Claims (12)

  1. Vorschubwagen (1) für die Konstruktion von Bauwerken, umfassend:
    - ein Sicherungsgerüst (2) zum Sichern an das bereits errichtete Bauwerk;
    - ein Arbeitsgerüst (3), auf dem die Konstruktion des Bauwerks voranschreitet; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - das Sicherungsgerüst (2) Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen ersten Endring (6), der an den Umfang des Abschnitts (27) des bereits errichteten Bauwerks gekoppelt ist;
    - einen zweiten Mittelring (7), der an den Umfang des Abschnitts (27) des bereits errichteten Bauwerks gekoppelt ist;
    - zumindest eine transversale Querstrebe (9), die den Endring (6) und den Mittelring (7) auf einer Seite des Vorschubwagens (1) verbindet;
    - Verbindungselemente zwischen dem Endring (6) und dem Mittelring (7);
    - die Ringe (6, 7) sind an dem oberen Teil davon durch ein oberes Querstrebengerüst (8) und an dem unteren Teil davon durch zumindest einen Haupttragbalken (10, 10') und ein Stabgerüst verbunden;
    - das obere Querstrebengerüst (8) umfasst zwei senkrechte Pfosten (12) in den oberen Querstreben (8), dem Endring (6) entsprechend, und zwei senkrechte Pfosten (12') in den oberen Querstreben (8), dem Mittelring (7) entsprechend;
    - eine Schiebestange (16) geht durch die Innenseite jedes der zwei senkrechten Pfosten (12'), dem Mittelring (7) entsprechend, hindurch;
    - das Arbeitsgerüst (3) umfasst:
    - eine Außenschalung (25); und
    - eine Deckenschalung (23);
    wobei das Sicherungsgerüst (2) und das Arbeitsgerüst (3) an dem unteren Teil davon durch den Haupttragbalken (10, 10') und an dem oberen Teil davon durch Vorlaufspuren (18, 18'), unterstützend koppelbar mit den senkrechten Pfosten (12, 12'), verbunden werden.
  2. Vorschubwagen (1) für die Konstruktion von Bauwerken nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich eine hintere Kufe (13), gestützt auf den Vorlaufspuren (18), in dem unteren Teil der senkrechten Pfosten (12), dem Endring (6) entsprechend, befindet.
  3. Vorschubwagen (1) für die Konstruktion von Bauwerken nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Stützbein (17) in dem unteren Ende der Schiebestangen (16) vorgesehen ist.
  4. Vorschubwagen (1) für die Konstruktion von Bauwerken nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Stützbein (17) eine hintere Kufe (13) zur Unterstützung der Schiebestange (16) auf der Vorlaufspur (18) umfasst, wobei das Stützbein (17) mit:
    - einem Paar von vertikalen Hydraulikzylindern (14), die die Stützbeine (17) und die hinteren Kufen (13) aus den Vorlaufspuren (18) anheben, und
    - einem vorderen Hydraulikzylinder (15), der für die Vorwärtsbewegung des Vorschubwagens (1) auf den Vorlaufspuren (18) verantwortlich ist, verbunden ist.
  5. Vorschubwagen (1) für die Konstruktion von Bauwerken nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endring (6) und der Mittelring (7) die gemeinsamen Elemente umfassen:
    - oberes Querstrebengerüst (8) im oberen Teil;
    - ein Stabgerüst im unteren Teil;
    - zwei senkrechte Träger (33), die durch waagerechte Träger (19) und Querträger (34) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die waagerechten Träger (19) und die Querträger (34) der Länge der senkrechten Träger (33) nach auf jeder Seite verteilt sind.
  6. Vorschubwagen (1) für die Konstruktion von Bauwerken nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenschalung (25) Außenplatten (31), die an senkrechten Rippen (30) befestigt sind, umfasst, wobei die senkrechten Rippen (30) von ihrem unteren Teil auf den Führungen (26), auf denen die senkrechten Rippen (30) verschoben werden können, gestützt werden, und dadurch die Abmessungen eines Abschnitts (27), der betoniert werden soll, in Bezug auf einen anderen bereits betonierten Abschnitt (27), modifiziert werden.
  7. Vorschubwagen (1) für die Konstruktion von Bauwerken nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endring (6) und der Mittelring (7) die gemeinsamen Elemente umfassen:
    - einen äußeren Träger (47e) auf einer Seite des Rings, einer Außenseite in Bezug auf den Bogen entsprechend;
    - zwei L-förmige Träger (471), miteinander durch Gewindestangen (37') auf einer Seite des Rings, einer Innenseite in Bezug auf den Bogen entsprechend, verbunden;
    - einen oberen Träger (47s) in dem oberen Teil des Rings;
    - einen unteren Träger (47i) in dem unteren Teil des Rings; und
    - Kopplungsmittel (50), den äußeren Träger (47e) umklammernd und verbunden mit dem oberen Träger (47s).
  8. Vorschubwagen (1) für die Konstruktion von Bauwerken nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem oberen Teil des äußeren Trägers (47e) des zumindest einen Endrings (6) zwei vertikale Hydraulikzylinder (14') vorhanden sind, befestigt an dem äußeren Träger (47e) mit einem Ende und die mit dem anderen Ende an den Kopplungsmitteln (50) befestigt sind, wobei der Abstand zwischen dem oberen Träger (47s) und dem unteren Träger (47i) mit dem Hub der vertikalen Hydraulikzylinder (14') modifiziert wird.
  9. Vorschubwagen (1) für die Konstruktion von Bauwerken nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äußere Träger (47e) der Ringe (6, 7) in dem oberen Ende eine Abstufung (48) umfasst, die die Modifizierung des Befestigungspunktes der senkrechten Hydraulikzylinder (14') an dem äußeren Träger (47e) ermöglicht.
  10. Vorschubwagen (1) für die Konstruktion von Bauwerken nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kopplungsmittel (50) in dem Endring (6) des Sicherungsgerüsts (2) zumindest umfassen:
    - ein Metallrohrstück (53), durch dessen Inneres der äußere Träger (47e) hindurchgeht;
    - eine Armierung (57) des Rohrstückes; und
    - eine quadratische Führung (58) für die Kopplungsmittel;
    so dass sich das Rohrstück (53) entlang des äußeren Trägers (47e) bewegt, gestützt in der Armierung (57), geführt durch das Innere der quadratischen Führung (58).
  11. Vorschubwagen (1) für die Konstruktion von Bauwerken nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung zwischen dem Endring (6) und dem Mittelring (7) erhalten wird:
    - in dem oberen Bereich durch das Innenteil hindurch in Bezug auf den Bogen (42) mittels eines Längsträgers (54), der die L-förmigen Träger (471) verbindet, und in dem Außenteil in Bezug auf den Bogen mittels zweier flacher Träger (43), die an den Kopplungsmitteln (50) der Ringe (6, 7) befestigt sind;
    - in dem unteren Teil zwei Haupttragbalken (10'), die parallel angeordnet sind, die die unteren Träger (47i) verbinden;
    - auf der Seite, dem Außenteil in Bezug auf den Bogen (46) entsprechend, wird sie durch eine transversale Querstrebe (9') und zwei horizontalen Querstreben (41) ausgeführt.
  12. Vorschubwagen (1) für die Konstruktion von Bauwerken nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Arbeitsgerüst (3) umfasst:
    - eine Innenschalung (35'), die die Innenform des Abschnitts (27) bereitstellt;
    - auf der Seite, dem Außenteil (46) in Bezug auf den Bogen entsprechend, Platten (40), die durch Verbau-Stützen (55), die von waagerechten Führungen (26') gehalten sind, festgehalten werden;
    - auf dem unteren Bereich, eine Deckenschalung (23'), gestützt auf den waagerechten Führungen (26'), die wiederum auf den Haupttragbalken (10') gestützt werden, die auch die beiden Ringe (6, 7) des Sicherungsgerüsts (2) verbinden;
    - auf dem oberen Bereich, die keilförmige Plattform (56), die an den Vorlaufspuren (18) befestigt ist;
    - auf der Seite, dem Innenteil (42) in Bezug auf den Bogen entsprechend, senkrechte Träger (33'), die durch das obere Teil der senkrechten Träger (33') 35 an die keilförmige Plattform (56) und durch das untere Teil der senkrechten Träger (33') an die waagerechten Führungen gekoppelt sind;
    die Seiten und der untere Bereich die Außenschalung (25) des Arbeitsgerüsts (3) ausbildend.
