Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Gargutträgeraufnahme mit einem Rahmenelement, einem Führungselement und einem Abstandshalter zum Beabstanden des Rahmenelements zur Seitenwand. Dabei ist eine linke Gargutträgeraufnahme 5 zu sehen, welche an der linken Seitenwand 3 des Garraums befestigt ist. Die nicht näher gezeigte und beschriebene Befestigung der Gargutträgeraufnahme 5 im Garraum 2 erfolgt über Verschraubung, Verschweißen, Verprägen oder Klippbefestigungen, wie z. B. mittels Buchsen. In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ist das Rahmenelement 7 der Gargutträgeraufnahme 5 aus zwei im Wesentlichen parallel verlaufenden und senkrecht ausgerichteten Drahtelementen gebildet. Das Rahmenelement 7 dient zur Aufnahme der Führungselemente 7, 8, wobei das untere Führungselement 8 zur Aufnahme des Gargutträgers 6 und das obere Führungselement 9 zur Vermeidung des Kippens des Gargutträgers 6 dient. Um die Gargutträgeraufnahme 5 sicher und gleichzeitig verschleißarm zur Seitenwand 3 zu beabstanden, sind erfindungsgemäße Abstandshalter 10 angebracht. Diese Abstandshalter 10 werden aus dem Rahmenelement 7 geprägt, wobei das Material des Rahmenelements 7 materialverdrängend zur Bildung des Abstandshalters 10 genutzt wird. Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Abstandshalter 10 paarweise an gegenüberliegenden Rahmenelementen angeordnet. Das Ausführungsbeispiel zeigt zwei übereinanderliegende Abstandshalter 10 am Rahmenelement, so dass sich in Summe vier Abstandshalter 10 an der Gargutträgeraufnahme 5 befinden. Alternativ dazu sind Varianten mit ein, zwei, drei oder mehreren Abstandshaltern 10 je Gargutträgeraufnahme 5 möglich. In Abhängigkeit der Gestaltung der Seitenwände 3 sind die Abstandshalter 10 so in Längsrichtung des Rahmenelements 7 angeordnet, dass sie nicht an Sicken, Nuten oder anderen Unebenheiten der Garraumseitenwand 3 anliegen. Dies ermöglicht eine besonders ebene Anlage der Gargutträgeraufnahme 5 an der Seitenwand, was zu besonders stabil befestigten Gargutträgeraufnahmen 5 führen. Der Abstandshalter 10 wird durch zumindest eine Prägung aus dem Rahmenelement 7 geprägt, wobei der materialverdrängende Bearbeitungsschnitt eine Quetschung in Richtung Seitenwand 3 erzeugt, die als Abstandshalter der Gargutträgeraufnahme 5 zur Seitenwand 3 dient. Diese Quetschung wird durch ein Einprägen erzeugt. Dabei verursacht beispielsweise ein Stempel keinerlei scharfe Kanten, die zu einer Verletzung der Oberfläche der Seitenwand 3, z. B. in einer Emailschicht führen. Das vorgesehene Prägeverfahren erzeugt durch die materialverdrängende Fertigung sanfte Konturen und Radien, die zudem Verletzungsrisiken des Nutzers beim Reinigen oder Montieren der Gargutträgeraufnahme 5 verhindern. The exemplary embodiment shows two spacers 10 lying one above the other on the frame element, so that there are a total of four spacers 10 on the food support receptacle 5 . As an alternative to this, variants with one, two, three or more spacers 10 for each food support receptacle 5 are possible. Depending on the design of the side walls 3, the spacers 10 are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the frame element 7 in such a way that they do not rest against beads, grooves or other bumps in the side wall 3 of the cooking chamber. This allows the food support receptacle 5 to rest particularly flat against the side wall, which leads to the food support receptacles 5 being fastened in a particularly stable manner. The spacer 10 is embossed from the frame element 7 by at least one embossing, the material-displacing processing cut producing a pinch in the direction of the side wall 3 , which serves as a spacer between the food support receptacle 5 and the side wall 3 . This pinch is created by an embossing. In this case, for example, a stamp does not cause any sharp edges that could damage the surface of the side wall 3, e.g. B. lead in an enamel layer. The envisaged embossing process produces gentle contours and radii through the material-displacing production, which also prevent the user from injuring himself when cleaning or assembling the food support receptacle 5 . Claims (10)

  1. Support for a cooking tray, in particular for a cooking appliance (1), having at least one guide element (8, 9) for supporting a cooking tray (6), a frame element (7) for connecting the at least one guide element (8, 9) to a cooking chamber side wall (3) and a spacer (10) for keeping the frame element (7) at a distance from the cooking chamber side wall (3), wherein
    - the spacer (10) is formed by at least one shaped section from the frame element (7);
    - the spacer (10) is formed by a material-displacing stamping of the frame element (7), wherein the shaped section is generated by two processing stamps which move at the same time as one another, wherein displaced material flows in the direction of the cooking chamber side wall (3), when viewed from a centre point of a cross-section of the frame element (7).
  2. Support for a cooking tray according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the spacer (10) is oriented in a direction which in the installed position of a support for a cooking tray (5) is facing towards the cooking chamber side wall (3).
  3. Support for a cooking tray according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the spacer (10) is situated exclusively on a half of the cross-section of the frame element (7) which is provided for being in contact with the cooking chamber side wall (3).
  4. Support for a cooking tray according to one of the preceding claims, that the stamping of the spacer (10) has a height H for spacing purposes, wherein the height h amounts to between 0.5 mm and 5 mm, preferably 1 mm to 3 mm and in particular 2 mm.
  5. Support for a cooking tray according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the stamping of the spacer (10) is symmetrical.
  6. Support for a cooking tray according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the frame element (7) is formed from at least one wire element.
  7. Support for a cooking tray according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the frame element (7) has at least one perpendicular wire element, in particular two perpendicularly arranged wire elements which are substantially parallel with one another.
  8. Support for a cooking tray according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the frame element (7) has a circumferential frame.
  9. Support for a cooking tray according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the frame element (7) supports at least one guide element (8, 9), which is formed from at least one substantially horizontal wire element, in particular from two wire elements which are substantially arranged in parallel with one another and/or from at least one rail-type pull-out system and/or from a point-type support for a cooking tray.
