本发明是一种锁芯,特别是一种榫接结构锁芯,由锁芯塞和锁芯壳组成,锁芯塞内设有塞珠,锁芯壳内设有壳珠,塞珠和壳珠的内端相对接构成连体锁珠,锁芯上设有多个连体锁珠;壳珠的外端设有弹簧,其特征在于:塞珠的内端设有榫槽,壳珠的内端设有榫头,从而使塞珠和壳珠的对接形成榫接;塞珠的腰部设有一台阶,通过台阶使塞珠卡在锁芯塞的内棱上;塞珠的另一端从锁芯塞伸出,其端部设有一锥角,锥角上设有槽口,且多个塞珠上的槽口互不相同;所述榫槽和榫头的断面包括工字形、三角形、长方形、梯形。本发明把壳珠和塞珠的连接关系设计为交错榫接状态,所以大大提升了防盗、防撬、防破坏性开启的性能。

技术领域
本发明是一种锁芯,特别是一种榫接结构锁芯。
背景技术
现有的锁芯,都是弹珠锁芯,弹珠锁芯的塞珠与壳珠的接触形式为点与点接触或面与面接触,点与点接触或面与面接触的缺陷是接触部位只是点与点或面与面互相接触在一起,其接触的力度非常弱小,在外力作用下,很容易被撬开,所以防盗性能欠佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有弹珠锁芯防盗性能欠佳的缺陷,发明一种将塞珠与壳珠的接触改成榫接形式的榫接结构锁芯。
本发明的目的是按如下的形式来实现的:所述榫接结构锁芯,由锁芯塞和锁芯壳组成,锁芯塞内设有塞珠,锁芯壳内设有壳珠,塞珠和壳珠的内端相对接构成连体锁珠,锁芯上设有多个连体锁珠;壳珠的外端设有弹簧,其特征在于:塞珠的内端设有榫槽,壳珠的内端设有榫头,从而使塞珠和壳珠的对接形成榫接;塞珠的腰部设有一台阶,通过台阶使塞珠卡在锁芯塞的内棱上;塞珠的另一端从锁芯塞伸出,其端部设有一锥角,锥角上设有槽口,且多个塞珠上的槽口互不相同。
所述榫槽和榫头的断面包括工字形、三角形、长方形、梯形。
所述榫接结构的塞珠和壳珠包括单珠和子母双珠结构。
本发明的积极效果如下:本发明把壳珠和塞珠的连接关系设计为交错榫接状态,所以大大提升了防盗、防撬、防破坏性开启的性能。

具体实施方式
如图1图2图3所示,所述榫接结构锁芯,由锁芯塞1和锁芯壳2组成,锁芯塞1内设有塞珠3,锁芯壳2内设有壳珠4,塞珠3和壳珠4的内端相对接构成连体锁珠,锁芯上设有多个连体锁珠;壳珠4的外端设有弹簧5,其特征在于:塞珠3的内端设有榫槽6,壳珠4的内端设有榫头7,从而使塞珠3和壳珠4的对接形成榫接;塞珠3的腰部设有一台阶8,通过台阶8使塞珠3卡在锁芯塞1的内棱9上;塞珠3的另一端从锁芯塞1伸出,其端部设有一锥角10,锥角上设有槽口11,且多个塞珠3上的槽口11互不相同。
所述榫槽6和榫头7的断面包括工字形、三角形、长方形、梯形。
所述榫接结构的塞珠3和壳珠4包括单珠和子母双珠结构。
当钥匙完全插入锁芯时,钥匙上的匙齿与塞珠端部的槽口密接,迫使连体锁珠产生转动,使塞珠与壳珠的榫接部位与钥匙形成90°角,这时钥匙就可以转动,随着钥匙的转动,塞珠就会脱离壳珠,解除上锁机制,锁就被打开;当钥匙转回原来的位置并抽出时,钥匙上的匙齿就从反方向迫使连体锁珠回转到原来的位置,在原来的位置上,塞珠与壳珠的榫接部位与钥匙不是90°角,所以锁就被锁上。此时连体锁珠只能上下活动,从而使锁芯塞被固定住,由此建立起上锁机制,锁芯无法被打开。由于榫接连体锁珠紧密连接为一体,并卡住锁芯塞,所以使锁芯具有相当高的防揭、防挑、防撬功能。

1.一种榫接结构锁芯,由锁芯塞和锁芯壳组成,锁芯塞内设有塞珠,锁芯壳内设有壳珠,塞珠和壳珠的内端相对接构成连体锁珠,锁芯上设有多个连体锁珠;壳珠的外端设有弹簧,其特征在于:塞珠的内端设有榫槽,壳珠的内端设有榫头,从而使塞珠和壳珠的对接形成榫接;塞珠的腰部设有一台阶,通过台阶使塞珠卡在锁芯塞的内棱上;塞珠的另一端从锁芯塞伸出,其端部设有一锥角,锥角上设有槽口,且多个塞珠上的槽口互不相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的榫接结构锁芯,其特征在于:所述榫槽和榫头的断面包括工字形、三角形、长方形、梯形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的榫接结构锁芯,其特征在于:所述榫接结构的塞珠和壳珠包括单珠和子母双珠结构。
