical properties.
  • Cleaning solution is therefore initially understood to mean all types of such liquids.
  • surfactant solutions it also records disinfectant solutions in particular.
  • the WO 2012/018293 A1 discloses a cleaning system having a cleaning trolley with two storage containers arranged thereon, each for one cleaning liquid, with a mechanical pump being arranged on each storage container as a dosing device and lines being arranged downstream of the dosing devices, which lead to a collection container after the dosing process.
  • the collection container is designed to moisten a cleaning cloth.
  • the WO 2015 / 090356 A1 discloses a mobile cleaning system with at least two interchangeable storage containers for cleaning liquids arranged thereon, the cleaning system having a pump system by means of which a predefined mixture of cleaning liquids can be generated and can be passed on to a dosing unit. Furthermore, the dosing unit has in particular nozzles for applying the cleaning liquid to a cleaning cloth.
  • the present invention is therefore based on the object of specifying a cleaning system in which different cleaning solutions that are carried along can be used separately as required without contamination.
  • a cleaning system having a cleaning trolley and at least two storage containers arranged thereon, each for one cleaning liquid, each storage container having a dosing device for dosing cleaning liquid, the storage containers being spatially separated from one another in such a way that a dosing process by means of a storage container is not possible contamination of a dosing process by means of the other storage container, with each storage container being assigned a collection container, the collection containers being spatially separated in the same functional manner as the storage containers, with each collection container being arranged below an associated storage container.
  • the invention provides such a spatial separation of the dosing devices on a cleaning trolley that contamination, for example through splashes, is ruled out.
  • This is achieved according to the invention, for example, by providing a spatial barrier between the two dosing devices, which are realized as a partition, stack of containers or simply that a splash-proof distance between the two dosing devices is provided.
  • this can be achieved, for example, by an arrangement front-back, right-left, diagonally offset or before-after a handle part on the cleaning trolley.
  • the invention is also a storage container separated by a partition into two storage container chambers, the two chambers of which each have their own dosing device.
  • more than two reservoirs are also provided according to the invention, with each being arranged correspondingly to each other.
  • the invention provides that the cleaning agent volume dosed by two separate dosing devices is kept separate even during the dosing and application process on a mop cover.
  • the collection container has at least one, preferably two or four, latching lug(s) on its inside, with the latching lugs in particular being arranged on two opposite side walls of the collecting container, with the actuating element on the at least one latching lug is reversibly lockable, in particular positively reversibly lockable, and/or the at least one latching lug is designed as a movement stop for the actuating element.
  • the at least one latching lug advantageously realizes a form-fitting, reversible locking of the actuating element without great additional outlay in terms of material or assembly costs.
  • the at least one locking lug, which protrudes into the interior of the collection container is essentially defined by curves.
  • the balance of power behaves in the same way when the height or the length of the at least one detent lug protruding freely into the space increases, since this requires greater bending of the side wall of the collection container or bending of the lug towards its longitudinal axis.
  • An optimal balance of power between reliable locking of the actuating element and a user-friendly effort to release the actuating element is achieved through the use of two latching lugs.
  • Two other locking lugs are designed as a movement stop for the actuating element, so that if the actuating element is released from its locking position, it has only a limited radius of movement to prevent excessive swinging out of the actuating element and thus unclean work, especially in the clean room.
  • the active end can be locked at least indirectly in a first position by the at least one detent lug, the active end being able to hold the hollow piston in its first position in this first position. It is possible to lock the acting end directly on the at least one detent, or to lock the acting end indirectly at a different position within the actuating element through the essentially rigid design of the actuating element as a rocker arm. Such a locking is particularly advantageous because when a user releases the actuation end, the cleaning liquid in the hollow piston is held back by the hollow piston connected to the active end and is therefore not discharged into the collection container. Contamination of the cleaning liquid due to non-immediate use is thus prevented in the same way as possible spillage caused by moving the cleaning device.
  • At least one further container is arranged between the collecting containers of the dosing systems, in particular for receiving used mop covers.
  • the arrangement of containers with fresh mop covers between the dosing systems with collection containers it is irrelevant for containers for receiving used mop covers whether splashes of cleaning solution get into them or not. If the walls of the container are sufficiently high, fresh mop covers can of course also be carried along, which are then protected from contamination by splashes.
  • the collection containers are arranged on opposite sides or diagonally offset on the cleaning trolley. Easy accessibility must be observed and given in all cases.
  • the storage containers, dosing devices, collection containers and/or actuating elements are at least partially made of a plastic or a high-alloy steel, in particular stainless steel. They can therefore be autoclaved and are therefore particularly suitable for clean room cleaning.
  • the cleaning system comprises a conventional cleaning trolley 1, two storage containers 2, 3, each with a dosing device 4, 5 and a collecting container 6, 7.
  • the storage containers 2, 3 are designed separately from one another in such a way that the respective contents do not come into contact with one another and contaminate each other's content. In particular, they are spatially separated.
  • a dosing device 4 , 5 is arranged on each of the reservoirs 2 , 3 .
  • the cleaning agent emerging from the reservoirs 2, 3 reaches a collection container 6, 7, which are also spatially separated from one another in accordance with the separation of the reservoirs 2, 3. This prevents mixing and thus contamination of the other cleaning agent.
  • a further container 20 is arranged between the collecting containers 6, 7, for example for receiving used mop covers.
  • the collection containers 6 , 7 each have inner sides 22 with side walls 24 .
  • Figure 3a shows a side view of part of the cleaning trolley 1 according to the invention in a first position of the hollow piston 9.
  • the opposite side walls 24 each have two latching lugs 23, with one opposite pair of latching lugs 31, 32 being arranged in an identical position within the respective side wall 24.
  • the four latching lugs 23 are identical to one another and essentially have a rounded bulge in the manner of a latching lug, which protrudes into the interior of the collection container 6 .
  • a jerk-free sliding of the actuating element 17 over the locking lugs 23 is made possible.
  • the actuating element 17 is locked in a form-fitting, reversible manner by the first pair of latching lugs 31 .
  • the actuating end 21 is in its closest position to the collecting container base 28 so that the insertion of a cleaning mop into the collecting container 6 is not prevented and the active end 18 rests against the hollow piston 9 .
  • Figure 3b shows a side view of part of the cleaning trolley 1 according to the invention in a second position of the hollow piston 9.
  • the second pair of locking lugs 32 prevents the actuating element 17 from overshooting.
