Claims (21)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Verriegelungssteuerung (20, 20A, 20B, 20C) für einen Flügel (1), der in einer Zarge (10) angeordnet ist, um wenigstens um eine Längsachse (Z1) verschwenken zu können, um sich zwischen einer Schließstellung und einer "Klapp"-Öffnungsstellung zu bewegen, wobei die Vorrichtung umfasst:
    eine Steuerstange (45), die geeignet ist, in der Längsrichtung (Z) an dem Flügel (1) verschieblich angebracht zu werden,
    wenigstens eine erste Verriegelungsanordnung (40), die einen ersten Riegel (41), welcher mit der Steuerstange (45) fest verbunden ist, und ein zugeordnetes erstes Schließblech (42) umfasst,
    wenigstens eine erste gesteuerte Stange (55), die geeignet ist, in einer seitlichen Richtung (X) an dem Flügel (1) verschieblich angebracht zu werden, und die mit der Steuerstange (45) bewegungsgekoppelt ist, so dass eine Verschiebung der Steuerstange (45) in der Längsrichtung (Z) eine Verschiebung der ersten gesteuerten Stange (55) in der seitlichen Richtung (X) steuert,
    wenigstens eine zweite Verriegelungsanordnung (50), die einen zweiten Riegel (51), welcher mit der ersten gesteuerten Stange (55) fest verbunden ist, und ein zugeordnetes zweites Schließblech (52) umfasst, und
    wenigstens ein Antriebselement (30), das geeignet ist, zur Verschiebesteuerung der Steuerstange (45) an dem Flügel (1) betätigbar angebracht zu werden,
    Vorrichtung, bei der ausgehend von jeweiligen Verriegelungsstellungen der Steuerstange (45) und der ersten gesteuerten Stange (55), in denen der erste und der zweite Riegel (41, 51) geeignet sind, mit dem ersten bzw. mit dem zweiten Schließblech (42, 52) in Eingriff gebracht zu werden, um den Flügel (1) in Schließstellung zu halten, eine erste Betätigung (A) des Antriebselements (30) Entriegelungsverschiebungen (O) der Steuerstange (45) und der ersten gesteuerten Stange (55) bewirkt, um den ersten und den zweiten Riegel (41, 51) von dem ersten und dem zweiten Schließblech (42, 52) außer Eingriff zu bringen, um das Klappöffnen des Flügels (1) zu ermöglichen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung erste Rückstellmittel (70) umfasst, die geeignet sind, mit dem Flügel (1) fest verbunden zu werden, um die Bewegung der Steuerstange (45) und der ersten gesteuerten Stange (55) in Richtung ihrer jeweiligen Verriegelungsstellungen zu belasten,
    und dass der Riegel (41, 51) und das Schließblech (42, 52) von wenigstens einer der ersten und zweiten Verriegelungsanordnungen (40, 50), sogenannten "Nocken-Verriegelungsanordnung", geeignet sind, durch Nockenwirkung zusammenzuwirken, um beim Schließen des Flügels ausgehend von seiner Klappöffnungsstellung Entriegelungsverschiebungen (O) der Steuerstange (45) und der ersten gesteuerten Stange (55) ohne Betätigung des Antriebselements (30) zu bewirken.
  2. Vorrichtung (20B) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schließblech der Nocken-Verriegelungsanordnung ein bewegliches Schließblech (62B) ist, das geeignet ist, durch die Nockenwirkung in der Richtung (N) seines Ausrückens gegenüber dem zugeordneten Riegel (61 B) beim Schließen des Flügels (1) belastet zu werden, und dass die Vorrichtung (20B) zweite Rückstellmittel (63B) umfasst, die geeignet sind, das bewegliche Schließblech (62B) in der zu der Richtung (N) seines Ausrückens entgegengesetzten Richtung zu belasten.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegel der Nocken-Verriegelungsanordnung ein Riegel ist, welcher gegenüber der Stange, mit der er fest verbunden ist, beweglich ist und welcher geeignet ist, durch die Nockenwirkung in der Richtung seines Ausrückens gegenüber dem zugeordneten Schließblech beim Schließen des Flügels belastet zu werden, und dass die Vorrichtung dritte Rückstellmittel umfasst, die geeignet sind, den beweglichen Riegel in der zu der Richtung seines Ausrückens entgegengesetzten Richtung zu belasten.
  4. Vorrichtung (20, 20B, 20C) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und die zweite Verriegelungsanordnung (40, 50) alle beide Nocken-Verriegelungsanordnungen sind.
  5. Vorrichtung (20, 20A, 20B, 20C) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Mechanismus zum Halten (110) der Entriegelung umfasst, der dazu ausgelegt ist, die Steuerstange (45) und die erste gesteuerte Stange (55) von ihren jeweiligen Verriegelungsstellungen entfernt zu halten, wenn der Flügel (1) sich außerhalb seiner Schließstellung befindet; sowie Mittel (118), um den Haltemechanismus (110) beim Schließen des Flügels (1) zu deaktivieren, um der Steuerstange (45) und der gesteuerten Stange (55) zu ermöglichen, ihre jeweiligen Verriegelungsstellungen unter der Wirkung der ersten Rückstellmittel (70) einzunehmen.
  6. Vorrichtung (20, 20A, 20B, 20C) nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (118) zum Deaktivieren des Haltemechanismus (110) durch die Schließbewegung des Flügels (1) beaufschlagt sind.
  7. Vorrichtung (20, 20A, 20B, 20C) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschiebekopplung der ersten gesteuerten Stange (55) durch die Steuerstange (45) mit einem Spiel erfolgt, um eine Relativbewegung zwischen der Steuerstange (45) und der ersten gesteuerten Stange (55) zuzulassen.
  8. Vorrichtung (20, 20A, 20B, 20C) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerstange (45) und die erste gesteuerte Stange (55) sich folgen, wenn sie sich bewegen.
  9. Vorrichtung (20, 20A, 20B, 20C) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine zweite gesteuerte Stange (65) umfasst, die wie die erste gesteuerte Stange (55) geeignet ist, in der seitlichen Richtung (X) an dem Flügel (1) verschieblich angebracht zu werden, und die mit der Steuerstange (45) bewegungsgekoppelt ist, wobei die erste und die zweite gesteuerte Stange (55, 65) geeignet sind, in der Nähe des ersten bzw. des zweiten Längsendes (2, 3) des Flügels (1) angebracht zu werden.
  10. Vorrichtung (20, 20A, 20B, 20C) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens eine dritte Verriegelungsanordnung (60) aufweist, welche einen dritten Riegel (61, 61B), der mit der zweiten gesteuerten Stange (65) fest verbunden ist, und ein zugeordnetes drittes Schließblech (62, 62B) umfasst.
  11. Vorrichtung (20, 20A, 20B, 20C) nach Anspruch 9 oder 10 zur Verriegelungssteuerung (20, 20A, 20B, 20C) für einen Flügel (1), der in einer Zarge (10) angeordnet ist, um wenigstens um eine Längsachse (Z1) verschwenken zu können, um sich zwischen einer Schließstellung und einer "Klapp"-Öffnungsstellung zu bewegen, wobei der Flügel (1) ferner geeignet ist, um eine in der Nähe seines zweiten Längsendes (3) gelegene seitliche Achse (X1) zu verschwenken, um sich zwischen der Schließstellung und einer "Schwing"-Öffnungsstellung zu bewegen, in der sein erstes Längsende (2) von der Zarge (1) getrennt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (20) umfasst:
    wenigstens ein mit der ersten gesteuerten Stange (55) bewegungsfest verbundenes erstes Halteorgan (91) und ein mit der Zarge (10) fest verbundenes zweites Halteorgan (92), die geeignet sind, untereinander zusammenzuwirken, um das Trennen des ersten Längsendes (2) des Flügels (1) von der Zarge (10) zu verhindern, und voneinander freigegeben zu werden, um dieses Trennen zu ermöglichen,
    wenigstens ein mit der zweiten gesteuerten Stange (65) bewegungsfest verbundenes erstes Schwenkorgan (61) und ein mit der Zarge (10) fest verbundenes zweites Schwenkorgan (100), die geeignet sind, untereinander zusammenzuwirken, um das Schwingöffnen durch Verschwenken des Flügels (1) um seine seitliche Achse (X1) zu ermöglichen, und voneinander freigegeben zu werden, um das Klappöffnen durch Verschwenken des Flügels (1) um seine Längsachse (Z1) zu ermöglichen,
    und dass bei der Vorrichtung:
    das erste Halteorgan (91) mit dem zweiten Halteorgan (92) zusammenwirkt, während das erste und das zweite Schwenkorgan (61, 100) voneinander freigegeben sind, wenn die Steuerstange (45) zwischen ihren Stellungen zum Verriegeln und Entriegeln des Klappöffnens des Flügels (1) bewegt wird,
    und in ihrer Verriegelungsstellung die Steuerstange (45) geeignet ist, durch eine zweite Betätigung (B) des Antriebselements (30) verschoben zu werden, um die gesteuerten Stangen (55, 65) in seiner Bewegung mitzunehmen, um jeweilige Stellungen zum Entriegeln des Schwingöffnens des Flügels (1) einzunehmen, in denen die jeweiligen Riegel (41, 51, 61) der Steuerstange (45) und der gesteuerten Stangen (55, 65) von ihren zugeordneten Schließblechen (42, 52, 62) außer Eingriff sind, und in denen das erste Halteorgan (91) von dem zweiten Halteorgan (92) freigegeben ist, während das erste Schwenkorgan (61) mit dem zweiten Schwenkorgan (100) zusammenwirkt.
  12. Vorrichtung (20, 20A, 20B, 20C) nach den Ansprüchen 10 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der dritte Riegel (61, 61 B) mit dem ersten Schwenkorgan einstückig ausgebildet ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder den Ansprüchen 10 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das dritte Schließblech mit dem zweiten Schwenkorgan einstückig ausgebildet ist.
  14. Vorrichtung (20, 20A, 20B, 20C) nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Entriegeln des Klappöffnens und das Entriegeln des Schwingöffnens beide in einer gleichen Verschieberichtung (0) der Steuerstange (45), ausgehend von ihrer Verriegelungsstellung, erfolgen.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Entriegeln des Klappöffnens und das Entriegeln des Schwingöffnens in Verschieberichtungen der Steuerstange, ausgehend von ihrer Verriegelungsstellung, die entgegengesetzt sind, erfolgen.
  16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Riegel und das Schließblech von wenigstens einer der ersten, zweiten und/oder dritten Verriegelungsanordnungen geeignet sind, durch Nockenwirkung zusammenzuwirken, um beim Schließen des Flügels ausgehend von seiner Schwingöffnungsstellung Verschiebungen der Steuerstange und der gesteuerten Stangen in der Richtung des Ausrückens ihrer jeweiligen Riegel gegenüber ihren zugeordneten Schließblechen ohne Betätigung des Antriebselements zu bewirken.
  17. Vorrichtung (20, 20A, 20B, 20C) nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (114) umfasst, um dann, wenn der Flügel (1) sich außerhalb seiner Schließstellung befindet, die direkte Bewegung der Steuerstange (45) zwischen ihrer Position zum Entriegeln des Klappöffnens des Flügels und ihrer Position zum Entriegeln des Schwingöffnens des Flügels (1) zu verhindern, so dass die erste Betätigung (A) und die zweite Betätigung (B) des Antriebselements (30) nur ausgehend von der Schließstellung des Flügels (1) erfolgen können.
  18. Vorrichtung (20, 20A, 20B, 20C) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    die Steuerstange (45) mehrere Elemente zum festen Verbinden der Stange, welche entlang der Steuerstange (45) definiert sind, umfasst,
    die Verschiebesteuerung der Steuerstange (45) mit Hilfe eines Steuerfingers (31) erfolgt, welcher geeignet ist, durch die erste und die zweite Betätigung (A, B) des Antriebselements (30) beaufschlagt zu werden, und welcher wenigstens ein Element zum festen Verbinden des Steuerfingers umfasst, das geeignet ist, den Steuerfinger (31) mit der Steuerstange (45) durch Zusammenwirken mit einem der Elemente zum festen Verbinden der Stange fest zu verbinden,
    der erste Riegel (41) wenigstens ein Element zum festen Verbinden des Riegels umfasst, das geeignet ist, den ersten Riegel (41) mit der Steuerstange (45) durch Zusammenwirken mit einem weiteren der Elemente zum festen Verbinden der Stange fest zu verbinden.
  19. Vorrichtung (20, 20A, 20B, 20C) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Antriebselement (30) einen Hebel (33) umfasst, der geeignet ist, an dem Flügel (1) um eine Schwenkachse verschwenkbar angebracht zu werden.
  20. Vorrichtung (20, 20A, 20B, 20C) nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwenkachse des Hebels (33) zu der Ebene des Flügels (1) im Wesentlichen parallel und zu der Längsrichtung (Z) der Steuerstange (45) im Wesentlichen senkrecht verläuft.
  21. Anordnung, umfassend einen Flügel (1) und eine Vorrichtung (20, 20A, 20B, 20C) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20.
