Claims (16)

  1. Schlüsselgehäuse, insbesondere für ein Kraftfahrzeug, das enthält:
    - ein Gehäuse (7), das einerseits ein gemäß einer Achse (A) ausgerichtetes Einsatzfach (9) länglicher Form, das dazu bestimmt ist, einen Einsatz (5) aufzunehmen, und andererseits einen Aufnahmeraum (70) enthält, der sich gemäß einer Achse (B) erstreckt, wobei die Achsen (A, B) einen Winkel (X) bilden, und
    - einen sich gemäß einer Achse (C) erstreckenden Schlüsselkopf (3), der am Einsatz (5) gemäß einem Winkel (Y) befestigt ist und einen Schlüssel (1) bildet, wobei der Schlüsselkopf (3) einerseits einen Verschlussdeckel des Gehäuse (7) im Bereich des Aufnahmeraums (70) und andererseits einen Greifteil des Schlüssels (1) bildet,
    - komplementäre umkehrbare Einrasteinrichtungen, die einerseits vom Gehäuse (7) im Bereich des Aufnahmeraums (70) und andererseits vom Schlüsselkopf (3) getragen werden, die das Verriegeln und Entriegeln des Schlüsselkopfs (3) auf dem Aufnahmeraum (70) erlauben,
    wobei der Schlüsselkopf (3) von einer freien Stellung in eine auf das Gehäuse (7) im Bereich des Aufnahmeraums (70) mittels der Einrasteinrichtungen eingerasteten Stellung übergehen kann,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungswinkel (Y) des Einsatzes (5) am Schlüsselkopf (3) sich vom Winkel (X) zwischen der Achse (A) des Einsatzfachs (9) und der Achse (B) des Aufnahmeraums (70) unterscheidet, so dass für den Übergang des Schlüsselkopfs (3) in die eingerastete Stellung Verformungsbeanspruchungen auf den Schlüsselkopf (3) angewendet werden, wobei die Befreiung von den Verformungsbeanspruchungen bei der Rückkehr des Schlüsselkopfs in die freie Stellung eine teilweise Verschiebung des Schlüsselkopfs (3) vom Aufnahmeraum (70) nach sich zieht.
  2. Schlüsselgehäuse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel (X) zwischen der Achse (A) des Einsatzfachs (9) und der Achse (B) des Aufnahmeraums (70) kleiner als der Winkel (Y) zwischen dem Einsatz (5) und der Achse (C) des Schlüsselkopfs (3) ist.
  3. Schlüsselgehäuse nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel (X) zwischen der Achse (A) des Einsatzfachs (9) und der Achse (B) des Aufnahmeraums (70) 90° beträgt, und dass der Winkel (Y) zwischen dem Einsatz (5) und der Achse (C) des Schlüsselkopfs (3) zwischen 92° und 100° liegt.
  4. Schlüsselgehäuse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel (X) zwischen der Achse (A) des Einsatzfachs (9) und der Achse (B) des Aufnahmeraums (70) größer als der Winkel (Y) zwischen dem Einsatz (5) und der Achse (C) des Schlüsselkopfs (3) ist.
  5. Schlüsselgehäuse nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel (X) zwischen der Achse (A) des Einsatzfachs (9) und der Achse (B) des Aufnahmeraums (70) 90° beträgt, und dass der Winkel (Y) zwischen dem Einsatz (5) und der Achse (C) des Schlüsselkopfs (3) zwischen 88° und 80° liegt.
  6. Schlüsselgehäuse nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Einrasteinrichtungen zwischen einer Ruhestellung und einer Freigabestellung gemäß einer Richtung im Wesentlichen lotrecht zur Einraststellung des Schlüsselkopfs (3) auf dem Gehäuse (7) translationsbeweglich ist.
  7. Schlüsselgehäuse nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlüsselkopf (3) mindestens zwei Einrasteinrichtungen aufweist, wobei jede Einrasteinrichtung entlang der Seite des Schlüsselkopfs (3) gegenüber dem Gehäuse (7) verteilt ist.
  8. Schlüsselgehäuse nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens zwei Einrasteinrichtungen je an einem der Enden der Seite des Schlüsselkopfs (3) gegenüber dem Gehäuse (7) positioniert sind.
  9. Schlüsselgehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine auf dem Schlüsselkopf (3) oder dem Gehäuse (7) angeordnete erste Einrasteinrichtung eine erste Kerbe (13A) aufweist, und dass eine auf dem gleichen Element angeordnete zweite Einrasteinrichtung eine zweite Kerbe (13B) aufweist, und dass die beweglichen komplementären Einrasteinrichtungen, die auf dem gegenüberliegenden Element angeordnet sind, einen Schieber (11) aufweisen, der zwei Einrastrampen (15A, 15B) enthält, die in die gleiche Richtung weisen und dazu bestimmt sind, sich in die Kerben (13A, 13B) einzufügen.
  10. Schlüsselgehäuse nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (11) außerdem eine elastische Einrichtung (17) zur Rückkehr in die Ruhestellung aufweist.
  11. Schlüsselgehäuse nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastische Halteeinrichtung (17) eine Feder ist.
  12. Schlüsselgehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Kerben (13A, 13B) enthaltenden Einrasteinrichtungen eine erste geneigte Ebene (21A) aufweisen, und dass die Einrastrampen (15A, 15B) eine zweite geneigte Ebene (21B) aufweisen, so dass bei der Positionierung des Schlüsselkopfs (3) auf dem Gehäuse (7) die erste geneigte Ebene (21A) jeder die Kerben (13A, 13B) enthaltenden Einrasteinrichtung auf die zweite geneigte Ebene (21B) jeder Einrastrampe (15A, 15B) drückt, was zur Verschiebung des Schiebers (11) in die Freigabestellung führt.
  13. Schlüsselgehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (11) eine Entriegelungseinrichtung (27) aufweist, die seinen Übergang, unter der Einwirkung durch einen Benutzer, von seiner Ruhestellung in seine Freigabestellung erlaubt.
  14. Schlüsselgehäuse nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entriegelungseinrichtung (27) ein mit dem Schieber (11) verbundener Gleitknopf ist.
  15. Schlüsselgehäuse nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schieber (11) auf dem Gehäuse (7) positioniert ist, und dass die Kerben (13A, 13B) auf dem Schlüsselkopf (3) positioniert sind.
  16. Schlüsselgehäuse nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlüsselkopf (3) eine Basis (12), die dazu bestimmt ist, den Einsatz (5) aufzunehmen, und einen Bügel (14) aufweist, wobei die Basis (12) die zweite Kerbe (13B) und der Bügel (14) die erste Kerbe (13A) aufweist.
