Claims (7)

    - einen Ausklappmechanismus des Einsatzes (5, 7), der in das Gehäuse (3) montiert ist und enthält:
    • einen Druckknopf (19), der axial in einer zugeordneten Aufnahme (21) der oberen Halbschale (3a) aufgenommen wird und bezüglich dieser oberen Halbschale (3a) vorsteht, um von einem Benutzer betätigt zu werden, und
    • ein elastisches Rückstellelement (23) des Einsatzes (5, 7), von dem ein erstes Ende (23a) mit dem Einsatz (5, 7) im Bereich des Trägers (5) verbunden ist, um den Einsatz (5, 7) schwenkend in eine Benutzungsstellung zu beaufschlagen, wenn der Druckknopf (19) betätigt wird, wobei das Rückstellelement (23) am Druckknopf (19) über ein zweites Ende (23b) befestigt ist,
    wobei der Träger (5) oder der Knopf (19) zwei Haltezapfen (39) aufweist, die sich parallel zur Schwenkachse (A) erheben und einander gegenüber und symmetrisch bezüglich der Schwenkachse (A) positioniert sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltezapfen (39) zu beiden Seiten der Schwenkachse (A) einen Winkelspielraum (50) des ersten Endes (23a) oder des zweiten Endes (23a) des elastischen Rückstellelements (23) gemäß einem Winkel zwischen 10° und 90° definieren.
  2. Schlüssel (1), insbesondere für ein Kraftfahrzeug, der aufweist:
    - ein Gehäuse (3) mit einer einen Deckel bildenden oberen Halbschale (3a) und einer einen Gehäuseboden bildenden unteren Halbschale (3b),
    - einen Einsatz (5, 7), der um eine Schwenkachse (A) schwenkbar montiert ist und einen Schlüsselbartträger (5) und einen fest mit dem Träger (5) verbundenen Schlüsselbart (7) enthält, und
    - einen Ausklappmechanismus des Einsatzes (5, 7) nach Anspruch 1.
    ersten Endes (23a) oder des zweiten Endes (23b) des elastischen Rückstellelements (23) gemäß einem Winkel zwischen 10° und 90°.
  3. Schlüssel nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltezapfen (39) ein dreieckiges Profil haben, und dass der Winkel des Winkelspielraums 90° beträgt.
  4. Schlüssel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckknopf (19) einen inneren Hohlraum (20) aufweist, in dem das zweite Ende (23b) des Rückstellelements (23) untergebracht ist.
  5. Schlüssel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (5) einen Hohlstift aufweist, an dem das erste Ende (23a) befestigt ist.
  6. Schlüssel nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ende (23a oder 23b) des Rückstellelements (23) entgegengesetzt zu demjenigen, das von den Haltezapfen (39) aufgenommen wird, von zwei parallelen Lippen (29) aufgenommen wird, die im Boden des Druckknopfs (19) oder auf dem Träger (5) ausgebildet sind.
  7. Schlüssel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rückstellelement (23) eine Spiralfeder ist.
