In order to simplify the present disclosure, components and arrangements of specific examples are described below. They are, of course, merely examples and are not intended to limit the invention. Furthermore, the present invention may repeat reference numerals and/or letters in the various examples, which are for the purpose of brevity and clarity, and which do not themselves indicate the relationship between the various embodiments and/or settings discussed. In addition, the present invention provides examples of various specific processes and materials, but one of ordinary skill in the art will recognize the application of other processes and/or the use of other materials.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 6, a bracket structure 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a hanger 102, the hanger 102 includes a support bar 104 and a placement portion 106, the placement portion 106 is fixed on the support bar 104, the placement portion 106 includes at least one placement bar pair 108, the placement bar pair 108 includes a first placement bar 110 and a second placement bar 112 that are disposed at intervals, and a height H1 of the first placement bar 110 is smaller than a height H2 of the second placement bar 112 relative to the support bar 104.
In the above-mentioned bracket structure 100, since the height H1 of the first storage bar 110 of the hanger 102 is smaller than the height H2 of the second storage bar 112, a height difference exists between the first storage bar 110 and the second storage bar 112, so that it is convenient for the support such as a dish or a grill to enter and exit the household appliance 300.
Specifically, in one example, the rack structure 100 may be applied to a home appliance 300, the rack structure 100 may be installed in a cavity 302 of the home appliance 300 through a support bar 104, and the hanger 102 may be used to support a tray or a grill or the like for placing objects to be treated (e.g., food). More specifically, referring to fig. 7, when the support is a baking tray 202, the baking tray 202 generally includes a receiving portion 204 for receiving the object to be processed and a supporting portion 206 protruding from a periphery of the receiving portion 204, and when the baking tray 202 is placed on the rack 102 and pushed into the cavity 302, the supporting portion 206 can be carried on the second storage bar 112, and then the baking tray 202 is pushed into the cavity along the second storage bar 112. Because the height of the second storage bar 112 is larger, the second storage bar 112 is far away from the inner sidewall 303 of the cavity 302 and near to the accommodating portion 204, and when the baking tray is pushed in, the supporting portion 206 will not touch the inner sidewall 303 of the cavity, so that the damage of the baking tray 202 to the surface coating of the inner sidewall 303 of the cavity is avoided.
Similarly, when the bakeware 202 is pulled out of the cavity 302, damage to the surface coating of the inner side wall of the cavity by the bakeware 202 can be avoided. The principle of avoiding damage to the surface coating of the inner side wall of the cavity by other supports is similar to that of the bakeware 202 and will not be expanded in detail.
In addition, when the baking tray 202 is placed on the second storage bar 112, the first storage bar 110 is located directly above the supporting portion 206, as shown in fig. 7, so that the first storage bar 110 can define a stroke of the upward movement of the baking tray 202, and the baking tray 202 is not easy to shift.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first storage bar 110 and the second storage bar 112 protrude from the support bar 104 relative to the support bar 104.
In the present example, the number of the supporting bars 104 is two, the two supporting bars 104 are spaced apart, and the object placing bar pair 108 connects the two supporting bars 104. In the present example, the number of pairs of storage bars 108 is 5, so that 5 layers of support space can be realized. It is to be appreciated that in other examples, the number of pairs of storage bars 108 may be otherwise provided, such as 1, 2, or more.
In the present embodiment, the support bar 104, the first storage bar 110 and the second storage bar 112 are all cylindrical, which makes the support structure 100 easy to manufacture, and the cylindrical support bar 104 and the storage bar are not easy to cause injury to users.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 7, the height difference H between the first storage bar 110 and the second storage bar 112 is 5mm-25mm, i.e. h=h2-H1. Thus, the range of the height difference is moderate, so that the hanging frame 102 does not occupy too much transverse space of the cavity, and supports such as baking trays and the like can conveniently enter and exit the cavity of the household appliance.
In some examples, the height difference H between the first storage bar 110 and the second storage bar 112 is 5mm, 7mm, 8mm, 10mm, 15mm, 19mm, 20mm, 25mm, or the like. The particular values above are illustrative and should not be construed as limiting the invention.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 6 and 8, the pair of storage bars 108 includes a connecting bar 114 connecting the first storage bar 110 and the support bar 104, and the height of the connecting bar 114 is smaller than the height of the first storage bar 110 relative to the support bar 104.
Thus, the placement of the support such as the baking tray, the grill and the like is facilitated.
Specifically, when the bracket structure 100 is installed in the cavity, the side of the hanger 102 having the connection bar 114 may be directed toward the front side of the cavity. The front side of the cavity is understood to be the side of the household appliance facing the user.
In the present example, the height difference of the connector bars 114 relative to the support bar 104 is zero. Thus, the support such as baking tray, grill is more convenient to place.
In some embodiments, the support structure 100 includes a slide rail assembly 116, the slide rail assembly 116 being removably mounted to the pair of storage bars 108.
In this way, the sliding rail assembly 116 is arranged to greatly facilitate the support such as a baking tray, a grill and the like to enter and exit the cavity of the household appliance. In addition, the sliding rail assembly 116 is detachably mounted on the object placing bar pair 108, so that the sliding rail assembly 116 can be cleaned conveniently.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 9 to 11, the sliding rail assembly 116 includes a sliding rail 118 and a hanging member 120, the hanging member 120 is fixed on the sliding rail 118, the hanging member 120 includes a hook 122, a body 124 and a first clamping piece 126, the body 124 connects the hook 122 and the first clamping piece 126, the hook 122 is carried on the first storage bar 110, the body 124 includes a second clamping piece 128 opposite to the first clamping piece 126, and the first clamping piece 126 and the second clamping piece 128 clamp the second storage bar 112.
In this manner, the slide rail assembly 116 can be securely mounted to the pair of storage bars 108. The number of the hangers 120 may be set to 1 or 2 or more, and when the number of the hangers 120 is set to one, the length L of the hangers 120 may be set to be longer to provide a better supporting force to the slide rail 118.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 10, the number of the hanging members 120 is two, and the two hanging members 120 are fixed on the sliding rail 118 at intervals in a mirror image manner. In this way, the two hanging members 120 disposed in the mirror image manner can provide a uniform supporting force for the sliding rail assembly 116, so as to avoid the sliding rail assembly 116 from shaking on the hanger 102.
In some embodiments, the first clamping tab 126 includes a guide surface 130, the guide surface 130 being inclined along the support bar 104 toward the pair of storage bars 108. In this manner, the slide rail assembly 116 may be conveniently mounted to the second storage bar 112.
Referring to fig. 4, when the sliding rail assembly 116 is mounted to the hanger 102, the hook 122 is firstly hooked on the first storage bar 110, then the guiding surface 130 is contacted with the second storage bar 112, and then the sliding rail assembly 116 is forcefully pushed toward the supporting bar 104, so that the second storage bar 112 enters the clamping space between the first clamping piece 126 and the second clamping piece 128 along the guiding of the guiding surface 130, and further the first clamping piece 126 and the second clamping piece 128 clamp the second storage bar 112.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 11, the body 124 includes a fixing piece 132 and a connecting piece 134, the hook 122 is connected to the fixing piece 132, the second clamping piece 128 is connected to the fixing piece 132 and the connecting piece 134, the connecting piece 134 is connected to the first clamping piece 126, the fixing piece 132 is fixed on a side 133 of the sliding rail 118, and a bottom 135 of the sliding rail 118 is supported on the second clamping piece 128.
In this way, besides the hook 122 providing a supporting force to the sliding rail 118, the sliding rail 118 can also be carried on the second storage strip 112 through the second clamping piece 128, so that the installation of the sliding rail 118 is more stable.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the second clamping piece 128 connects the fixing piece 132 and the connecting piece 134 substantially perpendicularly, and the fixing piece 132 is substantially parallel to the connecting piece 134.
In some embodiments, the hanger 120 may be an integrally formed structure. For example, the hanger 120 may be formed by pressing a single piece of sheet metal. Thus, the hanger 120 is stable in structure and low in cost.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a home appliance 300 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the bracket structure 100 according to any of the above embodiments.
In the above-mentioned household appliance 300, since the height of the first storage bar 110 of the hanger 102 is smaller than the height of the second storage bar 112, a height difference exists between the first storage bar 110 and the second storage bar 112, so that it is convenient for the support such as a dish or a grill to enter and exit the household appliance 300.
Specifically, the household appliance 300 includes a cavity 302, an inner sidewall 303 of the cavity 302 is provided with a hole 304, and the bracket structure 100 is installed in the cavity 302 through the hole 304.
