Claims (10)
- Dispositif d'accueil de support de produit à cuire, en particulier pour un appareil de cuisson (1), avec au moins un élément de guidage (8, 9) destiné à l'accueil d'un support de produit à cuire (6), un élément formant cadre (7) destiné à relier le au moins un élément de guidage (8, 9) à une paroi latérale d'espace de cuisson (3), et une pièce d'écartement (10) destinée à espacer l'élément formant cadre (7) par rapport à la paroi latérale d'espace de cuisson (3), dans lequel- la pièce d'écartement (10) est formée d'une partie estampée s'étendant à partir de l'élément formant cadre (7) ;- la pièce d'écartement (10) est formée d'une partie estampée, avec repoussage de matière, de l'élément formant cadre (7), dans lequel la partie estampée est formée par deux poinçons d'usinage qui se déplacent uniformément les uns vers les autres, dans lequel, vu du centre d'une section transversale de l'élément formant cadre (7), du matériau refoulé circule en direction de la paroi latérale d'espace de cuisson (3).
- Dispositif d'accueil de support de produit à cuire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'écartement (10) est orientée dans une direction allant vers la paroi latérale d'espace de cuisson (3), en position d'installation d'un dispositif d'accueil de support de produit à cuire (5).
- Dispositif d'accueil de support de produit à cuire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'écartement (10) se trouve exclusivement sur une moitié de section transversale de l'élément formant cadre (7) prévue pour une mise en place au niveau de la paroi latérale d'espace de cuisson (3).
- Dispositif d'accueil de support de produit à cuire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie estampée de la pièce d'écartement (10) destinée à créer l'espacement présente une hauteur H, dans lequel la hauteur H est comprise entre 0,5 mm et 5 mm, de manière préférée entre 1 mm et 3 mm, et est de manière particulièrement préférée de 2 mm.
- Dispositif d'accueil de support de produit à cuire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie estampée de la pièce d'écartement (10) est symétrique.
- Dispositif d'accueil de support de produit à cuire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément formant cadre (7) est formé à partir d'un élément en fil métallique.
- Dispositif d'accueil de support de produit à cuire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément formant cadre (7) présente au moins un élément vertical en fil métallique, en particulier deux éléments en fil métallique agencés verticalement de manière essentiellement parallèle l'un par rapport à l'autre.
- Dispositif d'accueil de support de produit à cuire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément formant cadre (7) présente un cadre périphérique.
- Dispositif d'accueil de support de produit à cuire selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément formant cadre (7) accueille au moins un élément de guidage (8, 9) qui est formé d'au moins un élément en fil métallique essentiellement horizontal, en particulier de deux éléments en fil métallique agencés de manière essentiellement parallèle l'un par rapport à l'autre et/ou d'au moins un système d'extraction de type à rails et/ou d'un dispositif ponctuel d'accueil de support de produit à cuire.
- Appareil de cuisson présentant un dispositif d'accueil de support de produit à cuire selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9.
