Claims (5)

  1. Appareil pour cercler des paquets avec un moyen de cerclage, en particulier avec une bande thermoplastique, comprenant un canal de moyen de cerclage qui comprend une pluralité de sections (15, 16, 17) de canal, entoure le paquet à la manière d'un cadre et alimente un élément de fermeture en moyen de cerclage, et comprenant un dispositif de recouvrement qui ferme l'ouverture du canal tournée vers le paquet et est extensible afin de pouvoir tirer le moyen de cerclage hors du canal quand on tend ledit moyen de cerclage autour du paquet, et comprenant une section mobile (21) de canal, qui peut se déplacer par rapport aux autres sections pour prendre une position ouverte afin d'introduire le paquet dans l'appareil et une position fermée afin de cercler le paquet, et comprenant un support (18) qui reçoit la section mobile de canal en position ouverte, moyennant quoi
    - la section mobile de canal est composée de segments individuels de canal disposés pivotants l'un sur l'autre et constitue un axe de pivot dans la zone d'agencement mutuel, caractérisée en ce que
    - la section mobile (21) de canal comporte au moins un premier segment (22) et au moins un second segment (25),
    - le premier segment (22) de canal comporte deux parois latérales (23) extérieures qui ont des alésages (26) sur la zone d'agencement mutuel de deux segments (22, 25),
    - le second segment (25) de canal comporte des languettes de fixation (27) sous forme de prolongement de paroi latérale, moyennant quoi les languettes de fixation (27) sont également pourvues d'alésages (26),
    - des boulons (24) traversent les alésages (26), fixent deux segments (22, 25) adjacents et constituent un axe physique de pivot,
    - le premier segment (22) comporte une base (39) de segment qui interagit avec les languettes de fixation (27) du second segment (25) de façon telle que la base (39) constitue un élément de blocage qui empêche le mouvement de pivotement du premier segment (22) par rapport au second segment (25) quand les segments (22, 25) adjacents constituent une sous-section continue d'un canal de moyen de cerclage.
  2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    - chaque segment(22, 25) comporte un composant qui a un profil en coupe transversale à peu près en forme d'U dont l'ouverture est tournée du côté opposé à l'intérieur du cadre,
    - des éléments d'avancement (31) sont disposés à l'intérieur dudit composant au profil en forme d'U.
  3. Appareil selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'avancement (31) est construit comme une chaîne d'entraînement (32) qui est guidée du premier segment au segment final (22, 25) de la section (21) de canal.
  4. Appareil selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la chaîne d'entraînement (32) est fixée aux segments (22, 25) au moyen de goujons de fixation (33).
  5. Appareil selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface de base du canal sur laquelle est guidé le moyen de cerclage (35) est constituée par la surface arrière du membre qui constitue la base et qui est tourné du côté opposé à l'ouverture du composant au profil en forme d'U.
