Description

The invention relates to a last package, which can be arranged between a control panel of a household appliance and a panel, wherein the last package has a plurality of strips and respectively arranged Leistenendkappen, wherein the Leistenendkappen and / or the strips by means of a common, all Leistenendkappen and / or strips penetrating screw connected together and can be connected to the control panel.

Block packs of this type are well known in the art. They serve to fill gaps between a control panel of a household appliance, such as a dishwasher and a panel.

A state-of-the-art domestic appliance comprises, for example, a diaphragm arranged on the front of the device and optionally having operating and display elements, along the lower marginal zone of which strip-shaped lamellae are attached. These strip-shaped slats are used in the form of a multiple slats having strip package to adapt the devices in the front appearance largely the adjacent kitchen cabinets. For this purpose, the devices are covered on the front with decorative panels, which correspond in material and appearance to the doors of the kitchen cabinets. Since the decorative panels or the control panels have different dimensions depending on the appliance or kitchen make, the lamellae mentioned in the prior art are used to compensate for any gaps. For this purpose, the individual slats are connected by latching means and with the body of the control panel. The locking means can limit the maximum vertical stroke of the slats. Furthermore, it is known from the prior art that the lamellae are pressed apart by elastic elements, wherein the elastic elements are, for example, with the lamella integrally formed springs or arranged on the lamella inserts of resilient plastic. At the same time, these resilient elements make it possible to compensate for fluctuations in the size of the gap between control panel and decorative panel.

To connect the individual strips to a strip package, a screw is provided which passes through all strips of the package and thus fixes them vertically to each other. The screw head facing away from the end of the screw is screwed into the control panel of the household appliance, so that strip package and control panel are firmly connected.

In these known according to the prior art strip packs, the problem arises that the removal and the addition of a single bar is very expensive. Before a bar can be removed or added, among other things, first the nut from the screw and the screw from the control panel must be solved, which is difficult to access in this location. After removing a strip, the connections between the strip package and the control panel must be re-established. Furthermore, problems arise from the fact that the last package is usually mounted by lateral insertion in guides with the control panel. This can lead to tilting of the screw heads in the guide. In addition, the last package is susceptible to relative pivoting of the bars to each other. The connection between the strips and the Leistenendkappen is insufficiently formed. Thus, the Leistenendkappen not a stable connection with the strips, which in turn can lead to the displacement of the Leistenendkappen and causes visual defects.

Such a kind of last package is eg off GB2040362 A known.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a last package, which allows easy removal of a single bar from the last package. Furthermore, it is an object of the invention to improve the connection of the individual strips together and the connection of the strips with the Leistenendkappen so that it no longer comes to relative displacements or pivoting of the components to each other.

The abovementioned objects is achieved by the strip pack according to the invention in that the strip end caps each have a keyhole bore, which has a central screw guide and a through bore arranged laterally thereto, wherein the diameter of the through hole is larger than a screw head of the screw.

Due to the configuration of the invention, it is now possible to a bar of the Remove block pack without loosening the screw or completely unscrewing the screw and insert again. By means of the through hole of the keyhole bore within the last end cap, the screw can be pulled with its end having the screw head through a through hole. Initially, the screw is loosened only so far that the screw gets a certain freedom of movement to the bars of the last package. As a result, the bar closest to the screw head can be spaced from the rest of the strip pack. Subsequently, the isolated bar is moved in the longitudinal direction until the through hole is above the screw head, then the strip to be removed is removed from the adjacent bar, so that it is no longer in connection with the screw and thus not in connection with the last package. After removal of the bar from the last package, the screw can be screwed in again so far that the remaining strips and / or Leistenendkappen lie back together and the desired gap between the strips is reached.

Preferably, a keyhole bore has two through holes, in particular two through holes arranged symmetrically with respect to the central screw guide, wherein the diameter of the through holes is in each case larger than a screw head of the screw. To remove a bar from the last package this allows a shift of the bar in both longitudinal directions. In addition, all strip end caps can be made identical.

Furthermore, the invention provides that the Leistenendkappen have in the direction of an adjacent Leistenendkappe pointing guide pins, which engage in corresponding sockets of an adjacent Leistenendkappe. The guide pins provide for a connection of the individual strips in the height direction of the last package with each other. Movements in the plane of the bar, that is a lateral displacement of the bars, is thereby prevented. Likewise, results from the length of the guide pins in the height direction of the strip package a guided movement of the strips when pulling the strip package. As a result, the strips can also be spaced apart with a certain distance, without the strip package separating.

Advantageously, the guide pins are hollow, so that a tip portion of a guide pin of a first Leistenendkappe in a foot region of a guide pin engages a second Leistenendkappe. By this configuration, both the guide pin and the socket can be formed integrally particularly simple. This makes it possible to achieve a particularly simple and cost-effective production. The guide pin can be formed particularly advantageous with a pointed tip region, whereby the introduction of the guide pin is facilitated in a corresponding socket.

It is envisaged that the last end cap has sliding ribs over which the guide pin of an adjacent end cap can slide into the socket. The sliding ribs form on two symmetrically opposite sides of the bush a kind of ramp over which the guide pin of an adjacent bar can be brought to the socket so that it slide without noticeable overcoming an edge or other obstacle in the socket.

In addition, it is provided that the Leistenendkappen are positively connected to the strips. In particular, it is recommended that the strip end cap has a shape corresponding to the outer shape of the strip. Furthermore, the strip end cap may have hooks which engage in a corresponding recess of the strip. In addition, it is provided that adjacent strips have stepped outer contours, by means of which they are positively connected.

The above measures serve the purpose that the strips can be connected to each other in a particularly simple and stable manner. The individual measures are chosen so that a relative movement between the bars is no longer possible. A tilting of the strips to each other can thus be effectively excluded. The Leistenendkappen invention thus enter into a positive connection with the strips. For this they have, for example, one end of two hooks, which slide on the bar and thus establish a connection that lock a degree of freedom of movement. In addition, a snap connection may be located on the Leistenendkappen that jumps when mounting the Leistenendkappen the strips behind a tab in the bar. This will lock out another degree of freedom of movement. The remaining degrees of freedom are additionally locked by the special shape of the last end cap, which is adapted to the geometry of the bar. Thus, a slipping of the last end cap is no longer possible, so that resulting optical defects no longer occur.

Finally, the invention provides that the strips each have an integrally formed with the strip leaf spring, which acts against the respective adjacent bar. The spring ensures the provision of a certain basic tension between two adjacent strips, as a result of which they can be held at a predetermined distance from each other. Depending on the length of the screw screwed into the strips in relation to the thickness of the strip package, the springs are pressed more or less strongly in the plane of the strip, so that thereby the thickness of the entire strip package can be regulated very easily. Furthermore, this also makes it particularly easy to compensate for small differences in distance between the control panel of the household appliance and the panel. The leaf springs are punched out of the bar and bent in the direction of an adjacent bar. This is compared to the known in the art flexible foam inserts a much simpler design. The leaf springs can preferably act against a rounding on the Leistenendkappe. This results in a good contact between the leaf spring and the end cap. The leaf springs are advantageously designed so that they have a uniform bending stress over their entire longitudinal extent and the leaf springs are not plastically deformed under load.

In addition to the strip package according to the invention, the invention further proposes a household appliance, which has a previously shown strip package. Here, the strip package is preferably bolted to an outer strip with a plastic sleeve and biased. This sleeve then locks into a counterpart, which is located in the control panel of the household appliance. The equipped with the last package home appliance can then be easily associated with a panel, such as a front of a kitchenette, in connection.

Leistenendkappe 3 wirken. The side view according to FIG. 9 shows four superimposed strips 2 with associated Leistenendkappen 3. Here, the Leistenendkappen 3 are arranged on hooks 11 in form-fitting recesses formed on the strips 2. In addition, the strips have 2 leaf springs, not shown, which act against an adjacent bar 2 and Leistenendkappe 3 respectively.

The operation of the present invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to FIGS.

To produce a strip package 1 according to the invention bars 2 are connected to Leistenendkappen 3, wherein in each case a bar 2 is connected to a Leistenendkappe 3 via hooks 11. Typically, a strip end cap 3 is provided in each case for a strip on both strip ends. The hooks 11 engage in recesses of the strips 2 a. The hook connection ensures that the strips 2 and the strip end caps 3 can not move relative to each other. Furthermore, the strips 2 are positively connected to the Leistenendkappen 3, in which the outer shape of the strips 2 is adapted to the outer shape of the Leistenendkappen 3. According to the figures, both the strips 2 and the strip end caps 3 have stepped outer contours, which allow a simple alignment and connection of the individual parts to one another. It is advantageous that the strip end cap 3 is connected over its entire length with a bar 2. As a result, pivoting between bar 2 and end cap 3 are almost impossible. Furthermore, adjacent strips 2 are connected to one another via a screw 4. In this case, the screw 4 protrudes through the keyhole holes 5, wherein the screw 4 is arranged in the fixed state of the bar 2 and Leistenendkappe 3 in the screw guide 6. The guide pins 8 at the same time provide for attachment and alignment of the adjacent strips. 2

Die Schraube 4 liegt dabei in der SchraubenfĆ¼hrung 6 der SchlĆ¼ssellochbohrung 5.The FIGS. 4 to 8 show in the successive course, the removal of a bar 2 from the last package 1. The initial situation is in FIG. 4 shown. In this two strips 2 are firmly connected to each other by means of a screw 4. The alignment of the strips 2 to each other takes place through the guide pins 8 and the outer contour of Strip 2 and Leistenendkappe 3. The screw 4 defines a certain distance between the two strips 2 to each other, leaf springs (not shown), the two strips 2 press away from each other, while the set length of the screw 4 limits the maximum distance. The screw 4 lies in the screw guide 6 of the keyhole bore fifth

To remove a bar 2 from the last package 1 now exist two different ways. On the one hand, it is possible to establish a distance between adjacent strips 2 in that the screw 4 is loosened slightly so that it allows a greater distance between the strips 2. Alternatively, a distance between adjacent strips 2 can be made by restoring the remaining strips 2 of a strip pack 1, which are to remain within the strip package 1, against the resistance of their springs, e.g. Leaf springs are pressed against each other, so that at a constant screw length, a distance between the removable bar 2 and the rest of the strip package 1 is formed. This distance must be at least as large as the height of the guide pin 8 to remove a strip 2. Only in this way is it possible that the guide pin can be released from a corresponding socket 9 of an adjacent strip 2.

As soon as a correspondingly sufficient distance is established, the strip 2 to be removed can be displaced parallel to its longitudinal extension with respect to the strip assembly, the screw 4 being released from the screw guide 6 and coming to rest in one of the two through holes 7. This situation is in FIG. 6 shown. Since the screw head of the screw 4 has a smaller diameter than the through hole 7, the displaced bar 2 can lift over the screw head, so that the isolated bar 2 can be separated from the last package 1.

Subsequently, according to the procedure when removing the strip 2, the distances between the remaining strips 2 are readjusted to each other, wherein the available length of the screw 4 is reduced to produce a new, reduced thickness of the strip package. The guide pins 8 are again guided in corresponding sockets 9. Overall, therefore, the removal and addition of a bar 2 without the complete release of the screw 4 allows.

Overall, the stability of the strip package 1 is thus increased by the guide mandrels 8 according to the invention come with corresponding bushings 9 are used, at the same time make hooks 11 and stepped outer contours of strips 2 and Leistenendkappen 3 twisting, pivoting or moving the individual strips 2 to each other ,
