Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Reinigen von Mahlwerken für Kaffeebohnen.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Reinigungsverfahren ist dabei für Kaffeemaschinen gedacht, in welchen ein Mahlwerk zum Mahlen der Kaffeebohnen integriert ist. Die Erfindung ist aber auch für reine Kaffeemahlwerke gedacht und einsetzbar.
  • In Mahlwerken von Kaffeemaschinen sowie in reinen Kaffeemahlwerken kommt es im Laufe der Zeit zwangsläufig zu Ablagerungen. Diese Ablagerungen liegen hauptsächlich in Form eines Schmierfilms aus Fetten und Ölen vor, welche im Kaffee enthalten sind.
  • Um bislang das Mahlwerk einer Kaffeemaschine oder ein reines Kaffeemahlwerk reinigen zu können, muß die Maschine auseinandergebaut werden. Dies ist nur mit einem erheblichen Aufwand möglich.
  • Aus der WO 2005 / 104 916 A1 ist ein Verfahren zum Reinigen von Mahlwerken offenbart, in dem zur Reinigung zunächst das Mahlwerk leerlaufen gelassen wird. Anschließend wird das Reinigungsmittel - organisches Material wie Nussschalen, Reis, etc. - eingefüllt und gemahlen. Kaffeebohnen werden erst dann wieder eingefüllt
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein einfaches Verfahren zum Reinigen von Mahlwerken für Kaffeebohnen zu schaffen.
  • Die technische Lösung ist gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale im Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 1.
  • Die Grundidee des erfindungsgemäßen Reinigungsverfahrens zum Reinigen von Mahlwerken für Kaffeebohnen besteht darin, dass Kaffeebohnen als Träger für ein oder mehrere Reinigungsmittel dienen. Dies bedeutet, dass die Kaffeebohnen sowie das wenigstens ein Reinigungsmittel eine Mischung definieren, welche dem Mahlwerk in ganz normaler Weise zugeführt wird. Dies bedeutet, dass die Kaffeebohnen dieser Mischung ganz normal gemahlen werden, dass aber während dieses Mahlvorganges das wenigstens eine, zugegebene Reinigungsmittel während dieses Mahlvorganges seine Reinigungswirkung entfaltet. Das Reinigungsmittel ist dabei im allgemeinsten Sinne zu verstehen, dass es nämlich während des Mahlvorganges die gewünschte Reinigungswirkung im Mahlwerk erzielt. Das Reinigungsmittel bzw. die Reinigungsmittelmischung liegt dabei vorzugsweise in der Mischung mit den Kaffeebohnen zu 10 bis 95 % vor. Ein weiterer entscheidender Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen Mahlwerksreinigung ist, dass gleich nach dem Reinigungsvorgang das Mahlwerk wieder verwendet werden kann.
  • Bei den Kaffeebohnen kann es sich gemäß der Weiterbildung in Anspruch 2 um geröstete oder um ungeröstete oder um ein Gemisch von gerösteten und ungerösteten Kaffeebohnen handeln.
  • Gemäß der Weiterbildung in Anspruch 3 wird als Reinigungsmittel ein Abrasivum verwendet. Beispielsweise kann es sich bei diesem Abrasivum um Salz, Gesteinsmehl, Mineralien (wie TiO2) etc. handeln. Vorzugsweise liegt dieses Abrasivum zu 2 bis 90 % vor. Die Verwendung eines Abrasivum bewirkt, dass der Ablagerungsfilm mechanisch abgetragen wird.
  • Gemäß der Weiterbildung in Anspruch 4 wird als Reinigungsmittel ein Tensid verwendet. Bei diesem Tensid kann es sich um ein flüssiges Tensid oder um ein Tensid in Pulverform handeln. Bei einem Tensid flüssiger Art liegt dieses zu 0,5 bis 10 % vor, während bei einem Tensid in Pulverform dieses zu 0,5 bis 90 % vorliegt.
  • Gemäß der Weiterbildung in Anspruch 5 wird als Reinigungsmittel Seife verwendet. Die Verwendung einer Seife liegt zu einem Anteil von 0,5 bis 90 % in der Mischung mit den Kaffeebohnen vor.
  • Gemäß der Weiterbildung in Anspruch 6 wird als Reinigungsmittel ein Bleichmittel verwendet. Das Bleichmittel liegt dabei vorzugsweise mit einem Anteil von 0,1 bis 90 % vor.
  • Gemäß der Weiterbildung in Anspruch 7 wird als Reinigungsmittel ein saugfähiges Material verwendet. Bei dem saugfähigen Material kann es sich beispielsweise um Holzmehl oder um einen Absorber handeln. Dieses saugfähige Material liegt anteilsmäßig zu 0,1 bis 90 % vor.
  • Vorstehend sind die unterschiedlichsten Reinigungsmittel beschrieben worden. Diese können einzeln, aber auch in einer Kombination aus mehreren Reinigungsmitteln den Kaffeebohnen zugemischt werden, welche - wie ausgeführt - als Träger für das bzw. die Reinigungsmittel dienen.

Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren zum Reinigen von Mahlwerken für Kaffeebohnen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    ein Gemisch einerseits aus Kaffeebohnen und andererseits aus einem oder mehreren Reinigungsmitteln dem Mahlwerk zugeführt und in dem Mahlwerk gemahlen wird.
  2. Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Kaffeebohnen geröstet und/oder ungeröstet verwendet werden.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    als Reinigungsmittel ein Abrasivum verwendet wird.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    als Reinigungsmittel ein Tensid verwendet wird.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    als Reinigungsmittel eine Seife verwendet wird.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    als Reinigungsmittel ein Bleichmittel verwendet wird.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    als Reinigungsmittel ein saugfähiges Material verwendet wird.
