Definitions

  • the invention relates to a rear wall for a household refrigerator, which is at least partially made of cardboard, and which has a structure on an outside which has elements that are raised from the plane of the outside.
  • the invention also relates to a household refrigerator with such a rear wall.
  • a housing In household refrigerators for storing and preserving food, such as a refrigerator or a freezer or a combined refrigerator-freezer, it is known that the rear of a housing is closed with a rear wall.
  • This back wall is made of cardboard.
  • This rear wall can also have a metal foil and thus accordingly also be embodied in multiple layers. Since a free space, which is filled with a thermally insulating material, for example a foam material, is usually formed between an outer container of the housing and an inner container which is surrounded by the outer container and delimits an interior space or a receiving space for the food, there is also a Corresponding rear closure of the housing through the rear wall required. A corresponding thermally insulating material is also introduced between the rear wall and the inner container.
  • a thermally insulating material for example a foam material
  • WO 2013/060629 A2 discloses a refrigeration device with a body, the rear wall of which has an outer surface made of cellulose material, the outer surface having a plurality of circular projections.
  • EP 2 402 689 A1 discloses a refrigerator / freezer comprising a body with an outer shell and a rear wall, the rear wall forming a rear part of the outer shell and wherein at least one elevation is provided which hides impurities formed during an injection of insulating material, and wherein the elevation of the rear wall protrudes outwards.
  • the object of the present invention is to create a rear wall which has a structure which improves the mechanical stability.
  • a rear wall according to the invention for a household refrigerator is at least partially made of cardboard.
  • the rear wall has an outer side on which a structure is formed and which faces outward when it is mounted on the domestic refrigeration appliance and thus faces away from an interior for receiving food.
  • the rear wall is thus uneven.
  • the structure has elements that are raised from the plane of the outside.
  • An essential idea of the invention is to be seen in the fact that this structure has an element combination and thus comprises an arrangement of several elements.
  • the element combination is designed to be periodically repeating when viewed in the direction of a longitudinal axis of the rear wall.
  • Such a configuration of the structure can improve the mechanical stability and thus also the torsional rigidity are increased and, in particular, the visual appearance of the rear wall can be made calmer and more uniform and thus more visually appealing.
  • the element combination is designed individually depending on a width of the rear wall in terms of the number of comprehensive elements and / or the arrangement of the comprehensive elements relative to one another and / or in the form of the comprehensive elements.
  • an individual stiffening structure can thus be designed individually adapted to the respective dimensions of the rear wall, in particular its width and its height.
  • the element combination with the elements is designed symmetrically to the longitudinal axis. This also favors the advantages mentioned above.
  • the element combination has at least one angular, in particular square, element.
  • Such a geometry especially when these specific elements are formed centrally and centrally in the element combination, increases the rigidity to a particular degree.
  • the square element has a side length between 50 mm and 56 mm, in particular between 55 mm and 60 mm, in particular 58 mm.
  • these square elements are not made too large or too small, so that their stability is relatively high in and of itself and, as a whole, improved stiffening of the rear wall can be achieved through this aspect.
  • the element combination has two angular, in particular square, elements which, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis, are arranged in a row and spaced from one another and are of the same size. This also achieves a certain symmetry along the longitudinal axis, which increases the advantages mentioned above.
  • a distance, which is measured in the direction of the longitudinal axis, between centers of the angular elements is between 90 mm and 110 mm, in particular between 98 mm and 102 mm, in particular 100 mm. This specific positioning of the angular elements with respect to one another also contributes advantageously to the stiffening of the rear wall.
  • the element combination only has these angular elements which are arranged in a row in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the rear wall and spaced apart from one another.
  • the element combination has at least two differently shaped and thus geometrically different elements.
  • the element combination comprises at least two elements with a first geometry and at least two further elements with a second geometry that is different from the first.
  • the number of elements with a first geometry is preferably different from a number of elements with the second geometry.
  • the combination of elements has a plurality of further elements designed as bars, viewed in the direction of the width of the rear wall. Due to this specific shape of these additional elements, individual designs of the rear wall can be taken into account for individual stiffening and stabilization. In the case of wide rear walls in particular, it is advantageous to design these additional elements in the form of bars. These additional elements in the form of bars combined with the above-mentioned angular elements contribute to the stiffening of wider rear walls.
  • the bars have a thickness, measured in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the rear wall, between 15 mm and 20 mm, in particular between 16 mm and 19 mm. They are therefore relatively thin or relatively narrow when viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis and can therefore also be referred to as rib-like elements.
  • the bars viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the rear wall, have a distance between 18 mm and 26 mm, in particular between 20 mm and 24 mm.
  • the bars are arranged quasi more closely to one another than the angular elements in their row formed as viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis. This also makes an advantageous contribution to the mechanical stability of the rear wall, in particular if the rear walls have a greater width than the minimum width mentioned above.
  • an element combination has two angular elements which, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the rear wall, are arranged in a row and spaced apart from one another.
  • the element combination has a first plurality of bars as further elements, which are arranged on a first side to the longitudinal axis next to the angular elements in a row also formed in the direction of the longitudinal axis.
  • a first bar in the row is arranged with its outer edge facing away from the second bar in the row in the same axial position and thus in the same position along the longitudinal axis of the rear wall, like a first angular element with its outer edge facing away from the second angular element.
  • the elements, which are first in the respective rows are thus arranged virtually flush with one another when viewed along the longitudinal axis.
  • the element combination comprises a second plurality of bars as further elements, which are also formed on a second side opposite to the longitudinal axis opposite the first side, likewise next to the angular elements and also in turn in a separate row.
  • a first bar in this row of the second plurality of bars is arranged with its outer edge facing away from the second bar of this row in the same position along the longitudinal axis of the rear wall, as the first angular element with its outer edge facing away from the second angular element.
  • a row of a plurality of bars is formed, in particular symmetrically to the longitudinal axis, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis, the angular elements being arranged in the middle of these two pluralities of bars.
  • the specific arrangement of the first bars in the row to the first angular element in the row namely an axially identical position of the respective outer edges, favors a very uniform structure of this element combination with respect to one Element combination start.
  • the stiffening effect is increased as a result, and especially in the case of an embodiment of this element combination that is then repeated several times along the longitudinal axis, in particular the visual appearance is also significantly improved and calmed down.
  • a specific configuration of the element combination in this regard is particularly advantageous in the case of a rear wall that has at least a medium width if rear walls can be produced with, for example, three different fixed widths.

  • This specific element combination also includes a fourth plurality of bars as further elements which, viewed on the second side to the longitudinal axis in the direction of the width of the rear wall, are formed laterally to the second plurality of bars, in particular also without overlapping in this width direction.
  • This fourth plurality of bars viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis, is also again offset from the second plurality of bars, the bars of the third plurality each being in the same position along the longitudinal axis as the bars in the fourth plurality.

The invention relates to a rear wall for a household refrigerator, which is at least partially made of cardboard, and which has a structure on an outside which has elements that are raised from the plane of the outside. The invention also relates to a household refrigerator with such a rear wall.

In household refrigerators for storing and preserving food, such as a refrigerator or a freezer or a combined refrigerator-freezer, it is known that the rear of a housing is closed with a rear wall. This back wall is made of cardboard. This rear wall can also have a metal foil and thus accordingly also be embodied in multiple layers.

It is also known that the above-mentioned household refrigerators can be designed with different widths, which also results in corresponding requirements with regard to the width of the rear walls.

The production of these devices is carried out in series and appropriate production facilities are provided. It is known that these household refrigerators are placed horizontally with their backside facing down and that corresponding production tools are available which then encompass the housing or the body of the household appliance. The rear wall is then also applied in this production facility and the thermally insulating material is introduced. Household appliances with the Manufactured in different widths, the holding production tool being adjusted accordingly. A production tool also forms a support for the rear wall.

Due to the design of the rear wall, the stability and connection stiffness are limited.

WO 2013/060629 A2 discloses a refrigeration device with a body, the rear wall of which has an outer surface made of cellulose material, the outer surface having a plurality of circular projections.

EP 2 402 689 A1 discloses a refrigerator / freezer comprising a body with an outer shell and a rear wall, the rear wall forming a rear part of the outer shell and wherein at least one elevation is provided which hides impurities formed during an injection of insulating material, and wherein the elevation of the rear wall protrudes outwards.

The object of the present invention is to create a rear wall which has a structure which improves the mechanical stability.

This object is achieved by a rear wall, a household refrigerator and a method according to the independent claims.

A rear wall according to the invention for a household refrigerator is at least partially made of cardboard. The rear wall has an outer side on which a structure is formed and which faces outward when it is mounted on the domestic refrigeration appliance and thus faces away from an interior for receiving food. The rear wall is thus uneven. The structure has elements that are raised from the plane of the outside. An essential idea of the invention is to be seen in the fact that this structure has an element combination and thus comprises an arrangement of several elements. The element combination is designed to be periodically repeating when viewed in the direction of a longitudinal axis of the rear wall. Such a configuration of the structure can improve the mechanical stability and thus also the torsional rigidity are increased and, in particular, the visual appearance of the rear wall can be made calmer and more uniform and thus more visually appealing.

It is preferably provided that the element combination is designed individually depending on a width of the rear wall in terms of the number of comprehensive elements and / or the arrangement of the comprehensive elements relative to one another and / or in the form of the comprehensive elements. This is a particularly advantageous embodiment, since an individual stiffening structure can thus be designed individually adapted to the respective dimensions of the rear wall, in particular its width and its height.

It is preferably provided that the element combination with the elements is designed symmetrically to the longitudinal axis. This also favors the advantages mentioned above.

According to the invention, it is provided that the element combination has at least one angular, in particular square, element. Such a geometry, especially when these specific elements are formed centrally and centrally in the element combination, increases the rigidity to a particular degree.

It is preferably provided that the square element has a side length between 50 mm and 56 mm, in particular between 55 mm and 60 mm, in particular 58 mm. As a result of this configuration, these square elements are not made too large or too small, so that their stability is relatively high in and of itself and, as a whole, improved stiffening of the rear wall can be achieved through this aspect.

According to the invention it is provided that the element combination has two angular, in particular square, elements which, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis, are arranged in a row and spaced from one another and are of the same size. This also achieves a certain symmetry along the longitudinal axis, which increases the advantages mentioned above.

It is preferably provided that a distance, which is measured in the direction of the longitudinal axis, between centers of the angular elements is between 90 mm and 110 mm, in particular between 98 mm and 102 mm, in particular 100 mm. This specific positioning of the angular elements with respect to one another also contributes advantageously to the stiffening of the rear wall.

In one embodiment of the rear wall, which is formed with a first, in particular smallest, wide dimension, it can be provided that the element combination only has these angular elements which are arranged in a row in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the rear wall and spaced apart from one another.

It is preferably provided that the element combination has at least two differently shaped and thus geometrically different elements. In particular, the element combination comprises at least two elements with a first geometry and at least two further elements with a second geometry that is different from the first. In the element combination, the number of elements with a first geometry is preferably different from a number of elements with the second geometry.

According to the invention, it is provided that the combination of elements has a plurality of further elements designed as bars, viewed in the direction of the width of the rear wall.

It is preferably provided that the bars have a thickness, measured in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the rear wall, between 15 mm and 20 mm, in particular between 16 mm and 19 mm. They are therefore relatively thin or relatively narrow when viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis and can therefore also be referred to as rib-like elements.

It is preferably provided that the bars, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the rear wall, have a distance between 18 mm and 26 mm, in particular between 20 mm and 24 mm. As a result of this configuration, the bars are arranged quasi more closely to one another than the angular elements in their row formed as viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis. This also makes an advantageous contribution to the mechanical stability of the rear wall, in particular if the rear walls have a greater width than the minimum width mentioned above.

According to the invention it is provided that an element combination has two angular elements which, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the rear wall, are arranged in a row and spaced apart from one another. In this embodiment it is further provided that the element combination has a first plurality of bars as further elements, which are arranged on a first side to the longitudinal axis next to the angular elements in a row also formed in the direction of the longitudinal axis. A first bar in the row is arranged with its outer edge facing away from the second bar in the row in the same axial position and thus in the same position along the longitudinal axis of the rear wall, like a first angular element with its outer edge facing away from the second angular element. The elements, which are first in the respective rows, are thus arranged virtually flush with one another when viewed along the longitudinal axis.

According to the invention, the element combination comprises a second plurality of bars as further elements, which are also formed on a second side opposite to the longitudinal axis opposite the first side, likewise next to the angular elements and also in turn in a separate row. A first bar in this row of the second plurality of bars is arranged with its outer edge facing away from the second bar of this row in the same position along the longitudinal axis of the rear wall, as the first angular element with its outer edge facing away from the second angular element. With this specific configuration of the rear wall with this very individually designed element combination, a row of a plurality of bars is formed, in particular symmetrically to the longitudinal axis, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis, the angular elements being arranged in the middle of these two pluralities of bars. The specific arrangement of the first bars in the row to the first angular element in the row, namely an axially identical position of the respective outer edges, favors a very uniform structure of this element combination with respect to one Element combination start. The stiffening effect is increased as a result, and especially in the case of an embodiment of this element combination that is then repeated several times along the longitudinal axis, in particular the visual appearance is also significantly improved and calmed down.

A specific configuration of the element combination in this regard is particularly advantageous in the case of a rear wall that has at least a medium width if rear walls can be produced with, for example, three different fixed widths.

In a further advantageous embodiment, it is provided that an element combination has a third plurality of bars which, viewed on the first side to the longitudinal axis in the direction of the width of the rear wall, are formed laterally and in particular without overlapping to the first plurality of bars. In addition, this further advantageous embodiment of the element combination includes the configuration that the third plurality of bars, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis, is offset from the first plurality of bars.

This specific element combination also includes a fourth plurality of bars as further elements which, viewed on the second side to the longitudinal axis in the direction of the width of the rear wall, are formed laterally to the second plurality of bars, in particular also without overlapping in this width direction. This fourth plurality of bars, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis, is also again offset from the second plurality of bars, the bars of the third plurality each being in the same position along the longitudinal axis as the bars in the fourth plurality. This configuration of the element combination is particularly advantageous in the case of very wide rear walls, in particular in the case of the given rear wall that is to be produced as wide as possible.

The combination of elements preferably comprises a number of five bars with respect to the first plurality of bars. In particular, the second plurality of bars is also formed with a number of five bars.

The same preferably also applies to the number of the third plurality of bars and to the number of the fourth plurality of bars.

It is advantageously provided that the width of the bars of the first plurality and the bars of the second plurality, measured perpendicular to the longitudinal axis and thus in the width direction of the rear wall, is dependent on the width of the rear wall to be individually manufactured. The width of the bars of the third plurality and the width of the bars of the fourth plurality are preferably also dependent on the width of the rear wall to be individually manufactured.

It is preferably provided that the element combination, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the rear wall, has a dimension between 180 mm and 220 mm, in particular between 195 mm and 205 mm, in particular 200 mm.

The invention also relates to a household refrigerator for storing and preserving food, which has a rear wall according to the invention or an advantageous embodiment thereof.

The household refrigerator can be, for example, a refrigerator or a freezer or a combined refrigerator-freezer. In particular, it can have a housing which comprises an outer container which surrounds an inner container. The inner container delimits an interior space or a receiving space for the food. A thermally insulating material is introduced between the inner container and the outer container, which is also formed between the rear wall, which is associated with the outer housing, and the inner container.

Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 11.The invention also relates to a method according to claim 11.

Advantageous designs of the rear wall according to the invention are also to be regarded as advantageous designs of the method according to the invention.

The rear wall is produced in particular by a production system that is described below.

The production system comprises at least one production tool which is designed to receive or hold the household refrigerator to be produced. The production tool comprises a receiving device which has a plurality of production parts that can be moved relative to one another. The Manufacturing parts are designed to interlock. The production parts form a flat support area on which the rear wall is placed in an intermediate state. Depending on how wide the rear wall is or what width it can be produced, the production parts can be positioned relative to one another. The support area for the rear wall formed by the production parts can therefore be adjusted individually in terms of its width. This support area is formed by the fact that the production parts interlock with one another and the individual width can be adjusted depending on the width of the teeth. A production part is provided with a shape that has a tree-like structure. This means that this central central manufacturing part has a stem-like middle part on which comb elements are arranged protruding on both sides. These comb elements can then also be referred to as arms or branches. In each case on opposite sides of this central central production part, two further production parts are arranged, each of which also has a one-sided comb structure. The named arms or branches of the central middle production part engage in these respective comb structures, wherein the overlap width or immersion depth can be set by shifting the production parts relative to one another.

The middle part of the middle production part also has angular cutouts. These are lead-throughs or plug-in openings through which further parts required for production can be passed.

If a rear wall is produced with a minimum predetermined width and thus the smallest width, the production parts are arranged in the production system in their maximally interlocking and thus maximally pushed together state. Only the angular leadthroughs formed in the central part of the central production part are then present as holes. The rear wall is placed on this configuration of the production tool and the foam material is then introduced between the rear wall and the inner container. Due to the pressure on the rear wall generated by the thermally insulating material, in particular the foam, it is deformed in such a way that it extends into these angular feed-through openings and thereby form the angular elements of the element combination for structuring the outside of the rear wall.

If a rear wall with a width greater than the smallest width explained above is to be produced in a further production, the above-mentioned production parts are pulled apart to a defined extent and positioned so that the desired width of the rear wall occurs and thus this wider rear wall in turn the production tool can be recorded and held. In this embodiment, the situation then arises that the intermeshing comb structures no longer engage in one another in a sealing or completely covering manner, but also in this respect then through openings are formed in the intermeshing combs. The shapes of these interlocking elements are designed in such a way that the above-mentioned bars can be generated as further elements of the element combination. This takes place in such a way that, with this, for example, average width of a rear wall to be produced, the thermal insulation material is then again introduced onto the production tool when the rear wall is in place. Due to the explained openings in this support part of the production tool, the foam material pushes the rear wall not only through the angular passage openings in the central part of the central production part, but also through the passage openings as formed by the pulled apart and interlocking comb elements of the production parts. This also creates the bars of the element combination.

The production system can also be developed further in particular in that, in addition to these production parts of the production tool, plate-like elements are provided which are attached to the side of the production parts facing away from the rear wall. Through this configuration, individual areas of the support area of the production parts can then be covered by these plates, so that in particular the design of the beams to be produced can be influenced as further elements of the element combination.

Depending on the width of the rear wall, periodically repeating element combinations can thus be formed as structures on the outside of the rear wall, which can be designed with one or more columns. In this context, the column orientation relates to the above-mentioned arrangement in rows that are viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the rear wall.

In Fig. 1 a household refrigeration device 1 for storing and preserving food is shown. The perspective illustration shows a view from behind. The household refrigeration appliance 1 comprises a housing 2 with an outer container 3. The outer container 3 comprises side walls 3a and 3b and a top wall 3c and a rear wall 3d. The rear wall 3d is at least partially made of cardboard and preferably also has a metallic foil 4 on an outside facing away from an interior space for storing the food.

Between the outer container 3 and an in Fig. 1 unrecognizable inner container, which delimits the interior space with its walls, a free space is formed which is filled with a thermally insulating material, for example a foam material. A structure 6 is formed on the outside 5 of the rear wall 3d facing away from the thermally insulating material and thus also from the interior. The rear wall 3 d is thus uneven on this outside 5. In Fig. 1 a machine room 7 with components 10 of a refrigeration circuit of the domestic refrigeration appliance 1 can also be seen in the lower and rear areas.

The structure 6 consists of an element combination 8, as shown in FIG FIGS. 7 and 8 is shown in examples, wherein the structure 6 is formed from a plurality of identical element combinations. The structure 6 thus has an element combination 8 which, viewed in the direction of a longitudinal axis A of the household refrigerator 1 and thus also the rear wall 3d in the vertical direction and thus extends in the y-direction, forms periodically repeating.

Household refrigeration appliances 1 are provided which can be designed differently in terms of their width and thus their extension in the x direction. As an example, three specified widths are possible here, so that the rear wall 3d can or must be designed with different widths in this regard.

This is in Fig. 2 a view of an outside 5 of the rear wall 3d is shown, the rear wall 3d being designed here with a possible smallest width. In this embodiment, the structure 6 is formed in such a way that a row with angular, in particular square elements 9 is formed in the direction of the longitudinal axis A. The elements 9 are designed to be the same size and are arranged at a distance from one another in the direction of the longitudinal axis A. They are arranged centrally viewed in the direction of the width of the rear wall 3b. A periodically repeating element combination 8 is also formed by elements 9. Only the elements 9 are present only for the smallest width of the rear wall 3d.

In Fig. 3 a view of the rear side 5 of the rear wall 3d is shown, which, in contrast to the illustration in FIG Fig. 2 has a greater width. In this rear wall 3d, the structure 6 is different from the configuration in FIG Fig. 2 educated. The element combination 8, as viewed here in the direction of the longitudinal axis A of the rear wall 3d, is designed to be periodically repeating, here is dependent on the width of the rear wall 3d in terms of the number of comprehensive elements and / or the arrangement of the comprehensive elements with respect to one another and / or in the form of the comprehensive elements individually and differently to the design in Fig. 2 educated.

In this embodiment, an element combination 8 comprises two angular elements 9, which in turn are arranged in the middle and are arranged at a distance from one another in the direction of the longitudinal axis A. In addition, the element combination 8 comprises a plurality of further elements which are designed as bars 11. The bars 11 have a smaller extension in the direction of the axis A than an element 9. It is provided here that a first plurality 12 of bars 11 are arranged in a further row to one another when viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis A. In the exemplary embodiment, the bars 11 are of equal size and are arranged at a distance from one another. They are arranged on a first side 13 of the longitudinal axis A in the width direction of the rear wall 3d. In addition, the structure 6 comprises a second plurality 14 of further elements designed as bars 15, which are arranged on a second side 16 opposite the first side 13 opposite to the axis A, also in a row viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis A and in this regard also arranged at a distance from one another are.

In addition, the structure 6 and thus also an element combination 8 on the first side 13 comprises a third plurality 17 of further elements of the element combination 8 in the form of bars 18. These bars 18, viewed in the width direction of the rear wall 3d, are arranged without overlapping with the bars 11, in particular arranged at a distance from these bars 11.

In addition, it is provided in this exemplary embodiment that the structure 6 and thus also the repeating element combination 8 has a fourth plurality 19 of further elements in the form of bars 20, which are on the second side 16 are trained. These bars 20 are again formed in a row viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis A and are arranged at a distance from one another. These bars 20, viewed in the direction of the width of the rear wall 3 d, are also formed without overlapping with the bars 15 and, in particular, are also formed at a distance from them.

In particular, it is also provided that, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis A, the bars 11 and 15 are each formed in pairs in the same axial position and thus in the same position along the longitudinal axis A when viewed. This preferably also applies to the bars 18 and 20 when viewed in pairs.

In addition, however, the bars 11, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis A, are arranged offset to the bars 18 and to the bars 20. In addition, the bars 15, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis A, are also formed offset from the bars 18 and 20.

In Fig. 4 a view of the outside 5 of a further exemplary embodiment of the rear wall 3d is shown. In this exemplary embodiment, the rear wall 3d is shown with a maximum width which is greater than the minimum width in FIG Fig. 2 and the mean width in Fig. 3 .

In this configuration, the structure 6 is corresponding to the configuration in FIG Fig. 3 designed, the bars 11, 15, 18 and 20 being larger in their dimensions in the width direction and thus in the x direction than in the embodiment in Fig. 3 . In addition, the bars 11 and 18 are designed in such a way that although they are arranged without overlapping in the width direction, they are directly adjacent to one another. The same applies to the bars 15 and 20 to one another.

In Fig. 5 an unclaimed example of a back wall 3d is shown. In this embodiment, a view of the outside 5 is also shown. A structure 6 is also shown here in which the elements 9 are present. In addition to the square elements, in particular two square elements 9, an element combination 8 here comprises additional further elements, which are provided as small bars 11 on the side 13 and as further small bars 15 on the opposite side 16 are trained. Here, too, an element combination 8 is formed from several elements 9 and in each case several elements 11 and 15, the element combination 8 then being repeated periodically in the direction of the longitudinal axis A.

In Fig. 6 an unclaimed example is shown in which the outside 5 with the individual structure 6 is again shown. The width of the back wall 3d in Fig. 6 is here again larger than in Fig. 5 . The difference of the structure 6 and thus also of the repeating element combination 8 can be seen in this embodiment in the fact that the bars 11 and 15 have larger dimensions in the width direction and thus in the x direction than in FIG Fig. 5 .

For a further explanation of embodiments of element combinations 8 is now on Fig. 7 referenced. An element combination 8 is shown there, in which two square elements 9 are included. In addition, the element combination 8 comprises five bars 11, which are formed adjacent on the side 13 and next to the square elements 9 in a separate row. The element combination 8 is formed in such a way that a first or upper bar 11a in the row with an outer edge 11b facing away from the further bars following in the row, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis A, is in the same position as another in the row of the square Elements 9 is arranged first or uppermost square element 9a with an upper outer edge 9b facing away from the other elements 9 following in the row. For the sake of clarity, in Fig. 7 on the second side 16 the configuration of the beams 15 that are present is not shown. These bars 15 are symmetrical to the bars 11 in number and arrangement to the axis A.

The element combination 8 is further specified to the effect that it has five bars 11. The bars 11 have a width x1 which is dependent on the width of the rear wall 3d to be produced. All information given so far about the bars 11 and also information given below about the bars 11 apply accordingly to the bars 15 of this element combination 8, which are not shown.

The bars 11 have a greater width than the elements 9. They have a smaller height (extension in the direction of the longitudinal axis A) and thus a smaller thickness than the elements 9.

As can be seen, an outer edge 11c of a last or lower in the row of beams 11 and thus the first beam 11a opposite beam 11d in different positions along the axis A viewed as an outer edge 9c of the second element 9b in the row of elements 9 .

It is preferably provided that a length of a longitudinal side of the square elements 9 is preferably between 55 mm and 60 mm, in particular 58 mm. In particular, it is provided that a distance, measured in the direction of the longitudinal axis A, between centers of adjacent square elements 9 is between 90 mm and 110 mm, in particular 100 mm.

In addition, it is preferably provided that a thickness of a beam 11 measured in the direction of the longitudinal axis A is between 20 mm and 22 mm, in particular 18 mm. In addition, it is preferably provided that a distance, which is measured in the direction of the longitudinal axis A, between two adjacent bars 11 is between 20 mm and 24 mm, in particular 22 mm.

It is preferably provided that a dimension of an element combination 8, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis A, is between 190 mm and 210 mm, preferably 200 mm.

In Fig. 8 a further embodiment of a structure 6 and also of an element combination 8, which repeats periodically in the direction of the longitudinal axis A, is shown. In contrast to the representation in Fig. 7 the third plurality 17 of the bars 18 is also shown here. It can be seen that, viewed in the direction of the axis A, the bars 11 and 18 are arranged offset from one another, so that in each case one bar 18 is positioned between two bars 11 with respect to the axial position.

Here, too, it is preferably provided that an element combination 8 has five bars 18. A width x2 of the bars 18 is in turn dependent on the width of the rear wall 3b.

Here too, for the sake of clarity, on the opposite side 16, the symmetrical configuration of the bars 15 relative to the bars 11 and the bars 20 relative to the bars 18 are not shown. Otherwise apply to the Fig. 8 the already to Fig. 7 Explanations made to the elements 9 and the bars 11 and their design and arrangement to one another.

The element combination 8 with the elements 9 and the other elements in the form of the bars 11 and 15, optionally with the additional bars 18 and 20, represent raised elements that are designed to emerge from the plane of the outside 5 to the outside.

The manufacture of the rear walls with the element combinations 8 as set out in the previous exemplary embodiment is explained in more detail below.

For the production of the household refrigerator 1, a production system is provided which has at least one production tool 21, as is exemplified in FIG Fig. 9 is shown. The production tool 21 is designed to hold the housing 2 during the production process. The production tool 21 comprises, for example, three production parts 22, 23 and 24 which can be moved relative to one another. The production parts 22 to 24 have interlocking areas so that different settings are possible with regard to their arrangement in width.

The central middle manufacturing part 22 comprises a middle part 22a and laterally adjoining branches 22b, so that a comb structure on both sides is formed here. The production part 23 also comprises corresponding webs or branches 23b on one side, which are arranged to extend laterally on a base part 23a. The third manufacturing part 24 is designed accordingly, which has a base part 24a and branches 24b protruding therefrom. The branches 23b and 24b are again designed as a comb structure.

As in Fig. 9 can be seen, the branches 22b are arranged interlocking with the branches 23b and 24b and in the embodiment in FIG Fig. 9 Shown completely nested so that no recess or no through hole is formed here. The Central part 22a of the production part 22 has central rectangular, in particular square, through openings 22c, which can also be referred to as plug-in openings. Further production parts can be passed through these during production. The in Fig. 9 The arrangement shown of the production parts 22 to 24 also forms a flat support for the rear wall 3d. During production, this rear wall 3d is thus placed on this flat support and the thermally insulating material is then introduced between the rear wall 3d and the inner container of the domestic refrigerator 1. Due to the representation in Fig. 9 will the in Fig. 2 Structure 6 shown is generated. Because when the thermally insulating material, in particular the foam, is introduced, it foams up and exerts mechanical pressure on the rear wall. As a result, the rear wall is slightly pushed through the passage openings 22c, so that the raised elements 9 protruding from the outside 5 are formed. Due to the completely nested state of the branches 22b to 24b, no further elements of the element combination 8 are formed.

Dadurch entsteht die in Fig. 3 gezeigte Struktur 6.When designing and displaying in Fig. 10 the production parts 22 to 24 are shown in a state that is pulled apart to a certain extent in the width direction, so that the branches 23b and 24b are no longer fully inserted between the respective openings, as they are formed by the spacing of the branches 22d. As a result, passage openings 25 and 26 as well as 27 and 28 are created here, through which this rear wall 3d is also slightly pushed through due to the mechanical force of the foaming foam on the rear wall 3d. This creates the in Fig. 3 Structure shown 6.

In Fig. 11 In contrast, a further representation of a production state is shown in which the production parts 22 to 24 are arranged in a further different positional state to one another. They are pulled apart to a maximum width, so to speak, so that a rear wall 3d with a width according to Fig. 4 can be held and manufactured. As a result, the further bushings 25 to 28 also widen, so that a structure 6 as shown in FIG Fig. 4 is produced.

In addition to the production parts 22 to 24, the production system can also have separate plates 29 and 30, as shown in FIG Fig. 12 are shown. By these plates 29 and 30 can have specific areas according to FIG Fig. 10 and Fig. 11 formed additional openings 25 to 26 are covered. As for example in Fig. 12 As can be seen, the openings 27 and 28 are completely covered and the openings 25 and 26 are covered in certain areas, so that only very small bars 11 and 15, as shown in relation to the production system in FIG Fig. 12 then in Fig. 5 are formed, are generated.

In addition, in Fig. 13 the production plant is also shown with the additional plates 29 and 30, with the plates 29 and 30 being less covered by the plates 29 and 30 of the openings 25 and 26 due to the maximum pulling apart of the production parts 22 and 24 relative to the production part 22. This then creates the structure 6 as shown in FIG Fig. 6 is shown formed.

The plates 29 and 30 can also be shaped differently. For example, in particular on the mutually facing sides, they cannot have a completely straight course, but for example have at least one step, so that, for example, the width of the plates 29 and 30 in a lower area is greater than in an upper area of these plates 29 and 30. This allows also location-specific covers of lower passage openings 22c are made possible, so that in some areas the formation of elements 9 is also prevented.
