- Machine pour le traitement selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'il est compris un module de changement automatique de bobine, comprenant une plaque de montage qui est configurée pour fixer le module de changement automatique de bobine comme une unité sur la plaque arrière, notamment le module de changement automatique de bobine comprenant un moteur d'entraînement dédié qui est configuré pour faire tourner au moins un tambour du module de changement automatique de bobine.
- Machine pour le traitement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la plaque arrière comprend un emplacement pour module de magasin, sur lequel le module de magasin est fixé de manière amovible, la machine comprenant en outre un module de magasin qui comprend une plaque de montage qui est configurée pour être fixée de manière amovible sur la plaque arrière à l'emplacement pour module de magasin.
- Machine pour le traitement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'il est compris en plus une source de vide qui est montée sur le châssis, et une ou plusieurs conduites qui est (ou sont) configurée(s) pour relier la source de vide à un module fonctionnel ou à plusieurs modules fonctionnels.
- Machine pour le traitement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'il est compris un rouleau de dosage de papier de recouvrement qui est fixé sur la plaque arrière, adjacent au module d'application de colle.
- Machine pour le traitement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le module de tambour comprend un laser et un tambour de roulage sous effet laser en face du laser, le laser étant configuré pour former des trous dans les articles en forme de tige qui sont disposés sur le tambour de roulage sous effet laser.
- Machine pour le traitement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que chaque module fonctionnel comprend des premiers éléments de guidage qui sont disposés sur la plaque de montage, et en ce que la plaque arrière comprend des deuxièmes éléments de guidage qui sont configurés pour s'engager dans les premiers éléments de guidage pour fixer les modules fonctionnels sur la plaque arrière.
- Machine pour le traitement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que le moteur d'entraînement dédié est configuré pour faire tourner au moins un tambour du module fonctionnel.
- Machine pour le traitement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que le moteur d'entraînement dédié est configuré pour mouvoir au moins un couteau du module fonctionnel.
- Procédé pour configurer une machine modulaire pour le traitement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, qui comprend un châssis qui comprend une plaque arrière qui s'étend du châssis vers le haut, le procédé comprenant ce qui suit :fixer un module fonctionnel comme une unité sur la plaque arrière, le module fonctionnel étant configuré pour mettre en ouvre une fonction de fabrication, le module fonctionnel comprenant un moteur d'entraînement dédié pour entraîner au moins une partie du module fonctionnel,le module fonctionnel étant au moins un module d'acheminement de tiges, un module de magasin, un module de tambour, un module de couteau ou un module d'application de colle.
- Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que fixer le module fonctionnel sur la plaque arrière comprend fixer sur la plaque arrière une plaque de montage qui supporte le module fonctionnel, et aligner des premiers guides de montage qui se trouvent sur la plaque de montage, avec des deuxièmes guides de montage qui se trouvent sur la plaque arrière.
- Procédé selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce qu'il est compris un démontage d'un premier module fonctionnel de la plaque arrière comme une unité et un montage d'un deuxième module fonctionnel sur la plaque arrière à la place du premier module fonctionnel, notamment le premier module fonctionnel comportant un module de magasin de filtres et le deuxième module fonctionnel comprenant un module de magasin de cigarettes.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il est compris le montage, sur la plaque arrière, comme une unité, d'un module de contrôle et/ou d'un module de changement automatique de bobine.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu'il est compris la mise en rotation d'au moins un tambour et/ou le mouvement d'au moins un couteau du module fonctionnel, à l'aide du moteur d'entraînement dédié.
