Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät, insbesondere Weinschrank, mit einem oder mehreren Ablageböden, wobei an dem Ablageboden wenigstens ein Auflageteil fixiert ist, auf dem eine am Randbereich des Ablagebodens befindliche Flasche abstützbar ist oder auf dem eine auf dem Ablageboden befindliche Flasche schräg lagerbar ist.

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät, insbesondere einen Weinschrank mit einem oder mehreren Ablageböden.
  • Aus dem Stand der Technik ist es bekannt, auf den Ablageböden von Weinschränken Flachen in mehreren Lagen aufzubewahren. Figur 5 zeigt eine solche Anordnung, bestehend aus einem Ablageboden in Form eines Holzrostes und auf diesem in zwei Lagen aufgeschichteten Weinflaschen.
  • Die untere Lage der Weinflaschen liegt auf dem sich in Tiefenrichtung des Ablagebodens 10 erstreckenden Leisten 20. Die darüber befindliche Lage von Weinflaschen steht nicht in unmittelbarem Kontakt mit dem Ablageboden, sondern liegt auf der unteren Lage der Weinflaschen auf, wie die aus Figur 5 hervorgeht.
  • Aus Figur 5 ergibt sich des Weiteren, dass die obere Lage nicht mit der gleichen Anzahl von Weinflaschen versehen werden kann wie die untere Lage, da auf den randseitigen Flaschen F1 und F2 der unteren Lage nur eine Flasche F3, F4 der oberen Lage abgestützt werden kann.
  • Der Ablageboden des Kühl- bzw. Gefriergerätes lässt sich somit nicht vollständig nutzen.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Kühl- bzw. Gefriergerät, insbesondere einen Weinschrank der eingangs genannten Art dahingehend weiterzubilden, dass dieser eine erhöhte Aufnahmekapazität für Flaschen oder sonstige Kühl- bzw. Gefriergüter aufweist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch ein Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Danach ist vorgesehen, dass an dem Ablageboden wenigstens ein Auflageteil fixiert ist, auf dem eine am Randbereich des Ablagebodens befindliche Flasche abstützbar ist oder auf dem eine auf dem Ablageboden befindliche Flasche schräg lagerbar ist.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt somit der Gedanke zugrunde, wenigstens ein Auflageteil an dem Ablageboden zu fixieren, das es ermöglicht, randseitig eine Flasche auch in einer oberen Lage, d. h. nicht in der untersten Lage zu positionieren. Das Auflageteil ermöglicht es somit, dass auch die randseitigen Flaschen der untersten Lage mit jeweils zwei Flaschen einer darüber befindlichen Lage überdeckt werden können, da das Auflageteil ein Herabfallen der randseitigen Flasche der oberen Lage verhindert.
  • Das Auflageteil weist vorzugsweise wenigstens eine Aufnahme zur Halterung der Flasche auf. Diese Aufnahme ist vorzugsweise gekrümmt ausgeführt, so dass die Flasche sicher gelagert ist.
  • Das Auflageteil ist alternativ oder zusätzlich dazu nutzbar, eine auf dem Ablageboden befindliche Flasche relativ zu der durch den Boden gebildeten Ebene schräg zu stellen, d. h. einzelne Flaschen können mittels des Auflageteils schräg auf dem Ablageboden gelagert bzw. präsentiert werden.
  • An dieser Stelle wird darauf hingewiesen, dass der Begriff "Ablageboden" allgemein zu fassen ist und jedes beliebige Auflageelement aufweist, auf dem Kühl- bzw. Gefriergut und insbesondere Flaschen gelagert werden können. Der Begriff "Ablageboden" umfasst auch Roste, die somit keinen durchgehenden Bodenbereich bilden, sondern einzelne Leisten oder dergleichen aufweisen, auf denen das Kühl- bzw. Gefriergut und insbesondere die Flaschen gelagert werden.
  • In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung handelt es sich bei dem Ablageboden um einen Rost und insbesondere um einen Holzrost. Dieser weist vorzugsweise in Tiefenrichtung des Ablagebodens verlaufende Leisten auf, die an ihren beiden Endbereichen mit quer verlaufenden Verbindungsstreben in Verbindung stehen.
  • Das genannte Auflageteil kann fest oder lösbar mit dem Ablageboden verbunden sein. Eine besonders bevorzugte Ausgestaltung stellt es dar, wenn das Auflageteil lösbar und insbesondere an unterschiedlichen Positionen mit dem Ablageboden verbunden werden kann.
  • Dadurch ist durch einen Nutzer flexibel einstellbar, an welcher Stelle das Auflageteil eingesetzt werden soll oder ob es im Einzelfall überhaupt benötigt wird.
  • Das Auflageteil sowie der Ablageboden können derart ausgebildet sein, dass das Auflageteil durch Formschluss an dem Ablageboden fixiert ist. Grundsätzlich sind auch andere Fixierungsmöglichkeiten, beispielsweise ein Verkleben oder ein Verklemmen oder eine sonstige kraftschlüssige Fixierung des Auflageteils relativ zum Ablageboden denkbar und von der Erfindung mitumfasst.
  • In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass der Ablageboden wenigstens einen Vorsprung aufweist, der in wenigstens eine Nut des Auflageteils eingreift. Auch die umgekehrte Anordnung ist denkbar, nämlich dass der Ablageboden wenigstens eine Nut aufweist, in die wenigstens ein Vorsprung des Auflageteils eingreift. Denkbar ist es, dass der Vorsprung und die Nut so ausgebildet sind, dass das Auflageteil entlang des Ablagebodens verschieblich ist, so dass durch einen Nutzer ohne Weiteres die gewünschte und optimale Position des Auflageteils eingestellt werden kann.
  • In einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass der Vorsprung und/oder die Nut an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Auflageteils angeordnet sind und dass das Auflageteil an diesen gegenüberliegenden Seiten mit dem Ablageboden in Verbindung steht. Bevorzugt ist somit eine zweiseitige Fixierung des Auflageteils am Ablageboden und vorzugsweise an gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Auflageteils. So ist es beispielsweise denkbar, dass das Auflageteil an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten Nuten oder Vorsprünge aufweist, die mit Vorsprüngen bzw. Nuten des Ablagebodens in Eingriff stehen.
  • In einer besonders bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass der genannte Vorsprung und die genannte Nut so ausgebildet sind, dass die Nut durch eine Drehbewegung des Auflageteils relativ zum Ablageboden mit dem Vorsprung in Eingriff gelangt. So ist es beispielsweise denkbar, zum Zwecke der Fixierung des Auflageteils am Ablageboden dieses im Bereich des Ablagebodens zu positionieren und dann zu drehen, so dass die Nut und der Vorsprung miteinander in Eingriff stehen und das Auflageteil formschlüssig an dem Ablageboden fixiert ist.
  • Der Vorsprung kann als Leiste ausgebildet sein und besonders bevorzugt durch die Leisten oder dergleichen gebildet werden, die die Auflagefläche eines Rostes, vorzugsweise eines Holzrostes bilden.
  • In diesem Fall ist es denkbar, dass das Auflageteil formschlüssig mit den Leisten eines Rostes in Verbindung steht, die seitens des Rostes ohnehin vorhanden sind, so dass keine zusätzlichen Fixierungselemente für das Auflageteil benötigt werden.
  • Denkbar ist es, dass das Auflageteil wenigstens eine Nut aufweist, in die die genannte Leiste des Rostes zumindest teilweise aufgenommen ist, so dass das Auflageteil formschlüssig an der Leiste und damit an dem Ablageboden fixiert ist.
  • In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung erstreckt sich die als Vorsprung ausgeführte Strebe des Rostes in Tiefenrichtung des Ablagebodens.
  • Sie kann sich parallel zur Seitenkante des Ablagebodens und/oder über die gesamte Tiefe des Ablagebodens erstrecken.
  • In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind wenigstens zwei Auflageteile vorgesehen, die jeweils in einem Randbereich des Ablagebodens angeordnet sind.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten und Vorteile der Erfindung werden anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Figur 1 zeigt mit dem Bezugszeichen 10 einen Holzrost, der aus einer Mehrzahl von nebeneinander und parallel angeordneten Leisten 20 besteht, die in ihren beiden Endbereichen mit einer vorderen und mit einer hinteren sich in Querrichtung erstreckenden Leiste 30 verbunden sind.
  • Wie dies aus Figur 1 hervorgeht, liegen auf den Leisten 20 die Flaschen auf, wobei eine vordere Reihe von Flaschen und eine hintere Reihe von Flaschen angeordnet ist, die in entgegengesetzte Richtungen ragen.
  • Auf der unteren Lage der Flaschen sind weitere Flaschen angeordnet, die eine obere Lage von Flaschen bilden, wobei jede der oben liegenden Flaschen sich auf zwei Flaschen der unteren Lage abstützen. Auch die in der oberen Lage befindlichen Flaschen sind zueinander in entgegengesetzten Richtungen angeordnet.
  • Das Bezugszeichen 40 kennzeichnet ein Auflageteil, das einen Fußabschnitt 41 und einen Auflageabschnitt 42 aufweist.
  • Beide Abschnitte sind durch einen Verbindungsabschnitt 43 miteinander verbunden.
  • Wie dies aus Figur 1 hervorgeht, weist der Fußabschnitt 41 des Auflageteils 40 an beiden gegenüberliegenden Seiten jeweils eine Nut 44 auf, wobei diese Nut derart dimensioniert ist, dass die Leiste 20 in der Nut 44 aufgenommen werden kann.
  • Die auf beiden gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Auflageteils 40 angeordneten Nuten 44 sind soweit voneinander beabstandet, dass das Auflageteil wie aus Figur 2 ersichtlich in dem Bereich zwischen zwei Leisten 20 aufgenommen werden kann und in diesem Zustand mit zwei benachbarten Leisten 20 formschlüssig in Verbindung steht.
  • Das Verbinden bzw. das Einführen der Leisten 20 in die Nuten 44 erfolgt dadurch, dass das Auflageteil 40 zunächst wie in Figur 1 dargestellt so positioniert wird, dass die Nuten 44 nicht parallel zu den Leisten 30 verlaufen und dann wie ebenfalls in Figur 1 durch einen Pfeil angedeutet, durch eine Drehbewegung miteinander in Eingriff gebracht werden bis die in Figur 2 dargestellte Position erreicht ist.
  • Figur 2 zeigt die Anordnung gemäß Figur 1 mit zwei formschlüssig fixierten Auflageteilen 40. Die Auflageflächen 40 sind in ihrer fixierten Position derart ausgerichtet, dass sich die Längsachse des Auflageabschnittes 42 parallel zu den Leisten 20 erstreckt.
  • Wie dies aus Figur 1 und 2 hervorgeht, werden die Auflageteile in dem hier dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel zwischen der äußersten und der dazu benachbarten Leiste 20 angeordnet, d. h. randseitig am Ablageboden bzw. am Rost 10.
  • Diese Anordnung ermöglicht es, dass im Vergleich zu der Anordnung gemäß Figur 5 beidseitig jeweils eine weitere Flasche positioniert werden kann, die auf dem Auflageteil aufliegt. Zu diesem Zweck weist das Auflageteil eine konkav gekrümmte Auflage 42 auf, in der die Flasche F5 bzw. F6 abgelegt werden kann, was dazu führt, dass im Vergleich zu der Anordnung aus dem Stand der Technik gemäß Figur 5 zwei weitere Flaschen positioniert werden können und damit die Aufnahmekapazität des Rostes 10 gesteigert werden kann.
  • Die Auflageteile weisen eine Höhe auf, die vorzugsweise der einer üblichen Weinflasche entspricht, so dass die randseitig positionierten Flaschen F5 und F6 wenigstens annähernd in derselben Ebene liegen, wie die benachbarten, auf der untersten Ebene aufliegenden Flaschen.
  • Durch die formschlüssige Verbindung ist es möglich, das Auflageteil von dem Rost zu entfernen bzw. an unterschiedlichen Positionen anzuordnen.
  • Wie dies aus Figur 4 hervorgeht, kann das Auflageteil auch dazu genutzt werden, eine Flasche F7 schräg zu positionieren bzw. zu präsentieren. In diesem Fall wird die Weinflasche etc. so auf das Auflageteil 40 aufgesetzt, dass diese nicht horizontal, sondern wie aus Figur 4 ersichtlich schräg liegt.
  • Das Auflageteil kann wie auch der Rost aus Holz bestehen oder auch aus einem anderen Material.

Claims (10)

  1. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät, insbesondere Weinschrank, mit einem oder mehreren Ablageböden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Ablageboden wenigstens ein Auflageteil fixiert ist, auf dem eine am Randbereich des Ablagebodens befindliche Flasche abstützbar ist oder auf dem eine auf dem Ablageboden befindliche Flasche schräg lagerbar ist.
  2. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflageteil fest oder lösbar mit dem Ablageboden verbunden ist.
  3. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auflageteil sowie der Ablageboden derart ausgebildet sind, dass das Auflageteil durch Formschluss an dem Ablageboden fixiert ist.
  4. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ablageboden wenigstens einen Vorsprung aufweist, der in wenigstens eine Nut des Auflageteils eingreift oder umgekehrt der Ablageboden wenigstens eine Nut aufweist, in die wenigstens einen Vorsprung des Auflageteils eingreift.
  5. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung und/oder die Nut an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Auflageteils angeordnet sind und dass das Auflageteil an diesen gegenüberliegenden Seiten mit dem Ablageboden in Verbindung steht.
  6. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung und die Nut derart ausgebildet sind, dass die Nut durch eine Drehbewegung des Auflageteils mit dem Vorsprung in Eingriff gelangt.
  7. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorsprung als Leiste ausgebildet ist, wobei vorzugsweise vorgesehen ist, dass sich die wenigstens eine Leiste in Tiefenrichtung des Ablagebodens erstreckt.
  8. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die wenigstens eine Leiste parallel zur Seitenkante des Ablagebodens und/oder über die gesamte Tiefe des Ablagebodens erstreckt.
  9. Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerät nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens zwei Auflageteile vorgesehen sind, die jeweils in einem Randbereich des Ablagebodens angeordnet sind.
  10. Ablageboden eines Kühl- und/oder Gefriergerätes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ablageboden gemäß dem kennzeichnenden Teil eines der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 ausgebildet ist.
